>Crit.

The mortals rush into the dark stomping over decimated flesh and metal alike as sensors are primed and targets are found by their heat as the belching smoke of the machine is easy spotting for thermal sights.

As targets are located the mortals shout out targets and get their volley off first as lasfire from tech guardsmen smashes into the dark skitarri smashing aside the heads and hoods of rangers and the armored craniums of the vanguards alike as allied servitors push with weapons at the ready.

the enemy begins to fight back to little effect as rangers and skitarri fire at the intrusion but with shots hitting the growing servitor line erasing weak flesh and rusted cybernetica from existence rather than striking any foes as the servitor line slowly grows so do their shots smack into more.

The opening skirmish devolves further into the beginning of a brutal offensive as you and your brother templars charge into the breach blades screaming with chains and fields.

sweat flows down your face as you charge into the rangers with a single strike decapitating 3 in an instant alongside similar attacks across the line.using the momentum you lift your infernus and let loose with a brutal barrage as the retreating backline of chaos is cut down in the back by countless boltfire as you and then your brothers let loose with dozens dying in seconds.

as the brutal barrage dissolves the foe their commanders grow some spine as overhead a great explosion erupts as the roof comes down in a tsunami of rust and metal.

you dive and push azikiel out of the way barely missing the deluge.

You rise and sight beyond the heap of newformed metal and see countless skitarri and servitors moving to catwalks and crude earthworks as your own techguardsmen do the same.

the battle for the power centre has begun.

Snapping to aim your raise your bolter and lay down a brutal barrage as the meager cover used by the foe is shattered under intense bolt fire perforating both it and the enemy behind equally.
the roar of the vengeance launcher signals amadiels participation in the fight as grenades streak overhead into fortified entrenchment blowing metal and viscera equally across the battlefield.

in the trade of las and tesla fire in the center the tech guard seem to actually be winning as without advanced tech priest aid the skitarri have begun to slowly lose their telltale mechanical efficiency as cogitators slow over heat and stress.

As the battlelines shift towards the forces of mankind the push is bolstered further as into the breach comes the rumbling tracks of the kataphron warmachines and their cannons fire soon as great strikes of fire rake the dark skitarri lines and the remains of the roof blockade are vaporised cutting a clear path to which the charging marines and ruststalkers make a push with two squads and multiple cohorts making a bloody charge.
>>
While the charge pushes through the breach you and your brothers follow as tactical bolters ring from azikiel and patreus knocking the more aggressive skitarri from the high ground as you set up the heavy bolter and let loose a swarm of shells as the already battered chaos cohorts are forced into combat impotency as the they duck behind cover to avoid shots before vengeance grenades streak into their holes and decimate them.

apologies for lack of replies the easter break is done in UK so im back to work.
should probably be moving to at least two updates daily and 3 at weekends.

>80.
dozens of bolts erupt through the dark from your burning barrel as their searing jets mark your vision as they spear through the darkness and enter bodies with rapid devastation as chests just rupture under the sheer force of the bolt followed soon by the deadly explosion as entire squads of servitors and badly spaced skitarri are blown back to their depraved gods.
following your strikes in concert is the growing imperial force as more guardsmen and skiarri push through the entrance as the night is lit with hundreds of lasbolts illuminating the field and cutting a clear path to the slowly growing noise screaming from the inner chambers of the station.

Eventually the enemy line spends its strength and begins falling further to fallback lines as servitors are expended as shields for the battered skitarri lumbering to their deaths firing wildly aimed primitive slug or lasweapons as they manage to startle you with even worse aim than the green tide on armageddon.

Batting aside what you can with your blade you aid directly in the inner push as the lines close into the power core.

so much fucking work to do in exam season.

With furious slashes you carve through the enemy's shattered servitor lines with ease as your brother templars join as a 4 dozen strong force striking with fervour and fury as behind the kataphron teams blow skitarri out from their raised towers in an instant vaporising bone and metal alike as shards of steel and ceramite scatter down onto the fighters below.

carving onwards you catch a furious tesla blow to your shoulder knocking an overhead strike off balance as a servitor hits its claw into your side sending you back.

similar scenes erupt across the line as you hold and wait for the mortals to catch up to the battle.

you see more dark skitarri rush forward from the power center flickering into vision by the baleful blue of the power field.

you pull back and hoist your bolter for a returning barrage.

update squeeze for today.

Sparks bloom past your vision as tesla bolts erupt into the imperial lines vaporising blood and bone as they come with searing heat from the muzzles of the decrepit servants of chaos.

Bloody fighting soon erupts across the line as the weakened servitor crash into imperial guardsmen falling with high casualties but in a twisted mirror of the guard hitting with sheer quantity in close quarters as swinging mechanical arms tirelessly batter bayonets into bending as front line guardsmen fall to the searing heat of welders or the scything blows of claws.

for your own part you continue to lay down judgement into the line as you now ignite your burning fury as the flamer trips into action striking the foe in their upwards shelter and selective bursts sends nearby servitor assaults back to lick their wounds as command systems melt under scotching flame ripping ruined flesh from rusted skeleton.

last stand on this station yes.
anyway back to somewhat consistent updates probably over the weekend and bank holiday.

The fire sears through flesh as once more an inferno roars onto the field by your actions as you spend the last of the tank of prometium to hold back the tide of servitors.

as your bursts rip onto the field guardsmen re bolster the front line as fire erupts from their weapons with lasfire and weak plasma acting as one cutting down the stalled horde to slow pieces bit by bit soon supported by the wrath of your armoured brothers as plated demigods smash past the servitors and push combat direct into the skitarri backline disrupting firing positions and marking bastions for fire as dug in foes are either eradicated by the solar flares of the breachers or the indirect death from amadiels favoured weapon.

Finally the line splinters in truth as the charge finishes the last of the corrupted skitarri as they break into the shadows falling down to lasfire as they flee or the swords of vengeful astartes.

the guardsmen charge forward and begin chasing the enemy down as a shout screams across the black templar vox.

"BROTHERS TO ME WE SHALL MOVE AND AT LAST CLEANSE THIS PLACE OF THIS FILTH"Captain oberon stands triumphant in your vision as he strides coated in blood and promethium in lockstep with his guard.

"THE FOE ARE STILL HOLDING THE POWER CORE! THEY AIM TO OVERLOAD THE REACTOR! WE MUST NOT GIVE THEM QUARTER! FOR SIGISMUND BROTHERS WITH ME!"
As the captain finishes his words in an instant guardsmen are batted to the floor as templars charge to the captain with blade and bolter ready.
following to assist you....

>draw blade-focus on melee and fight with the fellow sword brethren in the front.
>lift bolter-stay in the back with the initiates commanding their fire lines and maintaing cohesive fire support in the close frenzy of war.

Someone has to teach the new meat
>>
The air parts as you charge towards the captain as before you drilled templars fall into formation as devastators pick up the rear with cannon and bolter and sword brethren and noted initiates take up the front.
Azikiel spares you a glance and you nod assent as he joins the front with his blade roaring its field to life.
your squad raises their bolters as behind kataphron breachers move to kick open the final reactor door to the central room.

shouting out orders the captain move the frontline into a waiting spear as terminators form a 6 wide arrow followed by the bulk of blade ready initates and then tactical marines.

the anticipation is palpable as you wait bolter ready with the hastened breath of your initiate brothers and the slow rumble of breacher treads.

righty o.

From your shoulders fire blooms into reality as the breachers make the opening.

shards of molten shrapnel fall like rain against your open as the thunderous feet of you and your brothers charge into the fray and the final cleansing with a triumphant shout.

"NO PITY! NO REMORSE! NO FEAR!"
Is yelled in unison as tesla and lasfire erupts from the entrance battering into terminators and searing armour with vicious blasts as the veterans spear the charge.

Entering into the fray you spot and analyse the field.

from above ranks of battered but hateful skitarri stand alongside the brutal visages of the techpriests of the station retreated to save both their temples and their lives as shots begin ringing into the initiates with a squads worth of marines falling to the ground as expertly aimed shots sear through gaps in plate and cook the carapace and flesh within.

the blue glow of plasma illuminates the field as battle is truly joined as terminators charge fists ready at the ranks of vanguards and ruststalkers ready to bring the imperium to a halt.

after the battle is organised you begin screaming vox orders as the captain wets his blade into dozens of fallen skiarri as initiates are designated firing locations and the techpriests are designated as alpha prioris targets.

adding your own bark to the battle rounds sing from your bolter as dozens of rangers duck or fall to your blows as you supress the top level as the battle turns to blood and metal as chaos fights to the brutal last.

back to work update time.

The battlefield reaches the brutal combat this station has inspired once more as you see your brothers falling like heroes but falling none the less as they take dozens down as they fall either wounded as limbs are sheared by the vicious untamed skitarri and the rabid blows of the machines or the slow advancing barrage fire from above.

but the imperium has its own tricks up its sleeve as you open your bolter constantly firing deluges of shells to buy your brothers time as initiates lock to your suppression targets and slowly pick off techpriests critically depriving the foe of command clarity with every death.

streaming from the rear comes the fury of the loyal mechanicus once more as through the breach the remaining loyal ruststalkers and vanguards make their own advance battered and few as they are they move to the fray blades spinning and spears lit with electric wrath.

okay christ its been a exam prep heavy week.

The advance continues as dozens fall on either side.in the frenzy of blood and rust the mechanicus fights its dark kin as the striking arms of the ruststalkers are parried by the rotating staffs of the valiant vanguards as loyal ruststalkers move around the vanguards to cut and cleave through the surviving skitarri forces.

of course the mechanicus does not stand alone as the templars push forward ready to purge as one with furious power and chainblades roaring awaiting the sinking into the flesh and metal of the foe.

the templars shift the battle line wherever they are as bolt shells hit into the ranger lines as you join the barrage providing deadly boltfire as the last of the meager covered bastions is set aflame by shrapnel and bolt as your suppressive barrage allows for frag grenades to soar into the cowering rangers blowing them sky high.
the furious melee you move to aid further as you spot azikiel take a slicing cut from a tesla spear leaving his arm hanging with nerves shocked.

you provide a lighting quick shot as you blow the squad in front of him to pieces as they bat aside azikiels sword and close for him.

Your brother briefly nods as his black carapace fixes into action reviving his armour as he takes up blade and leaps into the battle once more.
