This is a multiplayer game where each player controls one character. It's very to join, even if you haven't participated in the previous threads.

You are going to play as yourself, the person behind the screen. The question is: how long would you survive in an RPG setting?

Players who have an existing sheet don't need to repost it.

Describe your stats in plain English using the ranks below.
Ranks: minuscule, weak, low, below average, average, above average, high, exceptional
For Stats, an “average” rank means the rank of an average person
For skills and other abilities, an “average” rank means an average person skilled with this ability; an average professional. Those with less than average ranks are skilled amateurs. Yes, this means, above average skills are uncommon.

The skills are freeform so you can list anything. Here's an extensive list if you need inspiration: https://gurps.fandom.com/wiki/List_of_Skills

Attached is an example character from the Mythic book.
>>
CREATION RULES
1) Create your character, following the rules above.
2) Reminder: you are playing as yourself, the person behind the screen. The more honest you are statting yourself, the more fun this is going to be.
3) Reminder: for skills, an average rank means the rank of an average professional, not the average person. If you rank yourself as Average, then it means that you're as good as the average professional.

GENERAL RULES
1) Namefag yourself.
2) Roll 20d100 with each post. The rolls will be used for the GM emulator.
3) You have to keep track of your own inventory and money.
4) No whining about the QM decisions and rolls.

MULTIPLAYER RULES
1) You can chat with the other players as much as you want
2) Don't make more than one action post before the QM responds

INTRODUCTION
Kek, the god of chaos, has made of a pact with the meme magicians of 4chan: when 4chan members die, they are teleported to an Isekai world. You were browsing the /qst/ board when suddenly you died. You wake inside of the Eldritch Express, a strange train that travels through land and, sometimes, between dimensions.

Previously, The train travelled through The Forsaken Reaches in the north (threads #1 and #2), made a stop at Devapura, the city of the gods (thread #4), and it is now in the desert nation of Akotoshia (Grimdark thread), in a world torn into chaos by the death of the god-king Shi.

The train has now stopped at the town of Nizbevi, where the party is being questioned by soldiers about their reason for coming (pic related).

ELDRITCH EXPRESS
>You must collectively fuel the five furnaces of the LeTourneau diesel-electric transmission overland train a bare minimum of forty pounds of flammable fuel per car attached in addition to sixty for the front, per day, if you want to keep it moving
>It currently has four cars. Its passenger car siderooms and conductor's cabin are at the height of modern luxury, complete with a bunk bed, TV, stereo/radio system, a nightstand, coat/hatrack, and multiple consoles with assorted video games and movies to watch and play. It has a combination messhall/kitchen/medical car, as well as 2 storage cars, filled simple assorted logging tools and fuel logs at the moment.

NEW RULE
This thread has no size limit. However, to keep things manageable, players can't travel more than 100 meters from either the party leader or the Eldritch Express. The Eldritch Express is owned by the player Jackson, but if he doesn't join this thread then control of the train will be transferred to someone else temporarily.

Information floods into your minds as a series of options appears before you. The first seems to be a series of classic archetypes and the second, a numbered list of short titles for something you can't help but wonder.

> CLASSES:
>Warrior - A mundane master of martial combat, you are considered to have Average skill in every weapon and armor you choose to wield.
> Thief - An accomplished savant of subterfuge and guile, you receive a boost to your Agility and Dexterity (+ point-based skills)
> Sorcerer - A magic user tapping into your own mind, you may attempt to visualise spells and cast them in accordance to your imagination. Sorcery is fickle and often backfires or works in unexpected ways.
> Priest - A champion of a deity of your choice, you may invoke them to lend you miraculous aid from above or below. Your deity doesn’t always answer and members of rival religions shall hate or shun you.

> CHEATS:
1) Cheat Magician
2) Reincarnated as a Monster
3) Isekai Smartphone
4) Cosmic Vending Machine
5) Edgelord
6) Death Count
7) Strange Aeons
8) Vice/Virtue
9) Electric Conduit
10) Burn, Baby, Burn!
11) Shadow of a Man
12) Karma
13) Kek's Blessing
14) Autism Jesus' Blessing
15) Harem Protag
16) [Catch Phrase]
17) Anonymous
18) My Little Demon
19) Dragon Soul
20) (No Cheat)

More knowledge enters your psyche, and the potential options are revealed to you. You may choose a class, guaranteed to grant great power and eventually supernatural competency in its specialty and roll a single d20 on the Isekai cheat chart for a boon ranging from mediocre to gamebreaking, you can decide not to take a class and roll dual d20s on the Isekai cheat chart, or you can refuse to roll on the Isekai cheat chart and gain access to a specialty subclass straight away. Each available class is only at its starting point. Alternatively if you are a true badass, you can refuse to take any class or cheat power, and make you accomplishments that much more impressive.
>>
>>4011313
>or you can refuse to roll on the Isekai cheat chart and gain access to a specialty subclass straight away
Correction. I don't do specialty subclass. But you can roll on the wheel to get a completely random class.

Just take my action from the previous thread if that's ok.

And can we please not do the everyone attempts to talk to the guy at once thing?

>>4011313
I've always thought the cheat list really lacks symbolic numbering. It would be cool if Death Count was at 4, Edgelord 6, Autism Jesus 5, Kek 11, V/V 7, and so forth

Personally, I would just read the two Multiplayer Isekai Quest threads, Kek's Familia, and Grimdark, as the rest aren't really relevant to our current situation.

> Edgelord: You can teleport behind your foes, summon ninja weapons OR dual desert eagles/uzis at your discretion, and drain life force to regenerate or fuel your attacks when you cut someone. You can also cut yourself and reabsorb it at an equal ratio. Forbidden sorcery comes twice as easily and malign entities see you as their equivalent and take you seriously, for good or ill. This comes at the cost of a gravelly voice, deep dislike of daylight, and the permanent fixation to wear a trenchcoat and dark-tinted sunglasses, which you can summon at will. If your dialogue is sufficiently edgy, you may receive a bonus to any given roll.

>>4011522
> Kek's Blessing: You have the power to manipulate the forces of chaos. It is a known fact that Kek is the dice. 3 times per thread, you can overwrite the rolls of another player with your own rolls. You are also immune to the effects of E-Rank Chaos.

Due to getting dubs, the power of Kek's Blessing is doubled and you can use it 6 times in the current thread.

Two new Isekai victims, Carlos and Max, appear behind Chase, confused, not knowing where they are or what is going on.

A nasty, organic, rotting smell is coming from the messhall / kitchen, where Mark is preparing a stink bomb with the left-overs of his gnoll and human flesh soup. He's stirring a torrent of fetid dark liquid into a concoction in the pot. The smell is so strong that he can barely stand.

The old man's eyes are darting right and left, trying to determine his interlocutor's intentions.

Chase, who was under the effect of the buff "Odin's Beard", was sporting a fake beard, which is now slowly shrinking because the effect is over. He says, "We're just going to be passing through after we get some supplies for the journey and get our bearings. Despite this vehicle and the eccentricity of its operator, we're travellers first and foremost."

The geezer answers, "The dwarven contraption is certainly suspicious, but you don't seem like a lawful bunch. I mean, you don't even have a stable appearance. And this smell... The food you guys eat is even worse than ours." He chuckles. "Welcome to Nizbevi."

The former party member named Terry, who had tried to sneak out of the train, had been caught by the soldiers and executed. Among his remains, a a pile of small cubes of flesh and bones, lies the artifact "Redfield", a sphere which contains magic powerful enough to destroy the Eldritch Express. The geezer grabs it from the floor and examines it closely.

Intuition: With his fine-tuned intuition, Chase can tell that the geezer is a magic user, probably specialized in death magic.

Jackson releases all of the slaves from the train. The geezer licks his upper lip and yells, "Catch them all!"

>Chase loses the buff "Odin's Beard"

Chase draws the katana Hitoshi, a noble weapon that is named after the god-king Shi. He tries to strike the old man, but he's protected with an invisible barrier that blocks his attack. Chase feels as if his internal organs were on fire. A horizontal line appears on his stomach and blood sprays everywhere in front of him, in large quantities. He almost loses consciousness.

"Showtime!"

Behind him, Carlos is unleashing a hellfire with the deagles. Hellish psychic energy is seeping into his body and he tries to control the bullets' trajectory with his willpower. Let's admire how quickly he's adapting to the situation. Like the bright sunlight of the desert that is reflected for a second in his sunglasses, all damage is reflected to Carlos' hand and he drops his weapon from the pain.

"Uh-ho!" the old man says, "They want me dead. Looks like I've grabbed something of value."

He gestures for his personal guards to attack Chase and then he teleports away. One has flayed skin, and his bloody eyeballs have been pulled from their eye sockets and hanging from his face. Another one is covered with piercings and tattoos, with a tongue that looks like a snake's, and his nose has been cut off. The last one is entirely burned, and his ribcage is open with a spiked ball inside.

They hack at Chase's face with their claws. Despite his wounds, Chase elegantly blocks most attacks, but the burned freak manages to heavily mutilate it.

Mark is at the window of the train and throws a stink bomb at the group of regular soldiers who are capturing the slaves.

"Stand down! Or ass and titties would rain upon you."

No one cares because it smells like regular food to them.

Afterward, I attempt to use Strange Aeons to make as bone-chilling a laugh from as many anomalously created mouths as possible, closing them afterward.

The Doors are still locked, so they're fucked, locked in a room with a gunman and Chase.

This is why I get accused of pushing the boundaries of my ability, because whenever I try to use it's most basic functionality I get ignored.
>>
>>4013300
If you were to put it in the CVM I would assume that you'd get some sort of weapon that greatly erodes the internal structure of its target/victim. It's also possible that you could get something which controls or manipulates density.

As for returning, after getting screwed over two threads in a row, I'm on the fence between making a grand and showy return or just waiting for a QM that has no connection to any of the previous mythic threads. If Sigurd joins the thread or Carlos revives me like I did for Jackson, 'll think it over, if not, use my stuff wisely and continue my awe-inspiring legacy.

>>4013718
And you called me a whiner. Seriously though, the guy is in a different timezone, you shouldn't expect anything from him for another 10 hours or so. Also how does one find weakness in the concept of teleportation of all things?
>>
>>4013770
It could be something that builds even. It just has to be of equivalent value.
>>
>>4013786
It could, but when I read the description back when Dave first had it, I assumed it would handle objects of power in one of two ways. Either it would liquidated the item and simply give you whatever currency the setting runs on, or it would give you an item with similar properties and capabilities.
>>
>>4013770
Range, number of uses, cooldown, horrific health consequences. Say it works off a radius around the caster, then we can have possible locations where we could find them. Or, if it works off of a mark and recall system, letting us know that he has a fallback point somewhere that he can return to at any time. These are all factor that I should be able to intuit by seeing him, and it should go without saying that they're valuable to know. We would be looking pretty foolish if we thought he had escaped but it turned out he can only teleport within a 5 meter radius and never left the train.
>>
>>4013841
Technically, only a few of those factors are weaknesses. I know that this will mean nothing to you, but you should;t be able to ascertain what specific variation of teleportation the old man is using. The range and number of uses should only come into play if they are notably or exceptionally limited. Cooldown and any health consequences however, should be fair game no questions asked.
>>
>>4013770
I think I got a good chance at reviving you. I'm a wizard with forbidden sorcery and, your remains are still fresh.
>>
>>4013796

You're thinking of Moneychanger with the first right there.

With the second, let's use the one time he used it as an example.

He gave up a pair of survival rations to get a pair of modern handcuffs (Key included I believe) and a bagel.

I can see how the latter might lead you to believe as such, because the former was forgotten QUITE quickly.
>>
>>4013770
No hard feelings about me looting your corpse right
>>
>>4013900
I would appreciate that, and I'm sure you can do it. I accomplished the same feat in the last thread. If you can't get my body back to normal, just take my soul for safe keeping. I have a few ideas of where I could be implanted.

>>4013942
I stand corrected on my first point. As for the second, we'll need to see the CVM in action a few more times in order to make a proper assessment.

>>4013969
I'm not going to sugarcoat it, when I see you I'm gonna shoot you. It can't be helped, nobody loots a Don, even a dead one.
>>
>>4014019
At least you’re honest
>>
>>4013854
You can argue what is and isn't a weakness forever, because it will always be both subjective and situational.

That actually feeds into my theory on how Death Perception actually works, because if what information it gives me could subjectively be all information, I would be having omniscience seizures as I process all information that ever has will or could exist. That leads me to believe that while there's clearly no consistent standard for what it does or doesn't tell me, it must work off something entirely subjective to me at the time. Basically, it has to work off of what I subconsciously rationalize as a weakness at any given moment, which explains why the very first description of had me gaining a new subconscious predatory instinct and why it was spitting out comprehensive tactical analysis of zombies and death knights and such.

>>4014019
You aren't a Don though. You're not even the leader of this group of train vagrants.
>>
>>4014077
I'm just messing with you, if anything you're almost as defenseless as I was when I first started. Since I changed classes to a sorcerer most of that stuff wouldn't be of mud use to me.

>>4014091
This is precisely why I said that my reasoning wouldn't matter to you in the least. Most people treat Shi as some sort of sentient running joke but honestly, you don't get enough credit. Even before I typed out my explanation, I knew you would pull something like this.

>You aren't a Don though. You're not even the leader of this group of train vagrants.

Funnily enough, this version of me never even had the idea to become a Don, that was the other Terry. The Terry I was most recently playing as planned on becoming King of the Ice or The Legendary Assassin if the thread lasted long enough for me to kill the Guildmaster.

You are correct. The known bloodlines of imps are fire, iron, frost, shadow, rust, gold and dire imps, and let's not forget imp consulars. However, your imp is a standard issue, red-skinned imp, with no specific bloodline.

It's named Algaron. It was born in Hell and spent countless eons trapped in a cage and being tortured by stronger devils. it was then sent to the Material Plane with the job of a corruptor who tempts mortals into the pleasures of the flesh.

>>4013504

>He then walks nonchalantly to the front of the train
It's unclear where everyone was located and I see that everyone had different ideas. >>4009314

Let's say that the geezer were outside, and Chase was talking to him from the entrance but staying inside of the train. The reason being that it would be stupid for him to enter a walking trap.

The engine shudders into life, and the behemoth trains starts to glide smoothly on the desert sand, leaving half of the party members behind. Anomalous mouths appear organically on Jackson's body and create a bone-chilling, inhuman laughter, before the laughter gives way to squealing, spitting and cursing in a language nobody on Earth understands. All of the passengers are startled.

>Roll for sanity

>>4013543
Owen comes out of the shadows and unexpectedly appears between the flayed and the pierced freaks. Owen, previously known as "The Cutthroat", happens to be very good at backstabbing too.

"Hmm... What is this lovely sensation?" the flayed freak says, ecstatically.

Owen can recognize that the freaks are under the effect of "Sweet Pain", a repugnant cheat that is the result of Shi's malignant effect on the world. When the god-king was still a mortal and a member of this party, he was a sadistic pervert who used to charm women with magic and rape them. His son and ruler of Akotoshia, Haruki, has inherited the rapist gene and is known for his taste in female slaves with disabilities.

Death Perception (Geezer / Health Report): Interesting. Chase is not the only one to suffer from arthritis. The geezer does too.

Death Perception (Freaks / Physical Report): They are vulnerable to silver and good.

Death Perception (Flayed Freak / Physical Report): His lowest physical is Beauty, obviously. His second lowest stat is Perception.

Death Perception (Pierced Freak / Physical Report): His lowest stats are Dexterity, Reflex, Fitness and Perception.

Death Perception (Burned Freak / Physical Report): His lowest stat is Fitness.

Death Perception (Teleportation): The teleportation spell has a limited range of 100 meters. The weight of what he can teleport is limited to 60 lbs. Interplanar travel is not possible. Critical failure to cast the spell is often lethal. With the possibility of death being evoked, the perception pulsates brightly.

>>4013555

Special bonus for being the first to roll a 555 in the GET, the number of the deity Autism Jesus. All actions are successful without a roll.

Chase demonstrates for the first time the importance of reach. A reach weapon is used to keep the enemies away, so someone armed with mere clawlets basically cannot do much against the sublime might of the katana.

Carlos opens his mouth and drools everywhere. He fires his uzis at the helpless freaks and takes down the burned freak. The freak stands back up and growls, with an open wound on his stomach and his spleen and liver completely popped out of his body.

Sitting in lotus position inside the meditation room of his Egyptian temple, the god Kek watches calmly the Eldritch Express on a giant screen. The monster train is making a giant turn over 1 km and is running in the freaks direction at full speed. Kek rolls a pair of ten-sided dice.

"I LOVE MAKING PEOPLE ROLL JUST FOR SITTING IN A DUNE. HAHA. THIS TIME, I'M GOING TO ROLL TO SEE IF THEY CAN GET OUT OF THE TRAIN'S WAY. HAHA."

The dice show 28 for Max, 64 for Carlos, 50 for Owen, 75 for Chase.

"ONLY HALF OF THEM MAKES IT. HAHA. HYPER AKUSERU TRAIN, GOGO!!!"

The train accelerates and reaches an impossible speed. The priestess Emiya bangs on Jackson's door. "Stop it, you're going to kill everyone!"

Chase is using his reach advantage to keep the freaks corraled. Carlos is summoning the power off his ancestors, but fails. It doesn't matter. All of them get squished over. The train leaves behind a trail of blood and mutilated bodies. Owen escapes the impending doom by hiding in the shadows, and Max rolls away, holding his precious loot in his arms.

It's a bit weird that I could both be pushing them into the path of the train while being in front of it. Pretty contrived to be honest.
>>
>>4017004
Contrived doesn't do the situation justice. But as I said, Sigric is still on the train and as a priest who specializes in healing, buffs, and revival he should be able to help you, Carlos, and myself. If Sigric is done away with, my suspicions will be confirmed. I imagine the QM will either simply write out all of the inactive characters out of the story, or he'll mess with the train and kill everyone on it. At this point he can either double down on his shameful behavior in front of everyone and expose himself or play fair.

"Emiya, do me a favor and Revive them, or I will need to make several deals that I don't want to make."
>>
>>4017056
There are things that should simply be brought out into the open. The QM clearly isn't an impartial sort and when things like this happens, he either sweeps it under the rug or makes a half hearted non apology to shrug of any serious blame. This event couldn't have been better orchestrated and I doubt any of the other players will deny this objective truth.

By doing this, I'm making things clear for everybody. If he keeps us from getting revived for any reason other than bad dice rolls when Sig attempts to bring us back, there's clearly ill intent behind his motives.Of course he has many other underhanded ways of keeping us out that I could list, but I've got some business to take care of. I'll check back in in a bit.

The medicine man Sigric is singing the eulogy of the fallen, while Emiya attempts to revive them. The remains of Chase feel faintly buffed from the song. Emiya raises Chase from the dead, but fails for the other two. "Gomenasai, gomenasai!"

"3D girls should not use holy magic," Sigric answers nonchalantly. "Let me show you".

"O Agni, you at your birth are Odin,
When you are kindled, you are Baldur,
Bring back those mortals to life,
With your eternal divine flame."

Carlos' mutilated body rises up. The cubes of Terry float in the air and form a new human shape. First, the bones. Second, the flesh and the nervous system. Everyone has been revived!

We should probably keep the mass destruction to a minimum. Sure holding back is what go me killed (along with more unscrupulous factors) but don't forget that your little joyride back there killed two party members (it wasn't completely your fault but it was certainly a rash decision).

>>4017930
Not that I mind, but why exactly did you kill her? Seems like a waste of good rolls to me.
>>
>>4017973
Mainly because I didn't want to have yet another interruption in the form of her blubbering over the death of her hero.

If you haven't noticed, I take a pretty flippant attitude towards the lives of myself and others because I myself have died 3 times with only positive consequences, and know that anyone I kill either has a soul and isn't really dead in any permanent capacity, or is a purely physical existence with no real value as an individual. This is compounded with resurrection being a ubiquitous procedure that can be performed by any competent caster.

I'm pretty sure this is the biggest difference between Chase the flesh and blood human and Chase the fictional demigod.
>>
>>4018038
Last time I checked, this most recent death is the only one that actually benefitted you in any way. And that was only because the QM wanted you off of his case so he placated you with a normal resurrection and a buff.

>>
>>4018122
Technically yeah, it kind of was. If I didm't bring you back to life, I probably would've flown or teleported to the nearest settlement and Shi wouldn't have had the chance to insta-kill me. Back to the subject at hand, remember that grand actions such as these leave much room for error and since the QM is headhunting, you'd better believe that any chance for calamity will be abused by him.
>>
>>4018129
I'll grant you the first one but I don't really count that as a death per-se. You didn't directly gain anything from your second death, Owen just completely swept the other team. Your last fight would be best described as a tie, also this most recent death only granted you some nebulous buff and we've already gone into the reasoning behind that.

This is a small town protected by circular walls with a medium height of 12 meters. The walls of the city are made of clay; they look worn down and are painted white. In the middle of the city, there is a large ziggurat that extends across your field of vision. No other building is taller than the walls. An old tombstone stands outside the city gate, with a statue of a human standing in front of it. The entrance is protected by a large guard tower, which is more than 4 meters high. The general feeling of this city is one of misery.

There's nowhere to hide in the flat, desert surface between the train and the walls. Owen reuses his power to enter the colorless and dark world of shadows to approach the wall. He feels a bit cold but he can acclimate himself better to the place. Two visions of the city walls are juxtaposed; a type of perception that cannot really be described because it's alien to our human senses. The first vision is what he could see from the material plane of existence: rather normal clay walls. The second vision is a wall that's half broken. But he cannot see what is beyond the wall, because it's completely black. No sound can be heard, but a very faint wind.

Her voice is soft and full of compassion. She almost has tears in her eyes as she speaks the magical prayer.

"Ebiribon, watashi wa anata no jihi o yobimasu;
Anata no omoiyari to ai no houyou;
Kono tsumi no nai kodomo o torimodosu tame ni;
Ikite iru sekai e."

Alina's corpse moves spasmodically for a few moments, but then nothing. She just lies dead on the floor. Emiya runs her hand over her eyes.

"It's over. The gods have claimed her soul and she can't come back. But... She's in a better place now... I think..."

Jackson finds a broom in the supply room and he cleans the train with Emiya's help who, as a priestess, has the power to summon water.
"All of this blood... That's not a good way to introduce ourselves to the natives... I like men of action, like my Shi... And I know such men are impulsive... Yet, I can't help but think there must be another way... Your train could become a symbol of hope in this harsh land..."

My Plan was, assuming war, use the apparently 16-20 bodies (15 guards that seem to have died, 4 freaks, and the girl) and summon 4 "lesser" (singlehandedly capable of taking out a full party of bronze adventurers by world one metric) unaffiliated Shoggoths and letting them have a field day on the town guard, and desummoning them afterward.
>>
>>4024893
Why exactly are you doing this again? What does this place have that we need? Aside from Redfield, and that wizard, this place seems to lack any objects of interest. Also it would be unwise for any of us to get involved if that's what you're planning since we have no protection from such creatures. If you really want to go through with this, we should stockpile enough food and water so that we can camp out in the train while you're doing your thing.

http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/qstarchive/3919883/

You can summon a minor shoggoth but you need ten fresh human corpses and a five hour ritual to summon it, at least one fresh human corpse per day to keep it from rebelling, and five more corpses to dismiss it, though those don't need to be fresh. Minor here means enough to consume a village mob or party of bronze or lower ranked adventurers without issue.

Directly from QM#1

I'd say four(or maybe just 2 with some new information, being the number of corpses to desummon and the "without issue" than simply "capable of" for their competence)

(As simply climbing the unshadowy wall was ruled to be too difficult, I will describe another method.)

By merging both visions of the wall, you are able to climb it. You find yourself deeper into the Plane of Shadow.

It is as dark as on a moonless night. The shadow version of Nizbevi is in ruins and has a very sinister atmosphere. Moans and cries sound from the small, round buildings. Many walls are hidden behind rubble and in broken debris, and the ground is littered with abandoned furniture and piles of mutant corpses, their arms and legs cut off and mangled. There is a dark liquid on the cobblestone streets, dripping down from the roofs of abandoned houses. The inhabitants have varying degrees of monstrous features, such as sharp teeth, claw-like nails or missing parts of the face. Most are wearing tattered rags on their deformed bodies. The more severe cases look completely like shadow zombies.

You can sometimes hear whispers from the shadows; they are becoming more and more intense, drawing nearer, more insistent.

>>4026578
"If you feed me live victims, I'll grow larger and more powerful. That would make you, in turn, more powerful."

The imp walks back and forth, rubbing his chin, as he's thinking.

"All right, let's keep working for Terry. I'm sure a mobster like him will provide us plenty of opportunities to kill people."

>>4026749
You are unable to enchant the item with the spell Vertigo.

IQ (time travel magic): Casting time travel spells is extremely difficult, and has more often results that are horrific for the spellcaster, rather than beneficial. It is actually unknown if time travel is possible, or if you would be sent to an asynchronous parallel universe.

There's another thing that I want, but it's leagues out of what's probably accomplishable for you.
>>
>>4029182
I plan on looking deeper into the concept of time manipulation. I could revert the train to the state it came in when you first got it. In fact, if I were to pull that off, we won't need to bother with fuel or maintenance anymore.

Out of curiosity, what was that thing you wanted. I can't say with full confidence that I can get it done now given how high the ceiling is, but I could get great value simply by being aware of whatever it is you have in mind.

Isekai Cheats
Harem Protag: You now have a sex appeal that defies logic, giving an *absolute* bonus to seduction attempts and compelling members of the opposite sex to get jiggy with it, to the extent that you must roll to determine whether they are willing to engage in coitus, not whether they are interested. They are always open to polygamy but members of the same sex will resent you. Some violently.

Edgelord: You can teleport behind your foes, summon dual desert eagles/uzis at your discretion, and drain life force to regenerate or fuel your attacks when you cut someone.

In the shadow world, your own ugliness is useful not to stand out from the bizarre inhabitants. You stealthily move between the darker parts and explore the area. The fact that the visibility is so low makes your task rather difficult. Of course, you cannot find any object of value; that would be too easy. However, you find a house of which the façade does not look broken, unlike the other buildings, hence you conclude that it might hold something of value. Outside of the house, you see some odd plant shapes and a black mass protruding from the ground. In the backyard, you find a spot where the black mass is densest.

>>4029004
Emiya has no interest in getting acquainted with the modern medical supplies. Since Shi has been playing video games all day, she's been feeling morose and she feels unable to do any task that requires too much thinking. But she accepts to help you summon nasties, it's her duty to protect you from any potential harm.

>I do as I said I would.
You put on an apron and dust off the train.

>I'm planning on getting an explanation
An explanation about what part? Do you mean if you can summon shoggoths? If you have enough corpses? The answer is yes to both.

>>4029091
You can channel this spell successfully, but the ritual to imbue the item with its properties will take several hours.

Much like Chase's cheat mine has some underlying implications. The QM who gave me the cheat said I couldn't add silencers to the guns because that's not edgy meaning I can add attachments as long as their edgy. Putting this knowledge to use all the bullets I summon in my guns will be a hollow point exploding into shrapnel when entering flesh so they will rip and shred the organs of my foes significantly increasing my destructive power. The fact that the shrapnel will shred the insides of my enemies also means that I will be able to use Edge Lord to drain their life force when I successfully hit them. I then try enchanting my kunai with the Eye of the Samurai. Eye of Samurai: all projectiles used by the holder of this item will always meet their target. I then carve open my flesh and store the kunai in there and then close the wound using Edge Lord, I was established to be able to do this in previous threads.

In the previous thread, the priest Sigric had summoned Miracle to use him as a priest NPC. Clearly impressed by this technique, Shi decides to make himself a sorcerer NPC. He recites an incantation in his native language, Japanese, to summon the subtle mantriks from Hell to take possession of Alina's dead body and animate it. (Note: True revival/healing magic is not accessible to sorcerers.) The reason Japanese is the language of choice for sorcery is that it's one of the cutest human languages.

Alina's limbs start moving and she stands up. Her eyes are completely white, with no pupils; she is frothing at the mouth; her veins are visible through her skin. She immediately jumps on Shi. She grabs him by his hair and starts pushing him down. "Just... let me have... a taste..." She's still a beautiful red-haired girl, so Shi feels a bit flustered.

Owen opens the front door of the house. As a measure of precaution, he rewrites reality to one where he's more lucky; a cheat power he's gained from Kek.

Because of the darkness, it's difficult to tell if someone lives in this house. The interior floor is covered with broken, useless trash, such as scrap metal, broken dishes and chairs, and a rotten mattress in a corner. The floor is very filthy, and has a liquid residue over it. Inside of the cabinets, Owen only finds the body parts of a mutant cat. There's a smell of mold in the air. Owen glances up at the ceiling, and sees a pair of large red eyes staring back at him.

Nobody willingly let's go of their power without the threat of loss hovering over them.

My strategy consists of summoning Shoggoths, getting them inside the city and letting the Guards come to them I will then desummon them.

The Raid serves 2 puposes

>>4033538
I understand the fuel but everyone came back from the dead except the other new guy that quit
>>
>>4033621
It's the principle of the thing. Eventually, we'll stay dead, and we can't be letting possible enemies running around now, can we?
>>
>>4033650
The situation seemed more like a case of bad writing than something that happens all the time. Chase and Terry think the attack was an excuse for the QM to flake
>>

There's a good bit of evidence supporting that theory. As a side note, Jackson's actions had a larger impact than those goons funnily enough.

>>4033905
Carlos takes Jackson's broom and takes off. He isn't entirely sure what direction he's going, but he's pretty sure that it's up. It's his first time flying in the air, so he's not too fast or precise, but he can keep up. The wind stings his face, but it doesn't seem to bother him too much. He tries to keep his balance by not looking down. He flies over the wall and lands gently on the roof of a small house. He sits there like a stone gargoyle.

>>4033117
For the most part, Nizbevi looks like its shadowy counterpart. The major difference is that the buildings are not broken, although everything looks muddy, dirty, definitely unsanitary, as is typical in desert towns. The building that you came out of looks identical. There's only one difference that you can tell, it's that an orange tree stands where there was odd plant shapes. The similarity between our plane and the Plane of Shadow is what makes it so convenient to travel.

The population is made of various races, mostly dark-skinned humans and beastmen. Dwarves are a minority, but they all seem to wear fine clothes and own slaves. Slaves are easily recognizable from the metal collar they wear at the neck. They are often subjected to brutality, harsh food conditions and regular beatings. It's typical for dwarves to wear a ruff, and have their female slaves dressed in leather catsuits. The rest of the population seems to be very poor, and many people are clearly malnourished. It smells of spices and sweat.

Success.

Your visualization fails: you are unable to use this power, although you feel you are close.

Danny, the overweight priest, comes out of one of the passenger rooms, and walks up to Jackson, Shi and Emiya.

Hello, friends!" he says, hesitantly. "How is your day going? Do you guys need my help with anything?"

Actually, now that I think about it in the context of the rest of the stuff in these quests, it makes sense for that kind of thing to be easier to achieve and more effective. As reasonable as that sounds, magical artifacts are also tied with ordinary people powers. Sure a flying broom is more recognized than say the an amulet that gives people superhuman abilities but the concepts behind them are the same.

The ritual cannot be interrupted. Each round that you whine or express negative feelings, your mana is absorbed by etheric archons and vampiric thoughtforms.

Knowledge (/x/): Knowledge from your homeboard /x/ fills your mind. By Law of Attraction, the more you are negative, the more you attract negative events. Leaving this negative cycle requires introspection to identify your emotional problems and work on getting rid of them. This demiurgic law is evil in nature because it keeps us trapped in the material body, yet it's real.

>>4034510
Redefining his enemies from moment to moment, Shi develops the power to shadow step everywhere. He blinks between the dimensions, transcending the concept of space. A wormhole opens between the Material Plane and the Plane of Shadow, creating a small sun core, symbol of his ancestral kami, which disintegrates immediately into a black hole. The dark, desert plains of the shadow realm unfold behind him. Shi emerges above the wall, then he plunges into a new wormhole and appears behind a random citizen of Nizbevi, who doesn't even notice him due to Shi's pseudo-ninjutsu racial competence. His speed is about one third the speed of sound.

>>4034601

Chase I know you were too busy sucking dick to read my post properly so try again.

EPILOGUE

A middle-aged man is sitting on a throne of skulls in a dark cavern, bored, his head resting on his fist. This is the god-king Shi. As hinted several times, Shi is only a weaboo nickname. His real-life name is actually Steve. A younger man appears behind the throne and walks in front of him. awkwardly because his pants are pulled down again. He has dark, greasy hair, pimples and a patchy moustache. (This is a purely fictional description of how I picture Shi in my head.)

"Ah! So you have come. I knew that day would come. I was waiting for you. You are younger and faster than me, I won't resist. Do what you have to do."

The young man is the player Shi. With his cheat "Edgelord", he can define anything as his enemy and then appear behind their back. That includes the possibility of defining the bank vault, the moon, the center of the universe or a god as his enemy, as "enemy" is a mere semantic designation and you can make anything into your enemy.

"Fuck you, old fuck."

***
Carlos spends his youth flying on a broom, exploring new lands and having a lot of fun. Because of his low IQ, it takes him 50 years to understand how to use Edgelord. Eventually, he teleports behind Shi.

"Ah! So you have come. I knew that day would come. I was waiting for you. You are younger and faster than me, I won't resist. Do what you have to do."

The old man Carlos walks slowly in front of Shi. Shi's eyes open widely.

"B... But... You're not me... Who are you?"

***

All of those events were foreseen by Chase, because the cheat Death Count gives him complete omniscience. He knew the weaknesses of everyone, the weakness of the universe, the weakness of apotheosis. A smug smile comes to his face. He closes his eyes and destroys Carlos with a single thought.

***

A version of Mark who didn't lose his cheat After-Effect enters into contact with the rare, improbable version of himself who has outsmarted and enslaved all of the other party members. This alternate Mark has used the brains of his former friends as a farm to own all of their cheats. He then spent the rest of his extended lifetime travelling from universe to universe to share his power with all the alternate Marks. His actions are, of course, highly unethical, but he has justified it as acting for the greater good of the multiverse. This Mark is even more powerful than Chase because he owns more cheats. He even owns an organic computer made from several interconnected brains of Chase, kept docile with various drugs, which gives him an effective IQ of 200.

***

The true god Azathoth is sleeping in the center of the universe, at the end of time. In a former life, countless eons ago, he was born as the human Jackson. That was before he slowly transformed himself into his ultimate form and spread memetic, poetic destruction to every planet that he visited. Sometimes, for entertainment, he dreams of his former friends and tortures them for a few thousands of years.

EPILOGUE ERASED

This improbable epilogue was a consequence of Nizbevi not having an herborist shop, from Owen's 3rd and 4th rolls being mixed up. An impossible reality. Owen, possessor of Kek's Blessing, corrects his roll and erases all of that. The reason is not that he had predicted any those events, but that he wanted to buy drugs at the herborist. He pushes the store doors, which makes small bells rings.

"Welcome, sahib!"

The herborist shop "Cannabis Corpse" is decorated with the theme of cannibal ghouls, that would make Fallout look nice in comparison. I'm not even kidding. A crucifix is burning in the corner; urns of zombie blood, fermented brain and severed ears are scattered around. The highlight of the store is a grotty old butcher's cart covered with bloodstains, and adorned with several dead flesh-bags. It smells of various herbs and dead flesh.

Carlos tries to keep his balance on the broom, but he falls face-first in the mud. People around him don't really believe their eyes, because a flying man is unheard of. Rumours are spreading that Carlos is a UFO.

There are no birds except vultures circling the town.

I shadow step behind each of the heads of the noble houses in Nezbevi. I cast charm person on each of them and tell them to help me overthrow the king in exchange for more land in the city. I tell them to use their combined forces to surround the place and capture the king and to bring the king to the city center with a guillotine. I then make them pledge loyalty to me as their new king.

Well, another thread bites the dust it seems multiplayer mythic threads are doomed to fail.
>>
>>4041143
I thought mythic was the system. I QM seems like a pushover, he's just running shit though a program. How the fuck am I a UFO, if they know I'm a person. That's a HFO.
>>
>>4041386
I've been a QM in a multiplayer mythic quest before and it isn't easy. Mythic is a system like DND so Wuxian has to calculate everything which means looking at character stats, coming up with opposing stats, looking at the rolls and table to see the results, and then interpreting the results for each and every player to write fluff. Being a QM takes a lot of time and effort it would take me about 2 hours per post to calculate six people's actions and write the fluff. The long and short of it is that running a mythic quest for multiple players is way too time-consuming for any QMs not to get burnout.
>>
>>4041386
There is software that seems to be able to automate the process of calculating if I can find a working one I might try my hand at QMing again.
>>
>>4041446
DND is dogshit easy but, I understand my IRL friends are retards. And if you tell them too add a 5 too there roll, it takes like 20 seconds.
>>
Well found a website that can automate QMing for the most part. So I'm going to try my hand at QMing again tomorrow starting from where my last thread left off. http://www.evilgenius.org.nz/blackmagic.html
