Everything happened so fast. Before all of this, you were Freya Godsblood, princess of Ordamark, and you were the most beautiful women in the land. But everything changed for you, as you've caught the eye of the Dark Lord Lazarus Drack who, seeing you, decided to claim you as his wife.

Now, you're his Empress, the Dark Queen Freya Drack, and your reign has just begun.

Last time, you worked a lot to improve your empire. You increased the numbers of members in the Royal Council and recruited enough men to replenish and maintain the kingdoms Guardsmen. You then meet the Demi-human chiefs as they report about the improvement of their people situation, the Inquisitor of the Black Moon to learn new dark spells, and the Bishop of the Light as you hinted at the creation of an order of knights to serve as protector of the Light in the north.

One morning as you were going to train with Shelur, you caught her with two of the palace maids in her bed, and later learned that she seduced and slept with all of them. After finishing your training, you flirted with her a little and after explaining the situation, she was alright with her becoming your lover.

During the next weeks, you gave the resources to start the construction of the cathedral, you invited Hagëndorff's wife, Queen Gwendolyn Victoria Rossamond and Prince Parsifal of Arcadia to the End-Year Celebration, improved the kingdoms' industries and infrastructures, and prepared and expedition team for the Volcano island. You then visited the three religions' temples and had your spies infiltrate them.

You talked to Murata and Aleanor, learning more about their past, and you told Murata to teach his fighting style and have the craftsmen replicate his weapons, and you convinced Aleanor to sing in the Opera and the Theater once they are finished.

You finally talked to Silviana about Shelur and she agreed with spending the night with her and you. During one evening you invited the orc to your bedroom, and after a little flirting, things took a more heated turn and you made love with the two women.

You woke up refreshed and ready to take on the whole world. Silviana and Shelur woke up just after you and after giving them a loving good morning kiss yu go together in the bathroom and get cleaned. Once that's done you get dressed and are about to leave, but not before Shelur heartily molest Silviana's breasts and gropes your behind.

You exit your bedroom and go to have your breakfast. In the dining room Lazarus is already seated and eating.

>"Oh, good morning my love, you are finally awake, I thought you were going to sleep in today." he says.

You walk up to him and you passionately kiss him.

>"Good morning dear. And we have a lot of work, I can't just be lazy and sleep all day." you reply with a smile.

>"Ahahaha, that's for sure, you are a hardworking queen, even if I believe you'll find ways to stay entertained in bed just fine." he grins.

You roll your eyes and playfully slap him. You take your seat at his side and eat, you just takes eggs, white bread and fruits jam and drink lot of hot tea to make sure you are fully awake. When you are sated, you and your husband go to the throne room and start doing your duties.

As soonas you start, an advisor bring several thing to your attention.
>Queen Titania want to see the Emperor and you in private.
>The noblewomen have a request that they wrote in a common letter.
>Phillip Turean, Otto Kislev, Your parents, and Roman Vosko wrote a common letter about a request.
>News arrive from the south where the Order of the Knights the Light call the believer to take arms and join them for a crusade.
>There is rumors among the servants that ghosts are haunting the palace.
>Increasing movements of warband in the east too close to the border.

You and Lazarus are going to see Titania first, you go into a private salon and send a servant to get Titania. After some minutes she's her, and she look preoccupied, she takes a seat in front of you and talk first.

>"Thank you for granting me this private meeting first thing in the morning" Titania says.

>"It's normal for us to listen to you. You are a dear friend to us and the crown." Lazarus tells her.

>"Thank for the compliment handsome, but wait until I start explaining. I'm here to talk as a friend but also as the Queen of the high elves." she declares.

>"Is there a problem ?" you ask.

>"Yes and not a small one. You remember that I wanted to stay here to recruit more soldiers here. But the low population of high elves here means that I can't have that many soldiers to send back in the south, so I used the alliance with the wood elves to recruits them instead. I have 400 high elves and 2000 wood elves for now, and I can maybe have more buy the end of the year. You don't have a problem with this do you ?" she replies.

>"Personaly I have nothing against it, it was part of our agreement after all." Lazarus says.

>"Unfortunately that's not all, I received a letter from the Old Forest. I wanted to gather all the high elves living in Hagëndorff's Empire and then spread them out better, but from our last estimate there is a problem. With the 7 062 high elves in the north there is around 700 000 of us, and from last month's number, 35 000 are missing." she explains.

>"That's really a problem, 35 000 person don't disappear like that." you tell her.

>"I suspect someone is doing this, if they killed 35 000 high elves we would know. Maybe it's this asshole Filarion doings something, or maybe it's because of me when I took total control. Fact is, sending settlers here like we said is becoming a gamble for me. We still have some numbers, but if something goes wrong I want to be able to conscript them in case of major war." she says.

Titania want to be able to conscript the northern high elves population under her banner in case of war, and have them go through your empire. Titania always hinted that she was willing to have an alliance with you, but waited until the End-Year Celebration. If you accept this deal, it means the alliance will be assured, and the official declaration at the party will only be a formality. Do you accept ?
>>

Luna said that Filarion is a dumb idiot but he still views you as the queen, so i don´t think he would do that. But thinks could have changed. But maybe they are more inline with the order of light after all some high elfs pray to the light. And for the settlers i still need to talk with Luna about one little detail, but i would say send them if things go badly call them back.

You look at your husband and he nods, indicating his approval.

>"We accept this proposal. In case of war you can call them back if things go bad. And if there's anything we can do to aid you with this, we'll gladly do it." you say.

>"Thank you. It means a lot to me. I'm doing my best to help my people, but everytime I want to go beyond there is always some kind of problem or obstacle. I really need to talk to the goddess about him." Titania replies.

>"Luna said that Filarion is a dumb idiot, but he still views you as the queen, so I don't think he would do that." you tell her.

>"Yeah, but no one can know what' he's doing right now, and from what you told me, he's kind of crazy now." she says.

>"Exactly, things could have changed. Or maybe those 35 000 elves are more in line with the Light, after all some high elfs pray to the Light. Maybe they left to join the Church or the Order of the Light." you explain.

>"If that it, I congratulate them for putting their pride aside to go and worship the Light among the humans. That's rare for a high elf." she jokes.

>"And for the settlers, I still need to talk with Luna about one little detail, but I indeed, we'll let them settles here, and if something major happen you don't have to be shy about drafting them." you smile.

>"I knew you would understand, the two of you are really interesting. I was really lucky to have you trespasses into my kingdom." she replies.

>"We wouldn't have trespassed if your kingdom was easier to find." Lazarus tells her..

>"Aww, but where's the fun in that, handsome." she chuckles.

- You read the letter from the noble women and it seems that they have a serious request. With the death of manyof the noble men during the war and the failed rebelion, the women and their child are at the mercy of opportunist, greedy surviving nobles and other vulture. They can't take care of their lands and their childs while dealing with politics and being wary of everyone. They want to make a deal with you.

+They are going to give you all their lands, bringing it under direct imperial rules.
+They are going to pool their wealth together and give a fifth of it to you personaly.
+They will send all their kids, boy and girl, to the University so they can learn and be the future greatest people of the empire, as well as to protect them.
+They are going to unit together, and form a council, called the Circle of the Bleeding Heart.
+In exchange, they want you to give them land so they can form a kingdom, or, like Turean, Kiven or Voyoba.
+This council will act as one entity, much like a ruler, and will be under Imperial rule just like any kingdoms.

You put the letter down, and pinch the bridge of your nose. You review the numbers in your head, with the death of so much nobles, and the potential mess that could happen if any opportunistic asshole tries something, this situation is unheard of. If it wasn't for you and Lazarus as sovereigns, the north would be living the biggest power vacuum of it's history.

It's true that you have a lot of lands, and this will bring you a nice amount of gold. You and Lazarus have already much of the power, so it can no longer be called true feudalism, and won't really change anything. But the implications are wearisome . . . Unless you use your authority, or just have Lazarus do his thing to make things go smoothly.

You could ask for some change in the request to pacify any detractors.

Or you could flat out refuse, this could bring a lot of problems you may not want to deal with.

What are you going to do about it ?
>>
>>3406665
Would like more details on how they going to rule and what they plan to do woth growth and when there kids gorw up, are they going to keep there old titles ?

The gold they can send to the university as paymeant for there kids schooling we have no real need for more money.

As for giving up there lands and then us giving them more y dont they just combine all there lands together and make there union lands that way? We could give lands to link them all together.

Get a better name. Circle of the Bleeding Heart really, make it more noble.

isn´t this a contradiction to given us all there land? They can rule Drusean its not to big and at a less important place

You think about this situation, if they give you their alnds, this means you have to manage more.

>"Wonderfull, more shit I have to rule." you sigh.

You shake your head, no need to think like that, this won't help you. And you are not agaisnt it, you just need to carefully work on this. With the money they will gives you, you can finance the workshops we wanted to open with the orphaned. If send all their kids, boy and girl, to the University this will be a good opportunity to do as Lazarus said and create a new generation of skilled and loyal nobles, if the children use this opportunity to learn diligently.

All in all, you decide to accept their request. But before anything, you write letters to Ellisa White Wind and you ask her if she is still close with her family. You get a reply during the week, and she explains that beside some minor distant cousins that aren't really part of the royal family, she had no one beside the man she once called father. Her mother died giving birth to her. She writes that Drusean is no longer her country, as there is nothing left for her there.

You also write another letter to Otto Kislev and you ask if he is or was a friend the Hestin family. You get the reply during the week, and he explain that he only had cordial relation with his neighbor, as some of their ancestors were at war some centuries ago. BUT Hernest wife and son are actually under his careful monitoring. It's seems that Hernest's widow is going to join a group of noble women and have her son learn in the University. If you want, he could make them 'disappear'.
>What to do with Hernest Hestin's wife and son ?

You reply to the noblewomen, accepting their request, and giving them the details. You tell them that they need to change the name of their council first, as you fell it won't fit a noble gathering. You get a reply during the week, and they gives several proposition so you can officialy recognize them.
>The Order of Orchids
>The Coucil of Roses
>The Sisterhood of Irises
>The Gathering of Queens
>Other (write in)

They give you the total sum of the money you will receive upon recognition of their sovereignty. Or you could use it for imperial projects.
>2 000 000 gold for personal treasure.
>2 finance for Imperial coffers.

They also whishes to remane the kingdom of Drusean to the kingdom of Nyrkostr, old nord for new chance.

With Ellisa answer and Otto Kislev explanations, you write a letter that you sign and mark with your seal, officially recognizing the Council of Roses as ruler of Drusean, and you give them the permission to rename the Kingdom to Nyrkostr, if the future ruler agrees with it. You also reply to Otto Kislev, telling to keep an eye on Hestin's widow and son, and see if they will become loyal in the end. During the end of the week, you receive the gold, and you decide to send it in the imperial coffers.
>+2 finances
>The Council of Roses is Ruling Nyrkostr (formely Drusean)
Unfortunately, doing this created a stir among the remaining nobility, and they are afraid of what could happen next if everyone get the same kind of idea.
>Reputation lost = Nobility : neutral

You sigh, you are definitively going to bully them during the End-Year Celebration.
- - - -

You received a common letter, signed by Phillip Turean, Otto Kislev, Your parents, and Roman Vosko. You open it and start reading.

It seems that they want you and Lazarus to choose a regent. A regent is someone who administers a country because the monarch is absent or incapacitated. IF something happen to Lazarus, you are the one who will reign, but if something happens to you as well, there is no one to succeed you. So the want you to officially choose someone.

You think this letter may hides another worry of them, and it's that despite the fact that it's been already one year since your marriage with Lazarus, and you still haven't produced an heir. There must be rumors going around that either you can't have children or Lazarus is infertile.

You could officially choose a regent, or you could tell them to not worry about it since a successor is assured. Or you could wait and officially declare your pregnancy during the End-Year Celebration. Then again, you could simply not answer.
What do you do ?

You think of a way to deal with this, and found a solution. You write letters individually, one for each rulers.

You write to each of them that they don't need to worry about this, BUT in case something happen, and to show them that the crown trust them, each ruler will be appointed regent of a part of the empire.
- Phillip Turean will be regent of Turean and Westteron (and the Forge of the gods)
- Otto Kislev will be regent of Kiven Steowen and Asteven.
- Roman Vosko will be regent of Voyoba, Drusean and Loch Arnnach.
- Ellisa White Wind will be regent of Asoevia and DrackRealms.
- And finally, your parents will be regent of Ordamark, Thorreric and The Lost Shores.

This should appease them, and resolve the governance problem in case of emergency.

You add another part to the letter to your parent, letting them know about the little 13 weeks old surprise inside you. You'll give everything to see their face as they'll read your letter.
.
.
.
During the week you receive a letter, and you recognize your mother handwriting. Strangely there is only one sentence.

"I am coming here right now !"

Some hours later you get another letter and this time you recognize your father handwriting.

"Your mother suddenly wanted to go see you, and she look happy and angry at the same time, I hope I'll get some explanations once we are here."

. . . Damn.

>You call for a meething with the Bishop about the news arriving from the south that the Order of the Knights the Light call the believer to take arms and join them for a crusade.

Once you are seated and told him about it, he answers that he personaly can't do anything about it. Again, the Order of the Knights of the Light are a militant order founded centuries ago, and they aren't under the control of the Church. They called for a crusade, so they are probably endorsed by the Church, and there is nothing you can do, as stopping the faithful of the north from joining mean that you are against the holy crusade, and that a problem. You just need to pray that not a lot of people hear about this and join them.

Around 39% of your empire population worship the Light. If there is truly nothing you can do about it, and even if only fanatics or desperates join them we are still talking about hundreds, if not thousands, of people. You need to think about something or just let it go.

You can't just let things go this way, you send a servant to get the letter you wrote to Hagëndorff and his answer and once he brings it back you show it to the Bishop. He attentively read the letters and you see his face changing as time goes on, he frowns goes wide eyed and then frowns again. Once he's done he gives you the letters back and sigh.

>"If those are real, and by the Light I am sure they are real, then this is quite the situation. It's not unheard of that the Order was used to topple the ruler of kingdoms, but if this hides a bigger plot then we must be ready. If the Great Emperor Hagëndorff said he's going to takes care of it, we must believe him and wait." he says.

>"I understand but this won't change our problem. Maybe you can do something about it ? Can you perhaps discourage people from joining them, somehow ?" you ask.

>"I can spread the word that this war is too far for them and that the North need the help and faith of the believers, that they must work together for the betterment of the whole north before running to fight even if the war is holy. If I give them something to strive for beside fighting for the Light maybe I can make them think a little." he replies.

>"Good. And can you use this opportunity to try and damage their reputation ? Maybe by linking them to the traitors and the failed uprising on the Day of the Drack Empire ?" you inquire.

>"I can try and show that SOME of the knights aren't the holy warriors they are believed to be, but you want me to smear the name of the most powerful militant religious order of our world. At best I will make people think twice about it, but I'm only human, and they are above me. I promise you that I will try, at least." he explains.

>"That's more than enough. Thank you for doing this." you smile.

You and the Bishop talk some more, before giving your thanks again and ending the meeting.

You start to deal with the rumors of ghosts haunting the palace and you gather the servants that talked about it. When you ask for explanations, they tells you that it all started some months ago, the night just after the rebelion. Some servants reported werewolf howls, and during the following weeks, those howls became more common. But that's not all, faint cries and moans can be heard in the corridors during some night since summer. The servants are now afraid that ghosts, werewolves and banshees are haunting the palace, and they want a guard to escort the servants during the nights.

. . . . What are you going to do about it ?

You sigh heavily, you weren't exactly expecting this, but you stay calm, you just need to do your beast at deal with this.

>"There are no ghosts, werewolves or banshees here. By the gods, what's the best way for me to explain this to you ? " you say.

>"My Queen ?" ask one of the servants.

>"I want you to answer truthfully. Do you think the Emperor Lazarus is imposing, or rather, impressive on a physical level ?" you inquire.

>"Well . . . Yes of course, he's really tall, and big, and even if we never saw under his clothes or armors he must be really muscled if he can wear his heavy armors and carries those giant weapons of his." the other answers.

>"Okay, so I have something to show you. Please stay calm." you tell them.

The servants are intrigued, and you show them your Feral Form. The pair immediately freak out at the sight.

>"BY THE GODS !" the first one shouts.

>"The Empress is a werewolf !" the second declares.

>"OKAY STOP FREAKING OUT ! First, I'm not a werewolf, it's a magical form, it gives me more strength and endurance. And second, I use this to . . . Let's say, keep up with the Dark Lord with "somethings". Now that you are aware, you shall never say anything about this, you shall never tell a soul about what you just saw. Are we clear or do I have to talk with Shelur about all of you ?" you say.

At the mention of Shelur, the servants become quieter, they are either afraid of her, or don't know how she is and don't want to risk it.

>"We. . . We understand. There is no haunting going on, and we won't talk about your magical form, your highness." they say.

>"Good. Then I'm counting on you to make those rumors of ghosts and werewolves stop. Now go." you declare.

The servants quickly bow to you and leave, almost running away. You sigh again, and think about doing something. You call for a meeting with the mages to see if they can enchant the doors and windows so that sound can’t pass through them. They assure you that it can be done, as a number of people are fond of this spell, though usually it's used in basements and dungeon. It needs to be maintained every month, but that not a problem . . .Now that you think about it, you ask the mages to do the same with Shelur's room . . . and Ruriska's room too . . . and perhaps Titania's room also . . . . Actually, you ask the mage to enchant all the bedrooms of the Royal Wing, just to be sure.

Servant perform almost all of the menial tasks of the palace. Among them are the cooks, footmen, gardeners, stable boys ect.

Maids are doing the "housework",laundry, ironing, cleaning the palace, grocery shopping, caring for household pets and attending to the inhabitants of the palace.

-You read the reports on the increased movements of warband in the east, and that they are getting too close to the eastern borders. Fortunately, it's already been dealt with, with the 9th and 10th Legions in Nyrkostr and Voyoba, and the 40 000 guardsmen of Voyoba, your borders are secured in case some foolish warband tries something.

-You read the reports about the increase of Pirates raids and attacks in the west and north-west sea. You write a letter to Phillip Turean asking him just how big the pirate raids are. You get the answer quickly.
+A pattern as been established, the raids truly begin around september, and increase in intensity until january, and then slowly decrease until march, when they stop completely until next winter.
+They target resources and food shipments, and takes the gold that's on the boat, but don't target wealth per se. They don't fear heavily guarded ships.
+Even if their numbers increased, the attacks aren't really that problematic, and stay within what could be expected from sea travel and filled under loss and profits.
+Survivors of those attacks are rare, but when some are found they describe the same thing. Northener, hulking men and women, wearing big Iron armor and skulls, talking an unknown tongue. There is no discussion or negotiation, they steal what they want and kill anyone that's on their way, fighting or not.

You write a letter to Phillip Turean, asking him to send a couple of survivors here as fast as possible. Using the fasted steed available, and running days and nights, two survivors from the pirates attacks arrived in the Palace by the end of the week. You welcome them with your husband, and you offer them a cup of mead before questionning them.

- First, you ask them just how big were the pirate ships :
The first sailor replies that the pirate ship that attacked them was at least 30 meters long.
The second sailor replies that the pirate ship that attacked them was just 17 meters long.

-You then ask them if they can remember how many pirates were attacking them.
The first sailor replies that the pirates were at least 70, maybe more. Some of them were wearing heavy horned armors.
The second sailor replies that the pirates were possibly around 40. Most of the were either wearing fur or leather, if they weren't topless.

-You then inquire if they can gives you more details about the pirates, if there was something that points to what they worship, maybe they are following something powerful and you carefully hint about possible dragon involment.
The first sailor replies that the pirates had ritual scars forming strange symbols. He didn't see anything that could hint at dragon.
The second sailor replies that the pirate used a lot of skulls on their gears. He didn't see anything that could hint at dragon.

Do you ask something else ?
- - - -

-You meet the Tharque Ambassador, and first you thank him for the help with the navy, the ambassador replies that it is normal to help as you are such a noble and accomodating host. You ask him if the Tharque could send a "few" ships so your soldiers can train on them as a live exercise and learn on the fly, and simultaneously patrol against the Pirates raids. You assure the ambassador that they will of course get something equivalent to the help they will send in return.
The Ambassador think about it, and replies that he'll write a letter to the Tharque Senate about it, but you should first build up your navy. He smiles that once that is done, Tharque will ask for their reward.

You also officialy invite him and the Centurions as representatives of the Tharques to the End-Year Celebration. The ambassador gladly accept, saying that it will be a good opportunity to learn more about the different clutures and species of the north.

About other cultures, you inquire if he can tells you what's the Tharque view of all the other empires.
-Tharque have cordial relation with Hagëndorff's Empire, having a free trade agreement.
-Tharque still have some ties with Aigyptos and the Abbassy Caliphate, but nothing more.
-Tharque has no contact with other empires, because of distance or lack of interest.

You don't have naymore questions so you thank the two surviving sailors, and dismiss them.
- - -

You ask the Ambassador how Aigyptos and the Abbassy Caliphate are, and what he can say about those two states.

Ruled by Queen Nephertiri, Aigyptos is a really old empire, older than the Tharque, perhaps one of the first true human kingdom of the world. It survived every war and disasters fate throwed at it, and even if it's long past it most glorious days, it's still a great kingdom. Aigyptos is ruled by a dynasty of powerful kings and queens, and have a powerful military but almost to no navy. They have a small demi-humans population with relatively normal standing in society. Slavery is legal here. They worship a pantheon of god, who must be Gods of the world like Metraton and Luna.

Ruled by the Caliph Al-Mustakfi, the Abbassy Caliphate is a relatively young, wealthy and powerful empire, born from the ashes of another old empire, which itself was born from another kingdom, and so forth. It has a great merchant fleet and trade route with the east, great caravans journey across the sand and the Endless Steppes to bring luxurious merchandises from far away lands. Their military is good to protect their position, and they have tense relation with Aigyptos due to sea access, but readily trade with Hagëndorff's empire. They have a small demi-humans population with low standing in society. Slavery is legal here. They worship one deity, who is God, but under a different name than the Light.

- You talk with your husband about the Family Crypt and you tell him that he should go get his father and Orelliel if he can do it and bring them here in time before The End-year celebration. The Dark Lord is surprised, but think about it, if he ride days and nights, he can do it to be back the week before the End-Year Celebration. You tell him that it will be the best gift he can do for them, and he accepts. At dusk, he's ready to leave, you go with him to the front courtyard, and he summon his infernal mount. You kiss each other passionately, almost making out, before he lower a hand on your belly, caressing the slight bump, still hidden well by your dress and he tellings you that he loves you. You reply that you love him too. Your husband then leave to the far south.

Now that you are in the Realm of Dream, do you ask something to Luna or Metraton ?
-ask Metraton/Luna about the Highland/russland/thebes/Baghar
-ask Metraton if he could teleport us to Tinas birthday the first week in Feburaryin the throne room like he proposed when we first where on the way to Queen Titania
-Luna i have something importent to ask you. Its about Tinas birthday, i plan on giving her the "lost" knowledge of building other teleport places but as it looks like THAT present will not be ready in time and extra to that i had another idea. After i gave her my present or more likely the promise that i will give her my present when i have that knowledge, i would say something like: but there is one more present from a friend to both of us. That would be your signal to land as a owl on my shoulder and to give me one of you feathers that i will give her so we can show all the elves that we three are good friends and that she really is blessed by you. A little extra is neither Tina nor i need to fear dumb decisions from high elven nobles so something like Filarion will not happen again.

You decide to name your spy network the Empress Hand, a fitting name for those that do your will.

>"Metraton, Luna, I have some questions about some kingdoms I heard about. I don't know a lot about them, so could you give some details ?"

>"We can give you some answers. What country are you thinking about ?"

>"Can you tell me more about the Highlands, Russland, Aigyptos and the Abbassy Caliphate ?"

+The Highlands are islands that developed independently for centuries. There are three kind of people living there beside non-humans and a small population of dwarves and wood elves, the Brittons, the Gaelics and the Celtans. They are ruled by small kings and clans and there is no high authority since the Tharque left centuries ago.

+The kingdom of Russland was established in the year 800, from tribes gathering under one banner. They are hardy people who fought against invaders for centuries. As of now they are a mess due to the succession crisis between the children of the late Prince Aleksandrovich. The Official heir and actual prince is named Yuriy Danilovich, he's a visionary, and he's actually negotiating with the eastern horde to bring peace. But don't be fooled, what he truly wants is increasing his power, and he won't hesitate to do anything to get what he wants.

+The first royal dynasty of Aigyptos was born in the year -3100, and they became the rulers of a number of settlements along the banks of the river Hapy. They prospered thank to the fertile lands around the river. Now they are ruled by Queen Nephertiri, she's a strong and intellectual woman, with great understanding of different political ideas. Of course, as Aigyptos is a total monarchy with strong religious power, she can do whatever she wants.

The Abbassy Caliphate was born in the year 750 from the ashes of the Sassanid Empire, which itself was born from the fall of the Arsacid Empire due to revolt, which was born from the remains of fall of the once mighty Xšassa empire. They follow God but not the Light as it is, and not under the same name. They control a great part of the southern desert, and are wealthy thank to their northern mines, slaves trade and their eastern trade route. Al-Mustakfi was only nine when he became caliph, and his two tutors were the one who reigned. After some struggle he got rid of his tutors and ruled by himself in 1310. He's a man who can no longer trust anyone.

>"And Metraton, can you do something for me ?" you ask.

>"It depends, what do you want ?" he replies.

>"Could you teleport me in the throne room of Tina like you proposed to when I was first on the way to meet her ? I want you to do it for her birthday the first week in Feburary." you smile.

>"Hmmm . . . I can do it, I suppose you want to surprise her." he says.

>"Yes, and that's when I need you Luna." you add.

>"Me ?" she asks.

>"Yes. You see, I plan on giving Tina the "lost" knowledge of building other teleporting circles, but as it looks like THAT present won't be ready in time I had another idea. And you are going to have a part in this." you say.

>"Oh ? And what do you want me to do exactly ?" she inquires.

>"After I give her my present, or rather the promise that I will give her my present once I have that knowledge, I'm going to tell her that there is one more present from a friend of us. That will be your signal to land as a owl on my shoulder and to give me one of you feathers that I will give her so we can show all the elves that we three are good friends and that she really is blessed by you. This will also mean neither Tina nor I will need to fear dumb decisions from high elven nobles, so something like Filarion will not happen again." you explain.

The goddess looks at you for some times, and you know she's thinking about every possibilities. After a while she closes her eyes and sigh.

>"You know, I still believe that for a mortal you are way too comfortable with us gods. But in a way that's what make you interesting. You showed me that you can be trusted, and you don't want to betray your friendship with Titania. Alright, I'll do it, I'll show up in my owl form and give you a feather." she tells you.

Luna then open her eyes and gives you a kind smile.

>"You showed me that you are friend of the High Elves. Now show me that you are also friend of my other children, the Wood Elves and Dark Elves, and I'll give you my full divine blessing and support, just as I promised." she declares.

>"Thank you Luna, I won't disappoint you Luna." you reply.

>"Fufufu, you are still young, wait a little and see how things turns out in the future." she says with a gentle smile.

Metraton i have another question you said that Lazarus was not important enough that you watch him, but does that also count for his mother high priestess of the Light Ariel? Maybe you can tell me a little about her and well we´re at it who exactly is or was the arch-demon that is his father?

Metraton, I have another question. You said that Lazarus was not important enough for you to watch him, under Heaven order. But does that also count for his mother high priestess of the Light Ariel ?" you inquire.

>"No of course. She was a woman blessed by the Light. Even if I didn't directly watch her, I know everything about her. At least until her fight and 'bonding' with Lazarus father, she dissapeared from view until her death. She probably knew a lot more than what she was supposed to know, maybe thank to her archdemon lover." he replies.

>"Then maybe you can tell me a little about her ?" you ask him.

>"Don't you think this is better for you to ask your husband about it ? She was his mother after all, and I'm sure he'll tell you everything if you ask him. You know he loves you, and he already told you things that he kept for himself from the death of his mother to now. Of course if you really want me to tells you, I'll do it." he tells you.

He's not wrong, and you believe that Lazarus won't hide anything from you, the only thing your lovely Dork Lord do his trying to hide his own emotions behind his pride, like he did during your like "quarrel" last time. But he promised to work on it. Still, do you want to wait and ask him ? Or let Metraton tells you everything ?

>"I know he wouldn't hide anything, but he can't hide what he doesn't know. So can you only a quick rundown of her life before Lazarus was born ? About what she might haven't told little Lazi about, please ?" you ask.

>"Lazi ? That's the nickname you gave him ? So cute." Luna chuckles.

>"I see, I'll tell you who she was, and gives you some details. She was born a commoner, from a small village in the heart of Hagëndorff's Empire. She lived a simple life, and like a lot of people she worshipped the Light. She soon wanted to become a priestess and learned diligently in her village's church. That's when they discovered her affinity with the Light, and soon after she was sent to Lynn, where she received the best education and training possible. She was the top student of the Great Temple of the Light, learned a lot about the Light, magic and discovered herself an affinity with weapons. But most off all, she made sure to spend a great deal of her time helping everyone in need, and she became known in the city, and soon beyond." Metraton explains.

>"She was incredible doing all of this out of faith and strength of will." you say.

>"But she was still 'human', gifted but only human. But that changed one day. During a ceremony a great ray of Light appeared, and the voice of God resounded in the temple. Everyone from the citizens to the highest priests could hear it. God declared that she was chosen of the Light." Metraton tells you.

>"It is really rare for a mortal to be chosen to be blessed by the light, at the time, there was only 23 of them." Luna adds.

>"She gained her white wings and incredible powers, and she used them to bring love and peace around her. Her devotion and kindness were what made the people call her the holiest woman that ever lived and she was canonized, becoming Saint Ariel Justinia" he says.

>"But then demons started wreacking havoc and she fought them, right ?" you inquire.

>"Yes, after some years, the third demon incursion began, and she was first to go and fight them alongside the other Light blessed chosen, the militias and garrisons of the surrounding regions, as the whole army couldn't get here quickly. That's when she meet Lazarus father, and you know how the stories goes from here." he replies.

>"Say, while we're at it, who exactly is or was the arch-demon that is Lazarus father ?" you ask.

>"In the demonic tongue he was named Ghalh'Kra, the Infernus. His common name was Sticion, a powerful demonic entity, of the Last Circle of Hell. I suppose he was even a Prince of Hell, ruling over his own kingdoms in the burning and bloody realm, answering to Lucifer only. I don't know a lot about him, for obvious reasons, but I suspect he was the one who was leading hell's legions during the incursion." he explains.

>"For him and Justinia to fall in love, it was truly a miracle." Luna says.

>"Imagine, even if the fought against each other for weeks, even with their differences, the hatred they each had against what the other represented, despite everything, they fell in love and created something impossible. Lazarus is unique, born from this unholy union that shouldn't be possible." Metraton tells you.

>"Do you know if he's still alive ? Maybe he's in hell somewhere. Or is he truly dead ?" you inquire.

>"I have no way of knowing. I would need the enter the same plane of existence as Hell to check, and Lucifer would know instantly, and we don't really need that right now do we ?" Metraton replies.

>"I understand, I don't want the master Hell showing up." you say.

>"This would be quite problematic for everyone." Luna adds.

>"That's only if he's alive and in hell, and you can't summon a Archdemon, they do as they please and don't let themselves be bound by a mere contract with a mortal." Metraton tells you.

>"Don't do anything stupid Freya. Even if everything goes right, if Sticion is alive and you catch his interest, you are wrong saying that Lucifer wouldn't be suspicious. Do not underestimate him. There is nothing he can't see in his infernal realm." Luna warns you.

>"Okay, I understand, I promise I won't try anything like summoning an arch-demon or Lucifer himself." you declare.

-You start learning the basics of Dwarvish with Gweyr. This is a rough language, like its speakers, without hidden meaning, the dwarf tell things as they are, even if it can hurt the feelings of someone, because for them, if you can't take words, you can't take anything else.
>Dwarvish (Dwarf) 2/10

-You start the final lesson of Earth Shock with Shelur, and you ask some of the Royal Guards to help you. You ask them to try and attack you, they are reluctant at first but you tell them it's just training. When they try to get closer to you, you use the spell and the ground under them shakes and cracks, making them falls down unable to stand up.
>Earth Shock : immobilise the enemies, cancelling their attacks. 3/3
You then start the next step of increasing Manus size with Shelur. As your magic pours into the already giant snake, he's reaching size only heard in legend. At the end, it looks like he can eat several people and still be able to crush more and his fangs are the size of your hands.
>MANUS size increase : 3/4 (Dark Constrictor 12m long)

-You keep training with your longsword with Irene. You keep honing your skills, happy to see that you are now able to at least keep up with her, and you grin as you see one drop of sweat on her head. She laughs, telling you that you only need a little more practice to be at your peak.

You decide to spend some time with Gweyr, the elf Librarian spending almost all her time in the library, cataloging and tidying up the place. You had to convince her to take a breather, and she joins you in a little outing in the city. The weather is overcast but it's not raining and the temperatre isn't that low, so you just wear a simple fox fur coat.

>"You really need to take some off time Gweyr, I mean I know you are an elf, but this can't be healty." you say.

She really need to relax, and as the queen it is your duty to make sure the people working for the betterment of the empire have fun.

>"You've been holed up with books for too long, you need to have some fun." you say.

>"Maybe you're right. I need some fresh air after all." she replies.

>"Good, then let's go, I have some ideas on what we can do." you tell her.

You take Gweyr by the arm and lead her into the the city. You decide to go to a bakery first you find on near the cental plaza. Inside, all kind of breads, cakes and pastries are lined up for the hungry eyes. You notice Gweyr's ears perking up at the sight of sweets but she keep her usual calm face, you grin and non-chalantly buy a couple of pastries. Once you are outside you give her her share.

>"You didn't have to buy something." she says.

>"Nonsense, as a woman you need to buy at least one pastries if you go to a bakery." you reply.

>"But . . . " she starts.

>"No but. Now please be a dear and eat the cake." you smile.

Gweyr listen to you, and as she eat, her ears are happily flapping, even if she act as if nothing was going on, she eagerly finish, and gently licks her fingers one by one. It looks like the librarian has a sweet tooth. Next, you decide to indulge in your friend interest and go find a bookstore. You find one a little farther into the city and enter. The inside is quite clean, even if a little cramped, a really old man with long woolen cap is himslef reading a big book. He only glance at you and nod before going back to his reading. You could use it as a model to create your own timeline of events.

Gweyr got a couple of books on philosophy, and one on psychology. You thank the shopkeeper, and apologize again for the damages before leaving the store. Gweyr seems satisfied with her purchase, and you are the same, but this wasn't really something useful to keep her mind off her work. You decide to go find something different. You look for a fine wine cellar and find one in the wealthy part of the city, you enter the shop, and an middle aged couple greet you. They show you their best products, from the family estate outside the city, wines, ciders, meads, beers and exotic alcohols. You go to the terrace of the shop, and the owners brings your two glasses, open the bottle and pour it. You and gweyr taste it, the aroma filling your mouth.

>"Ah, this is some good wine, it's been a while since I drank some." Gweyr says.

>"You didn't drink any wine since my birhtday ?" you ask, intrigued.

>"Oh, don't be sorry, it's not what I meant. I'm doing this because I like it, I love getting lost in book. Even if the world is interesting, I always thought books were a better way to travel around the many worlds inside their pages." she explains.

>"Of course, I'm not what the high elves of the Old Forest would call a "pure elf". I was born outside of any high elves forest kingdom, so I didn't have the same way of thinking." she replies.

I think a lot of high elves should get out of their comfy kingdom and see the world outside, and learn how insignificant they truly are." she replies.

>"Oh, I see . . . . And what's your opinion on how Titania is doing ?" you inquire.

>"I think she's doing good. She's trying to shake her people out of their stagnation, to bring them to greater heights. She's strong enough to do it, so unless something REALLY bad happen to her, the high elves should become better wit time . . . . with LOT of time." she answers.

The two of you finish your glasses, and fill them up again before continuing.

>"So tell me, how did you come to Ordamark, and why did you stay ? It's unusual for an elf to stay for so long far from their kind." you say.

>"I was really young when I wanted to travel the world. Thank to the education I received, I knew how to defend myself, and learned a couple of spells just in case. I was moving from villages to villages, helping with everything I could to earn my living, and discussed with everyone to learn about their lives, establishing how they were thinking, what they believed in . . . . And when I stopped in a village that was going to become the capital of Ordamark, I met the most interesting person ever at the time." she explains.

>"You are talking about my ancestor, right ? Did you personally knew the first king of Ordamark ? How was he ?" you ask her, with sparks in your eyes.

>" . . . Yes, I actually knew him, I was only 193 years old when the kingdom of Ordamark was established, but I was following him since he started his conquest. He had . . . An unorthodox way of thinking for the time, he acted in a way that made his fellow countrymen think he was mad. In truth, he was what a true king is supposed to be, never truly believing anyone until he probed the depth of their heart, always thinking ahead, always with a backup plan, pitting his opponents against each other. He was something I never saw. I knew he would leave his mark in history, so I directly told him that I wanted to be at his side to witness what's he was going to accomplish. . . . He accepted without any conditions, and that how I stayed by his side, seeing him establish his rule, creates Ordamark, and everything until now." she says.

>"So, you can say you are the witness of the Godsblood dynasty." you tell her

>"That's right, I saw everything, and I believe you are going to write a really interesting chapter of the Godsblood history." she smiles.

>"I didn't really do anything, I spent the first 170 years of my childhood being educated. Then I started to travel for the next 20 years, and followed your ancestor next. So technically I didn't do anything." she answers.

>"I see, and while we are on the topic of book, I know you would never forgive me if I didn't get you the first edition of Sebastian Morebarr work on the demi-humans." you smile.

>"What, this young noble ? I heard about him, but you can't tell me he already did this." she asks you.

>"It took him some times, but he actually managed to do it, and it quite the read, with great explanation about demi-human culture and beliefs, and also part of their history." you tell her.

>" . . . I need to read this book. I had done some study on the demi-human as well, with any books I could read on the subject, and I want to see if it matches what I already know. I am the Head Librarian of the Drack empire, I need to make sure the knowledge it could bring is up to my standard." she says.

>"Ha ha ha, sure, I'll give it to you once we're back in the palace. About knowledge, would you like it if I talked with Murata so he can teach you his language ? And while we are at it, how about all the Demi-human language as well so you can teach me those later ?" you inquire.

>"I'm all for it, I don't know any language from the far east, so it will be an interesting experience. And don't worry about demi-human language, I have the basics of almost all of them, but of course, if some of them could help me, I could even try and catalog their language. . . . Oh, so much potential it could bring." she declares.

>"I'll take this as a yes then. I'll do the necessary to make it happen .And well we are at this topic could you teach the rest of our friends some other languages as well ?" you ask.

>"Of course, I'll hold a language class for them, they all must have one or two hours in their schedules." she smiles.

You finish the bottle, and as you savor the wine, you have some more heavy questions to ask.

>"Gweyr, I have a question, and I want your honest opinion, without hiding your thoughts. What do you think about how I am faring as the Empress of the north ?" you ask her.

>". . . . I believe you are doing good. You try to improve the life of your subjects, help anyone, and you favors diplomacy. But I think you aren't strong enough to take heavy decisions. About the failed coup, I know you wanted to wait for the good moment, but what stopped you from using your little spy network to kill them in their sleep ? Yes, I know about them, don't worry. I think you don't realise how much power you wield, and you don't use it to the fullest." she says.

>". . . . I see. Thank you for being honest with me Gweyr, I'll do my best to learn from your words. . . And about the north, I asked all my friends and now I'm asking you, How would you improve the north ?" you inquire.

>"I'll create a dedicated workforce for teaching, I don't trust the church to adequately teach the people, each religion has it's own agenda. Also, You should bring the other races into your empire, you did it to the demi-humans, do it for the wood elves, dark elves and dwarves, having whole nations not under your control in your empire isn't a good idea." she explains.

You finish your glasses, and get up form your table. You pay for your purchases, and leave the shop.

You notice that Gweyr look better than when you started this outing.

>"I know you like books and dedicated your live to them but you need to stop working at least once in a while and go out, even if it is only for half a day once a week, and do something with the rest of us, something like we are doing now. Life is short for the rest of us you know." you say.

Gweyr look at you, and you see something in her eyes, as if she already heard those words before.

>"I know Freya, I knew a lot of great people that died long ago . . . And it will happen again, that how it is. But you are right, I shouldn't spend all my time holed up with books. I'll spend more time with you and everyone, I promise." she smiles.

You smile back and surprise her with a hug. She hesitates a second, then return the hug.

>"The little girl I knew changed into a great woman. You can be proud of yourself." she declares.

You find a nice shop and go inside, weyr is trying to find some excuses, saying that she have enough clothes, but you stop here right there, telling her that it's the duty of a woman to look good.

You selected 4 apparels, and have her try them.

You decide to buy her all the dress. Gweyr try to say something again, but you tell her to try and enjoy it. She now have some nice clothes, but you want to find her a dress for special events, you ask the shopkeeper for help and you find one for your elf friend.
She seems embarrased when you buy it for her, but you reply that it's a gift for her dedication and she thank you while pouting.
>Total cost= - 2520 G

You walk back to the Royal Palace with her, you think about what she told you before.

>"I was thinking about what you said, how I acted against the rebels. I couldn't do that for a simple reason Gweyr, I needed to make sure all traitor die there as a sign of strength and to make every turncoat show themselves. >"I understand that but you saw how bad it could have been. You knew what was going on, you had time to kill each of them. But it's done now, and you did well. Just try to not make every situation a life-or-death gamble please." she replies.

>"I'll make sure to do that . . . Or at least I'll try." you smile.

>"Eh, I trust you with that. Just like my idea of creating a dedicated teaching profession." she says.

>"Gweyr, I started the project of building schools in all the empire, so you have 19 weeks for that." you tell her.

>" . . . WHAT !? You . . . want ME to do that . . . are you sure ? I mean you know how bossy I can be." she asks.

She surprised by your words. Do you really want her to train teachers for the schools of the Empire ?

>"I'm glad that you understand." you answer with a big grin.

Gweyr squints her eyes at you, but then shakes her head and sigh.

>"I don't know if it's the Dark Lord evil getting to you, or some of your ancestor blood, but you are downright evil right now." she says.

You go back to the palace with your friend, joking on the way that she was going to scare her students like she used to scare everyone in the library of Ordamark, Gweyr replies deadpan that if they do their works they shouldn't have to fear her.

You wake up in the morning and go take a bath. Once you are dressed, you notice that the sun is shining outside. You get an idea, and summon your familiars. As Sif and Manus appeared you give them a big hug and pat their heads.

>"Hello, my two little killers. I believe today is the perfect day for your reward."

You happily hug them tighter, and they do the same, Sif moves his head so you can give him the best headpats, and Manus wraps himself around you, and rest his head on yours. You lift your arm, and Solaire swoop down from his spot and rest on your arm. You gently scratch his neck, making him chirp with contentment.

>"You know, it's a beautiful day, Why don't we . . . Go for a walk ?"

Your three pets immediatly turn their head to you, Sif ears perking up at the mention of "walk". You take a light breakfast, and go in the front courtyard of the castle. Sif get into his Giant Dire Wolf size, you get on top of him, with Manus wrapped around you, and Solaire flying right above your head.

You are ready, and with one move of you hand, Sif jumps and start running and after just some minutes, you are out of the city. After some more minutes you leave the outskirt of Drackenburg and you end up in the surrounding farmlands.

You think you will go to the Western Central Forest, you never visited it, and even if the wood elf city that is inside is too far away, you may meet someone on the way.

>"Sif, we are going to the Western Central Forest, it's quite far from here, so you can go as fast as you want, go wild." you whisper.

Sif don't make any noises, but you see his ears perk up again, and he shuts his mouth before slowly lowering himself. You understand what's going to happen, and you hang on tight, Manus do the same around you. Suddenly, Sif leaps forward and run at an incredible speed, it took everything from you to not fall back. Solaire was surprised and end up a little behind, but go back above you after seconds. You feel the strong wind hitting your face, Sif is faster than any horse you ever saw, even Lancer, who's quite fast, couldn't possibly keep up with your white wolf.

You ride like that for a long time, leaving the surrounding farmlands and end up in the wilderness, then reach some small villages and settlements. Even at this speed, it takes you a lot of time to reach the forest, you left the city just before 9am and it probably going to the midday soon, the sun is high in the sky, and finally you see the outskirt of the forest. Sif slow down, and you enter the vast see of greenery.

81 HIGH SUCCESS
You are deep into the forest now, you stopped to eat and you didn't have to really do anything, Manus caught a pair of rabbits, and Solaire used his flames when you tried to make a fire, you also gathered some wild fruits and berries. You are no cook and you don't know how to properly prepare meat from hunting catches, but you did really well on your first try and you now have a rather common adventurer wild meal. As you eat you think about your adventuress disguise and how the guy in the bar, Jokul, didn't recognize who you really are . . . And tried to seduce you. You wonder how good you'd manage as an adventuress.

You restart your journey in the forest, this time just having Sif casually walk. After a while Solaire land on your shoulder, Manus move his head, and Sif stop. A pair of wood elves, judging by their hair and apparels, are standing before you. They aren't menacing you, but they aren't getting closer.

>"Hello traveler. I believe you are some kind of wealthy noble knowing great magic, judging by your attire and the beasts. We are inhabitants of this forest, and we mean no harm. Can we ask you what you are doing here ? My friends and I are gathering medicinal plants and other ingredients." one of them explains.

How do you reply ? What do you ask ?

They don't look like they are going to attack you, Sif, Manus and Solaire are calm, so you think you don't have anything to fear.

>"I"m just here for a little ride on my little wolf, as you can see." you smile.

"Little she says." whispers the other wood elf.

>"I have a question as well. What do you need medicinal plants and other ingredients for ? Maybe I can help you if someone is wounded." you say.

>"What ? . . . Oh ! Oh no, don't worry, this isn't what we meant. It's just for alchemists and healers of our village so they can create potions. It's a little gathering job, nothing serious." the woman replies.

>"Oh, so you are on a quest. Are the two of you adventurers ?" you ask.

>"Everyone is a bit of an adventurer, as life is one big adventure." the man smiles.

>" . . . " you stay silent, waiting for the answer.

>"But no, we aren't "adventurers" like what you think. It's just so we can get some money on the side. But thank for offering your help . . . You know what, you could help us anyways. We are looking for a flower, it has red petals, blue stems and leaf and black thorns. If you could find some, enough to fill this bag, we'll give you 15 G. She raise her hands to show you that she don't mean any harm, and get closer, she stop when she's in front of Sif, and show him her hand. You wolf sniffs her, learning her scent. After a while Ilti remove her hand, and Sif sniffs the air around him.

>"Goodbye traveler, and stay alert until you get back to your home." Arut declares.

You leave the two wood elves, and after some minutes you are out of the forest. You think about what they told yo, and nothing stop you from asking the representatives of the different civilized races to give you the locations of their villages and settlements.

You decide to go to the military training fields. You saw the soldiers and royal guards of Ordamark train before, but you never saw a full army training. You move you hands, leaning forward to get ready, and Sif start running, again the wind hits your face with force as you go back to Drackenburg. After a couple of hours, you see the settlements, and soon enough you approach the farmlands, you turn, going toward the vast plains of the south. You keep riding for a while, and end up in the Imperial Legions training fields in Steowen.

Sif stop, and you look around the great field. You see them, the thousands of men of the 3rd Legion training with their respective weapons, some dueling, some practising some tactic maneuvers, you see a couple of Tharque centurions giving pointers to a lot of men, teaching them as per your deal with their nation.

You notice a tent in top of a hill, and go for it. It is indeed the commanding tent, and your husband's generals are here, overseeing the troops training, with Ruriska among them doing her duty as general. When they see you the respectfully bow to you. There is General Brom, the old warrior with the eyepatch, Devan, the Undead, Urmach, the Demon, General Osvid, the Mohawk warrior, and Lacroix, a blonde tattooed female warrior. They don't seems surprised to see you on top of a giant white wolf, with a snake of darkness wrapped around you and a phoenix that lands on your shoulder.

>"My Queen it is an honor to have you among us. To what do we own the pleasure of having you visit us ?" General Brom ask.

>"I decided to see the troops for myself. I made some changes in the military but I never saw our men directly, it's time to correct that." you reply.

>"We thank you for your hard work, and we are ready to answer any questions you may have." Devan declares.

You give tem a nod, and Sif lower himself so you can get down from him. Once it's done, he stay by your side, still in his giant form.

>"Generals, how are the men ?" you ask them.

>"The soldiers are in good shape, their training is extensive, but they are at a level of skill that can't be attained with a militia. In short, the Legions of Drack are combat ready." General Devan replies.

>"They had some basic thank to the raid against caravans and their attacks on humans villages and settlements. They had a warrior spirit, but they lacked training and discipline. I made sure they learned how to channel their hate and anger into working toward a goal and follow orders. You can send them to enemy territories, and they do what they were taught to, they are ready." the old warrior explains.

>"Thank you for your hard work general Brom. Ruriska, how does the recruitment and training of the Saboteurs get along ?" you ask her.

>"It's coming along nicely, they are going to be ready soon, they now how to identify and target supplies convoys, as well as looking for depots and military food stock. They also know how do go behind enemy lines and destroy the lone rear units." she replies with a smile.

>"Then that's perfect. Everything is going well. Gentlemen, the army got a little bit bigger, just like you ask me last year. From 600 000 to 1 458 800 men. I would say that is an unparalleled Standing army with good equipment, unlike Hägendorff's Militia." you declare.

>"That's true, we have the biggest army since the Kingdoms Alliance Army against Lord Lazarus. And I'm sure that with time, we could raise those numbers to incredible heights, with the population recovering from the war and the demi-human population increasing." Devan says.

>"But we shouldn't underestimate Hagëndorff, he can raise much more men than us in one go. One million is "easy" for him." general Lacroix adds.

-yes he can "raise" more but those men need training and practice and in a war the last thing you have is time. Also don´t underestimate the demi-humans that had to live in his empire if a war would break out we simply need to send our Demi-humans with guerilla in and watch his empire burn. 1/4 of Lynn is a Slum filled with demi-humans that don´t live better as slaves and the rest gets hunted and killed if they leave there reservoir they will join us in a heartbeat for there freedom. Between those revolts and our army he needs to split his army because he can´t ignore neither of the threats and then you can kill smaller parts of his oh so big army and kill them simply by bleeding them dry.

>"Then, could we in theory beat Hagëndorff's army, in a defensive war ? I heard rumors about the number of troops he can muster, it should be around 1 500 000, with the Order of the Knights of the Light around 650 000, and the Order of the Paladins of Justice around 200 000." you say.

>"In a defensive war, we have the advantage, thank to the geography of the southern border, and he won't have his army go east in the steppes, around the mountains to attack us. This only leaves the sea, has his navy is better than ours . . . Well, inexistent navy." Osvid replies.

>"The problem is the duration of this war, we could win if we inflicts more damage, but let's say Hagëndorff and us both lose one million men, we won't be able to recruit a significant numbers right away without recruiting women. Hagëndorff could still raise up to 600 000 men, maybe even a million, and we won't have any way of stopping him." Lacroix explains.

>"That's the difference in population, but we have the advantage of using demi-humans. With them, if we had a full levy for the whole able bodied male population, we could get 2 000 000 millions soldiers." Urmach adds.

>"Yes, he can "raises" more, but those men needs training and practice, and in a war the last thing you have is time. Also don't underestimate the demi-humans that had to live in his empire. If a war break out, we simply need to send our Demi-humans trained in guerilla, and watch his empire burn from within. 1/4 of Lynn is a slum filled with demi-humans that don't live better than slaves and the rest gets hunted and killed if they leave their Reserves. They will join us in a heartbeat for a chance to gain freedom. Between those revolts and our army, Hagëndorff will needs to split his army because he can't ignore neither of the threats, and then you can kill smaller parts of his oh so big army, and simply bleed them dry."

>"HA HA HA ! I really like how she thinks. She isn't just a pretty princess after all." Urmach laughs.

>"Show some fucking respect, demon." Brom tells him.

Urmach growls, but keep his smile.

>"What do you think of my ideas and improvements for the army ?" you ask them.

>"Our collective opinions is that you did good. We have the numbers, and with time we can increase them again. The warbeasts and bestiary are still on the lower side of things, but as a whole, the situation is a the best it can be at the time." Devan replies.

>"Exactly, Time is the resource we need the most, and like everyone else in this world, it's the thing that we lack, but we will manage, that's our duty." Ruriska smiles.

>"Generals, I want you all to speak openly, about any other ideas you could have for the army." you tell them.

>"You have enough specialised troops, our supplies are adequate, the only thing lacking is the navy." General Brom says.

>"You should use demons during the war, as our Lord Lazarus did during his conquest of the north." Urmach adds.

>"We don't have enough populatio to support one legion per kingdoms for now, but it should be our main objective for next year." General Devan explains.

>"Gathering as much informations and intel about our enemies and allies is the first thing we should do next year." Ruriska tells you.

>"Having the dwarves officially on our side would help us a lot in case of war." General Osvid says.

>"Having more warbeasts is the best we can do, only specialised troops like pikemen are effective against them." General Lacroix adds.

>"I see, I'll work on those ideas, and see if we can implement them. In the meantime, I have one last question. What do you all think of our guest of honor, the 400 Tharque Legionaries ?" you inquire.

>"The Legionaries are good, really skilled, and their officers know what they are doing. Which is strange since they didn't take part in any conflicts on the continent since centuries." Devan says.

>"I think they are doing someting on the southern continent, beyond the Serenum Sea." Brom adds.

>"Of course, we are going to try and see if we can get some answers."Ruriska tells you.

>"I trust the soldier, but not the ambassador, he's a politician after all." Lacroix declares.

You discuss for a little longer with the generals, then you thank them for their time and dedication for the empire, and preapre to leave. As you get on top of Sif, Urmach approachs you.

>"My Queen, I heard that you were learning how to cast the Life Drain spell. You know, I can naturally cast this powerful spell, and I could teach you better than any mortal. If you wish so, I could come help you with your learning anytime you want." He explains.

Do you accept his help ?

>"I will think about it, maybe I will come back to you with other dark magic spells. But say, can ou cast a dark magic armor ?"

>"Of course my Queen, I know shadow armor, a spell that protect you from harm."

>"Good, then I'll probably come to you to learn this spell, and a couple of other if you know them. Thank for your help Urmach."

>"It is my pleasure to serve." He replies as he bows to you.

You leave the training fields, and go back to the city. By the time you reach the Royal Palace the sun is already setting, painting the sky with a red color. In the front courtyard you headpat Sif and Manus one last time before sending them back, and you do the same with Solaire before he flies back to your room. You enter and go fo the dining room, the chefs cooks you a nice meal, and after eating you go to your bedroom. On the way you saw Shelur, and you asked her to go get Silviana and come to your room in two hours, and the two of them must be ready for some "cuddles",

>"Eh, that's all you had to say." she answers with a grin, accepting your invitation.

Once you are in your bedroom, you undress and go to the bathroom. You clean yourself nicely and rub some scented oil on yourself, you are now clean, smooth, and smelling really good. You put on your Black Lingerie, and wait on the bed. After a while there is a knock at the door.

>"Freya, it's me, Silviana, Shelur is with me." says the voice behind the door.

>"Come in." you reply.

Silviana and Shelur, the two of them wearing nighties, enter your bedroom, Silviana is blushing slightly as Shelur is grabbing her by the waist. You get up from the bed and when they see what you are wearing, Silviana blushes even more, and Shelur grins wildly.

>"Nice." she says.

>"Thank. Now why don't the two of you come here and help me warm up ? The nights are cold in the north." you smile.

You end up in your bed, with one girl in each arm, cuddling together.
