Saiyans. Were you to travel the stars, doubtlessly tales of that mighty warrior race would reach your ears. Some speak of them with awe and wonder, marveling at their power and aspiring to become like them. Others speak in hushed tones, of the fear and despair in facing them in battle. But one thing all agree on, is that standing against the might of the Saiyan race spells certain doom. Many have tried, several going as far as to invade the Saiyan’s homeworld of New Salda. Yet every invasion has failed, defeated by the Saiyans and their most powerful warriors: the golden-haired Super Saiyans, and the green-haired legend who leads them.

Welcome to Saiyan Conqueror Quest, a story told of an alternate timeline in the Dragonball world. Currently we are in Age 748, this timeline having veered irreversibly off it’s natural course. You the players control Karn: once an ordinary Saiyan warrior with a powerlevel of only 2,830 and destined to die before Freeza destroyed Planet Vegeta. Throughout your adventures the “Dragon of New Salda” has grown into the symbol of the Saiyan race’s might, and even befriending the Emperor Freeza. Now, as a PTO general with a powerlevel of 19,750,000, Karn has become a living symbol of the PTO’s power.

Quest rules are as follows:
>20 minute voting windows
>pick ONE option when voting, unless otherwise noted
>Dice rolls are all best of three, only correctly rolled dice pools count
>Crits are 100 on a d100(a 99 or paired rolls may net you an extra bonus)
>Crit fails will count -only- if no roll passes the DC, or if two different 1s are rolled.
>Two 1s will OVERRIDE even a critical success, resulting in a catastrophic crit failure
>Write-ins are both allowed and encouraged.
That said, they can and will be shut down if too out of character/metagamey. With over 100 episodes behind us, Karn now has a well-established character
>All rules stand as-written, unless otherwise noted
>I can change any of the above rules at any time for any or no reason
>Have fun

Our quest will usually start every Saturday at noon Eastern Standard Time, and run throughout the weekend. Also, for updates or schedule changes can find me on twitter @GrandDragonQM which I try and keep as up-to-date as possible

Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

After the arrival of the Ginyu Force and a good night’s sleep, Karn battled his five friends in a friendly match then got an update on the war progress from King Vegeta IV. Deciding to take the day off training, Karn then met with Raven and discovered that Chilli and Megumin had left to her homeworld. Following them through a one-way portal, Karn arrived to an unfamiliar world. After battling a powerful beast, Karn met a lost child who turned out to be Megumin’s little sister, Komekko. Taking her with him, Karn met with Megumin and Chilli, who were attempting to stop a massive mechanical terror. Standing aside Karn let the children fight it, disabling the massive machine after a barrage of combined Explosion magic. But that activated the machine’s self-destruct, and as we rejoin Karn, Chilli and Megumin’s father Hyoizaburoo, along with the Coronatite core all vanished.

“Chilli!” you shout, their sudden disappearance worrying you. For a split-second you feared they were all destroyed, but your son’s better than that. Focusing your ki sense, you feel his power radiating from somewhere outside the incapacitated machine. Knowing he’s safe you sigh out, returning to your base form and gathering your weapons back up. Sheathing your sword and slinging your hammer across your back, you then reach out to him telepathically. “Everything okay son?”
“Right now.” he replies, what feels almost like static coming through the telepathic link. You wince at the sensation, but keep your focis on maintaining it. “Gotta focus, else this thing’ll go nuclear.”

“Need anything, let me know.” you reply, ending the telepathic link. With that done, you realize that with the core removed, it’s now eerily silent inside this so-called Destroyer.

What do you do now?
>Instant Transmission to Chilli, be there if he needs anything
>Smash your way out of this thing, something feels wrong about being in here
>Explore the insides of this machine, perhaps you’ll find something interesting?

With Chilli saying he has everything under control, and leaving you with nothing immediately needing your attention, you decide to look around and explore the insides of this machine. So you begin walking, carefully watching for traps as you leave the power-generating room behind. The halls inside this so-called Destroyer are man-sized, allowing you to walk through without standing hunched over. Not knowing where you are inside the giant spider-like machine, you simply begin wandering around. Each hall seems to be made of the same material, each one more barren than the last. It seems this war machine was built solely for utilitarian use; that is, until you find the throne room.

“Woah.” you say, surprised as you walk in what appears to be part throne room and part observatory. You can see out of the several windows, realizing you are in the mechanical creature’s ‘head’. But that’s the least interesting feature of the room, as you’re not alone. Sitting in a rather orate throne is an ancient skeleton, seemingly keeping watch. For several moments you hesitate, not sure if it’s some sort of magical sentinel, but when it doesn’t move you begin to relax. Walking further into the room you see a book resting on the throne by it’s right hand. Curious you walk over to it, picking up the book and flipping through it. Along with diagrams of different machinery and other, more abstract things is a handwriting you can’t decipher. So you close the book, wiping sweat from your brow with your left gauntlet.

“Wait, huh?” you mutter, realizing that despite the big energy source being removed, the temperature inside this machine has continued to rise since it stopped moving. And thanks to the times spent in New Salda’s core you hadn’t noticed it at first, but you’d better get out of here soon else you might start cooking.

What do you do?
>Smash your way through the ‘eyes’, they’re probably the easiest way out
>Use your sword to cut your way out, the ancient blade is doubtlessly stronger than this thing
>Instant Transmission out, don’t try to force an opening

“Gotta get outta here.” you think to yourself, placing the first two fingers of your right hand to your forehead. Focusing on your ki sense, you feel Chilli’s ki immediately. His strength is surging, radiating out like you’ve never felt from him before. But the last thing he needs right now is a surprise or someone nudging his elbow, so you try and feel the others’ energy. And after a moment you begin to pick them out, Megumin and Komekko’s ki signatures almost completely masked by your son’s. But with a target set you focus, teleporting. One moment you’re inside the war machine known as the Destroyer, and the next you’re beside Megumin and her almost-identical little sister, Komekko.

“WAAAA!” Komekko shouts, startled by your sudden appearance. Megumin isn’t startled by your arrival, but still jumps when her sister shouts right by her ear. You see that as she shouts, Megumin’s little sister drops something. As it falls it flips, landing on all four feet and leaps at Megumin. You realize it’s her cat, a pitch-black creature she calls Chomusuke. And from the bite marks on it’s ears and head, you have no doubt that Komekko was trying to eat it. “Blow it up!”
“Hey, it’s just me.” you say, realizing that the young girl perhaps hadn’t seen you in your non-transformed state. So as you say this you transform, once more returning to your Berserker form. “See?”
“Woooaaaah!” she says, eyes wide in awe. “So cooool!”
“Told you.” Megumin says to her little sister, but then notices the book in your left hand. “Hey, what’s that?”
“This?” you ask, holding up the book. “I found this while wandering around inside that thing. I can’t read whatever’s in here, figured your old man would appreciate it.”

“Mind if I take a look?” Megumin asks, you shrugging then handing it over. She opens it and scans the pages, eyes widening as the seconds go by. She goes from curious to awestruck, closing it and looking back to you. “Where did you find this?”
“Next to an old skeleton, sitting in a throne.” you tell her, Megumin’s jaw dropping. “What?”
“That was...” she says, seemingly lost for words a moment. “That had to have been the Destroyer’s creator. This was his diary.”
“You shouldn’ read someone’s diary.” Komekko says with a frown. “They wouldn’ like it.”
“I don’t think he’ll mind, anymore.” Megumin says, your instincts suddenly screaming at you in warning. Glancing towards the red-hot Destroyer, you suddenly get a bad feeing you know what’s about to happen.

“Chilli, it’s gonna blow!” you think, having only moments to act. But he can handle himself, these two are helpless. You have to save them!
“DRAGON FORCE!!” you roar, crossing your arms as your massive Stand materializes. You summon it around the three of you with it’s arms crossed, and focus your ki. Not into an attack, but into your Energy Body technique. The ki is all absorbed into your Stand, it amplifying the effect into it’s Eternal Dragon ability. With this your Stand’s scales become not only tangible, but completely indestructible. Which is exactly what you needed, as the Destroyer explodes. Red-hot pieces of metal are sent flying out in all directions, slamming into your Stand’s hardened scales and bouncing off harmlessly.

“WOOOAAAAAAAH!!” Komekko shouts, clearly more in awe than fear. From the safety of the inside of your Stand, they’re protected from both the metal fragments of the Destroyer itself, but also the blast that slams into you a moment later. The force is impressive, but not enough to budge your Stand’s titanic form. “Look Megu, look! We’re inna dragon!”
“Y-Yeah.” she says, shocked. You maintain Dragon Force’s Eternal Dragon for another few seconds, but once it’s clear you end the energy-sapping technique. While you’d been practicing on making your ki more cost-efficient, some things are still far more taxing than others. You drop to a knee, and with a sigh banish your Stand. It fades with a triumphant roar, you sighing out in relief. “Karn! Are you alright?”
“I’m fine.” you say, pushing yourself bavk to your feet with a grunt. “That was too close. Are you two okay?”
“Thanks to y-“ Megumin starts, but is interrupted.
“You’re a dragon too!?” Komekko shouts, eyes sparkling in excitement. “That’s so cool!”

“Thanks.” you say, patting Komekko’s head as you turn your attention to Megumin. “Hold on. Raven said you both came here with the other girl, Yunyun. What happened?”
“Well.” she starts, explaining their adventure. When they’d arrived, they were attacked by a pack of those ursine creatures like the one you’d vanquished. Which explains the massive crater. After that they’d gone to the village, Yunyun trying to find her own father and prepare a group to rescue Megumin’s dad. Meanwhile Chilli and Megumin had gone to slow down the Destroyer until the others arrived, and stop it if they could. “But since she isn’t back yet, something must have gone terribly wrong.”

“I see.” you say, pondering. If she went to their home village to rally support, perhaps something intercepted her? No, not likely. While she’s a bit of an airhead, you’ve watched Chilli and her go at it before. Yunyun is a dangerous spellcaster, who can more than hold her own in a fight. But what then? However, before you can wonder much longer, another voice calls out.
“Dad! Megu! We did it!” Chilli shouts, the three of you turning towards him. You look to your son, who’s walking forward proudly holding a new wodden staff. It has a rather large crystal in the top, and while you can’t sense magical energy like you can sense ki, you get the feeling it’s holding back a large amount of power. The older man walking behind him is holding the Coronatite sphere, it no longer radiating with violent, unstable energy. As Chilli reaches Megumin he holds the staff out to her, the girl’s jaw dropping a bit as her eyes widen. “Here, try this!”

“Wha...How...?” she asks, sounding awed as she gingerly grasps the staff. “How did you make this?”
“I siphoned most of the runoff energy from the Coronatite core into a channeling crystal I’d made.” Chilli says proudly, wiping sweat from his brow. “Then we grew a staff for it with the remainder of the energy, binding it into this powerful staff.”
“Some of the best work I’ve ever done, this boy’s a real natural.” Megumin’s dad says, Komekko shouting as she sees her dad and running over to him. He holds the now-stable Coronatite core in one hand, holding it away as he hugs his young daughter with the other. “Komekko? What are you doing out here?”
“I found her out in the forest, and brought her to her older sister.” you say, the older man turning fully towards you. “She was out looking for you.”
“For me?” he asks, turning his attention to the younger daughter. But as he does you turn to Megumin and Chilli, your son holding the book and her old staff.

“MY NAME IS MEGUMIN!” she shouts, pointing the new staff at the remains of the Destroyer. Several magical circles spring out around her, another three or so around the ruined machine. “Stongest mage amongst the Crimson Demons, and master of Explosion magic! With the faith displayed before me, I cannot falter here! Become one with the surging crimson, and disappear into eternity! EXPLOOOOOSION!!”

KABOOOM

“Eh?” she questions, as her blast by itself is even more powerful than the combined attacks she and Chilli were firing off earlier. This new staff seems to have supercharged her attack, the shockwave nearly sending her and her family flying. Chilli keeps her from flying away, you moving behind Megumin’s dad and sister and keeping them from being sent flying away. The blast wave lasts for several seconds, and as it ends you see the remains of the Destroyer are now little more than scraps in a massive crater. Megumin sighs out happily, then falls face-first to the ground.
“Megumin!” her dad shouts, the young girl lifts her right hand slowly in a thumbs-up. “Phew.”
“Woooaaaaah! That was amazin’!” Komekko shouts, rushing over to her sister’s side. “That was the biggest Explosion ever!”

“So, I take it you like it?” Chilli asks, Megumin turning to him and smiling with a huge grin. You chuckle as he picks her up, carrying her on his back as the other adult focuses on you.
“Karn, right?” he asks, you nodding to him. Before you can say anything else he bows, entire upper body parallel to the ground. “Thank you. Not only did you help save me, but my little girls as well. I don’t know what all happened to my daughter when she’d been captured by those slavers, but thank you.”
“Don’t worry about it.” you say, waving his bow off as he rises back up. “My daughter is the one who saved her from that, so you should thank her.”
“I most certainly will.” he says, picking Komekko up with one arm. “Now, let us return to the village! For defeating the Destroyer, I’m sure there’ll be a celebration!”

“Ehh, why not?” you ask nobody in particular. But before you can start walking, Megumin’s dad pulls something from his robes, and tosses it down. You watch as the small triangle unfolds itself into a 3 foot diameter circle.
“Behold, my newest invention!” he says, stepping onto it. “I call it the Flying Saucer!”

And his crimson eyes begin to glow, the disc lifting him off the ground.

“Never have to walk again!” he boasts, the thin disc somehow supporting the weight of both him, and his younger daughter. “Well? What do you think?”
“Magical flight?” Chilli asks, floating up to it and studying the disc. Megumin’s dad seems surprised by Chilli’s unassisted flight, it startling him so bad he loses control for a moment. His disc drops a few feet before he regains control, it seeming to require most of his concentration. “Channeling your magical energy throughout it, without actually expending any power? Clever. So it makes you unable to use any other magic while flying?”

“For now...” he says, sounding defeated for a moment. But only for a moment. “But this is only the prototype! Once I’ve perfected it, it will only require as much effort as breathing!”
“Interesting.” Chilli says, the two of them talking about it, then other magical items as the three of you all fly away from the Destroyer’s scraps. And while the older man is still holding onto his daughter so she can’t accidentally fall off, his disc isn’t swift. A trip that would have taken you or Chilli seconds on your own takes several minutes, flying over the forest until you see something unexpected.

“Hey, Hyoizaburoo.” Chilli says, pointing out the obvious. “Was that dragon skeleton always there?”
“No, it wasn’t.” he says seriously, not noticing the hint of sarcasm in your son’s voice as the dragon circles the massive clearing up ahead. “The village is under attack.”
“Look!” Komekko says, a beam of light rising up and slamming into it’s skull. The attack obliterates it’s head, the skeleton falling apart as whatever magic held it together is banished.
“Here. Stay back, and keep her safe.” Chilli says, handing Hyoizaburoo his daughter’s old staff and the book before turning to you. You nod back, the two of you blitzing the besieged village. You both stop over roughly the center, going back-to-back to better observe what’s happening without getting surprised.

The small village is in chaos, fires burning several of the buildings while people scatter about. With closer glance you see that they’re not people, not anymore. Hundreds of humanoid skeletons armed with rusty, mismatched armor and weapons and eye sockets glowing with malevolent red energy are rampaging, being resisted by what can only be more Crimson Demons. They seem to have formed a few defensive positions around different buildings, magical attacks unleashed left and right on a scale that’s hardly believable. At the largest house you see Yunyun standing atop it, firing lances and blades of light into the attacking horde.

“That’s my house!” Megumin shouts, you glancing over your shoulder and seeing a dozen or so approaching the smallest building in the entire village. “Explosion Scattershot!”

Several small explosions blast out, forming a ring of fire around the small building. Several of the skeletal warriors are blown to pieces, several others simply knocked over by the shocks.

“Look out!” Chilli shouts, swiping his hand between himself and an approaching swarm of arrows. But before they can reach him, Chilli conjures a blast of wind that knocks the projectiles off-course. “Dammit, there’s so many.”
“That just means it’s harder to miss.” you say, tossing a Scattershot down. You strike several rushing towards the village but not yet there, the blast obliterating them and carving up a massive swathe of ground.

“These things aren’t a normal occurrence, are they?” you ask Megumin.
“No, necromancy’s a forbidden art.” she says, worriedly. “I’ve only ever seen one or two undead before in my life, but never anything like this.”
“It would have to be a powerful spellcaster, to summon an army like this.” Chilli says, sending a spray of ice or crystal blades down at the skeletons. “Utilizing enough necromantic energy to summon an army like this is almost impossible for any mage to handle. And this flood won’t stop until whoever’s responsible is defeated.”

“I’ll hunt them down, you two protect the village.” you say, raising even higher into the air. From your vantage point more than twice as high as Chilli and Megumin are flying, you get a better view of the battle. While the skeleton horde has surrounded the village, you see that they all seem to be coming from a nearby mountain range. Relaying this information to Chilli you take off, flying towards the mountains. As you go you notice that the forest is dying, nothing more than leafless, barren trees for a mile or so around the mountains leading to a large clearing up between the meeting point of two of the mountains. You see thousands of skeletal warriors pouring out from the clearing into the forest below, you casually tossing Scattershots down as you fly towards it. Each attack destroys dozens, if not hundreds of the undead abominations, but they’re not your focus. You need to find their master, and end him before his tools cause more harm. But as you close in on the mountains, an emerald bolt of lightning shoots from the ground at you. Seeing it coming, you throw your arms wide and activate your shield with a shout of “BARRIER!”

BZZZZZZZT

“FUCK!” you shout, the bolt striking your chest straight through your shield. The pain is excruciating, you losing control of your body and crashing down to the ground. The massive impact hurts far less than that magical bolt, you taking a moment to catch your breath. But the moment doesn’t last long, you seeing dozens of skeletons all rushing headlong at you. Rising back to your feet you cross your arms, gathering your ki and holding it until they get within arm’s reach, then, “HAAAAAAA!!!”

You unleash your ki into a powerful Explosive Wave with a roar, blowing a hundred or so skeletons to smithereens and knocking down another several dozen. Then without hesitation you leap into the air again, reorienting yourself on where that attack came from. You won’t let whoever did that get away from you!
>>
>>4203500
As you lift back into the air, another bolt of green lightning streaking towards you. Having learned your lesson you dodge it this time, the bolt narrowly missing you.

“My turn, asshole.” you mutter, again gathering your ki and firing a Scattershot down at the clearing. Your dozens of blasts rain down, but instead of destroying whoever was casting that lightning strikes a previously-invisible barrier, it managing to withstand the full brunt of your attack. “Huh?”

“Gwroooooaaaaar!!” you hear from behind you, turning just in time to see another massive dragon. However, unlike the one that was attacking the village, this one still seems to have some of it’s flesh. The undead dragon roars again, belching forth a torrent of vile-smelling sludge. You have no time to evade, barely covering your face as the septic wave crashes into you. With overwhelming force you’re sent right back to the ground, the tremendous impact shaking the earth. Focusing your ki you once again unleash an Explosive Wave, blasting the septic sludge off of you and flipping back to your feet. But just as you do the dragon lands, you seeing that now it’s only got the upper half of it’s body, the legs and tail nowhere to be seen. Once more it roars, you taking your stance.

“Die!” a raspy, haunting voice calls out from behind you. Without a second’s hesitation you leap, narrowly dodging another bolt of emerald lightning. But as it strikes the undead dragon, it seemingly does nothing.
“You!” you shout, turning towards the caster. You aren’t quite sure what you were expecting, but another skeleton wasn’t it. This one is wearing a crown, the remains of what were probably regal robes at one point draped across it’s bones. In it’s right hand it clutches a bone staff, it glowing with the same emerald energy. “Wait, what?”
“Join us.” it calls in that same haunting voice, lifting it’s left hand and shooting a large fireball at you. You drop back to the ground, easily dodging the slow-moving orb of flames. Is this really the one responsible? “Join us, in death.”

Well? What do you do?

“How about you get back in your hole?” you shout back, drawing the ancient Wolf Knight sword from it's sheathe on your back. As you draw it the blade enlarges, matching it's scale to your Berserker form as you grab the hilt in both hands. The skeleton doesn't reply, simply pointing his staff at you. You crouch in response, preparing to leap aside from another powerful bolt of lightning. But as focused on the skeleton mage as you are, you momentarily forget something important: there's half of a massive undead dragon right behind you!
“GWROOOAAR!” it bellows, once more unleashing a torrent of vile sludge. Before you can react the septic wave slams into your back, the impact staggering you. Seeing your momentary distraction the skeleton mage unleashes another bolt of emerald lightning, This time, however, the lightning doesn't strike you. Instead of slamming into your chest and searing your insides with agonizing pain, the lightning seems drawn to your blade. The green lightning bolt strikes the ancient metal, sparks dancing around the blade.
“Huh, okay then.” you mutter, blasting out of the sludge and lunging for the mage. Before it can prepare another attack you've closed the distance, you raising your blade overhead. “Begone! HAAAA!”

And with a shout you swing the blade down, splitting the skeleton in half vertically. The red lights in it's eyes goes out, collapsing into a pile of dusty old bones. For a moment you think this battle is over, but only a single moment. The undead dragon roars again, you immediately jumping into the air and avoiding yet another wave of vile sludge. You turn, seeing it spewing it's filth as you send more and more ki into the blade. It begins glowing with the familiar gentle blue light, and with another shout you fire a Death Slash from it. A wide, powerful cutting wave is released as you swing, the blade of energy decapitating the undead dragon with ease. It roars as it's head drops from the body, which collapses into an unmoving heap as more of the toxic sludge pours from the gaping wound.

“Well, now what?” you mutter, looking around the clearing. And that's when you notice that you're not alone.
“Impressive, warrior.” another skeleton mage says, you seeing it holding a wickedly-sharp scythe. "You fight well."

"Who're you?" you ask, taking your Djem So fighting stance. Sword held overhead, you staring down the skeleton as you wait for an attack. "Are you the ones behind this?"
"No." the scythe-wielder says, not making any move to defend himself should you choose to attack. "Our rest was disturbed, rule usurped, and now our armies march upon the land of the living. Deep within the mountains hides the usurper, one who is still amongst the living. Using an ancient, cursed weapon she stole our master, the Undying King, and is using his power to resurrect the armies of our once-proud people. I know not why she does this, but please, free our master from her."
"So you're saying that if I defeat her, and return your master here, all this will end?" you ask, the last mage nodding to you.
"Will you do it, mortal?" he asks you. "Can you defeat the Usurper?"

Well?

"Show me the way, and I'll handle your usurper problem." you say to him, lowering your weapon. The ancient skeleton nods to you, lifting itself out of it's throne. If this skeleton stood upright it would stand almost level with you in your Berserker form, but instead of standing tall it uses the scythe as a walking staff like an old man would. You follow behind the skeleton as it starts walking towards a rock wall, then surprises you by walking through it as if it weren't there. "What the hell?"
"Follow close." it says, hand coming through the wall and gesturing for you to follow it. Peering close, you can ever so faintly make out the skeleton's form from inside the wall. Walking forward confidently you walk right to and through the illusion, finding yourself inside a stone tunnel. "Keep quiet, mortal. I shall get you as close to her as I can. These are still my people, and unless she's directly there, most shall obey my orders."

Wordlessly you nod to him, the old skeleton nodding back and leading you deeper and deeper into the dark. The only light comes from your aura, bathing the both of you in green light. You follow the old skeleton as he navigates an impossibly-convoluted labyrinth for more than five minutes, leaving you very thankful he's guiding you. After several minutes of silence, the only sounds that of your boots on the worn stone floor, you come out to an outcropping over a terrifying scene. Hundreds of thousands of skeletons are all up and walking about, moving towards several tunnels down below, doubtlessly making their way towards the surface to attack the Crimson Demons.

"This way." he says, leading you down a narrow path. The ledge barely wide enough for your enlarged frame winds down along the wall right into the massive skeleton army. You follow close behind your skeleton guide, and the moment you get close hundreds of the skeletons all stop, turning slowly towards you. You watch as they all raise their weapons, you about to raise your own when he speaks. "At ease, my brothers. This one is of no importance to you, go about your duty."

As he speaks, you feel something from him. You can't quantify it, but his voice echoes out with power. All those who hear it turn away, ignoring the two of you as if you weren't there. Your jaw drops, wondering what sort of power he has. But he says nothing, the quickening of his pace telling you all you need to know: whatever he did, won't last long. So you stick close to him, following him through the masses and approaching a massive set of double-doors. As you get within a few dozen yards you both make it through the massive skeleton army, leaving you and your guide with no one near. He then turns to you at the base of the stairs, seeming more haggard than you'd think a skeleton could.

"This is as far as I can go." he tells you with a weary sigh. "The rest is up to you. Do your best, brave warrior."
"I won't fail. I have too many people counting on me to die here." you say, the skeleton chuckling to himself. "What?"
"Oh, nothing to worry yourself over." he says, turning and making his way back the way you'd come. "Ahh, to be young again. How wondrous."
"Alright, time to do this." you mutter, taking a deep breath and walking up the steps. For the first dozen or so steps nothing happens, but as you close within the door your skin begins to crawl. You don't know what's going on behind those doors, but your instincts are screaming at you. Whatever is beyond that door is dangerous, your body instinctively wanting to get away.

For a moment you consider taking this slowly, and cautiously approaching the doors. But as you look at them another idea comes to your head. So before anything unexpected can happen you dash to the doors, grabbing onto them both.

"HRRRYAAAAAAA!!" you roar, heaving with your full might. The doors creak and groan for a second before there's an audible snap, both doors coming loose.
"What?!" you hear, from somewhere inside the room beyond. Without missing a beat you leap back, tossing the right-handed door through the now-open doorway. But instead of a heavy smash you hear something, the sound you can't identify making your skin crawl as the door disappears inside a cloud of darkness. You pull the second door back, preparing to throw it as well, when suddenly a storm of metal flies at you. With only a moment to react you spin, bringing the door up between you and the storm of razor-sharp metal. As they slam into the shield it forces you back, the impact far more than you were expecting. You're sent flying away, dropping the large door. The attack sends you all the way across the massive underground chamber, slamming back-first into the far wall.
"Okay, oww." you mutter shaking your head and clearing your head. "What the hell was tha-SHIT!"

You narrowly leap aside, dodging another massive storm of projectiles. But unlike the last one, this is made of razor-sharp bone fragments. Dodging the storm of bone, you fly past the storm and see the one directing it. She seems like a young woman, wielding a weapon that looks like a skeleton wrapped around some sort of staff weapon. Wordlessly she hefts it then slams the butt down onto the ground, the skeleton on her weapon screaming in agony and madness. The sound pierces straight into your mind, eyes clenching shut involuntarily as your hands instinctively go to cover your ears. Then before you can recover, something heavy slams into you and sends you crashing back into the far wall again. It takes a few moments for you to recover from this, your head aching and feeling as if it's going to burst.

"Interloper. This is not your fight." a soothing female voice calls gently, almost seductively to you. "Leave this place, and you shall not be harmed. Or, perhaps, you would like to join me? I could use a man of your strength."

"Thanks for the offer, but I'll pass." you reply, pulling yourself free of the wall once more. "My son's friend and her family are in trouble, as well as their people's village. I have to stop you to protect them. But I'll make you a counteroffer: let the Undying King go, and I'll not hurt you. You'll be free to go."
"Sorry, but I still need this old corpse to realize my dreams." she replies, sounding genuinely disappointed. "Too bad, I thought you were the one. Sorry, but you have to go away now. Farewell."

As she says this a mass of dark energy explodes out from the ancient undying skeleton. You don't even have time to react before the dark mass slams into you, but instead of sending you flying it engulfs you. You can feel the darkness seeping into your skin, your flesh feeling as if it's melting. But despite the agony you reach to your sword, pulling it free just an inch or two. But the results are instantaneous, the dark energy immediately releasing you.

"Hrmm?" she says, you panting and trying to catch your breath from the pain. Your entire body feels like it's melting, you focusing on your breathing as she simply observes. It takes several seconds for you to begin drawing the proper breaths, but once you begin taking proper Hamon breaths the pain begins to fade.
"Haaaaaaaaa." you exhale, the golden glow radiating out from your body. As it does, you feel the burning darkness receding. "Sorry, but cheap tricks like that won't work on me!"
"Oh, well then." she replies, lifting the staff and slamming it down on the ground. The Undying King again screams in madness and pain, but this time you understand it. It screams a single word, and as one the mass of bones moves.

As their undead king shouts his single-word order, the entirety of the mass of skeletons begin moving. They all begin trying to attack you, those with melee weapons all climbing up and over each other like mad beasts trying to get at you. But they aren't the most immediate threats. Hundreds of the skeletons are archers, and as the ear-splitting order is shouted they all begin firing at you as fast as they can. But even these threats aren't the most pressing ones you face. Because if there's one thing common in this world, it's magic and those able to use it. Several dozens, if not hundreds of the skeletons are all magic-users, not to mention the Usurper herself. If you want to win this, then stopping those magic-users have to be your top priority.

"Alright, bring it on!" you roar, ending your Hamon breathing to focus your ki. Bringing out one hundred percent of your Berserker form's power forth with a roar, the planet itself trembles around you all. "I don't care how many of you there are, I won't lose!"

But that's easier said than done, as suddenly dozens of magical attacks all blast out towards you as one. Bolts of lightning, fireballs, lances of light and blades of darkness all soar through the air towards you. With as many different directions as they're coming in from, and the wall at your back, there's nowhere to run.

So, what do you do?
>Try your best to evade all the incoming attacks
>Unleash your Stand, use Dragon Force's Eternal Dragon to tank everything they can throw at you
>Try and block their attacks with your sword, it seems able to stop some magic

"DRAGON FORCE!" you roar, your massive Stand materializing around you. As it appears your Stand unleashes an earth-shaking bellow, both you and your Stand crossing your arms as you focus. With less than a second to spare you activate your Stand's Eternal Dragon ability, it's scales becoming both tangible and indestructible. And not a moment too soon, as the powerful magics all crash into your Stand's crossed arms and upper body. But your Stand's Eternal Dragon technique tanks all the attacks easily, none even so much as putting a scratch on your scales. After a dozen or so seconds the stream of attacks finally ends, your view obscured by a cloud of dust kicked up from their attacks. Ending the immobilizing defense you sweep both arms out, the force blowing the smoke away to clear your sight as you roar. "RRRAAAAA!!"
"GWROOOOOAAAAAARR!!" Dragon Force bellows as you do, the war cry shaking the large cavern you're in and stopping the skeletal army in their tracks. It's one thing to attack a single man, but a dragon? And one that's also several times larger than the skeletal dragons already sent to battle? That's enough to give even the bravest of warriors pause.

"So you are dragon." the Usurper says, her soft voice still reaching you clearly despite the distance. "But even so, I cannot fall here. For my love, I must prevail."
"ATTACK!" the Undying King bellows, the Usurper once more slamming her staff on the ground. And the moment's respite you had is over, the skeleton horde once more attacking. Once more the skeletal mages unleash a variety of attacks, and once more you focus your ki into your Eternal Dragon technique. Again the skeletons' attacks strike your Stand, and again nothing they do can hurt you. But this time they don't relent for over a minute, attack after attack crashing harmlessly into your Stand. But despite your training, holding the Eternal Dragon ability is quite draining. If you can't change the pace of this battle, your strength will soon run out.

What do you do now?
>Keep your Eternal Dragon going until you can't hold it any longer, bet on Chilli finishing up and making it to you before your strength runs out
>Use your Stand's Fire Breath, burn these skeletons and their attacks to ash
>Heat Dome, incinerate everything in this cave
>Nova, burn out your power and obliterate everything
>Try to use your Multiform technique, and see what happens?

Well, if you keep on the defensive you won't get hurt. That is, until your energy runs out and leaves you defenseless. However, you won't win by staying back and letting that army of old bones wear you down. So you have to change the course of this battle, and soon. As the magic attacks continue to strike, you find your opening. Dropping your Eternal Dragon technique you roar, unleashing the mighty Dragon's Roar. The shockwaves blast out from your Stand as it bellows, knocking all the magical attacks and arrows aside. Making that opening you continue channeling your ki into your Stand, roaring in rage with it as you unleash your Fire Breath. Bursting forth from your Stand's maw is a cone of intense flames, the stream of fire scorching everything before you. Your flames burn down hundreds of skeletons a second, sweeping your Stand's maw back and forth. The fires cut them down mercilessly, burning them down to nothing. Several of the mages still try and attack you with their magical attacks, but as each one comes close you turn your Stand's flames on it, burning the magical attacks to nothing.

"GWRRROOOOOAAAAARR!!" both you and Dragon Force roar as one, pouring more and more of your energy into the Fire Breath. You ignore the Usurper for now, focusing your destructive flames on the thousands of skeletons who're trying to attack you. The skeletons on the ground try their best to cut at your Stand's tail, but their weapons can't even touch it as their weapons aren't Stands. Only a Stand can damage another Stand, after all. But that doesn't mean they couldn't still hurt you, you dodging any magical attacks or arrows that get too close to you from inside your Stand's head. After several minutes of destroying the skeletal army from on high you turn your gaze towards the Usurper, unleashing another torrent of flames. But she's not losing that easily, creating a magical dome shield around her moments before your flames douse her. Despite pouring your energy in a torrent down at her, the Usurper's shield holds. You cut the stream off after several seconds, glaring down at the woman. She ends her shield as well, you both looking to each other.

What do you do now?
>Banish your Stand, rush and attack her with your fists
>Let your Stand fade, rush and attack with your ancient sword
>Banish your Stand, rush and attack wielding both the Gravity Hammer and Wolf Knight sword

Banishing your Stand, you once more draw both of the weapons slung across your back. With the Gravity Hammer in your left, and Wolf Knight greatsword in your right, you then call down to the Usurper.

"This ends now!" you shout, your green aura flaring up as you charge. She once more tries to activate her shield, but you're too quick, closing the distance near-instantly.
"Hu-?" is all she has time to say, before you swing the hammer horizontally and slam it into her. It activates upon impact, the sudden force of gravity blasting her back. Sent tumbling head over heels, she's launched back inside the room she'd come out of. You hear a crash, but waste no time and dash in after her. As she falls from the wall to the floor you close the distance once more, thrusting down with your ancient blade. "Ah! No, this can't..."

"It's over." you say, pulling your blade free. Her blood sprays out as you violently pull it free, the Usurper gasping in shock. Before she can gather herself, and prepare any more magic to attack you with, you swing the hammer down on her head. The impact obliterates her head, leaving a red smear where her skull was. Pulling your hammer back up, you watch as her blood begins pouring out of her corpse. You feel her ki fading rapidly, it disappearing completely after a few seconds. You watch her body for several seconds, waiting to see if anything else happens. But after a half-dozen seconds of silence, you begin to think it's actually over. That is, until her body begins standing up. "What the hell?"

You watch as her corpse, as she's clearly not alive anymore, rises back to it's feet. The headless corpse lifts the staff, dark magic gathering around it. Before it can use any more magic you swing once more with the hammer, striking the staff this time. It strikes just above the corpse's hands and below the skeleton, shattering the weapon. The old, bare skeleton is sent flying as your hammer once more unleashes a shockwave, launching it into the far wall. You see the skeleton surprisingly bounce off the wall instead of exploding, the corpse holding the remainder of the staff going limp and ragdolling as her body is no longer connected to the Undying King. It falls in a heap, you looking between the corpses. The headless body doesn't try and rise again, you sighing out. It's ove-wait, did the Undying King just mo-?

"DIE!!" it roars, darkness exploding out from it.

What do you do?
>Try and block this with your weapons, this can't be good
>Use your Barrier, try and mitigate some of this
>Explosive Wave, blast your energy out all around you and try to keep it from reaching you
>Mouth Blast, try to overwhelm the dark energy with your own

With only moments to react and your job here done, you focus your ki senses on Chilli's energy. As the largest other energy signature besides yourself, you can instantly focus on his energy. With only instants to act, you focus with everything you can and try to use your Instant Transmission. Without placing the fingers of your right hand to your forehead, it puts far more strain on your mind than you're used to, but you do it! One moment you're staring down an explosion of dark energy, and the next you find yourself back in the village. Looking around, the first thing you notice is that Chilli is standing atop a pile of bones drenched in blood. He seems dazed, looking around confused as the hundreds of skeletons that were violently attacking the village are now simply standing around. They seem to be even more confused than the Crimson Demons, as if they hadn't known exactly what was going on, or where they are until now.

"Dad?" Chilli asks, your son turning to you. "What's happening?"
"Not sure." you reply, looking at the bone warriors. And you notice that their eye sockets are no longer glowing red, in fact they're not glowing at all. "Found where they were coming from though, and stopped the one making them all go mad."
"Wait, they weren't raised up, but were already up and walking around?" he asks, sounding incredibly worried. "How many of them were there?"
"A few hundred thousand." you say, instantly taking your dual wielding stance as all the still-intact skeletons stand upright as one. But they don't attack, instead all begin walking back towards the mountain. A cheer goes up from the Crimson Demons as they see this, you seeing one of the larger skeletons turning back towards the village and flipping you all off as it walks away. "But their leader was under the control of someone else. As soon as I took her out, I got the hell outta there."

"At least it's finally over." Chilli says, reverting back to his base form and falling forward. Before he can faceplant into the blood-soaked bones beneath your son you drop your weapons and catch him. He's in rough shape, breathing haggard as you realize he's in trouble. You pick him up, looking around for someone to heal him. But it seems Megumin was already on it, you seeing her almost dragging someone towards you both.
"Hurry, help him!" Megumin shouts to the older woman, pulling her right to you as you drop down off the mound of defeated skeletons. "You gotta heal him!"
"Shhh, it's okay." she says with a calming smile, turning to you. "Ah, so you must be Karn. My daughter here has told me much about you, and your son here. Set him down, and I'll mend his wounds."

And that’s it for this weekend, everyone have a good time? Enjoy facing the undead horde, and making a good first impression? Curious what’ll happen now with the Crimson Demons, and moving into the final stages of training before the next war begins? All this and more, next time on Saiyan Conqueror Quest!

Did you expect us to cleverly wrap the fight with the Undying King like that, or was the fight going to carry on into the next thread if not for that clutch?

I mean, we do have to get back to training, but sure I guess we have enough time to glass a mountain while we're here.

It was a fun run, gotta ask, what were the consequences you were going to offer?
>>
>>4205467
It was a fun run. Especially when everyone just blindly accepted a skeleton’s story and help.
>consequences
That woulda been fun. For me. The consequence would have been than one of the dice rolled later would’ve been completely ignored.

Is it time to prepare for unforeseen consequences?

desu I didn't believe him at first and even less when he started laughing. I was kinda hoping you'd give us a final post where we decide whether or not to kill her, but considering Karn's record, it makes more sense the outcome. Hindsight is 20/20

Hopefully he won't be a problem again until after the invasions.

QM UPDATE

Still haven’t had any ideas for this week’s epilogue, at this point not sure I’ll have one unless inspiration strikes. But in the meantime, how do you want the dual invasions to go? With Karn going one way, and Chaya going another, what do you think would be best? Alternating pov’s? Epilogues? Or just wait until it’s over, only getting the information Karn would IC get?
>>
>>4208562
>only getting the information Karn would IC get
Leave Chaya to the mercy of the dice
>>
>>4208562
Perhaps a bit of epilogue fuel after to see what happened after but I definitely want to see Karn get the info IC.
>>
>>4208673
>>4208794
Keeping it IC at first would be the best option for me as a QM, allowing me to simply make the rolls and write down the cliffnotes versions of what happens for later. Might also do some SoL stuff between their battles, Chaya’s still got other things to do besides war. Also found material for this week’s epilogue, so hopefully I’ll manage to get this one out. -Saiyan Conqueror Quest 126 Epilogue-

AGE 748, NEW SALDA

“FINAL!” little Caulifla shouts, slamming her palms together and merging her energies. You feel her ki multiplying over and over, this is it! This time she’s finally got it! “FLAAAAASH!!”

As she roars, a powerful golden beam fires out from her hands at you. You are Meloka: wife of Karn, mother of Caulifla and more than another half-dozen children, Super Saiyan, and apparently a ‘fitness idol’ across the civilized universe. Whatever that is. For the past several months you’ve been pushing yourself, mastering your Super Saiyan Three form as well as pushing your children’s and your own limits. As Caulifla’s attack closes in you lift your right hand, catching her attack and stopping it. Despite her being in her Super Saiyan form, you are at least several hundred times stronger than her so stopping it is trivial. But that’s not the point, after her attack ends you smile, drifting towards your exhausted daughter.

“Di-Did I do it right?” she asks, you carefully grabbing your daughter and hugging her.
“That was excellent.” you tell her, Caulifla beaming as her Super Saiyan form fades. “Yaaay! I did it, I did it!”
“That you did.” you say, ruffling her hair like her father always does. “How about we show him after supper?”
“Yeah!” she shouts, throwing both arms over her head. But then she stops, turning to you confused. “Wait, he’s not here?”
“No, he and Chilli both left.” you tell her, quickly relaying what Raven’d told you. “I’m sure he’d love to see it when he gets back home.”
“Uh-huh! I’mma go an’ practice some more!” she says, squirming out of your arms. “I’mma be ready when he gets back!”

“I know you will.” you say with a smile, focusing on one of your other three ki signatures as you put the first two fingers of your right hand on your forehead. While you’ve been helping your daughter finally get the Final Flash down, that wasn’t all you were up to. Splitting yourself in three using the Multiform technique, your other bodies had been focused on practicing your Instant Transmission. But not simply by using it over and over again to improve your transformation speed, but also having one of your bodies fly out into space. Having that body move to the extreme end of your ki sense, it then uses Instant Transmission to return to New Salda. With each return you’d switch which body you sent out, and every time you’d leave the planet you’d push your range just a little further. And with an effort of will you vanish, reappearing right beside yourself.
>>
>>4213381
It used to be extremely disorienting, teleporting over and appearing right beside yourself. The first several hundred times it happened it caught you quite off-guard, but after several months of training it’s something you barely notice anymore.

“Hey, Meloka, you busy?” Tunnip suddenly asks you via telepathy. “Or, yous? Not gonna lie, it’s still wierd as hell sensing more than one of you.”
“It’s something you get used to, after awhile.” you reply, the third body using Instant Transmission to return out from space and appearing besides your other two bodies. “What’s goin’ on?”
“It’s... Parsla.” she replies after a moment. “I think something may be wrong with her, with my little girl.”
“I’ll be right there.” you reply, once more flying off into space with one body while the ofher two remain on New Salda. With one of your two grounded bodies you reach out, searching for her ki to Instant Transmission to. With as many powerful people currently on New Salda as there are, it does take you several moments to locate your longtime rival and oldest friend’s ki. But when you finally do, it only takes you a second or two to achieve the correct focus and Instant Transmission right to her. One moment you’re standing beside yourself, and the next you’re floating beside her. “Tell me everything.”

“See for yourself.” she says, you following her gesture down to several Saiyan children playing. You notice almost immediately that they aren’t actually playing, but a group of older Saiyan children seem to all be attacking a smaller one. From her demeanor you’d think she’d be the weakest, but surprisingly her power surpassses all of theirs. The younger girl getting kicked to the ground is stronger than any three of her assailants, but seems too timid to actually fight back. “I don’t know what to do, Mel. My Parsla’s not some weakling, far from it; but it seems she just won’t stick up for herself. I just don’t know what to do.”

“Don’t worry, I’ve got this.” you tell her confidently. “Just don’t come down until it’s over.”
“How will I know?” she asks, you just winking at her and dropping down out of the sky. You land softly behind the crying young girl, her attackers taking a moment to notice you. At first it’s only one, who’s too stunned by your sudden appearance to say anything. But one by one they all notice you, everyone nervously looking to you. Even Parsla looks worried, as if any moment you’re going to start yelling at her. The other kids all look worriedly between each other, as if silently trying to decide if they should try and bolt or not. But just as the silence gets unbearable, you speak.

“Don’t stop on my account.” you say, crossing your arms and keeping your expression neutral. “I just came to watch.”
“Huh?” you hear several of them mutter and mumble to each other, and after several seconds one worked up the courage to ask. “Watch what?”
“Push her far enough, and you’ll see.” you say, tapping your scouter as if you couldn’t sense everyone’s ki here. “But you’ve been warned. If she breaks your arms and shoves them up your ass, it’s on you.”

Two of the oldest-seeming kids realize what you’re implying, and take an almost-unconscious step back after scanning her themselves. But there’s one kid who seems a little slower than the rest, and as he speaks up he confirms it rather loudly.

“You think she’s stronger than me?” he asks, kicking her once more while she’s still down. “She’s just a freak!”
“I think she knows she’s stronger than you.” you say, arms still crossed. “And despite how you’re acting, she still doesn’t want to hurt you morons. For some reason. But one day you’ll push her too far, and she’ll fight back. And when she does, you’re gonna die first.”
“She? Kill me?” he says, rather dumbly looking between you and her. “Nu-uhh!”
“Alright then, let’s play a game.” you say, reaching down and picking Parsla up by the back of her armor, standing them across from each other. “Now, both of you: grab each others’ hands. Don’t let go; if you do I’ll punish you myself.”

“Tug of war?” Parsla asks you nervously, understanding immediately where this is going as you nod.
“Exactly.” you reply, focusing your ki and making a low wall of your energy between them. “Whoever gets pulled into this line, loses. And if I see any of you not giving it your all, I’ll punish you myself! Understood? Good, on my count. Three, two, one, GO!”
“RRRAAAAAA!!” the kid roars, veins bulging and purple aura flaring as he pulls with all his might. But Parsla doesn’t budge, -‘d in fact takes a step back. Then another. And before the other boy knows what’s happening, he touches your energy and it explodes in a shower of sparks with a pop. “Huh?”

“Woah.”
“Holy shit!”
“Sh-She did that?”
“No way.”

“That’s it, let him go.” you tell Parsla, who follows your orders immediately. But the other kid just seems confused, while the others are all watching Parsla wide-eyed. “See? Any other questions?”
“I’m not weak!” the beaten boy shouts, dashing over at Tunnip’s daughter and slamming a fist into her face. But instead of sending her flying, as he’d doubtlessly thought he would, his charge is stopped cold. As he does you can both feel and see it; something changes in her.
>>
>>4213385
“Oh shit.” you mutter, recognizing what’s happening. You’d seen this before from Karn, then Towa’d shown you just how powerful and dangerous that form could be. As she pulls her fist back, preparing to strike him, you realize that she really could kill that moron. As she swings forward you move, grabbing her arm and stopping the strike inches from the poor kid’s face. And while you’d stopped it, you didn’t block it to let the shockwave hit the moron. And hit him it does, blasting her bully off his feet and launching him more than a dozen feet before crashing back-first into a tree.

“RRAAAAAA!” she roars like a trapped animal, desperately trying to pull her arm free but you don’t let her go. Instead you spin her, reaching up with your other hand to hug her back to your chest and lift a few inches off the ground, keeping her from attacking anyone much as had to be done with Broly whenever he lost control. But unlike your adopted son at first, Parsla quickly regains control of herself. You feel it; the wild, primal power disappearing as quickly as it’d come. She looks around worriedly, turning and seeing your face. “I... I didn’ hurt anybody, did I?”

“No, you didn’t.” you say, watching the other children all fleeing. “You just scared them a little, that’s all.”
“Oh...” she says, you feeling the child slumping in your arms, defeated. “I thought for sure I was gonna make friends this time.”

Oh. OH. In that moment realize that you hadn’t fully understood the situation that was unfolding here. You want to say something, anything to make her feel better, but before you can think of anything, your multiform body out in space senses something. Several someth-no, hundreds of somethings are approaching you! Without hesitation you have that body focus to Instant Transmission to you, the third dashing over as well. As both of your other bodies both suddenly appear she gasps in surprise, you setting her back down and recombining your bodies into one.

“We’ve got a problem Vegeta!” you think to the king as you become one. “Hundreds of powerful beings are headed right for us!”
“Hmph, about time.” he replies, his response catching you by complete surprise. “You might wanna come by the palace, and greet our allies as they arrive. Have you heard anything from Karn yet?”
“He hasn’t sent anything back yet.” Raven says, the Guardian always listening in to telepathic communications. “I’ll keep monitoring for him or Chilli, and let you know if I do.”
“Thanks.” you reply, then focus on Tunnip. “Hey, we’ve got incoming. Friendlies though, not another invasion. Let’s head to the palace, and meet them.”
“Sure.” Tunnip replies, dropping down as you address her daughter.
>>
>>4213387
“Hey, we’re about to get some visitors.” you tell her, trying to cheer the sad girl up. “Do you want to come greet them with me and your mom?”
“Sure.” she says, appreciating being asked to go along instead of being left behind. So the three of you lift off the ground, flying over to King Vegeta’s palace. And surprisingly, the Royal Guard are out in full force. More than a dozen Super Saiyans are sporting the traditional white cloak of the Guard, and even Captain Galick is out standing by King Vegeta. So you touch down by him, Tunnip and Parsla following a moment later.

“There you are.” King Vegeta says, seeming almost relieved you’d shown up. “Without Karn here, I’m hoping you can help this go as smooth as possible.”
“Who’s coming?” you ask him, confused. “A few of those powerlevels felt kinda familiar, I think, but I didn’t quite recognize them.”
“Oh, I think you’ll remember.” he says, you suddenly sensing them again. Surrounded by the powerful auras of New Salda’s residents you didn’t notice them sooner, but you sense several outstanding powerlevels among the visitors. And as they draw closer, entering the atmosphere, you realize who they are. And more importantly, why King Vegeta wanted you here.

“Woah! Momma look!” Parsla says, pointing up at the hundreds of green-aura’d figures descending from space. “They didn’ have a spaceship or nothin’!”
“Yeah, they didn’t.” she replies, flashing up into her Ascended Saiyan form. But you don’t look at your friend, focused as you are on the one you didn’t particularly want to see again. While most Tamaraneans’ aura are green, the most powerful among them is glowing red. And just beside her is a Saiyan’s power glowing golden, after a moment you realize that has to be Turles. The Tamaranean soldiers, Komand’r, and ‘Ambassador’ Turles all land before the palace, all looking armored and ready for battle. All, that is, except for one.

“Hello!” a tiny, green-eyes and orange-haired little girl says. She’s standing between Komand’r and Turles, waving at you all enthusiastically. You watch as her tail twitches in excitement, the-Wait, what? The girl rushes over to King Vegeta, snapping a traditional Saiyan salute. “My name is Ticho! It is an honor to finally meet you, my king!”
“Greetings, young Ticho.” King Vegeta replies and, to his credit, without missing a beat. “And welcome Princess Komand’r, Ambassador Turles, and proud Tamaranean warriors all. It is good to see you as fit and ready for battle as ever.”
“Like hell I’d miss a chance to squash some bugs.” Turles replies, walking up to Vegeta and clasping forearms with him. “It’ll be just like old times.”
“Even better than that, this time we’re allowed to win.” Vegeta tells him, the two trading a knowing look. Things are about to get a whole lot more interesting around here.

What up, you doing alright?
>>
>>4213401
Good to see another anon alive, and always.
>>
>>4213390
Oh dear, our first Natural Wrath Saiyan, this is uh......gunna be something as she grows up.

Also man Turles, we haven't seen him since the end of the Covey War, to bad we're gunna miss out on seeing him again.
>>
>>4213405
Yeah, it's been a bitch, I spent the entire month and a half trying to find work, finally got my god damn truck fixed long enough for an interview, then not even 5 minuets after said interview the tire popped, and the break booster went out. And now we got the Kung-Flu fucking up everything. I just got some good news today in the fact I got my stimulus check early for doing my taxes after getting fired. So my debt is looking good, I am back here again finally, and my water bill is totally paid. Even lost some weight walking around everywhere to make delivery selling off the stuff in my house to get by. What have you been up too, your family good?
>>
>>4213422
>>4213405
Also gonna start catching up now, think I missed about five or six chapters. So I got all night to get through it. Unless I cam back on the week where you aren't running this Saturday, which, honestly, is a small price to pay for the upturn in my luck right now.
>>
>>4213413
Oh yeah, she’s certainly gonna be a handful. And you won’t miss Turles, just his arrival.
>>4213422
>>4213431
Nice. And, as of right now, we’re still on for this weekend. 127 will be beginning at our usual noon EST time
>>
>>4213390
>Wrathful Saiyan
>Turles’ daughter
Things are starting to get exciting again. Gotta get back home soon and greet our old friend.
>>
>>4213479
Fuck yeah, gonna catch up and then be ready.
>>
>>4213491
Returning home will be an adventure. First time since the first Covenant invasion Karn came home to things being wildly different than he’d left it.
>>4213503
Good to see. Things have certainly been happening
>>
who's parsla's father?
>>
>>4214116
Nappa
>>
>>4213390
EYYYY, finally get to meet Turles' kid. She's gonna grow into a real beast, I bet, mixing those high base PLs Tamaranean have with the Super Saiyan forms should be a potent combo. Doesn't really look like Blackfire at all, though. Is she Starfire's? Or was the orange hair and green eyes just recessive genes at work?
>>
>>4214445
Technically, Blackfire is the one with recessive genes for a Tamaranean, she is the equivalent of an albino.
>>
>>4214445
>>4214540
Which isn't to say she isn't the one that gave birth to the kid, she can have kids that don't have her hair, it's just that it's a higher chance for them to be albino too. Might also just be Starfire's, she'd be pretty stoked to be a mom an all, but Blackfire is pretty competitive, so she is the one that probably got knocked up first.
>>
>>4213387
>another Wrathful Saiyan

Dis gunna b gud
>>
Only around 24 hours until episode 127 begins, hope to see everyone there!

>>4214445
The orange and green are the dominant trait of their people. Komand’r is very unique.
>>4214593
Very. Things are certainly moving right along, as the preparations near their end.

So our baby girl is just going to be a Idol, but also a brutal gladiator champion. Bit of a mix, but Chaya and Vox would be the pair to pull that off.

Were we just about to get a Spacechan reference?

>>
>>4215504
I am at the next session with the Holocron being a stubborn little shit hiding under the bed. And I am also really curious as to what Shit would do at the Karn family weapon and "Gifts" pile. That typo was perfectly correct by the way.
>>
>>4215531
Annnnnd just saw the crit check to convince him to tell us who fucked with the shiny evil toy.
>>
GD, I just had a thought....how the hell would Bane, if given the chance, convince and try to teach Cualifla the Dark side?
>>
Also fucking hell, there have been multiple crits each thread while I was away....I'm scared now.
>>
>>4215561
He wouldn’t. She has almost the exact opposite of the temperament needed for his teachings. And just wait until you catch up.

How do they not know this shit? I mean, props to her for the chance to fuck with her subordinates, she hasn't had much stress relief in a long while. But how did they make it to her quarters without anyone telling them?

Annnnd caught up to this thread, and will now start blitzing it. Also looking forward to more of the Not German Squad shenanigans. It's funny that now they are the weakest of everyone we know right now that isn't an infant or small child.

True, we call her that too.
>and poor Vegeta’s “Shota King” that’s stuck.
Ouch, that sucks. But does that mean that Chilli has the title of Ara bait, or did that get pushed over by all the Public Menac-I mean, Boom Witches, stalking him, and does that make Broly the Ara bait? Has anyone called him the Wall yet?
>Although referring to Cooler as Cuntler has become popular, doubtlessly due to a certain someone’s efforts
That's our drinking buddy.

>>
>>4213381
Our wife is a genius...we'll have to get her to teach us that training method. At least Chilli can say he's definitely his mother's son.

>>
>>4213387
Hmmm, that is, odd, at least with enough Berserk/Wrath mutations popping up, we can now say with medical certainty to the species, the nice ones are scary. Also looks like we get to add another Cinnamon bun to the sweets list. Maybe Broly can be her knight in giant shield.
>>
>>4213390
Ah, so we finally get to meet the tiny terror their terrible pairing has created. Whom is also adorable. I am sensing a pattern here, and I like this pattern.
