/qst/ - Quests

In this quest you play as Wade Wakeman, a 15 year old boy with a heart of gold and the wielder of the Omnitrix. This story is being told in an alternate universe, in which there are no longer any remaining Tennysons. Characters from earlier seasons will appear, but not always in a way that you’d expect.

Last time: Wade came back to Earth to find that the Incurseans had invaded his home planet. Fortunately, he managed to strike a deal with their Empress, and has spent all of the team's hard-earned taydens in order to buy her a planet. Now they return to Earth in order to assess the damage.

Rules:
Most dice rolls will be 1d100. Modifiers will be added depending on the situation or on the alien being used. Crit successes and crit fails apply.

As you re-enter Earth’s atmosphere, you look out the window to assess the damage done to your planet. And it isn’t pretty.

Cars are overturned and buildings are severely damaged, some beyond repair. Just from where you’re looking, you can tell that repairs and disaster relief will cost millions. You just hope there weren’t too many casualties in this brief war. When Rad lands the Lovely Duck, you and Slate run outside get a better look at things. You examine the scorched landmarks and notice something that makes your heart sink.

[Wade]: This is Bellwood…

Your beloved hometown is almost beyond recognition. And from the look on Kevin’s face, he’s got some fond memories of this place too.

[Rad]: Koba told me to drop you off here. That was the deal. Now, I’m going to leave and repair the holes in my hull.

[Wade]: Thanks for everything Rad. You literally saved my planet.

[Rad]: Whatever. Just remember that you owe me. I lost money on this job, and I never forget anyone that makes me lose money.

Rad takes one last look at you as he tosses your luggage on the ground and departs from your planet. You and Kevin just watch him leave in bewilderment. Neither of you can bring yourselves to properly react to any of this. Just then, a booming voice over a loudspeaker interrupts your thoughts. It’s Attea! You have no idea where the broadcast is coming from, but it must be audible to everyone in town.

[Attea]: Attention Earthlings! The invasion has been halted and we will be leaving your sector. But be warned, we may return if we so desire. You can be grateful that a noble Incursean prince has payed tribute, in order that your lives be spared. Bullfrag! If you’re out there, just know that I’ll wait for you!

Kevin nudges you knowingly, but you try to ignore him. Hopefully they’ll never return with the intention of conquering your planet. Now that that’s over with, you’ve gotta get back in contact with your family. And Kevin's probably worried about

You notice that Kevin is worried about his mother, so you decide to ask him about it.

[Wade]: Hey Kevin, do you have your mom's number?

[Kevin]: No, just her address.

[Wade]: Well why don't we go see her. She lives here in Bellwood, right?

[Kevin]: Yeah, it'd be good to see her again.

[Wade]: Now if only we had a ride...

As you're saying this, you notice that Kevin is using his absorbing abilities to slide his hand through a car window and unlock it. he then proceeds to turn his finger into a key and start up the car.

[Kevin]: What? Hop in!

You ignore the blatant illegal act that's been committed before you, and the both of you drive to Kevin's old house. While you're on the road, you decide to give your Grandpa a call. He doesn't pick up his phone, so you try his badge instead. He picks up after a couple pings from the device.

[Phil]: Wade?! Is that you?! Oh man, you don't know how worried I was!

[Wade]: Grandpa! Where are you?

[Phil]: I'm in Bellwood. We figured we'd wait for you here. But we didn't expect a full-scale alien invasion an hour after you left. Say, you wouldn't happen to know where your cousin is would you?

[Wade]: Nope. I was hoping she'd be with you.

[Phil]: She was, until she just up and disappeared 2 days ago. Her phone isn't even on! I've been looking for her ever since. Hope she's ok...

You didn't expect your cousin to be missing during this whole mess. Now you're really getting worried...

[Wade]: What have you been doing this whole time?

[Phil]: I've been helping people find shelter and aiding in resistance efforts. These guys needed a leader, so I guess I became theirs...for now.

[Wade]: Oh man, that's so cool! Are you like wearing make-shift armor like some kind of waste-lander?!

[Phil]: I have no idea what you just said, so I'm gonna go with no. Everyone's been celebrating because the invasion's over, but a lot of them are too scared to even go outside. I'll be here trying to round them all up and find out where they live. Speaking of, did you have anything to do with the Incurseans calling off the invasion?

[Wade]: I...might have bought the planet along with some other people.

[Phil]: You...BOUGHT the planet?!

[Wade]: Well it was more like an exchange. Now the Incurseans won't come back here for a while.

[Phil]: Well we can work out the details about the deed later. Where are you right now?

Wait, you're getting the deed to the planet too?! You never expected this to be taken seriously.

[Wade]: I'm with Kevin right now. We're going to see his mom. Oh and the mission was a success.

[Phil]: Well I'm glad you've got someone with you. Did you run into any trouble?

[Wade]: Well I mean we were attacked by D'Traxus, and we ran into...FUCK!!

[Kevin]: What?

[Wade]: We forgot to grab the doctor! She's still on Rad's ship!

[Kevin]: She's behind a ray shield on Rad Dudeman's ship. What harm could she do?

[Wade]: Well I guess you're right. We're gonna have to call him later.

[Phil]: Everything ok?

[Wade]: Yeah it's fine. I'll tell you about it later. Bottom line is, we got Myaxx and delivered her to the Plumbers.

[Phil]: Good, maybe she'll be able to tell us where Azmuth is.

[Wade]: Hey, where'd Kirby go anyway?

[Phil]: I think he ran off and said something about assembling a team to fight the Incurseans. Then he disappeared into a portal with some other guy. He had a long white coat and a metal arm. Haven't seen him since.

[Wade]: Huh. Well that's cryptic.

[Phil]: I tried to call him, but then I remembered that he doesn't have a phone.

[Wade]: I'll try to find him later. But for now let's focus on Ollie. Did she say or do anything weird before she left?

[Phil]: Well now that you mention it, yeah she was acting kinda funny.

[Wade]: Funny how?

[Phil]: She became really jumpy and paranoid. Always kept that magic charm close to her, saying someone was trying to steal it. She'd come to me telling me about somebody stalking her at night, but we never saw anybody. We kept her guarded at night, but then she just ran off the next morning! I don't know what's going on with her.

[Wade]: Well, we'll find her soon. I promise.

[Phil]: I hope so. I'll see you soon.

You hang up and pocket the badge, while staring out the window. Slate hangs his head outside and his stone claws begin digging into the leather.

[Kevin]: Hey! Easy on the seats!

[Wade]: Calm down. This isn't even your car.

[Kevin]: Yeah, but she could be...

Kevin rubs the dashboard while looking starry-eyed.

[Wade]: Please tell me you're planning on returning the car.

[Kevin]: Well we saved the whole planet! Doesn't that deserve a reward?

[Wade]: We may own the planet, but we can't just go around taking stuff that doesn't belong to us.

[Kevin]: And why not?

[Wade]: Because it's wrong. We'd be no better than the bad guys we beat up.

[Kevin]: Whatever...

Kevin looks like he's pouting a bit.

[Wade]: And we'd be no better than those guys that kidnapped and imprisoned you.

Kevin's face softens up a bit after hearing this. With a deep sigh, he leans back in his seat and stares down the road.

[Kevin]: Yeah, I get it. Stealing is wrong and all that. I'm still getting used to this whole "hero" thing.

There's a long silence between you, until you decide to ask a question that's been bugging you for a while.

[Wade]: Where'd you learn to drive anyway?

[Kevin]: Oh, my Dad taught me.

[Wade]: When you were in middle school?!

[Kevin]: Yeah. He only taught me because he caught me trying to drive his pickup. Instead of punishing me, he taught me how to drive and fed me pointers when we'd go out. Haven't driven in a while, but it isn't too hard. More or less a game of not hitting people or other cars.

[Wade]: I have no idea why I got in the car with you!

A few minutes later, you arrive at Kevin's house. He's taking deep breaths and trying to psyche himself out before leaving the car.

[Wade]: You ok? I can come in with you if you want.

[Kevin]: No I'm-

Kevin pauses for a moment, before undoing his seatbelt and opening the car door.

[Kevin]: Actually, that'd be really cool...

You get out of the car with him and walk towards the front door. With one last deep breath, Kevin knocks on his mother's door. A few moments later, a black haired woman answers the door with a look of confusion on her face.

[Mrs. Levin]: A-are they gone? The aliens I mean. I heard that they were leaving...

[Kevin]: Yeah, they're gone now.

[Mrs. Levin]: Do I...know you from somewhere?

[Kevin]: Uh...well I-

The woman steps outside after looking around, and holds Kevin's face as she gives him a closer look. Kevin freezes up and lets her get uncomfortably close. Her eyes go wide and she slowly backs away from him.

[Mrs. Levin]: Kevin?

[Kevin]: Yeah mom, it's m-

Kevin's mom runs straight into his chest and wraps her arms around him. He's caught off guard for a moment, but then decides to return her warm embrace.

[Mrs. Levin]: My baby boy. My beautiful baby boy...

[Kevin]: I missed you so much...

They both stand there, hugging one another and crying for a few minutes. You wait for them to finish without making it weird. Once they're finished, Mrs. Levin turns to you while staying close to Kevin.

[Mrs. Levin]: Who's this?

(Continued in Next Post)
>>
[Kevin]: Mom, this is Wade. He saved my life, and he's the reason I'm here right now.

[Mrs. Levin]: In that case Wade, I want to thank you for everything that you've done for my son.

[Wade]: No problem. What are friends for?

Kevin smiles at you while he and his mother walk inside their house. They invite you inside, and his mother brings you snacks while you relax fro a bit. You and Kevin tell his mother where he's been these past few years. She listens intently, and alternates between shock, joy and rage as she hears about her son's trials.

[Mrs. Levin]: So you were kidnapped by corrupt government agents and then abducted by aliens?

[Kevin]: Well I agreed to go with the aliens, so it wasn't really an abduction. They also agreed to let me stay here with you.

[Mrs. Levin]: And I couldn't be happier. They always told me that i was crazy for believing that you were alive. But I just knew that you'd come back home one day!

Mrs. Levin turns her attention to you now.

[Mrs. Levin]: And you. I'm sorry that you had to go through all of those horrible things.

[Wade]: I've more or less learned to live with the weirdness. Makes life easier.

[Mrs. Levin]: Well, I just wanted you to know that you'll always be welcome in my home. Right, Kevin?

[Mrs. Levin]: You're leaving? Already? But you just got here...

[Kevin]: I know, and I'm sorry for leaving so soon. But Wade needs help, and it's my turn to pitch in.

Kevin's mom looks heartbroken, and he's having trouble consoling her.

You run outside and activate your hover board before hopping on top of it. Slate jumps out of the car and pounces towards you. You brace for impact, but then he shrinks back down into a totem that you can carry. What a neat trick!

[Wade]: I'll be sure to swing by before I leave town!

You ride your board down the street without looking back, thinking of what your next move should be. There's a few people that you can call. Or you try to track your missing family members down.

You call Grandpa, in hopes that he can help coordinate some search parties.

[Wade]: Be on the lookout for both Ollie and Kirby.

[Phil]: Got it. Be careful out there.

You hang up and hop off your board to transform into Bloodrush. You select him using the cursor, and slam down hard on the watch, allowing a bright purple flash to envelop you. You feel your arms and legs stretching out, and your sharp senses begin picking up strange noises all over town. But you can't pay attention to those right now. You've gotta find Olivia by tracking her scent, as weird as that sounds.

As you spread your wings and prepare to take off, you feel vibrations under your feet. Not like an earthquake. More like muffled voices and footsteps. But it's deep underground. Like really deep. You disregard the thought, deciding to investigate the matter another time.

You follow Olivia's scent, remembering it from the last time you turned into Bloodrush. As you fly through the air, you hear the heartbeats of many people, and recognize the scents of a few others. You follow the trail and land near a manhole. Unsure of why you aren't picking up any displeasing smells from the manhole, you remove the lid and jump down. The tunnel is unusually clean, but not exactly spotless either. Suddenly, you detect the same vibrations and footsteps from before. But they're much stronger down here!

You fly further down the tunnel, hoping to find an explanation for this underground movement. Eventually you see a light at the end of the tunnel, and you fly straight into it with your eyes squinted. What you see before you is...breathtaking!

There are aliens walking around in underground caverns, socializing and bartering in marketplaces. Alien children are running around and playing in the streets, while the aliens riding in hover-vehicles carefully avoid them. This is incredible! Has this always been here?! Aliens living right beneath your feet, in a civilized town of their own.

Before you get too carried away, you recognize your cousin's scent and look for her amongst the crowd. You spot her trying to hide her face with a cloak, so you fly down to intercept her.

[Wade]: Olivia, you ok?

[Olivia]: Wade?

She pulls off her hood and reveals her haggard appearance. She looks like she hasn't slept in days!

[Olivia]: Wade?! It really is you!

She runs into your arms and hugs you tightly, so you time out early and wrap your arms around her.

[Wade]: Why are you down here? Why'd you run away?

[Olivia]: It's a long story but-

She suddenly turns her head and pushes you out of the way of an incoming lightning bolt. The crowd around you quickly disperses at the first sign of danger.

[Olivia]: Look out!

You fall backwards and see a woman with white hair and light purple skin walking towards you. She wears a cloak made of black, metal feathers, and appears to have a few scars on her face. She scowls in your direction with her reptile-like eyes.

[Cree]: Filthy human! Give me your lucky charm!

[Olivia]: Lady, you're seriously gonna get sued by a certain cereal mascot!

The vicious alien uses some sort of electromagnetism ability to throw her metal feathers at Olivia, which she blocks with a mana barrier.

[Wade]: Friend of yours?

[Olivia]: She's been chasing me for days now! She keeps asking for my lucky charms! Always with the lucky charms!

[Wade]: So she's after the Charms of Bezel. How many does she have?

[Olivia]: I think she only has the electrokinesis one.

[Wade]: Good then we can stop her before she gets too dangerous. It's Show Time!

You open up your watch and select Snotrocket, before slamming down hard on the button. But this transformation feels different. It's new!

Your muscles grow to a much larger size, and your skin feels thick and itchy. Your jaw widens and you can feel claws growing out of your fingers. Once the purple flash dissipates, you look at your skin to see that it's turned yellow. And it seems to be covered by some type of moss.

[Wade]: Whoa! New guy.

[Olivia]: Hey, he looks cool! But don't you already have a crocodile alien?

The most noticeable thing about your transformation, is how much you can't stand the smell of your own breath!

You place your hands on the ground and command the moss on your arms to spread the ground beneath you. It grows to cover the area around you, sprouting plants and vines that move to ensnare the alien woman. She tries to get away, but a bundle of vines catches her foot and forces her back to the ground. She struggles to break free, but her electric attacks are not helping her to destroy your plants.

This guy's pretty useful! You think you'll call him "Snapdragon"!

[Wade]: Ready to talk now?

[Cree]: I have nothing to say to you.

[Olivia]: Oh you better talk! I had to listen to your screeching for the past 2 days!

Upon closer examination, she's wearing some strange stone armor underneath her metal cloak. It looks very form-fitting. There are several indentations on her chest, and they look like they're meant to hold the other charms.

(Forgot to bring out Slate! My bad!)

[Wade]: I'll be taking this.

You reach for her charm and grab it with your large claws. As you try to pry it off, sparks of purple lightning fly everywhere, harming you and Cree! It doesn't hurt as much through your thick skin, but Cree is screaming as if it were killing her! You stop pulling and the charm snaps back into place, causing a ripple of energy to flow through her stone suit. Now that you're looking at it again, it kinda reminds you of...Slate! You forgot he was in your pocket! Well he's probably ok.

You look down at Cree, who's now sweating profusely and staring at you with intense feelings of hatred.

[Wade]: What was that?

[Cree]: This suit is bound not only to my skin, but my soul as well. It cannot be removed, and neither can the charms. It exists for the sole purpose of gathering the Charms of Bezel. I exist for the soul purpose of gathering the charms...

Cree looks rather frustrated as she tells you about her situation.

[Wade]: Why would you do that to yourself? Why do you even want these things?

[Cree]: I did not do this to myself! I do not want these retched relics! My master does...

Her voice is dripping with venom, and her eyes close as her breath turns ragged.

[Wade]: Who's your master?

Just then, her charm sparks to life and it begins shooting stray strands of lightning every which way. You and Olivia instinctively move away, just in time to avoid the metal feathers flying past you and towards Cree. The feathers proceed to cut the vines holding her down, until she is able to cut them herself by using blades she formed from her cloak. Once she's free, she swiftly jumps up onto a rooftop and attempts to flee the scene.

[Olivia]: Should we chase her?

You summon a vine from the ground, and command it to snag on Cree's ankle. However, she manages to slice the vine before it can make contact with her foot, allowing her to safely escape.

[Wade]: Looks like I've gotta practice some more with this guy. You okay?

[Olivia]: Yeah, just tired. But enough about that, you've gotta tell me about your big space mission!

Olivia's excitement defies her previous claims. You've got a lot to tell her, and a few things that you can show her. You time out early and pull out Slate's totem. You summon the little guy and runs around in circles for a few seconds before he finally focuses on Olivia.

[Olivia]: Awww! Who's this little guy?!

She scratches what she believes to be his ear, and he kicks his leg against the ground in pleasure. You still aren't sure how that works. But you've gotta admit, being around your cousin is refreshing as hell. Compared to Rad and Argit at least. You walk through the streets of this alien town while chatting with your cousin. You can tell that she's struggling to keep her eyes open, but she listens to your story anyway.

[Olivia]: So you broke into a prison, found the giant lady, then you found your creator, and met the big bad before escaping? That is so awesome!

[Wade]: And not only that! We also stopped the invasion by buying the planet Earth from the Incurseans.

[Olivia]: You own the planet? Does that come with any perks?

[Wade]: Don't know. I'll have to find out later. I don't even have the deed yet.

[Olivia]: If you lose that deed then that means someone else owns it right?

[Wade]: Well that's a scary thought...

[Olivia]: Well they'll have to beat us first. And that ain't happening!

Olivia shadow boxes as you take in the sights of the town.

[Wade]: How'd you find this place?

[Olivia]: I was running from the crazy lady, and I fell into a massive sinkhole. I almost died falling all the way down here. But my quick thinking and well placed force fields saved my life. Since then, I've been hiding down here with the rest of these guys. And they're pretty nice. Some of them even speak English. They told me that this place is called Undertown.

[Wade]: How long do you think it's been down here?

[Olivia]: Who knows? But I can't believe it's stayed hidden for so long!

[Wade]: Me either. This place is amazing!

[Olivia]: Hey...is Grandpa and the rest ok?

[Wade]: Yeah, Grandpa's fine. I have no idea where Kirby went though.

[Olivia]: Me neither. He said something about gathering a superhero team. I wanted to help him, but Grandpa wanted me with him. He didn't want the whole family to split. Guess it happened anyway, though.

[Wade]: Don't worry, I'm gonna take you to him. He's been worried sick about you.

[Olivia]: But won't you need help finding Kirby and the others?

[Wade]: Nah. I'll be fine. You need to worry about yourself right now.

[Olivia]: I guess you're right...

Normally she'd fight you more on this, but she's probably too exhausted to do so. You and Olivia leave Undertown and exit the underground tunnels through the manhole you used to enter them. Once you're out, you call Grandpa and let him know where you are. After waiting a few minutes, Grandpa and a few others arrive in a pickup truck. He jumps out and runs to hug the both of you as soon as the truck stops.

[Phil]: I'm so glad you kids are ok...

[Wade]: We missed you too. Did you find Kirby?

[Phil]: No, but I got a tip that he's been lurking around someplace called EVO-Corp. I haven't been able to follow up on it yet though.

[Wade]: I'll handle it. Just get Olivia somewhere safe for me.

[Phil]: Can do. Be careful out there.

You nod to him and fly away on your hover board, while Slate returns to totem form and hops in your pocket. You look back one more time to see Olivia giving you a thumbs up, and you return it with a wink.

Grandpa's gonna be so psyched to hear that there's an underground alien city underneath Bellwood! You just regret that you won't be the one to tell him. Now to find your hobo teacher and find out what he's been up to.

Session Ended.

Thanks for Playing! Hope you guys enjoyed it.

I did! Also can you update the pastebin by then?
>>
>>3232541
Glad to hear it. And no problem. I've got to update each one, including the trivia pastebin.
>>
>>3232545
Something I’d recommend as a bit of a helpful thing to do for new anons is to post imgur links of the aliens in the pastebin next to their sections. Or you can just make an imgur album with each alien be named and include the album in the thread openers
Just something to consider
>>
>>3232583
That's a really good idea. I'll get to work on that. Thanks for the recommendation.
>>
>>3232589
Yeah. Also, forgetting Bullfrag in the alien list. Really curious about what you'll write on that since I love the fact their all from Wade's perspective.
>>
>>3232597
Just added Bullfrag. Gonna add a bit to each entry. I like to make each one seem like a journal entry from our hero. He treats it like a dream journal and updates it a few minutes after timing out, so the feeling is fresh in his mind.
>>
Made the imgur image gallery. I'll be posting it at the beginning of new threads from now on. I'll probably also redraw some aliens because I feel like they can be polished up.

As you surf through the skies, you map out the route to this EVO-Corp place that Grandpa told you about. You’ve lived here all your life, and you’ve never even heard of this company. As you near your destination, you have to take a moment to grasp the incredible height of this building. You probably didn’t even need to use your GPS! How’d they build this in the few weeks that you’ve been gone from home?!

You lower yourself to the ground to see Kirby and a bunch of others arguing with some Forever Knights in front of the building. Great, now the Forever Knights are involved with this whole mess. And one of them is fucking huge! He’s got to be at least 3 meters tall, maybe more?! Definitely an alien or mutant of some kind. It appears that the Forever Knights have formed blockade using energy shields of some sort.

As you jump off your board, you suit up and bring out Slate just in case things get ugly. When Kirby notices you, he runs over to hug you, but is beaten there by...K8-E?!!

She tackles you with great force and you feel like she could’ve shattered your ribs had she gone any faster. It knocks the wind out of you and nearly causes you to stumble.

[K8-E]: Oh Wade! I am glad that you are well and unharmed!

[Wade]: Yeah, me too.

She shows no signs of letting go anytime soon. She must’ve really missed you, but you feel the same way towards her. You had no idea who was alive and who wasn’t once you found out about the invasion. Well at least she isn’t treating you differently because you confessed to her. You aren’t sure if that’s a good thing or not to be honest.

You look over her shoulder to see Kirby and the others he gathered for his team. There’s one person you don’t recognize. She’s an alien with pink skin, and she’s wearing a pink winter coat. Maybe she’s just naturally cold in 90 degree weather?

You do however recognize a few of them. There’s Alan...wearing the pyrokinesis charm? Then there’s a Galvanic Mechamorph that kinda looks like it’s being piloted by...Julie?! Is that ship? He looks like a full suit of battle armor now! And right next to him is Malware! What’s going on?!

>”What’s happening here?”
>”Does that charm really work for him? You remember what it did to that last guy that used it.”
>”Malware? What are you doing here?”
>”Quite the interesting team you’ve got there.”
>”I’m glad you guys are ok.”

[Wade]: What's happening here?

[Kirby]: Hey kid, how was your mission? I see you put the totem to use already.

Slate runs up to Kirby and leans on his leg.

[Julie]: Aww! What a cutie! What's his name?

[Wade]: My mission went fine..kinda. And his name is Slate, but that's not important right-

[Alan]: So you've got a magic rock dog now? Wish my dad would let me keep pets...

[Malware???]: Oh, I know what you mean. My family won't even let me hang out with my friends from school if it doesn't improve my grades.

[Malware]: Your creators are ignorant fools.

Is there a person in there?! It almost sounds female.

[Wade]: Can someone please answer me?!!

Everyone turns to look at you in shock.

[K8-E]: Kirby believes that he saw this building moving during the invasion.

[Kirby]: I don't "believe" I saw it moving. I definitely saw it moving! And now these knights won't let us in!

[Alan]: That's because we're trespassing. And I can't stand out here all night. I've gotta get back home and check on my Dad. So if you wouldn't mind opening up a portal to North Carolina-

[Kirby]: No one's going anywhere until we figure out what's going on!

Everyone sighs and goes back to socializing with one another. You can't help but stare at the charm hanging around Alan's neck. It brings back bad memories, and you aren't sure if you're comfortable with him using it.

[Wade]: Are you sure that it's ok for him to be using that thing? You remember what it did to the last guy that used it.

[Kirby]: He'll be fine. It helps him keep his powers in check. Kinda like training wheels. I'll take it back when he feels that he doesn't need it.

[Wade]: What if it drives him crazy?

[Kirby]: That only happens when you amass too many magic artifacts. Besides, I've been making sure that he hasn't been abusing it like the last guy.

You decide to trust Kirby's judgement for now and move on to the other members of the team. You walk over to Malware and he turns his head to look at you. His features are much more intimidating and rigid now. He's got spikes running down his back and the head of what you can only describe as a dinosaur of some sort.

[Wade]: Good thing I didn't drag Kevin along! He hates your ass!

Malware stares at you for a while, before the face of a blonde girl pops out of his chest.

[Carol]: Wow! You're Wade Wakeman! I've heard so much about you from-

Malware pushes her face back inside of his chest and the hole closes up on its own.

[Malware]: I will speak to him, Carol Smith.

[Wade]: Dude, what the hell was that?!

[Malware]: It is...good to see you, Wade Wakeman. Much has happened since our initial meeting. This young woman has taken me into her home and sheltered me for some time now. You are allowed to greet him now.

[Carol]: Hello!

Carol's face pops out again, and she doesn't seem to mind being bonded to Malware or sharing a body with an alien.

[Wade]: So you managed to find another host, huh? That's all well and good, but you need to apologize to Kevin at some point. He's gonna keep hunting you down unless you settle things with him. Without either of you fighting one another!

[Malware]: Yes, I believe you are right. My time away from Kevin has allowed me to reflect upon my actions. How...how is he?

[Wade]: He's been doing well. He reunited with his mom a while back, so I let them catch up while I hunted you guys down.

[Malware]: That is good. He deserves to be happy.

[Carol]: Aww! That's so sweet. Maybe we should drop by there later. I'll make sure you don't say anything stupid.

[Malware]: Please do, Carol Smith.

It's kinda weird seeing Malware all tame and friendly like this. But you're glad that he's willing to help the good guys. With Carol guiding him, he can really do some good around the world. You remember to exchange contact info with Carol before moving on.

You go to talk to the person you don't recognize. She looks to be around your age, but you're wondering how Kirby knows her. She notices you approaching her and smiles to greet you.

[Wade]: Hey, I've never seen you around before. What's your name?

[Ester]: I'm Ester. It's nice to meet you. Kirby told me about some great hero that'd show up and save us. I'm guessing you're the one that stopped the invasion somehow?

[Wade]: Yeah. I kinda bought the planet, but that's besides the point. How did you get roped into all this?

[Ester]: I was one of the ones that made sure the citizens of Undertown got to safety during the invasion. My people didn't wish to help me, but Kirby did. I had never seen him before, but for some reason I trusted him. He helped me evacuate bazaar, and then he introduced himself. He said he needed my help fight the Incursion threat, so I followed him to the surface.

[Wade]: You followed a guy you just met? To fight alien conquerors no less?

[Ester]: Well someone had to stop them. And I wasn't sure when or if you'd be coming back. But I'm glad you did. Thank you for saving me and everyone who shares this planet.

She extends a hand towards you and you firmly shake it. Her hand is kinda soft and squishy when you squeeze it. She doesn't flinch from your grip though, so you don't think much of it.

[Ester]: So, what do I call you?

[Wade]: Wade. Nice to meet you. And thanks for helping to save my planet.

Her smile grows wider when she hears that you trust her enough to disclose your secret identity to her.

[Ester]: Likewise. I hope we can get to know each other better in the future, Wade.

What a nice girl. You exchange contact info with her and walk back to Kirby. Along the way you notice K8-E stealing glances at you from afar. Maybe you should talk to her later. You also notice Carol talking with the others while casually having her head hanging out of Malware's chest. There's gotta be a less creepy way of doing that.

[Wade]: Quite the interesting team you've got here.

[Kirby]: Yeah, but it looks like I jumped the gun a bit there. You came back after a couple of days, and ended the war without our help. And now I owe Paradox a favor...

Kirby sighs deeply and scratches the back of his neck.

[Wade]: Hey, I'm sure you guys did some good down here. The town is much safer than it would've been without you. But I think it'd be safe to disband the team for now. These guys need to get back to their families you know?

[Kirby]: I guess you're right. It was fun while it lasted though.

[Wade]: Did you give the team a name?

[Kirby]: Nope, not yet. I was thinking of calling them "The Galactic Enforcers", but that's already taken.

[Wade]: You'll figure it out eventually. It is your team after all.

[Kirby]: Ooh! What about "Kirby's Galactic Brigade"! We can even put our initials on our costumes. "KGB"!

[Wade]: I...think you should keep working on that name for a bit longer.

Your conversation is interrupted by a woman coming out of the building while being shielded by the knights. She has black, shoulder length hair and she's wearing a form-fitting black dress. Alongside her is a very short man wearing golden armor and a crown.

[Elena]: This is private property. If you remain on the premises any longer, then you will be forcibly removed.

[King Toley]: That's right! The queen demands it, and so it shall be!

[Kirby]: Oh shit...

[Wade]: What? What's wrong?

[Kirby]: Nothing, we should go. We don't want a fight breaking out in the middle of the street.

You suddenly notice that the large Black Knight has been staring at you for some time now. It's kinda creepy.

[Black Knight]: Give...me...

[King Toley]: No you fool!

Without saying a word to one another, you and Kirby manage to create a powerful mana barrier using your combined power. The ground cracks and crumbles under the weight of the knight as he lands. His heavy sword collides with your barrier, breaking up the ground around you. He continues to swing at you, but he only manages to crack it a little bit. The lumbering giant's assault is interrupted by Alan throwing a fireball at his chest. It manages to push him back a bit, giving you the opportunity to retreat towards the team. The knights guarding the building are now in a combat ready stance, while the black haired woman and the short king try to deescalate things. A deep growl escapes from the black knight, and it makes you uneasy.

[Elena]: Call them off! Especially the big one.

[King Toley]: I'm not sacrificing my knights to that beast. Get your pets to do it for you.

[Wade]: Well can we all just calm down and put away our weapons? We'll back off and we won't come back. Deal?

[Elena]: Yes that would be-

She's interrupted by the black knight charging at you once more. Well you were more or less expecting this anyways.

Before he can reach you however, your watch goes off and you are consumed by a flash of light. The flash is enough to momentarily blind the knight and cause him to miss his swing.

The knight lifts his sword to swing it down on your head, but you swiftly avoid it by spinning around him. Someone should really tell him that he telegraphs his attacks way too early. You gain a bit of momentum before grabbing his cape and using it swing him around. You spot a trailer on a semi with a few of your eyes, and you throw him toward it with all your might. That armor sure does make him heavy. You weren't sure if you'd be strong enough to throw him with this alien.

The knight collides with the trailer and crushes it under his weight. Hopefully that thing's empty. The knight proceeds to pick himself up by using the trailer as a crutch, but is pushed back down by Malware and Alan.

Malware's gun sounds like an old computer crashing for some reason, and you can feel the heat from Alan's jet of flame from where you're standing. Julie follows up by firing several green beams of plasma, and you start to doubt whether or not this guy's gonna be getting up anytime soon.

Suddenly, a streak of red energy is fired from behind his helmet, drastically warping it's shape in the process. The beam begins turning in mid-air, aggressively chasing after Alan before zapping him out of the sky. Another is fired, and Malware is knocked far away from the rest of the team. Julie begins to panic, and she pours everything she's got into her laser barrage. It manages to hold him back for a little while, but she alone cannot keep him suppressed. He's getting back up!

You see him charging up another shot, so you quickly move grab the shields of the idle knights guarding the guys in charge. With your superior speed, you pass an energy shield to each of your companions, all while grabbing a manhole cover and tossing it at the black knight's head in one fluid movement. Julie and Malware absorb the shields and incorporate them into their armor, shielding the others in the process.

The knight's head jerks to the side upon being hit by the manhole cover, and it causes the laser to hit the ground and miss you only by mere inches. That last hit managed to damage his helmet even more, and you can see his piercing red eyes behind it. They're still smoking from his laser fire, and you brace yourself as he prepares to fire another.

Suddenly, you see a man jump past you and your friends. He wears a red jacket, and has enlarged metal fists that are bigger than the rest of his body. He lands on the knights and begins pummeling him relentlessly. The sound of metal slamming against metal echoes through the otherwise silent streets. The knight tries to resist, but the man on top of him isn't giving him an inch. And soon enough, the large knight goes limp.

[Elena]: That's enough! Thank you, Rex.

[King Toley]: Now quickly, bring him to me!

The man nods without saying a word and drags the black knight by his foot. The other knights move to help him after the fight is over, and you're left standing there more confused than ever. Just what happened to your town while you were gone?

Session End.

Thanks for Playing! Hope you guys enjoyed it.

Next session will be held tomorrow at 4pm EST.

As the man called Rex drags away your assailant, you’re left with nothing but questions. Why’d that knight attack you? Who is this Elena person and what’s she got to do with the Forever Knights? And what does Kirby know about all this that you don’t?

Your attention is drawn to the skies when you see Plumber ships descending on Bellwood. You’ll have to get your answers later, but right now it’s time for you and your team to split. You and Elena stare each other down for a moment, then you help the others up and depart. Malware and Julie create jet-packs to fly out of their, while Alan uses his magma surfboard. You look behind you to see Ester stretching her limbs in order to climb on top of buildings. What a cool ability. You wish you could do that…

[Trixy]: Wade, I acquired the Kraho female’s DNA when you were making physical contact earlier. Her DNA sample has been stored for later use.

[Wade]: Nice going, Trixy! You’re catching on fast.

[Trixy]: It is my pleasure to assist you.

Once you and the team get a safe distance away from EVO-Corp, Kirby calls Paradox to his location using some sort of strange pocket watch.

[Paradox]: Hello there, children. I assume your mission went well.

A man wearing a long white coat appears before you after exiting a portal of some sort. You didn’t know he was British. Or steampunk for that matter. You can't help but stare at his cybernetic arm in amazement.

[Kirby]: Yeah, thanks for the assist.

[Paradox]: It is the least I could do to make up for my folly.

Kirby looks angry for a moment, but then manages to compose himself before he says something he knows he shouldn’t.

[Kirby]: There’s no making up for that…

There’s an awkward silence between Paradox and Kirby for a few seconds, but Kirby decides to break the silence by moving things along.

[Kirby]:Ok kids, time to go home! Thanks for your help.

[Alan]: Anytime, I love these superhero team-ups!

Kirby stops Alan before he heads through the portal. Alan looks up at him in confusion, but Kirby just holds his hand out.

[Alan]: Aw come on! Really? I was just getting the hang of this.

[Kirby]: You’ll get used to your powers soon enough. But this artifact is dangerous, and I don't want you hurting yourself or anyone else with it.

[Alan]: ...Fine.

Alan reluctantly hands the charm over to Kirby.

[Kirby]: If you ever have any trouble with your powers, give me a call. I’ve got a lot of experience being a Pyronite.

Alan nods and heads through the portal, with Ester following close behind him.

[Ester]: Well it’s been fun, but I’ve got to get back to my tribe. They’re probably worried sick about me. Be sure to call if you need anything. See you around, Wade.

She winks at you before heading through the portal, and K8-E moves a bit closer to you for some reason. Is she jealous?

Julie is the last to go through the portal, and she unequips ship before running to hug you.

[Julie]: I’m gonna go make sure my parents are still okay. This whole alien business has got them pretty rattled.

[Wade]: Just wait until they learn that you’re a superhero. They’ll never let you leave the house.

[Julie]: I guess not everyone can have an understanding family like yours. You be careful, okay? No more running off without asking for help.

[Wade]: Same to you. Tell your folks I said hi.

[Julie]: Actually they kinda hate you right now, but I’ll tell them anyway. See ya!

What’d you do? Oh well, you don't need everyone to like you.

As Julie walks through the portal, Paradox is about to follow her inside. Maybe you should ask him something. Kirby did say that he was a time traveler.

>"Hey, what am I like in the future?"
>"I don't suppose you can give me any spoilers about any future trouble?"

You've never met Rex before, and Julie's parents hold it against you for introducing aliens to their daughter. They'll get over it eventually.
>>
[Wade]: Thanks for your help Professor.

[Paradox]: Oh it's no trouble at all my boy. I must make sure that you have the tools you need in order to grow into the her you're meant to be.

There's a million questions you wanna ask this guy, but you'll have to settle for the one that he's most likely to answer.

[Wade]: I hear you can hop between dimensions. What are the other ones like?

[Paradox]: Hmm, well many of them are divergent timelines that are created through every little decision that you and every other Omnitrix wielder makes. But to be honest, many of them are quite dreadful. The dimension that you reside in is referred to as a "Major Divergent", in which the death of one central figure changed the timeline completely. A universe with no Tennysons is truly a doomed timeline, destined for total annihilation.

[Wade]: Oh...

[Paradox]: But there is hope for you yet. Your timeline is quite strange and the future is constantly changing. Perhaps if you're lucky, you can subvert the danger that threatens your dimension.

[Wade]: You mean D'Traxus?

[Paradox]: Oh heavens no! I mean...well never-mind. You'll find out soon enough. Now, you were asking about other timelines before? I have seen many. There was one in which Ben Tennyson was born in prehistoric times, in which aliens invaded his world and threatened to drain it of it's resources. In that timeline, the Omnitrix was a magic artifact created by a powerful shaman. I called him "Ben 10,000 B.C.".

[Wade]: Sounds fun! Were there like alien dinosaurs and stuff?

[Paradox]: Oh yes. They were quite deadly and hostile. I've no idea what became of him though. i was merely passing by when I saw him. There was another timeline in which Ben Tennyson never found the Omnitrix. His cousin Gwen found it instead. Scorned by his inability to help them in combat, young Ben began gathering alien weaponry and trained himself to use it. I believe he became a bounty hunter after he grew up.

[Wade]: Like a good one? Is he still a good guy?

[Paradox]: Well, "good" is hard to define sometimes. His morality was rather gray.

[Wade]: Do all of these timelines involve Ben? I keep hearing his name come up.

[Paradox]: Well, Ben Tennyson is a very central figure in many timelines. More often than not, he is the one who finds the Omnitrix. Especially since every universe is a divergent of the Prime timeline.

[Wade]: And Ben has the watch in the prime timeline?

[Paradox]: Not only that, but his family is alive and well. And that makes a very big difference in his timeline.

You had no idea that Ben was so important in every timeline. Does that mean that your timeline would be better if he were here instead of you?

Paradox seems to notice that you're a bit depressed about hearing that your timeline is doomed, so he tries to cheer you up.

[Paradox]: But Ben is not always the most important central figure in every timeline.

(Continued in Next Post)
>>
[Wade]: Really?

[Paradox]: Why, I once saw one in which a Celestialsapien released an Omnitrix on Earth every year. Because of this, the planet became a barren wasteland from the destruction that ensued. The galactic council decided to contain the issue by preventing anyone from leaving Earth. No one knew what to do, so they did what any other sane sentient being would do. They turned the suffering of innocent humans into entertainment for the rest of the galaxy. And the only one who bothered to try and stop all of this madness was Max Tennyson, for he had recently found an Omnitrix of his own.

[Wade]: Damn, that timeline's a lot worse than mine. How is that one not doomed?

[Paradox]: Well it's because Max is still alive and well. He still has a chance to set things right. No matter how hopeless the situation might be, the actions of a selfless individual can change the future for the better. And that is why i have one more story for you. And this one, is about you.

[Wade]: There's another timeline where I exist?

[Paradox]: Oh yes. I've been keeping an eye out for you and others like you ever since I found your timeline. This timeline is set back in the 1960's, and you have found the Omnitrix after being drafted into the military. And it was a very good thing that you found it when you did. Or else you wouldn't have been able to fight off the vicious aliens that were invading your planet. But I only caught a glimpse of it. I have no idea what kind of man you were, or what became of your world.

[Wade]: So that means there's hope for my timeline?

[Paradox]: That wasn't the moral of this story. The point is "Anyone can be a hero." Just like how Kirby found the Omnitrix, you were able to find it as well. Anyone could have found it. And that creates endless possibilities that give birth to divergent timelines. But in this one, right here, a hero was born. This is not the story of Ben Tennyson. This is the story of Wade Wakeman!

You aren't sure why, but that corny speech he gave is making you feel a bit better. You shouldn't worry so much about who the watch was supposed to go to. You have it now, and you're sure as hell gonna use it to save anyone who's in trouble.

[Wade]: Oh, one more thing. I'm guessing that there's rules to time travel since you haven't gone back and fixed everything.

[Paradox]: Precisely. Believe me, if I were able to go back and fix every problem that popped up in the multiverse, it would be quite boring. But interfering in someone else's timeline can result in the destruction of that timeline, and possibly many others. It's all very complicated and confusing, but you're going to have to trust me on this one.

[Kirby]: Speaking of time, we should be getting back to the family. They're probably worried sick.

[Paradox]: Fine, I can take a hint. So long, young Wakeman. Until next time.

Paradox steps through his portal and it closes behind him. You can see Kirby breathing a sigh of relief as soon as he's gone.

[Wade]: Let's meet back up with the others.

Malware uses his jet-pack to fly towards Kevin's house, while the rest of you head to where Grandpa and Olivia are holed up. As you're flying back on your hover-board, K8-E runs far ahead of you to meet your family before you and Kirby.

[Wade]: Hmph. Showoff...

You see her running into the homeless shelter that Kirby said they were operating out of. You can even see the Rust Bucket from here! It'll be nice to see your family reunited again.

Once you and Kirby land, you approach the front door, but are stopped by two armed guards.

[Wade]: Uh, show's over.

Your suit is broken down and stored inside of your watch. The guards are taken aback upon learning that you were just some human kid. They're still cautious of you though.

[Kirby]: Easy boys, he's with me.

Kirby comes up from behind and places a hand on your shoulder. The two guards give each other skeptical looks before finally allowing you to pass.

[Kirby]: Don't take it personally. Everyone's a little paranoid these days.

As you walk down a long, dimly lit hallway, you can see a bright light peeking behind a blanket. You push it aside and walk through the doorway, only to be blinded by a bright light of some sort. And you struggle to see the fuzzy figures behind the spotlight, but you're disoriented by the sound of...gunshots?! You reach for your watch and prepare a transformation. Whoever these guys are, they aren't gonna take you down without a fight!

[???]: Surprise!!!

[Wade]: Huh?

The spotlight is turned off and you see your friends and family standing around holding confetti poppers. The guys who went through the portal with Paradox are here too!

[Wade]: What's going on?

[Phil]: Well it's your birthday, champ!

[Olivia]: Not even an alien invasion could stop this party!

She still looks exhausted, but you appreciate the fact that she's trying to hide it.

[Wade]: I...don't know what to say...

[Kirby]: How about "Thank you"?

The past couple of days have been pretty crazy, so you kinda forgot that it was your birthday today. You aren't even sure if you should be celebrating your birthday when there's bad guys lurking around town. But, you can't disappoint the people that made this possible. They want to see you happy, so you'll just have to kick back and relax just for today.

[Wade]: Thanks guys. This really means a lot.

[Phil]: Time to make it official. You still have to blow out the candles!

Grandpa pulls out a cake with purple frosting and 16 candles.

[Phil]: I baked it myself!

There's a mysterious odor coming from the cake that's hard to describe. Olivia looks like she's seeing an affront against nature, but you expected that sort of reaction from her. You close your eyes and blow out the candles in one breath, and the others applaud as you do so. You look around for a moment to appreciate the people that made it here. The people that supported you through thick and thin. You couldn't ask for better friends.

(Cont.)

The party goes off without a hitch. Despite the lack of resources and gifts, it still feels nice to gather together like this. Julie and Alan are talking in the corner, while Grandpa chats with the others taking refuge in the shelter. Kirby, Olivia and K8-E are all sitting next to you though.

[Wade]: How long were you guys planning this?

[Olivia]: We were gonna throw you a welcoming party when you came back, but things got kinda crazy with the invasion.

[K8-E]: I was informed that they needed help with last-minute preparations. And I mean VERY last minute.

[Kirby]: I told Paradox to send everyone here for the surprise. Well, except Ester. She actually had to go home. It's a shame too, I think you two would get along great.

You've got some time to talk to Kirby and the others now that things have calmed down a bit.

[Wade]: You sure you don't need a nap or something Ollie? It wouldn't offend me in the slightest.

[Olivia]: Nah, I should be fine. I can just pass out once everybody leaves anyways.

She can barely keep her eyes open, but you know she won't miss your birthday for anything. Hers is closer to the end of summer, but you'll have to start planning her party sooner or later.

[Wade]: If you say so. Just steer clear of the cake. We might have to pump your stomach if you end up eating any.

[Olivia]: Actually, I was hoping that you'd eat my share. Consider it my gift to you.

K8-E is rubbing Olivia's shoulder in order to soothe her, and it looks like it's making her even more tired. Maybe she's trying to get her to fall asleep?

[Wade]: So Kirby, what happened back at EVO-Corp? You were acting like you knew those guys.

[Kirby]: Well, yeah I did. Elena and Rex were friends of mine back in the day. Elena was the daughter of a Plumber and victim of a swarm of sentient alien nano-machines. They took over her mind and made her their new queen after I killed their last one. I have no idea what's up with this one though. And Rex isn't even supposed to be here. At least not in this dimension. I wish I had the answers, but I'm just as confused about this as you are kid.

[Wade]: What about the knights? What's their role in this?

[Kirby]: No idea. These guys must be from a different faction. I've never even heard of this King Toley guy. We're just gonna have to wait and see what they do next.

Well the mysteries keep adding up. Maybe you should ask some easier questions.

[Wade]: So how do you know Ester anyway?

[Kirby]: Oh, me and her go way back. We had a thing when we were younger, but it didn't work out. She was still one of my best friends though.

[Wade]: And you're wife's ok with you meeting your exes in another dimension?

[Kirby]: We both know that she'd flay me alive if I ever even thought of cheating on her. Plus she's like a kid or something, dude.

[Wade]: Easy, I was just messing. Tell Hope I said hi, by the way.

Kirby's bag rustles and you hear faint unintelligible whispers coming from it.

[Kirby]: She says that she wishes you a "Happy Birthday".

[Wade]: While we're on the topic of magic, what are we gonna do with that fire charm?

[Kirby]: What do you want to do with it? You can only use it while you're in human form.

>Give it to Olivia. She can help support you in combat while you're transformed.
>Take it for yourself. It'll be useful when the watch times out.

[Wade]: I think Hope should hold onto it for now. But when you think he's ready, you should give it back to Alan.

[Kirby]: Odd choice, but I'll respect it. I'll be keeping a close eye on Alan's progress, and I'll give it to him when he's matured a bit.

It's better this way. If you spread out the charms and avoid letting one person gather them, they won't go crazy and it'll be harder for someone to steal them.

[Wade]: Oh yeah, I almost forgot. There's some woman running around stealing charms for somebody. We don't know who she or her master is.

[Kirby]: Well that's to be expected. Just tell Olivia to watch her back from now on. Hex wasn't the only one who wanted to collect the Charms of Bezel. I guess I'll also have to warn Alan when I give him his charm, huh...

Grandpa comes over to your table and places the birthday cake on the table. You still haven't been able to identify the odor that permeates from the cake. You look over to Olivia and she's already passed on K8-E's shoulder.

[Phil]: Ok champ, it's time to cut the cake!

Everyone gathers around you and begins clapping. You hope Kevin and Malware make it back soon.

You take the knife from Grandpa and prepare to cut the cake, but a violent earthquake causes you to a make a crooked cut in the cake. A purple portal opens up in front of everyone, and sparks fly from it every which way. A sudden gust of wind whips up everything that isn't bolted down to the ground, including tables and chairs. You see a vague figure emerging from the portal, along with 9 others...

Mother, The Crime Syndicate, Forever King, Forever Ninja, Dr. Animo, Kangaroo Kommando(The evil one) and Captain Nemesis all stand before you. You thought you put all these guys away! What're they doing here?

[Wade]: Not now, Mom. Give me 5 more minutes...

Mother giggles to herself in the most creepy way possible.

[Mother]: Cute. But your jokes won't save you this time. Me and my associates will make sure of that.

[Wade]: I'm pretty sure I've beat up and put away all of you before. The justice system just ain't what it used to be.

[Nemesis]: Mother here managed to bust us all out of the slammer. All for the opportunity to put a little brat in his place.

[Kommando]: That's a great deal if you ask me.

[Wade]: Any chance you'll disappear again like last time? I'm kinda busy here.

[Mother]: This won't take long. You see, I've already won.

She pulls her left hand out of her cloak and you see an hourglass tied to it.

[Wade]: So what, you're copying me now?

[Mother]: Oh no, I believe it is you who are imitating me.

Mother runs one of her sharp nails down the surface of the hourglass, and it makes a horrible screeching sound that causes you all to flinch. A single, glowing crack forms on the glass.

[Wade]: So your plan is to make us all go deaf?!

[Trixy]: Wa---de...

You look down at your watch and are horrified to see that the face-plate of your watch has a glowing crack in it as well.

[Trixy]: I-I do-----n't fee--l so g-good...

Oh god, oh fuck! What'd she do?!

[Mother]: That's the look I've been waiting for. Get him!

One will get us a lot of aliens from all of those omnitrix and maybe new functions or powers/uses for our aliens.
The other will let us find how to make an omnitrix compatible with magic, or a magical omnitrix for scaning criptids and the like.
>>
You stand there in shock, unable to grasp what Mother did to your watch. The Omnitrix is supposed to be indestructible...right?

[Mama Bear]: Crush you!

You nearly jump out of your own skin when you realize just how close Mama Bear got to you. Her incredibly muscular arms could tear you to limb from limb in your human form. Fortunately, Julie grabs her fist in mid-air and begins pushing against her.

[Julie]: Snap out of it, Wade!

[Wade]: Huh? Oh, sorry!

You hesitate before going to open up your watch. You mind is filled with doubt, and you aren’t sure if this crack will mess with your transformations.

[Slipstream]: What’s the matter, punk? Did we break your little toy?!

Slipstream attempts to run you over with his new board, but Alan intercepts him with his own magma surfboard.

[Alan]: We could really use your help here, man!

[Wade]: Just give me a second!

You open up the face-plate, only to find that the damage from the face-plate has seeped into the rest of the watch. The cracks are slowly spreading, and you aren’t sure what will happen if you use it again.

Fear Leader attempts to slash at you while Kangaroo Kommando pounces towards you. Both are stopped by Olivia and Grandpa.

[Olivia]: Don’t touch him!

[Fear Leader]: Aw, you look tired. Maybe you should take a dirt nap!

[Kommando]: Out of the way old man!

You summon Slate and create dense brass knuckles using mana. Slate quickly grasps the severity of the situation and begins growling at your enemies. You and him run straight for Headcase, who seems unprepared for your attack. But the large bat that Animo is riding on is quick to react, and he swats you away with a swing of his winged arm. You're sent flying backward before landing on a broken table. You body aches, and you feel your arm starting to go a bit numb. Slate bites directly into Driscoll's armored leg, but is shaken off and chased away by his laser barrage.

[Mother]: Adorable. Do you really think you can defeat us in your human form? You are nothing without that watch, Wade. Or should I say "X"?

She creates another scratch over the last one on the hourglass, forming an "X". The same scratch appears on your watch. She's toying with you...

You throw a large mana bolt at Animo, but the mutant bat blocks it with its wings. The bolt you manifested seems to be hotter than you expected it to be, because it singed the bat's wings, sending it into a bit of a frenzy. It savagely lashes out and swipes at Driscoll's arm, distracting them both for a moment.

[Driscoll]: Animo! Calm your beast!

Now's your chance! Slate runs toward Headcase and tackles him to the ground, momentarily subduing him.

[Headcase]: Get off me you mutt!

You try to get closer in order to help your dog knock him out, but your advance is cut short by a mana bolt from Mother. It's strong enough to knock you off your feet and send you sliding across the room. Your chest hurts, and you're having trouble breathing as you pull yourself off the floor. She then focuses her attention to Slate, blasting him off of Headcase. These guys have terrible teamwork, but they're all powerful enough to kill you. Well, maybe everyone except Headcase.

You see K8-E try to run towards you, but the Forever Ninja jumps in front of her and begins swinging his blades at her with great speed. You're on your own, and you're running out of options.

You run straight for Driscoll and dodge the incoming laser fire from his helmet. He expects you to slide underneath his legs, but instead you jump on top of Slate's back and use him as a springboard to hop over Driscoll's head. He tries to turn around to catch you, but Slate headbutts him square in the chest and knocks him down. As you're falling towards Mother, you create a tiny barrier around your fist and reinforce it to be as durable as possible. Mother raises her staff in order to block the attack, but your mana punch goes right through her wooden staff and connects with her jaw, sending her flying backwards and knocking her mask off. Everyone stops what they're doing at looks at their leader picking herself up off of the ground. She turns around to look at you with her pitch black eyes, and proceeds to wipe a dribble of blood from her mouth. Looks like you got her good! But now she's angry...

You keep the pressure on her by throwing in a few hay-makers and taking some jabs at her. She may be a powerful sorceress, but she never learned how to fight without magic. Your aggressive tactics are throwing her off her game. She tries to throw a mana bolt at you after a couple of swings, but you manage to block it and go back to attacking. She's having trouble defending against her attacks, so you mix her up a bit by delivering a roundhouse kick immediately after bouncing off her shield. It almost connects with the side of her face, but a sharp pain in your head causes you to fall to your knees. It feels like something's trying to claw its way out of your skull!

You look back to see Headcase with a finger placed on his temple. This is the first time you've been hit by a telepathic attack, and now you know why those heroes in comic books can't fight against it. It's got to be one of the most excruciatingly painful things you've ever felt. Some invisible force is tearing open a wound that doesn't exist. It may be a simulated injury, but it feels very real.

[Headcase]: I got him? I mean...I got him!

The throbbing pain becomes even more intense, and you're forced even lower to the ground as the villains gather around you. Your vision is getting fuzzy, and you're losing strength in you arms and legs. You don't think you can withstand anymore of this...

[Phil]: Wade!

Grandpa tries to help you, but is put into a choke hold by Kangaroo Kommando. All of your friends are being kept busy by the rest of Mother's cronies. Even Slate is being held down by Driscoll. No one's coming to save you.

[Mother]: Goodbye, Wade.

You need to do something.

Mother grinds her boot-heel into your scalp while laughing maniacally. Slate tries to help you, but is held down by Driscol and Animo's bat.

You don't want to die. Verdona, please. If you can hear me...

[Wade]: Trixy, activate self destruct.

[Trixy]: Aff----irmative.

They stop taunting you, and Headcase begins backing away from you.

[Mother]: You fool! He's bluffing!

[Headcase]: Y-you can't fool me!

Headcase continues tearing your mind to pieces. You let out a shrill scream and clutch your head in pain. You taste iron. Is that blood? Must be. You remember the taste from when you'd get nosebleeds as a kid. Man were those some miserable times.

[Wade]: I'm not bluffing! If I'm gonna die, I'm taking you all with me!

[Mother]: And risk the lives of your precious loved ones? I think not.

They're seeing through your lie. Gotta come up with something.

[Wade]: The energy wave only targets hostile creatures. That's you guys.

[Headcase]: I-I don't know guys. What if he's telling the truth?

[Animo]: I didn't come here to be blown up by a belligerent brat! You said this was supposed to be easy!

[Driscoll]: And it will be, if our fearless leader dared to lift a finger.

[Mother]: How dare you strike that tone with me! I will not tolerate disrespect of any kind!

Good. They're fighting each other. That means they won't be fighting you. You've managed to buy some time for yourself.

[Mother]: If none of you will finish him off, then I will do it myself.

Not good. You've run out of tricks, and no one's coming to save you. The universe isn't that generous. Mother charges a mana bolt to blow a hole through you.

[Mother]: Farewell, maggot.

Help...me...

Suddenly, a purple cat pops up in the middle of the auditorium. Everyone stops what they're doing at stares in confusion.

[Gwen]: Ok, so I need all of you to clear out of here! Like, right now!

It talks?! Where'd this thing come from?

[Fear Leader]: Aw, kitty!

[Slipstream]: Where'd this thing come from?!

[Driscoll]: Witchcraft!

[Heacase]: Why are you surprised? We're working with a literal witch!

[Gwen]: No guys, listen! You have to-

A deafening explosion tears the roof of the building off, and you look up to see a slender girl with dark hair descending towards you. There are purple tentacles protruding from her back, and she appears to be using great amounts of mana.

[Gwen]: Oh no...

[Sunny]: Hey cuz, you look like shit.

Session End.

You watch as the dark-haired girl descends from the heavens and lands directly in front of you. You're even more confused when Mother backs away with a fearful look in her eye.

[Mother]: No...y-you're-

[Sunny]: An Anodite?

Wait, isn't that what Verdona is? Maybe she knows her.

The Anodite looks down to you and kneels down to inspect your face.

[Sunny]: Hmm. I kinda see it. She said you have Max's eyes. My name's Sunny. And you must be Wade.

[Wade]: You know Max?

[Sunny]: Barely. Come on, let's get you up Gramps.

She helps you up with a surprising amount of strength, and begins inspecting your watch. You look over to the purple cat, and she's just been signaling for you to run away this entire time. She can't be that bad...right?

[Sunny]: So this is the Omnitrix, huh? I thought it'd be bigger.

[Animo]: Why are we just standing here while-

[Mother]: Quiet! Do not anger her. It will only make things worse.

Sunny pays no attention to the villains as she tinkers with your watch and opens the face-plate.

[Wade]: Careful, it's breaking already. I don't want it to-

[Sunny]: This is a really powerful curse you've got here. Let me get rid of that for you.

Her eyes glow purple for a moment, and the cracks that cover your watch close up completely!

[Mother]: No! That isn't possible...

[Wade]: Whoa! How'd you do that?!

[Sunny]: Simple trick I learned from my parents. Now to really set you free.

She grabs your hand and forces you to scroll through your transformations. You try to pull your hand back and close it, but your body refuses to listen to you. Is this her doing as well?

[Sunny]: Ooh! This one looks cool!

[Trixy]: Transformation locked.

Sunny's eyes glow once more, and Trixy's voice starts glitching out.

[Wade]: Stop! What are you doing?!

[Sunny]: Wait for it...

[Trixy]: Transformation unlocked.

Oh no.

[Sunny]: Let's get this party started!

She forces you to slam your hand onto the button, and you feel the familiar hollow sensation that you felt a few days back. You're going ghost...

You open your eye to see your assailants fearfully backing away from you. Good. They should be afraid.

You float over to Driscoll and release your tentacles from the folds of your second skin. They slither and wriggle in the air as you casually approach the over-sized knight. He swings at you in fear, but it goes right through you as you go intangible. You extend your tendrils and use them to dig into the narrow crevices of his armor. Little by little, you begin stripping his armor from his body and tossing the pieces to the ground like scrap. Any attempt to grab you or interfere with the process is made useless by your ability to phase through his attacks. You expose the energy source in his chest and tear it straight out. He recoils by priming his helmet's laser to shoot you from point-blank range. But before he can do so, you wrap your tendrils around his helmet and take it from him. You crush his helmet with your enhanced strength and knock him unconscious for good measure.

Animo's bat tries to swat at you from behind, but you move your eye to your back before he can surprise you.

You unnaturally twist your body around in order to face him, and phase your tentacles through the mutant bat. You then wrap the tentacles around Animo and swing them both into a wall. Satisfied with your work, the urge to torment the old fool arises within you.

You float over to Animo as he struggles to push the bat off of himself, and tear off that stupid helmet he always wears.

[Wade]: I thought Bloator made you wanna give this stuff up. Want to see something that'll really give you nightmares?

You open up your second skin and reveal your horrific true form. Animo screams and tries to shield his eyes from your deformed body.

[Animo]: No! Get away from me! Please!

No...this isn't right. But why does it feel so fun?! A dry chuckle escapes your lips. You didn't even know you had lips!

You enter his feeble body before he can even attempt to attack you. he tries to fight you, but you've already assumed control of him. You raise his fists and relentlessly punch him over and over with them. It's a bit awkward, but you can tell that you're doing damage to him. His brain rattles against his skull with each blow, but you force him to remain standing. His legs gave out long ago from the trauma.

[Wade]: Why are you hitting yourself? Why are you hitting yourself?

You speak through his mouth as if it were your own, and it sends a chill down your spine. In a good way. Wait, anymore and he'll get a concussion. And concussions lead to comas. Better end this quickly and move on to Mother. You've got a lot to repay her for.

You leave Headcase's body and move on to Mother. She backs away so fast that she trips on her own dress. She's lost all sense of composure and pride. She only wishes to survive this encounter. At least now she knows how you felt a minute ago.

[Phil]: Wade, she's done. Let it go.

Your allies have defeated their opponents, and they all look at you with concern.

[Sunny]: Don't interrupt him! Things were just getting good.

Sunny blocks off your family and friends using a large mana barrier.

Flay her alive and leave her to the maggots! Crush her bones to powder and scatter them to the wind! Destroy her-

No.

What?!

No. She's done. We're done here.

You are done when I say you are-

You don't get a choice in this. My watch, my rules. take it or leave it.

You insolent-

You time out and the voice in the back of your head finally shuts up. Mother cowers before you and you take a moment to look around you and take in the damage that you caused. It would've been so easy to kill them, and that thought scares you.

[Mother]: P-please! I won't ever use that spell ever again! Spare me!

Mother loses her youthful appearance and has gone back to being an old hag. She shouldn't be bothering anyone anytime soon. Hopefully...

[Wade]: Trixy, lock that alien for me?

[Trixy]: Affirmative. Welcome back, Wade.

[Sunny]: Booooring! Why'd you stop?

[Wade]: I don't kill or maim people. That's not me.

[Sunny]: You have so much power, but you're just sitting here wasting it. You fight losers in tights all day when you could be conquering this planet.

[Wade]: I'm trying to bring peace to this planet. not rule it.

Sunny scoffs at you and lowers the barrier she made earlier.

[Sunny]: Whatever, I'm out out of here.

Sunny floats toward the hole in the ceiling she made, but the purple cat from earlier attempts to stop her.

[Gwen]: Stop! Where do you think you're going?

[Sunny]: To have some fun of course. This rock has gotta have at least one fun thing to do.

[Gwen]: Oh yeah? Then I'm telling Verdona!

[Sunny]: Go ahead. I'd like to have a little chat with her when she shows up. See ya later, watch boy.

And with that, she teleports away in a purple flash.

[Gwen]: Well that's not good. Aren't you gonna go after her?

[Wade]: Huh? Oh, right. just let...me sit down for a-

[Olivia]: Wade?!

Oh shit. You feel really lightheaded. The room is...spinning...

You hit the floor with a thud, and the last thing you see is everyone crowding around you.

(Continued in Next Post)
>>
When you come to, you see the purple cat sitting on your chest waiting patiently with her eyes closed. You're back in your own bed in the RV. Slate's sleeping peacefully at the foot of your bed. At least he's ok.

[Wade]: What happened?

[Gwen]: Good, you're up. I've been meaning to talk to you. My name is Gwen. I've heard a lot about you.

[Wade]: How are you able to talk anyway? Are you an alien, or some kind of weird mutant?

[Gwen]: No, I'm a regular Earth cat. But your girlfriend gave me the ability to speak and increased my intelligence. She probably dyed my fur as well, but I don't really hate the color.

Girlfriend? Does she mean Verdona?! Has she been spreading rumors around?

[Gwen]: That blue girl from earlier, I think she has a thing for you. She was in here for a long time. Like, a really long time. Better tell her that you're a taken man before things get ugly.

You don't have the heart to tell her that Verdona's delusional, so you ignore her comments for now.

[Wade]: How long was I out?

[Gwen]: Seven hours.

[Wade]: Seven hours?! Why didn't anyone wake me?!

[Gwen]: After you got the tar beat out of you? Everyone was wondering if they needed to take you to a real hospital.

[Wade]: Where are they?

[Gwen]: Waiting outside. But before that, I need to tell you something. Verdona wanted to tell you that she's getting close to Azmuth. She also wanted to apologize for taking so long.

[Wade]: Where is he?

[Gwen]: It's complicated. Do you want me to give you an explanation, or do you wanna talk to her yourself?

[Wade]: Isn't she halfway across the galaxy?

[Gwen]: Yeah, but we can always call out to her through meditation.

[Wade]: I don't know how to do that.

[Gwen]: I can teach you how. Wanna give it a try?

[Wade]: Sure, just let me check on Trixy.

[Gwen]: You have another girl in your life?!

[Wade]: No! She's just my A.I.

[Trixy]: I thought we were friends.

[Wade]: Trixy, you're ok! I thought Mother and Sunny broke you.

[Trixy]: Mother's spell nearly erased me. She created gaps in my code and hardware, and I was rewriting mine as fast as possible to preserve myself. Transforming during that process would have been quite hazardous. Sunny on the other hand, manipulated me in a different way.

[Wade]: it was like she mind controlled you.

[Trixy]: In a way, she did. All of my firewalls were taken down simultaneously and she used that opportunity in order to unlock the Ectonurite. This "mana" you speak of...I have no countermeasure against it.

[Wade]: That's troubling. But as long as you're okay, I'm happy.

[Trixy]: Likewise. I wish I could have somehow intervened.

[Wade]: You did everything you could. We beat them, and that's what matters.

[Trixy]: Right. I believe that I have also discovered something that may assist you as well. I have provided you with additional transformations to make use of.

[Wade]: Yes! Can't wait to try them out later.

[Gwen]: Ahem!

You look over to Gwen waiting on your bed.

[Gwen]: Any day now?

[Wade]: Right, I'm ready.

You cross your legs and close your eyes.

[Gwen]: Ok, now reach out to me with your feelings. I'll help bring you to Verdona.

[Wade]: Isn't this kinda like the force?

[Gwen]: I don't know what that is. Focus.

[Wade]: Right. Reaching out now.

You attempt to sense the mana around you, but it's a bit difficult for you sense anything clearly.

[Gwen]: Remember to breathe slowly and deeply. Breathing is key.

[Wade]: Right.

You correct your breathing and manage to get a grasp of Gwen's rough location. You reach out to her, and she accepts you with open arms.

[Gwen]: Good, you're a natural. Now focus on me, or else you'll get lost in the astral plane.

[Wade]: Noted.

You focus on Gwen while you see stars moving past you at great speeds in the corner of your eye. You can't afford to be distracted during this process. Focus on Gwen...

Eventually, you stop moving and see Verdona floating alone in space. She quickly turns to see you, and you see her face light up immediately. She charges at you and gives you a very tight hug.

[Verdona]: Wade! It's very good to see you!

[Wade]: It's good to see you too. What have you been doing all this time? Why did you mutate a cat?

[Verdona]: Oh Wade, empty space can be very boring to stare at. Gwen provides a very entertaining repartee in these troubling times.

>"I heard you found Azmuth?"
>"Why'd you send her instead of coming personally?"
>"Someone named "Sunny" showed up and saved me...kinda. Do you know her?"
>"You haven't been causing trouble in space, have you?"
>"Write-in.

[Wade]: Why’d you send her instead coming personally?

[Verdona]: Oh I wish I could have, but I would have lost track of Azmuth had I stopped tracking him. Gwen is a very capable magic practitioner thanks to me, after all.

[Gwen]: Yeah, thanks a lot Mom.

Gwen rolls her eyes and floats around you for a while.

[Wade]: I thought Anodite’s were extremely powerful. Is he that hard to find?

[Verdona]: It’s very hard to explain, so I will demonstrate.

Verdona displays several hundred screens that fill up the empty space around you. Each screen is displaying images at a very fast speed. It’s hard to focus on even one.

[Verdona]: There, did you see him?

[Wade]: No, where was he?

[Verdona]: Up there, for the briefest of moments. It’s hard to catch. Now he’s down there. And there. And over there.

Verdona begins pointing every which way. It’s very hard to keep up with her.

[Wade]: I don’t understand.

[Verdona]: Of course you wouldn’t, dear. He’s everywhere, in a sense. Constantly moving across the galaxy every second. He alternates between this galaxy and others nearby sometimes. It is very frustrating.

For once, Verdona isn’t smiling. It must be really frustrating for someone as powerful as to have trouble finding something.

[Wade]: How’s that possible?

[Verdona]: I have no idea, but I’ve never seen anything like it. I am pursuing this matter due to personal curiosity now. But I do believe I will have a way to catch him soon.

[Wade]: Thanks. Also, someone named Sunny showed up to save me...kinda. I think she was an Anodite. Do you know her?

[Verdona]: Oh yes, she’s my granddaughter.

[Wade]: Granddaughter?! I thought you and Max never had kids.

[Verdona]: Yes, me and Max never had kids. I never said that I never had kids.

[Wade]: I thought he was the love of your life?

[Verdona]: He was, but I had other suitors before him. I had learned recently that Sunny ran away from my daughter’s home, but I never expected her to go to Earth. There are much more interesting places to go in the galaxy.

[Wade]: She said that we she wanted to see if I really looked like Max, then she just toyed with my watch and left. Oh, and she also said that she wanted to talk to you personally.

[Verdona]: Oh that little brat…

[Gwen]: I tried to tell her, but-

[Verdona]:It’s not like you could’ve done anything to stop here, anyway. Her parents made sure to train her the use of her Anodite abilities. With time, she might even surpass me.

[Wade]: Well that’s a scary thought. I can't imagine how screwed we would be if you were evil.

[Verdona]: Sunny isn’t evil, Wade. She’s just rebellious and misguided.

[Wade]: So what are you gonna do about her?

[Verdona]: I will deal with her myself. It might put me behind schedule, but it is for the best.

[Wade]: Thanks.

[Gwen]: In the meantime, I'll be staying with him. You know, to protect him and stuff.

[Verdona]: Oh Gwen, I know you just don't want to get in the middle of me and Sunny's inevitable battle.

Verdona giggles and does a little twirl. Her glowing hair slightly wraps around her as she draws closer to you. Her hand feels hot on your skin, but you aren't sure why you can feel anything through an astral projection.

[Verdona]: There, your wounds should be healing faster now. that is all I can do for you at the moment. I am sorry you got injured so badly, my love.

[Wade]: That's more than enough. Maybe a clue on Azmuth's whereabouts will turn up soon.

[Verdona]: Unlikely, but it would be nice for something good to happen every once in a while. I should be heading to Earth in a short while. Sunny will not be bothering you much longer.

Verdona strokes your face and then wraps her arms around your neck.

[Verdona]: How about a kiss for good luck?

>Kiss her on the forehead. (Very safe and friendly.)
>Kiss her on the cheek. (A little intimate, but still friendly.)
>Kiss her on the lips. (Max intimacy. It'd be your first astral projected kiss.)
>HOLD HER HAND! (????)
>Give her a hug.(Safest option. Best not to give her the wrong idea)
>Write-in.

Talk with her, try to make her realize that we are not Max, we are a genetically modified clone and this whole situation feels weird and we don't want to take advantage of her love towards him just to find Azhmut or calm Sunny or anything really.

Adding to my previous post, ask her about her view of relationships, because that "Oh, she's my granddaughter" thing has let us a little bit confused

You need to set her straight. You can't have her flirting with you when you're already in love with K8-E. And it isn't right to string her along like this.

You kiss her on the forehead and hug her tightly. You both float in the emptiness of space while embracing each other, staring into the void over one another's shoulders.

[Wade]: Hey Verdona?

[Verdona]: Yes Wade?

[Wade]: You know I'm not Max, right?

[Verdona]: Yes, I know. You are very much your own man. You just...remind me of him is all.

[Wade]: So you know that you're not really in love with me. You're just in love with the idea of me being Max. But I'll never be him. Not really.

[Verdona]: Yes, I am aware. It was just fun to pretend for a little while. It was fun to remember a time when I was happier.

[Wade]: I'm sorry, but I don't want you helping me just because I remind you of him. It's not fair to you.

[Verdona]: You're thoughtful like him too. I'm not helping you just because you remind me of Max. I admire the man you've grown up to be, and I want to see who you will become in the future. I also enjoy your company.

[Wade]: So...we can stay friends?

[Verdona]: Oh Wade, you don't have much of a choice in the matter.

She giggles as she squeezes you tighter. You might as well ask her more about Sunny while you're still here.

[Wade]: So, about Sunny being your granddaughter...

[Verdona]: Yes?

[Wade]: How'd she...come to be?

[Verdona]: Well, like any mother, I carried my daughter to term and gave birth to her. It was surprisingly painful. Then she grew up and got married, and gave birth to her own daughter.

[Wade]: That's it?

[Verdona]: Yes, that's it. I was quite wild in my youth, and I ended up having a family of my own without even realizing it. But still, they are very dear to me. Anodite and human families are not so different, but our relationships can be...complicated.

[Wade]: Huh. So does that mean you have more kids?

[Verdona]: I don't think so. But I'll let you know should I learn otherwise. I'll see you soon.

She pulls away from you and pushes you away with great force. You also see her throw Gwen in your direction. You have trouble moving your body as you quickly cross the galaxy as a ball of energy. When you reach your body again, you almost jump out of your bed from shock. You and Gwen are breathing raggedly, as you notice that your friends and family is gathered in your room watching you cautiously.

[Wade]: Uh, hey guys.

Everyone dives toward you for a group hug, and a jolt of pain shoots through your bruised body.

[Wade]: Aghhhhh!!!!

Meanwhile...

The Lovely Duck lies in pieces, and Rad Dudesman lies unconscious amongst the wreckage. Pyxi attempted to make an emergency landing on a nearby space station, but it didn't go too well. A certain mad scientist didn't make it out unscathed, though. Her limbs are greatly contorted and outstretched, and her neck is twisted at an unnatural angle. And yet, she still manages to pull herself together as if she were some sort of toy.

Her arms and legs lock into place, and her neck turns back around as if nothing happened. She flexes her fingers to ensure that she has retained feeling and mobility. Suddenly, her sensors detect a creature behind her. She quickly turns to see her assailant, but is met by piercing metal spears that pin her to a panel from the ship. The spears do not hit any vital areas, but they do hurt quite a bit. Fortunately, she is mostly machine by now, so it will take much more than this to kill her. A large, armored figured stands before her, its fingers protruded and turned into sharp weapons. Its armor is black, with yellow lines running all over it.

[???]: Where is the Omnitrix?

The large creature's imposing synthesized voice echoes through the silent station.

[Iden]: Why don't you check the duck? He might have it on him somewhere.

Iden groans as the large creature twists its finger in her open wound.

[???]: Don't play dumb. I know it was here. I traced its signal to this ship. But its moved since then. So, where is it?

[Iden]: If you must know, it's on Earth. And it's with a very special someone.

[???]: Who?!

[Iden]: Why, your baby brother of course.

The armored creature pauses for a moment, and retracts its claws.

[Iden]: You haven't changed a bit, Subject 9.

The armored creature is silent for a moment, considering what she should do next. Iden's focus is drawn to a yellow and black watch that extends into a glove with sharp claws.

[Iden]: That's quite the interesting trinket you've got there. I wonder if it works as well as the original? I'm guessing not since you're looking for it so desperately.

[???]: Shut up. If it's not on Earth, then I'm coming for you.

[Iden]: You don't need an excuse to visit me, dear daughter. I'll always be here for you.

Subject 9 stares at Iden, before blasting off into space with her jet-pack. Iden just watches as her wounds slowly stitch themselves shut.

[Iden]: I always was good at guessing.

Session End.

Thanks for Playing! Hope you guys enjoyed it.

The next session will be in a new thread on Wednesday at 4pm EST. The Albedo special will be very fun for me to write, since he's a really interesting character to me. Hope to see you all soon!

>Tfw Ghostfreak is still evil so we can’t use him a bunch

feels bad man

You can attempt to talk to him again later if you want. Ectonurite culture fucked him up good, but he can be reasoned with.
>>
Do we have Anodite DNA or we need an omnitrix function to interact with magic (mana) because if it's the second, we should ask trixy to study it (or for an alien intelligent enough to help her)
>>
>>3250030
Honestly, we can’t unlock one of the brainy aliens soon enough. Except maybe Jurry Rig, he can make some bullshit tech but I don’t think I want that form near our Omnitrix without at least Grey Matter unlocked
>>
>>3250030
Strangely enough, Anodite's lack DNA, so they are unable to be used in the Omnitrix.(I promise I'm not making that part up) But if you wanted a function that allowed the Omnitrix to interact with magic, that would require a lot of work and knowledge from both the magical and scientific fields of study.

>>3250038
You should check the 3 new aliens you got after the Albedo story.
>>
>>3250256
>Celestialsapiens have DNA but not Adonites
This feels like just a cop out from the creators to explain why Ben never used magic
