/qst/ - Quests

Were you to travel the stars, across this vast universe, no doubt tales of a mighty warrior race would reach your ears. Many speak of the Saiyans with awe and wonder, marveling at their power and aspiring to become like them. Others speak in hushed tones, of the fear and despair in facing the warrior race in battle. But one thing all agree on, is that standing against the might of the Saiyan race would spells certain doom. Many have tried, several going as far as to invade the Saiyan’s homeworld of New Salda. Yet every invasion has failed, defeated by the Saiyans and their most powerful warriors: the golden-haired Super Saiyans, and the green-haired legend who leads them. But once more they march, leaving their home behind and advancing into the heart of their enemy’s territory. Which side will triumph, and who will perish?

Welcome to Saiyan Conqueror Quest, the story of an alternate timeline in the greater Dragonball world. Currently it is Age 749 and you the players control Karn: once an ordinary Saiyan warrior with a meager powerlevel of 2,830. Throughout your many adventures, the “Dragon of New Salda” has grown into the radiant symbol of Saiyan might. Now as a PTO general with a powerlevel of 21,887,000 and close friend and confidant of Lord Freeza himself, Karn has become one of the strongest beings in the entire universe.

>Crits are 100 on a d100(a 99 or paired rolls may net you an extra bonus)

Current Arc: The Great War
>>
Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

After a couple days focused entirely on mastering Foresight, Karn arrived to planet Navlan. Using Instant Transmission he jumped from ship to ship, destroying each one before returning to the Attack Pod and going planetside. Once there Karn was easily defeating the Covenant defenders, until another timeline’s Meloka arrived. Going along with her, as her power dwarfed even Golden Freeza’s, Karn was taken to a devastated Planet Vegeta, where his daughter Future Chaya finally intervened. But as we rejoin Karn, this Meloka just started flying into a rage.

“I won’t let you go.” she says, limbs shaking as her golden aura surges up around her Super Saiyan 3 body. “If I can’t have you, no one will! GRRRRYAAAAAAA!!”
“Stay back.” Future Chaya says, getting between you and this alternate, wild version of your wife. “I’ll hold her off, get out of here.”
“How?” you ask, just as there’s another flash of light beside you. And to your surprise, the one appearing beside you is the Time Patroller, Ace! Without hesitation you shout, transforming into your Berserker form and preparing to unleash the demonic seal. “SHIT!”
“Wait Daddy don’t attack him! He’s on our side!” Future Chaya shouts, you turning to look at her confused. “I’ll explain everything later. Ace, take him out of here right now!”

“I WON’T LET YOU!!” this almost-feral Meloka roars, charging for Future Chaya with her hands covered by what seem to be some sort of ki claws. But your future daughter is ready, the two clashing unleashing powerful shockwaves that almost send you from your feet. Ace, however, surprisingly catches you and keeps you from getting blown away. In his other hand you see what appears to be some sort of scroll, and from the way he’s holding it Ace clearly intends to take you with him and leave your daughter to this. But can you just leave her here to fight for you? Can you actually make a difference here?

What do you do?
>Trust Future Chaya and go with the Time Patroller. You being in the wrong timeline is kinda their job after all
>Something’s wrong here, unleash your Supervillain power and break free of his grip
>Take the scroll and order him to help your daughter

“Wait!” you order, jerking your arm free from his grip. Then before he can grab onto you again you unleash the demonic seal Towa’d placed on your right hand. Demonic energy surges throughout your body, strengthening you and raising you to new heights. “RRRAAAAAAA!!”
“Daddy what are you-GUH!!!” Chaya shouts, no doubt struck by the wild Meloka. But your focus is on the Time Patroller, addressing the redheaded Saiyan boy.
“I don’t know what the hell’s going on here, but we’re not leaving her by herself.” you address him sternly. “I’m fighting by her side, and you’re helping. Now let’s go!”

“HAAAAA!!” Ace shouts, his energy vanishing from your senses as his aura flares up blue. His hair and eyes change to blue as well, fixing you with a determined stare before nodding to you once.
“Alright, let’s do this!” you shout, turning to the battle currently raging. Your future daughter and the crazy Meloka are trading blows, Chaya narrowly dodging her razor-sharp claws and getting several shallow slices across her arms and upper body. Seeing your daughter bleeding makes your blood boil, launching yourself into battle with a roar. “GRRRAAAAA!!”
“Wha-?” Meloka says, your large fist slamming into her entire left side. Your hit catches her by complete surprise, launching the dangerous woman away from your future daughter.
“D-Daddy? What are you doing?” she asks you, seeming completely surprised. “Why are you still here?”
“I’m not gonna let you fight her all by yourself.” you say, laying your left hand on her right shoulder. “We’ll do this together.”

“No no NOO!!” the wild Meloka roars, her powerlevel surging even higher than before. “You’re MINE!! I won’t let you go ever again!”
“Be careful, she-“ Chaya starts, but before she can finish what she was saying Meloka moved. One moment she was quite a ways back, the next she’s right up on the three of you.
“GYAAAA!!” she snarls, slashing at both your daughter and the Time Patroller simultaneously, forcing them to leap back. And before they can get back to you, you’re left facing her by yourself. “If I can’t have you, then no one will!!”

And she slashes for you with both hands full of claws. You don’t have time to run or activate a Barrier, forcing you to simply guard your face and upper body with your arms. A sharp, burning pain flares up in your arms as she cuts you, unlike any cutting wound you’d received before. But you don’t let that stop you, gathering your energy as she slashes your arms again and again. Your blood sprays everywhere, and after the third cut you’re ready, lowering your arms.

“BWAAAAAAAA!!” you bellow, unleashing a blast of raw energy from your mouth right into the enemy Meloka’s face. But your strike doesn’t seem to have even affected her, this wild version of your wife glaring at you with a fury you’ve never seen her direct at you

>>4338418
“You’re not my Karn.” she says coldly, the fury behind her eyes chilling you to the bone. And before you can react, she fires a pair of beams from her eyes that both catch you in the chest. “Die.”
“Gah!” you gasp, clutching at the sudden agony in your chest. As you do, however, something stabs your hands. Looking down, her beams seem to have left behind tiny needles of ki in your flesh, which are now embedded in your hands as well. “S-Shit!”
“D-DADDY!!” Chaya shouts, suddenly something pulls you from behind. As it does you see a ki claw swipe through where you just were, your daughter’s voice in your ear as your sight begins fading from the pain. “Daddy please, no. Just hold on, just a little longer. Here, eat this. Hurry.”

And suddenly there’s something pushed into your mouth.

You can’t see and your entire body feels numb, but you know your daughter’s voice. And since not trusting her got you into your current state, you trust Chaya and bite down on whatever she’d put in your mouth. Whatever the object is it crunches easily, the tasteless object going down easily. You wonder why she’d wanted you to eat it, when suddenly you feel it. A sudden surge of energy begins flowing through your body, making you feel really alive. Opening your eyes you take stock of yourself, your body showing no signs of the “battle” you’d just fought. But what’s more surprising is that you’re no longer on the surface of that ruined Planet Vegeta. In fact, you’re sitting in grass, looking up and seeing your future daughter’s relieved face.

“Thank goodness you’re okay!” she says, leaning down and hugging you close. “I was so worried about you, you almost died!”
“Wait, what?” you ask her, confused. “What happened?”
“After she attacked you, I grabbed you and brought you here.” she tells you. “I got a Sensu Bean from Goku and gave it to you, and the magic bean you ate healed you right on up.”
“So that’s what that was.” you say, remembering all the times those beans saved Trunks from dying at your hand. Really useful things, those beans. You wonder if you could sneak some out with you, before looking around and another, more-important question comes to mind. This place looks awfully familier. “Chaya. Where are we?”

“Welcome back. I see you rescued him safely.” a familiar voice says, you turning and seeing her. The Time Patrol’s leader, the Supreme Kai of Time herself. “Did you manage to recover her Time Ring?”
“No.” Chaya says to her, speaking far more familiar with the Kai than you feel comfortable with. “I prioritized saving Daddy over the ring, but Ace is still there trying.”
“I see.” she says to your daughter, then addresses you directly. “Welcome, Karn. I’m sure this is all quite confusing for you, but don’t be alarmed. You’re safe here, for now.”

Well, this is a turn of events. What do you do?

“Safe? Here?” you ask her incredulously. “After everything you’ve done, you expect me to just accept that?”
“I know that we haven’t gotten along in the past.” she says, clearly far more ready and prepared for this conversation than you are. “But this is a part of the job, returning lost beings back to their own times.”
“So what are you doing here?” you ask your future daughter, while simultaneously reaching out to your Towa telepathically. “Are you okay? Is everything alright?”
“Karn? Wait, you’re here too? Why are you in the Time Nest?!”
“I don’t know what’s going on, but Chaya brought me here.” you say, quickly explaining what happened. “Couldn’t you hear me asking you for help?”

“Unfortunately, no.” she replies. “This place has barriers in place that even I don’t fully comprehend yet. And my normal time magics don’t work at all, I can’t see events outside this place and I’m not allowed into the Time Nest itself. I’m sorry Karn.”
“It’s not your fault.” you tell her. “I’ll be out of here soon, wait for me okay?”
“I will.” she says, you both ending the communication as Chaya speaks.
“It was a demon.” she says, telling you about a battle you’d missed. Several enemy Towa and a demon by the name of Mechikabura invaded, killing the Mira who’d almost ended you and destroying Towa and Future Chaya’s home. Thankfully Towa got your half-demon kids out and to safety, but you can hear the bitterness in Future Chaya’s voice as she tells you about it. She’s had a rough life, and losing her home yet again had to be painful for her. But before you can console her or anything, there’s another flash of light. And once it clears, another familiar form is standing there.

“Hmph, what a waste of my time.” Vegeta, now an adult and even older than you are says as the brighr light fades. But upon seeing you he freezes, caught by surprise. But only for a moment, regaining his composure and addressing you directly. “Karn.”
“King Vegeta.” you reply, not yet rising but still giving him a salute nonetheless. The jesture surprises him further, but he tries to conceal his surprise.
“I wasn’t expecting you here.” he says after a moment, then addresses the Kai. “Finally convinced him to join up as well?”
“No, this was a rescue mission.” she tells him. “Karn will be headed back to his timeline here shortly. But in the meantime, until we’ve retrieved the Time Ring that Meloka had, you’re free to explore Conton City as long as Future Chaya’s with you. Ace should have this wrapped up in a few minutes at most. I trust you’ll behave yourself?

“I won’t start any fights, but I will defend myself.” you tell her. “And if anyone tries me, I can’t promise they’ll live.”
“Chaya?” the Supreme Kai of Time asks your daughter, Vegeta turning to leave the Time Nest.
“Don’t worry, I’ve got this.” your daughter tells her excitedly. “We’ll be fine.”
“Alright, I’ll call you when Ace comes back.” the time Kai says, you then following your daughter through a familiar archway. It takes you from the Time Nest to a city, it looking just as it had when you’d left. People are milling about and going about their business, creatures of many different races and bodies all coexisting together.

“Hey, wait up.” you call out, Vegeta stopping and turning to you. “Mind if I ask you a few things?”
“Hmph. Very well.” he says, you noticing a small uptick in the corner of his mouth. “What do you want to know?”
“Just your story, you know?” you reply, the two of you walking side-by-side down a giant set of stairs as Future Chaya leads you. “I’m curious how you ended up here.”
“That’s a rather long story.” he says, then quickly summarizes his life. He’d met you once in his youth, just before Planet Vegeta’s destruction at the hands of Freeza. He’d spent years under a much more evil version of Freeza’s rule until Kakarot, who’d also survived somehow defeated him after becoming a Super Saiyan. He’d then dedicated his life to surpassing Kakarot, yet even as decades passed has never managed it. At least, not yet. “But I’m not giving up. I will surpass that clown, and I’ll do it in my own way.”

“I know you’ll surpass him.” you tell him. “In my timline you’re already working on obtaining that Primal form, and are still less than twenty. Speaking of, do you have any advice for yourself in my time, trying to obtain that form?”
“The best advice I can give is to keep training.” he replies. “The stronger your body is, the easier the transformation is on you. You know this of course Chaya, you’ve had this form for years. But tell him to focus on raising his own power first, I’d say he needs to be at least twice as strong as you are now, if not more.”
“I’ll let him know.” you say, Vegeta saying his farewells and taking off into the air. You go to follow, Chaya grabbing your arm. “What is it?”

“We’re not allowed to fly.” she says, a man in a wierd green uniform with a red cape stopping someone else in the air. “Only Time Patrollers with permits are allowed to fly within the city’s limits.”
“That’s stupid.” you reply, complying with your daughter.
“I didn’t say I agreed with it.” Chaya says with a bit of heat. “But we’re still kinda wanted criminals. Especially-“
“There you two are!” a familiar voice calls, you both turning.

“I’ve been looking all over for you.” Towa says, every single Time Patroller eyeing her suspiciously. Grue to herself Towa doesn’t care, ignoring their stares as she saunters on over. “Good to see you’re alright.”
“You too.” you say, grabbing the demon princess and holding her close. “I’m sorry I couldn’t be there to help.”
“It’s better you weren’t.” she says, Chaya surprisingly agreeing with her. “As strong as they were, you, no offense but you would’ve been in the way.”
“That strong huh?” you ask, glancing over to your future daughter and seeing her nodding in agreement. “The kids alright?”
“They’re fine, physically.” Towa says, her mood darkening. “But the loss of our home hit them all pretty hard. Milha especially.”

“And almost nobody here even knows who I am.” Chaya says, surprising you. Her volume attracts a bit of attention, you noticing several Time Patrollers stopping to watch. “I’d thought beating Ace as many times as I did woulda’ earned me some notoriety, but she covered it up! Outside the usual offenders, the rest hadn’t even heard of me!”
“Chaya, that’s enough.” Towa says, as conscious of the many stares you all are getting as you are. “Come on, let’s get off the street. Where would you like to go, Karn? There’s plenty of sights to see, before you go back.”
“Oh yeah!” Chaya says, suddenly re-excited. She names off several nearby places, you mulling it over before coming to your decision.

“This Dragon Shrine seems interesting, let’s go check it out.” you say, Towa giving you a smug grin like she knows something. But before you can ponder it Chaya takes off at a sprint, you rushing to keep pace. Which is, frankly impossible, the difference between your base powerlevels massive. She takes off up the hill beside the staircase you’d just walked down, and before you’re a dozen steps towards it she’s already gone up and over.

“Care for a casual stroll, Karn?” Towa asks you, taking your arm in her own. You hear several Time Patrollers muttering but you pay them no mind, nodding to Towa. The two of you begin ascending the hill together, the crowds of the city falling away as the paved roads turn to a dirt path. Like most other species that live in cities, the Time Patrol seem unwilling to venture out into nature as it were. So your short walk is undisturbed, save for Chaya who runs back two times wanting you both to hurry. As you begin the final ascent to the peak, the sky suddenly darkens. “Hmm. Looks like we’re in time.”
“In time for what?” you ask, as a beam of golden light explodes up from the pedestal.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=Ym7yjhulJf8

You watch in awe as the beam begins wiggling, the light shattering as a green being emerges.

”I AM THE ETERNAL DRAGON.” the massive dragon says, you recognizing it at once. Ir seems all too familiar, you conjuring your Stand Dragon Force.
“Hey, look at that.” you say to it, your Stand taking in the sight of the massive dragon as you make your way up. “Friend of yours?”
“Such power.” your Stand says, unable to look away.
”STATE YOUR WISH, SO THAT I MAY GRANT IT.” the large dragon continues, your eyes widening in surprise. Did you just hear that right? Turning to Towa, it seems she anticipated your question, nodding to you.
“Long ago on Planet Namek, one of the Namekians crafted the first set of Dragon Balls.” she explains. “They’re mystical orbs that, when all seven are gathered, summon an Eternal Dragon that can grant a single wish.”

“That dragon can grant wishes?” you ask her, then as she nods you look to your Stand. “Can you?”
“I do not know.” your Stand replies uncertainly, not taking it’s gaze away from the massive Eternal Dragon as it’s eyes suddenly flash red. “Perhaps...”
”YOUR WISH HAS BEEN GRANTED! FAREWELL!” the dragon calls, once more turning to light and condensing into a small area that flies up into the sky, splitting into seven balls of light that streak away, vanishing. The sky returns to normal, your Stand finally turning to face you.
>>
>>4339245
“I may be able to do such a thing.” your Stand says, uncharacteristically uncertain of it’s word. “But I don’t know. I shall have to search deep within myself, far deeper than I have before.”

And to your shock, your Stand simply disappears on it’s own! You hadn’t banished it, yet somehow Divine Dragon Force did that on it’s own. You’re tempted to call it back, but you have more urgent, immediate things going on.

“Magnificent, isn’t it?” Towa asks you as you turn to her. “Your timeline has at least three sets of Dragon Balls you can use, scattered across various planets. If you ever truly need them, you must be cautious: killing their creator renders that set of Dragon Balls inert. And anyone can make a wish, once the dragon is summoned.”
“Well, that’s good to know.” you say, looking over to Chaya who’s clearly talking with someone over her scouter. She’s not happy, but sighs out and turns to you. “What’s wrong kiddo?”
“It’s time to go.” she says. “Ace is waiting outside the Time Nest, we gotta get you back to your own time and war. You ready?”

Well?

Well only the Namekian Dragon Balls can do that in our timeline. Earth's set originally had one wish and Dende had to upgrade them so they could do three. The Super Dragon Balls only have one wish.

“Well, I guess I gotta go back.” you say, left arm still entwined with Towa’s right. “Oh well, let’s go.”

And so you begin walking back down the hill, Chaya following along after a brief conversation through her scouter. And considering how much she talked, and how little whoever was on the other line said, you have litte doubt it was Ace. As the three of you take the surprisingly long walk back to the Time Nest, any observers would think you’re traveling in comfortable silence. But to any who could listen in on telepathic communication would know the three of you are catching up, filling eah other in on what’s happened since you last met up, asking about how the kids are doing and whatnot. And as you return to the Time Nest’s magical gate Towa surprises everyone but you and kisses you, holding you close a few moments before letting you go.

“See you soon Karn.” she says with a wink, sauntering off. The other patrollers all can’t help but watch her go, as she makes even walking look good. But you turn to Ace, who’s also undistracted by Towa and seemingly much worse for wear from his batte with that crazed Meloka. As you’d turned you see Chaya fussing over him, giving him a hard time about how much trouble he had while she barely got cut. Leaving them to it you walk through the barrier, everything feeling wrong for several moments before you find yourself once more in the Time Nest.

“There you are.” the tiny Time Kai says, seemingly worried as Trunks stands idly by, seeming to examine a scroll. “What happened?”
“I was told I wasn’t allowed to fly.” you tell her with no hint of frustration or anger at all, because you’re not that kind of person. “So I walked.”
“Oh. Well, thank you.” she says, seemingly surprised that you followed the rules. “If you’re ready to go, I can return you to the moment that crazy woman abducted you. Are you ready?”
“I have one question first.” you say, the Kai clearly not surprised. “What about my family here? Will I be able to visit them?”
“You mean Chaya and the half-breeds?” she questions, you nodding. “That depends. Not on you, but on Chaya and Towa. If they behave and don’t cause too much of a disturbance, you’ll be able to visit with them from time to time. I know what you think of me Karn, and I can’t say I don’t blame you. But I just want you to know that I’m not the bad guy here, I’m only doing what must be done. Now, brace yourself; you’re going back to your war now.”
“...Thank you.” you say, the instant before you vanish. One moment you were standing in the Time Nest, and now you’re back in the air over Planet Navlan.

“FIRE!” one of the sword-wielders orders, the other four firing their crystal-shooting rifles. With their numbers this reduced, however, dodging the crystalline projectiles is almost too easy. You weave in and out between the shots, gathering up your own power into your palms for your counterattack. And after twenty seconds or so their weapons all run dry, giving you your shot.

“HAAAAAA!” you shout, tossing your left hand’s Scattershot. The blast splits into dozens of smaller shots, which all explode against the half dozen Sangheili. All of them are caught in your attack, and before anyone can move away you toss the other one as well. Again your scattered attack explodes, this time you feeling it kill several of them. Five bodies drop lifelessly out of the cloud of smoke, but you don’t focus on them. Instead you lock onto the final signature, and gather your ki once more. This time, however, instead of a Scattershot you prepare an Energy Javelin, tossing it towards the last splitjaw. And just as you do it rushes out of the smoke sword-first, only to take the spear straight through the chest. Looking down the enemy reaches up to pull your attack free, but before he can it detonates, killing him near-instantly and turning him into a momentary gore fountain before his tattered remains fall down towards the ground. “Alright, now where was I?”

Focusing your mind you sense for the ki of everything living on this world, expanding your senses as far as you can to get a better feel for this fight. There are still millions of Covenant forces left, most gathered in three areas. In the least-dense, however, you can also sense something powerful. Far more powerful than anything you’d faces on this campaign so far, it’s more than twice your Super Saiyan’s raw power and still growing. Whatever that is it’s dangerous, and clearly something they hope can stop your attack.

So what do you do?
>Fly to the largest power, smash it’s defenders then confront it head-on

“This could be a problem.” you mutter to yourself. Whatever that massive powerlevel is, it simply keeps building itself stronger and stronger. The longer you wait, the more likely it’ll be able to match even your Berserker power. Best to stop it now. So you raise your right hand to your forehead, focusing on that massive power, and Instant Transmission. One moment you’re in the air, and the next you find yourself in what appears to be a cave. The only illumination comes from your emerald aura, and it shows a horrific sight: a massive, wriggling worm! “What the hell?”

Luckily for you the worms seem just as surprised as you, your sudden light causing it to recoil away instead of immediately attacking you. But only for a moment, the titanic worm then slamming it’s entire body down at you. Dashing aside you narrowly dodge it’s bulk, sliding to a stop and crushing several other worms beneath your boots. Which seems to have been a mistake, as every single worm somehow bellows out in rage. The volume is so powerful you’re actually hit by the sound, it physically pushing you back a few feet from the colossal worm colony. It rises back up, easily twice an Oozaru’s height with more coiled on the ground to support it.

“Alright, guess I’d better not hold back.” you mutter, clenching your fists and Ascending with a primal roar of challenge.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=M65QwnxHe6I

“HRRRAAAAAAAAAA!!” you roar, your power’s sudden spike tearing dozens of the worms off the colossal form as your body explodes outward. Your muscle mass and height drastically increase, your body trying it’s best to compensate for the sudden jump in energy output. Lightning crackles around your body as your transformation concludes. At full power you have the edge in strength, but despite that you feel the worms’ power continuing to grow. You think to yourself that this fight isn’t going to be easy, but you’re not about to lose to a worm. “Alright you bastards, let’s do this!”

As you shout at it, however, the massive worms’ combined head opens like a flower and begins glowing with crackling golden energy, confusing you. You’d never seen them do anything like this before, and wonder what it could be. After a split second you realize you could be in danger, leaping back and to your left to get some distance when suddenly it fires! A golden beam of electrical energy is shot forth from it’s ‘mouth’, moving so quickly you can hardly avoid the crackling beam. Luckily you were already moving, the electrical beam slamming into the wall behind you with enough force to rattle the entire cavern. But it doesn’t just stop because it missed, sweeping it’s head and the lightning stream towards you. It’s moving too fast to dodge now, there’s only one way you’re making it through this. You just hope it works.

“BARRIER!” you shout, sphere of energy coalescing around you an instant before the golden stream would’ve hit. And thankfully your Barrier works, the lightning dancing along the shield but unable to find a way in. This gives you a moment to study your foe, but that doesn’t tell you anything really useful. It’s made of thousands upon thousands of the wormlike creatures, all their powers combining into the terror before you. And after a few seconds it ends the attack, launching itself face-first towards your shield. Knowing it can’t block physical attavks you let the shield fall, leaping aside as it plows straight down through the ground where you’d just been. The rest of it’s massive body follows it down, a moment later it crashes up through the ground right behind you! “SHIT!!”

You leap aside again and once more dodge, however you’d mark that one down to luck rather than any sort of skill on your end. Both it’s speed and power are impressive, but more importantly are still growing! The longer this takes, no doubt the harder this fight will be.

But what can you do about it?
>Channel a Death Slash through your Wolf Knight sword, try and split it straight down the middle
>Super Explosive Wave, try and blast it apart into more manageable pieces
>Use your Scattershots and other ranged ki attacks to whittle it’s mass down, playing it safe and cautiously
>Forget caution, dive into it’s ‘mouth’ and unleash a Super Explosive Wave from there to try and kill it

But despite that you can’t go all-out here, as being as close to the planet’s core as you are any really powerful attacks could accidentally detonate the entire planet. While you’re sure you could survive such a thing, if you were here to destroy it you would’ve just attacked from space and let that be the end of it. You have to lure it to more open ground to fight this behemoth effectively.

“Too slow!” you taunt, the massive worm turning to you and unleashing another undulating war cry. With it’s attention now fully focused on you, you fly straight up through the rock above you. Your glowing aura leaves a trail behind for the beast to follow, which it certainly does. You fly through the rocky ground, stone smashing against you like glass, but you’re not fast enough! Through your ki sense you feel the massive worm is closing in, and fast. You surge ahead at full speed, hoping you’ll make it to the surface in time to avoid it, and you do! Smashing through something harder than the stones beneath you emerge from the ground, seeing you’d smashed straight up through a street. Several lesser Covenant warriors are stunned, but then blown away as the massive worm explodes up through the ground after you. Too fast for you to dodge, it delivers a full-body uppercut that sends you tumbling through the air. Smashing through a building you finally manage to come to a stop, rising to your feet and shaking your head to clear it. That hit hurt, you can’t take many more full force blows from that thing and still hope to come out on top.

“Damn.” you mutter, popping your neck and stretching out from the hit. Looking over you see a terrified Kig Yar holding onto a small pistol, shaking too badly to even aim it towards you. “You’re gonna hurt yourself with that.”
“AAAAH!” the alien shouts, firing shots wildly and missing you by a mile. And before it can shoot again you grab it by the head, crushing it casually before turning back towards the massive worm. Time to destroy this thing.

But how?

With this massive monster now out and exposed, it’s time to finish this. You begin gathering your ki into both hands, flying straight up through the building and into the air. Your spiking energy acts like a beacon for the worm monster, it again trying to slam it’s bulk into you. But out here you’re more free to maneuver, easily dodging the beast’s wild attack as you rise higher and higher into the air. As you escape it’s range it bellows once more, golden energy gathering and again firing a beam of lightning towards you. This gets closer to hitting home but you still manage to avoid it, spinning around the powerful bolts as your energy builds up to critical mass. It’s now or never!

https://youtube.com/watch?v=hLDtlBlSLxA

“HRRRAAAAA!!” you roar, slamming the two orbs of barely-restrained energies together. For a split second you think it’s not going to work, the attack instead exploding in your face, but you succeed. The energier merge, power multiplying several times over as the orb swells tremendously. Holding the massive attack overhead you look down, the worm seemingly realizing the danger it’s in. Instead of trying to attack again, it throws it’s body upwards to tunnel back into the earth. But it’s too late for that beast now, you tossing your ultimate attack down with a bellow of “IT’S OVER!!”

Your titanic attack slams into the colossal worm’s side, pinning it to the earth as it explodes in a flash of power. The blast is so strong it sears your eyes, the attack far stronger than you remember it being. Suddenly you worry if that was too much, that you just destroyed this entire planet regardless. But as the light fades, and the smoke clears, you see that fortunately the planet is still here. The city below you is gone, replaced with a massive, gaping crater. Searching out with your ki sense, you don’t feel any of the worms that formed that colossus remaining. You got it. Sighing out you drift back down to the planet’s surface, and plan your next move. There’s still several beings beneath the planet’s surface, no doubt more of the worms that were guarding the massive one all trying to merge into something to try and fight you. But as they begin combining, you realize that evej if they all merged they don’t pose even a quarter of the threat that massive one did. Other than them there are two more groups of Covenant beings on the planet, the weaker group coalescing around one spot while the others are approaching your position.

What do you do?
>Go underground first, wipe out the worms before engaging their other forces

As you feel out the groups of enemies remaining, you quickly realize that this isn’t the first time you’ve dealt with situations like this. In fact, every space-faring people who’s planet you conquered would try the same thing, to send their warriors ahead and let the civilians and the infirm escape. However this is the Covenant, and you’re not letting any of them escape. So with their position firmly locked on to, you rise back out of the crater and take off across the large planet. As you fly, you take the path that leads you through the approaching troops. And as you approach them you gather your ki, tossing a pair of Scattershots into their ranks. One crashes down on their ground forces, destroying several large vehicles and scattering the infantry while the other blasts sweep death through their airborne fighters. Many evaded your attack, but you destroyed enough to pass through easily in the ensuing confusion.

Flying past the would-be attackers, you arrive at what appears to be a shipyard. Hundreds of the lesser Covenant creatures are either piling into or loading cargo onto one of their warships. You observe them for a few seconds, when suddenly an alarm begins ringing out. The noise is deafening, everyone below scrambling faster to get onto the ship. But they’re not the only ones moving, as suddenly shots begin firing up at you from more than a dozen concealed locations. Several shots nearly hit you, but you’re far too fast for them when you’re so far up in the air and can see the attacks coming. Even their large turrets are unable to land a blow, you weaving in and out between energy shots as you again gather your ki. But to your surprise the large ship’s doors all slide shut, the vehicle taking off regardless of how many they’re leaving behind to die. You mean, it’s not like they’ll be getting away either, but still.

Attacks readied, you toss the pair of Scattershots as the ship lifts into the air. Your attacks destroy the base, but you avoided hitting the ship with that. That’s getting it’s own end. Base in ruins beneath it those in the ship must think they’re getting away, the vessel rising rapidly into the air. But unluckily for them you’re not in a merciful mood, focusing your mind as Bane’d taught you, reaching out and grabbing the ship. Not with your hands, but with your mind. Thanks to the ancient Sith’s training your telekinesis is stronger than ever, you grabbing the ship and holding it in place. The engines fire at full throttle, trying to break your grip, but it’s already too late for them. They’re already dead, they just don’t know it yet.
cont
>>
>>4340841
“Impressive.” Bane says, his spectral body appearing beside you. “Most disciples have difficulty moving anything larger than themselves, much less something of that size. Although, being able to throw one with your bare hands may be a factor.”
“Do you mind?” you retort, the ship nearly slipping through your grip at his sudden distraction. “I’m trying to concentrate.”
“Focus your mind, and tune out distractions.” the Sith advises, clearly aware he’s not making it easier but continuing to speak nonetheless. So you ignore him, focused solely on the ship before you as it attempts to break free from your grip. You use your telekinesis, straining against it’s engines as you point the nose back to the ground and let it go. The poor pilots are unable to correct course, the ship slamming nose-first into the city fortress. Buildings crumple along with the ship, and after a few minutes the vessel explodes in a massive fireball that consumes every last one of the passengers.

“Most impressive.” Bane says, the ancient ghost looking rather pleased before turning, you following his gaze. Two dozen of the fighters you’d blown through to get here have finally caught up, each single-pilot craft firing it’s cannons at you. “Show these lesser creatures the meaning of true power!”
“HAAAAA!!” you roar, charging headlong towards the enemy fighters. This battle’s as good as won now, there’s just a bit of cleanup to do before reporting in. And as you easily slaughter the aerial fighters, you wonder how both your students and children are doing? Hopefully you’ll get to hear from them soon, and see just how well they’re doing. After all you trained them, so they shouldn’t have any problems they can’t overcome, right?

I did think it was kinda weird how Karn's TK seemed to be starkiller level, but I guess it makes sense that you're actual physical abilities would factor into it.
I guess that makes regular human Jedi who can pull this shit off all the more impressive.

That’s all for 135, everyone enjoy the ride? Ready to move onto the next planet, and see what else the Covenant have in store for you? Curious what else Divine Dragon Force can really do, as well as how the kids are doing? All this and more, next time on Saiyan Conqueror Quest!

Thanks for the run GD.

Had some conflicting feelings on the ebd ing there. While we have killed plenty like this before and they were covvie bastard, I do feel a smidge of sympathy for the civvies caught in the crossfire due to circumstances outside their control. Not enough to want to spare them but the feeling is there.

It's only been a day since we touched the planet's surface right? How far along is Meloka's pregnancy? What are Bardock and Nappa up to? Also conquering planet's, or are they grinding for the bigger fights to come? How are the other groups, like the Zoldyck's, Yautja and Boros pirates taking the current events of the empire's warring? Are they involved at all?
>>
>>4340206
Maybe zenkai takes time to work
>>
>>4340892
You’re welcome. And good, it means you’re not a bastard. Yes, unchanged, battling alongside Vegeta, and on their own missions. Boros is attacking the Hive from another side, as he and they have unfinished business. As for the Zoldycks, they keep quiet about what they’re doing.

I think it's time we put together a to-do-list since we have a million different things we could be doing with Karn's time.
In no particular order:
>Beat some sense into Chaya like a good dad
>Choose a name for our next kid
>Get somebody to help with the puzzle box
>Master force lightning
>Help King Vegeta meet the minimum powerlevel for Primal
>LEARN THE POWERBALL
>Try and figure out if Dragon Force can actually grant wishes
>Master our Berserk transformations
>Remaster our Legendary transformations
>Continue working on our energy control
>PUMP UP THAT FUCKING POWERLEVEL
If I'm missing anything feel free to share.
>>
>>4341587
>LEARN THE POWERBALL
It will never happen. It’s a running gag that Karn and apparently every anon always forget to learn this technique when the time comes for training.
>>
>>4341656
It's not that we forget, it's more that something else usually takes priority.
>>
>>4341656
To be fair it's basically zero on the necessity meter. It's not like there aren't thousands of others who could do it for us if we really needed it. Would it be nice to have? Sure. Is it an essential or niche skill limited in its potential users? Not in the slightest.
>>
>>4341805
The whole reason why I wanted the powerball ages ago was to see how it interacted with dragonforce.
Now it’s too little too late because of that retarded meme
>>
>>4341805
It is relevant though, cause otherwise we will literally never get to go primal, and our current power level is already a fair bit behind the curve, whether your faffling or not.
>>
>>4342773
I should add to this to explain, KARN is weak, weakness is a sin in this universe, sinners eventually perish under the yoke of sin. Karn is unbearably weak, his wife is far stronger then him, his king who only has time to train only some of the time because of his responsibilities is stronger then him, his kids arn't too far behind him, he's not allowed to grow or get stronger, there are literal mobs who are approaching karn strength in universe, karn is weak, and people are ok with this in thread by faffling around learning stupid useless trash like force ghost bullshit or stands.
>>
>>4342785
>his wife is far stronger than him

Do you even look at the powerlevel pastebin? She's stronger than our Berserker form but Ascended Berserker far outclasses her. Besides, the Stand has saved our life several times over, and the Force Shit is part of how we can fight people stronger than us in the first place. Vegeta can't even properly use Primal yet; so we're still on his level or arguably stronger, and the kids have ages to go before they surpass us. While I do think powerlevel is important, as is learning to get Primal, we literally just learned it's not worth getting until our base is significantly higher; and we would need Vegeta or Nappa to help keep our ridiculously OP Legendary Oozaru in check long enough for us to gain control anyways, so they can throw the power ball up for us.
>>
>>4342773
>cause otherwise we will literally never get to go primal
Fine by me, I’m shooting for us to go down the Berserk God branch.
>>4342785
>KARN is weak,
Not sure if I would consider being in the top 10 of U7 as weak.
>and people are ok with this in thread by faffling around learning stupid useless trash like force ghost bullshit or stands.
Well excuse me for wanting to train our Stand that has the power to INSTAKILL anyone.
>>
>>4342773
I wasn't talking about base PL but okay. Besides if you're really so worried about goofy powerball just ask the science team to make something so we don't need it. Maybe some contact lenses. Or, I dunno, ask almost any other Saiyan warrior to toss one out.

And a friendly reminder, powerlevels are bullshit. As Karn regularly displays. The only thing PLs would be important for is easing the transitions into the beefier transformations.
>>
>>4342907
Powerlevels are meaningless until they aren't, hence why our transformations are still important.
>>
>>4342785
>Karn is Weak
Never before have I witnessed such a collection of misinformation being spouted as truth. And we've always been grinding pl, just we also focus on things that can bypass Powerlevels, aka Force and Stand bullshit. Neloka isn't stronger, our kids aren't stronger, and Begets has surpassed us momentarily via primal once, it's not a permanent thong for him yet. And may I remind you we've fh3hone into Ultra Instinct? By no means have we become weak. In fact our biggest problem is that we've yet to refine our control something GD himself has admitted to.

Also no, we don't need Powerball mastered because basically everyone else in our race can do it, and gt showed that it doesn't even need to be a moon, sometimes any planetary substitutes will do.
>>
Based on TP!Vegeta's advice, our Vegeta needs a PL of 40-50 million-ish for Primal, based on that, we probably need a PL of 100Mil because of how straining all the Legendary transformations are, so really, we only need the Powerball once we hit 80Mil roughly because that's probably when we'll be able to actually start getting a handle on it, before then it's pretty useless to us, it's even MORE useless once we master it because once we have Primal the Powerball is completely unnecessary to transform
>>
>>4342938
Honestly even then I think I'd prefer we just spend time absolutely mastering IT. That way we can just IT to meloka or vegeta or whoever for the Powerball and still have spent time learning a very useful technique. If we can get as good as the Yardrat from Super maybe we actually start helping in time shenanigans instead of being hindrance. [Barring Chat a level opponents of course]
>>
>>4342947
Chaya*
>>
>>4341482
She’s trying anon.
>>4341587
You won’t learn of what’s going on with Chaya in character until the war’s over, barring some very specific choices. Naming your kid is important, Berserk is almost mastered but needs a few more months of maintaining your Berserker form daily, and Vegeta’s gotta grind hard to earn that form. Dragon Force has to do some work on it’s own if it even can do that or something similar. Grining base powerlevel and Berserk mastery are diametrically opposed, at least unless you discover how to train your power WHILE transformed.
>>4341805
Karn is many things, but not a supporter. He more leads by example, and being the first to battle.
>>4341949
I can reveal that. Combining Power Ball with Dragon Force would have resulted in a powerful, if situational support skill. The effect would have prevented transformations within it’s area of influence, instead of transforming allies.
>>4342773
Relying on the Power Ball to go Primal does have a significant weakness, but saying any more would be spoilering.
>>4342785
Compared to his universe? Not really, as you’re currently the top 1%.
>>4342805
>we literally just learned it's not worth getting until our base is significantly higher
Yes.
>>4342859
Which can be a more-powerful form, depending. It’s not an almighty transformation, but used in the right circumstances can be even stronger than Apex.
>>4342907
>powerlevels are bullshit
Yes. More to help anons know what tier they’re in and how they compare to allies and ‘canon’ than anything.
>>4342931
>gone into
I want to correct this here, it wasn’t “gone into”. A momentary flash of the potential here and there is all, much like the slap dodge in the pre-Hit rematch episode.
>>4342938
That’s an intelligent inference. Emerald is far more powerful and dangerous than a regular Golden Oozaru, and must be handled with extreme caution.
>>4342947
IT is extremely useful, if mastered.
>>
>>4342993
>Grinding base powerlevel and Berserk mastery are diametrically opposed, at least unless you discover how to train your power WHILE transformed.
Well the problem there is the that shit's just much easier to do while transformed, right?
Obviously the gravity chambers can only go so high, but what if we just kept stacking on training weights on top of the enhanced gravity?
>>
>>4342993
>Relying on the Power Ball to go Primal does have a significant weakness, but saying any more would be spoilering.
Well then, I suppose we'll want to find a planet with a bunch of Moon-like Planetoids to train Emerald Oozaru
>I want to correct this here, it wasn’t “gone into”. A momentary flash of the potential here and there is all, much like the slap dodge in the pre-Hit rematch episode.
Still more than Goku ever did without training from literal Gods, we just have our own batshit insane training methods and are like, 1/10,000th whatever PL Goku had then
>That’s an intelligent inference. Emerald is far more powerful and dangerous than a regular Golden Oozaru, and must be handled with extreme caution.
Of course! That's why we'll have Primal Vegeta and Meloka on hand for a powerball (once all the planetoids have been destroyed) and to help keep us from rampaging too hard alongside FreezaBro!
>IT is extremely useful, if mastered.
I mean, it's instant teleportation that can go *ACROSS DIMENSIONS* even without Mastery and if mastered it's an absolute DEMON when used in combat if we can use it to super extend combos and attack them from super awkward angles, and, what's that? You're attacking me? No, no, I'm behind you, you see! SUPER useful!
>>
>>4342996
For Berserk to gain ANY noticeable impact from gravity training, it would have to be three HUNDRED times your already +50x New Salda’s gravity chamber. But there are other methods of training, even if you are unaware of them.
>>4343085
Ha, but no.
He had a moment with Bulma where he got his first taste. And attaining ultimate mastery isn’t reliant on one’s base power. Golden Freeza is the only one who could reasonably hold his own against a rampaging Emerald Oozaru. Crossing dimensions to Other World only works if you’ve died and spent time on the other side. And while it is a useful technique in battle, any skilled opponent can defeat it. As Karn proved to Cooler in their first fight.
>>
>>4343146
>But there are other methods of training, even if you are unaware of them
I assume such methods or people knowledgeable in them would have been alluded to in the past. I guess now's the time to brainstorm then.
>And while it is a useful technique in battle, any skilled opponent can defeat it. As Karn proved to Cooler in their first fight.
If all you do is spam it to get in somebody's blind-spot like Cooler did, then yeah it's piss easy to counter, especially to people who are actively feeling your Ki.
It's when you get creative with it and stop treating it like just a mobility tool that it gets to be truly broken.
>>
So going off whats been said so far I'd put the list, in this order as:

>Finish Berserker 1 Mastery
>Continue Ki Control
>Grind Base PL
>Create New Ki Attacks
>Grind Base PL
>Berserker 2 Mastery
>Grind Ki Control
>Finish Berserker 2 Mastery
>Grind PL
>Force bullshit
>IT
>>
>>4343212
Adjust that list for what we can feasibly do while still on the war-path.
>>
>>4342993
Like he'll that mini excuse for a god damn tampon is trying. Those are kids. Our kids specifically. Being a snide bitch to us is one thing, that's expected. But woe to her anal cavity if she mouths off in front of them.
>>
>>4343212
>>4343230
>Finish Berserker 1 Mastery
>Continue Ki Control
>Grind Base PL
>Create New Ki Attacks
>Grind Base PL
>Berserker 2 Mastery
>Grind Ki Control
>Finish Berserker 2 Mastery
>Grind PL
>Force bullshit
>IT
I'll try and do it. From the list i say
>Master Beserk
>Continue Ki Control
>Force mastery
>IT
While power level grinding is up there on my list of priorties, it's time we buckle down on mastering and refining what we have. We need to handle the here and now forst, meaning we need to be able to sdtay in beserk and use my without burning out quickly. Force mastery I say we take a break for a moment if it can't for and instead focus on the other things, just so we don't get in too deep with the dark side. Don't need new ki attacks just yet, we have a pretty good list of options Already and new techs would probably become more complicated and useful after we up control. IT is once again very useful. Force is basically Karn's magic, same with Stands in that it allows us to attack those on or above our level regardless of no. It's even more useful because to my knowledge, the covenant lacks force users. Hopefully our PL will increase through zenkai through the war as well so we don't need to focus it atm.
Also

Combining Power Ball with Dragon Force would have resulted in a powerful, if situational support skill. The effect would have prevented transformations within it’s area of influence, instead of transforming allies.

I'm kinda glad we didn't unlock power ball now, cause losing that after Dragon Force became a god would've hurt a lot. Like seriously that's bonkers. All those Frieza's cancelled from golden and stopping God's from going full throttle. Would it have worked on the SKoT?
>>
>>4343352
Hell
>>
>>4343201
The best way to use it is creative ring-outs.
>>4343352

It’s situational in that it only limits what someone can do who’s weaker than you. A transformation stronger would’ve overpowered it and gone through.

> But there are other methods of training, even if you are unaware of them.

I'm not sure if this would be working as I want it but perhaps it could work.
>Get our Bloodstone.
>Put it in something like Broly has in this picture. Either into something like that thing he has on his forehead or the necklace he has on his chest.
> It has to be something that is somewhat elastic so is does not shatter when Karn gets big during Berserker transformation.
>Honestly at first it may be just a piece of stretchy material that can be put on forehead with Bloodstone under it.
>But generally it would be better to make it more solid so we don't lost the Bloodstone during action.
>The thing hast to be made in a way to ensure the Bloodstone touches Karn's skin continually (unless it's not necessary for what I use it).
Now the important part.
>If I remember correctly Berserker Super Saiyan transformations keep generating their own energy in large amounts.
>Step 1: transform to Berserker and attempt to stay in it all the time.
>Step 2: when we are in Berserker attempt to consciously and continually send Karn's energy to the Bloodstone.
>The point generally is to try send more energy than Bereserker transformation can generate.
>If Karn will be doing this for a prolonged amount of time this perhaps may tire him in Bereserker form.
>Step 3: on top of what is already being done Karn may now exercise, train and do a sparring while being under such strain.
Perhaps this will be enough to make it so hard for Karn to be able train and rise his powerlevel while being transformed at the same time.

We could try to practice almost all other things like energy mastery or Force while still doing this.
That could make everything more difficult and our training more challenging.
>As a bonus we will get Bloodstone filled with lots of energy ready in case we ever need it.

I hope there are no side effects to this, as GD mentioned that Bloodstone can do more than just be an energy container.
Could this work?
>>
>>4344845
I'm pretty sure we can make a circlet out of whatever our armor is made out of that will expand just fine. It's worth exploring if nothing else.
Also we usually keep it in our breastplate or glove iirc, so I'm pretty sure we've always maintained physical contact with it for as long as we've had it.
Though I have to wonder what would happen if another Saiyan were to tap into the Bloodstone after dumping massive amounts of Berserk energy into it. Seems like a great way to drive somebody insane.
>>
>>4344311
You may be onto something.
>>4344613
Heh
>>4344845
Good, I’m glad.
As for the Bloodstone, you have to consciously feed it energy(which Karn did during mastering his Berserker and ki training earlier, so it’s not empty) for it to store it. As for Berserker constantly generating energy, it did that only before you could withstand it’s full power. Early on, you could only get to it’s full power over time at first. But now you are able to fully realize that form’s power.
>>4344915
It would certainly be a rush of power, and most people wouldn’t be able to handle it.
>>
>>4344947
Okay well the theory still stands somewhat.
If we drain the majority of our energy into the stone while transformed, would that weaken us sufficiently enough to make enhanced gravity training while transformed viable?
>>
>>4344962
No. Because the transformation strengthens your body physically, artificially lowering your powerlevel doesn’t change how much stronger your body becomes. And in the case with Berserker, you need 1/300th the effort to achieve the same result in base, like a pushup for example. Which is why Karn trained Freeza in his first form, to get the most out of it.

I think you are right. So I guess it's not even necessary to make circlet or necklace.

Good points and ideas Anon.

>No. Because the transformation strengthens your body physically, artificially lowering your powerlevel doesn’t change how much stronger your body becomes. And in the case with Berserker, you need 1/300th the effort to achieve the same result in base, like a pushup for example.

This means the trick with Blooodstone will not work as intended. It will not be enough to allow Karn to improve his base power level while being in Berserker transformation.

However GD responded to this post >>4344311.
>You may be onto something.

and Anon said this:
>>4344311
>I have a guess on how to train in the beserk form, maybe we should follow meditate like picolo or in karn's case yoda did, the only other idea i have would take going to a star with some kind of super oxygen mask

So we have a lead to follow now. But what exactly could it be?

Something with meditation?
>If I remember Karn tried to meditate from time to time.
>But maybe there's more to it.

Something that Piccolo did?
>Closest person to Piccolo we know is Perfect Cell from the future.
>He has his genetic material inside.
>He knows techniques that Piccolo and other people from that timeline on Earth knew when Gero took their genetic material samples.
>Maybe among this is the answer we look for?

There's a chance that our daughter future Chaya has the answer.
>She is known to train a lot and hard.
>Perhaps she already figured it out?

If we could only solve this mystery on how to train and rise our base power level while remaining transformed in Berserker and other transformations, that would so great.
It would open so many possibilities.
Right now I'm out of ideas on how find the answer to this.

does reality still colorshift everytime Broly or Karn transform into their Legendary variants, or does it only happen when they fully give into the rage and release control?
>>
>>4348529
Not quite.
>>4348536
Only when they go all-out, or slowly transform. Both have achieved levels of mastery that control their powers, and don’t damage reality around them accidentally anymore.

-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 135 Epilogue-

AGE 749, UNNAMED HIVE WORLD

“Thanks sis! You’re a lifesaver!” Chaya says, springing back up to her feet. And before you can reply she Ascends in a burst of sparks, blasting back towards the battle. You are Caulifla, Super Saiyan and wielder of the powerful Stand Triumph, and right now you all are in a pinch. The battle had been going well, when suddenly a new type of enemy attacked. These beings appear to be a mix of woman and Hive soldier, and are incredibly fast and powerful. Both Chaya and Broly were hurt real bad, and they’d have got you too but luckily Chilli showed up an’ saved you! His magic is so cool, you wish YOU could do magic like that. “Hey, I’m not done with you yet! SHYAAAA!!”

Your older sister and brothers battle the pair of monsters, you staying back in case anyone gets hurt again. But they’ve already taken so much damage, Triumph won’t be able to heal any of them much more. You have to help them win this!

“Caulifla, we need a medic!” one of General Tanya’s other soldiers shouts out through your scouter’s comms. “Erza’s down and we’re taking heavy casualties, can’t hold this monster back much longer!”
“I’ll be righr there!” you reply, then quickly send a telepathic message to your siblings before flying off. You’re the only one who can heal, and if they’re in trouble you have to help! That’s what a real hero does, just like Daddy.
“And I thought I was gonna get blown up.” you remember Momma telling you about how she met Daddy. “The missile was coming, and I couldn’t stop it. I was sure I was about to die, even younger than your big sister Chaya is now, when he appeared.”
“Daddy?” you’d asked, entranced by her tale.
“Yes. He jumped between me and the evil Tuffle’s bomb, and blew it up. If it wasn’t for your father, I would have died that day. And ever since then, I’ve been working to be just as strong as him, and protect everyone.”
“When I grow up, I wanna be strong just like Daddy too!” you’d said, and even years later now you still do. One day you’ll be strong enough to protect everyone from getting hurt. But until then, you just gotta keep saving them after they’ve been injured.

Knowing where they’d been fighting it only takes you a few moments to get there, yet were almost too late. As you arrived the monster’s tail was aimed at the soldier, who’s gun was split right in two.

“TRIUMPH!!” you shout, golden flames pouring from your Stand’s mouth in a tight beam aimed right for the big bad bug. But it leaps back away from the soldier as you shout and easily avoids the fire. They’re not supposed to be able to see it, only Daddy an’ other Stand users can see Triumph! What’s going on?
>>
>>4348612
“Caulifla, you made it!” the long-faced soldier says. You forget his name, but that doesn’t matter right now as you land between him and the monster. Parts of Tanya’s robot soldiers are strewn about, all torn to pieces smaller than your forearm. “I thought I was a goner!”
“Stay back.” you say, trying to sound confident as you stifle a shiver. Like Daddy taught during his training, you can’t show weakness in front of your opponent. Especially fear. “I’ll take care of the rest.”
“Oh?” the monster says, voice somehow oddly comforting like Momma’s. “You think you can stand against me, little one? How awfully brave of you. And foolish.”

“I’m not scared of you! HAAAAA!!” you say, clenching your fists and transforming with a shout. Golden power surges through your body, making you stronger than even most of the adults back home. But you don’t stop there, digging deep and unleashing your full power. Golden bolts of lightning jump from your body and aura to the ground, carving deep trenches and most importantly keeping it’s eyes on you. As you transformed you sent Triumph over to the injured, your Stand healing them while you distract the monster. “I’m warnin’ you, I’m not holdin’ back!”
“Feel free to struggle all you wish.” it replies, crouching on all fours while it’s tail arches up over it, pointed at your face. “But in the end, you’ll be brought before the queen. All spawn of Karn will be subdued.”

“If anyone’s taking them down, it’s me.” the redheaded woman says, using one of her many magical sword to help push herself back up to her feet. Her armor has a gaping hole in the middle, but lucky for her Triumph was able to fix her right up. Now fulky healed she walks up and stands beside you, brandishing her magical weapon. “I’m not letting anyone kill these Saiyans until I’ve had my revenge!”
“A regenerator?” the Hive monster asks, looking at the monster-tail-sized hold in her armor. “If you’d just stayed down, I wouldn’t have had to kill you. But now it seems I must dissolve your entire body to eliminate you.”
“Too bad you won’t get that chance, Requip!” she shouts, magical energy enshrouding her body. One moment she was standing there in her badly damaged armor, now she’s in a different set with a dozen or so swords spinning in a circle behind her. And her suit has four metal wings, so cool! “Heaven’s Wheel! I took you lightly before, and paid for my arrogance. This time I’m ending you.”
>>
>>4348615
“Stay back.” Erza then says, addressing you. “I’ll attack from the front.”
“Telling your opponent your plans?” the Hive woman says. “Not very wise of y-“
“Blumenblatt!!” Erza shouts, more than two dozen swords appearing around her and flying straight towards the creature as she talks. “Dance, my swords!”

As one her swords move, all flying forward to cut this monster Hiveling down. They move so fast you can barely keep up, but that monster seems to be reading her just fine. It dodges the onslaught of swords, but the sheer amount actually forces her backwards. You suddenly realized Erza is using her swords to push the monster back, ending her attack with more than a hundred feet between them.

“Requip!” the magic woman shouts, glowing bright as she switches her armor and weapons. Like Chilli she also uses magic, but hers is only able to change her armor and weapons, where Chilli’s does all sorts of cool things like make stuff from ice and throw fire. Again you feel a pang of jealousy, why can’t you use magic? Looking down at your left hand, that wierd energy is still radiating from it. You push down your jealousy, you should be thankful for what you do have. And all the trips you’ve made rescuing people has shown you that magic isn’t all that great anyways, unless you’re special like your older brother. So instead of wishing for what you don’t have, you focus on what you can do right now. This monster’s gonna pay!

“Wait, not now!” you say, feeling the familiar pull from your necklace. You know what that means: you’re about to get pulled through time. Sighing out you reach out to your siblibgs nearby, warning them. “Guys, getting blued away. I’ll make it as fast as I can, promise!”

And before any of them can respond, you’re gone.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=mo3nDUA3KWs

As you emerge into the past, or maybe another future, you find yourself in a snowy city. Looking around you see you’re atop a tower, overlooking the sleepy city down below.

“Woah.” you say, momentarily taken aback. You’d fought people here before, recognizing the giant church below, but from up here it looks so pretty you forget your urgency for a moment.
“A beautiful sight, isn’t it?” a soft woman’s voice asks, you turning around and facing the speaker. “Greetings, young warrior. I have heard much of you.”
>>
>>4348620
“Who’re you?” you ask the skinny, frail-looking lady in white. “Have we met before?”
“Nay, ne’er have we met.” she says, her voice so soothing it makes you want to sit beside her and just listen to her talk. “But I have heard much of thee. I am Yorshka, Captain of the Darkmoon Knights. What is thine name, warrior?”
“My name is Caulifla!” you say, pumping your left fist excitedly. She seems taken aback, staring fearfully at the hungry energy swirling around your left hand. Seeing her reaction kinda ruins the mood, you dropping your hand and keeping it far away from her. “You know what this thing on my hand is?”

“Lifedrain.” she says, eyes still wide. “A forbidden art granted long ago to the Four Kings by the Abyss. Yet I sense no malice from you.”
“That’s cause I’m here to help!” you say, imitating Chaya’s fingers-in-the-air victory pose. “The adorablist-fighter: Caulifla is here! Now, where’s the bad guy for me to go beat up?”
“This battle won’t be like any before.” the lady warns you, sounding serious. “The traitor Sulyvahn has gathered his knights, preparing to march on my poor brother’s sickbed. As ill as my dear brother Gwyndolyn is, defend himself he cannot. So I beseech thee, head below to the great father’s tomb, and protect my dear brother. Save him from the false Pontiff.”
“You can count on me!” you shout, turning and flying a few feet before stopping and turning back to face her bashfully. “Uhh, where is that exactly?”

Following her instructions you descend, down past the spiral staircase and to the ledge far below. Landing on it you walk into the room, and through the statue of the big man with the sword. He looks kinda scary so you hurry, quickly down the stairs and to the small rug before a foggy wall.

“Hey, Mr. Gwyndolyn! Your sister sent me here to see you!” you call, but don’t immediately get a reply. Worried you pass through the wall, the fog almost trying to push you back. But you easily overpower it, finding yourself in a long hallway lined with statues. And laying collapsed by a warrior in brassy metal armor is Gwyndolyn, just as Miss Yorshka described. Golden sun helmet and white robes, there’s no doubt it’s him. So you rush over, unable to sense his ki and hoping you aren’t too late. “Hey, as you okay?”

“Mo-ther?” the god says, voice hoarse and weak before it devolves into rattling coughs. That sounds bad. “N-No. Who, are...?”
“Shhh, just relax.” you tell the weak man, conjuring Triumph behind you. “I’mma fix you up an’ make you all better.”
“Sulyvahn...poison...” he says, sounding almost delerious. Wasting no time you pry the little god’s mouth open, Triumph crying a single tear down. It hits his tongue, you letting go of his mouth as Triumph’s healing does it’s thing. “Traitor...”
>>
>>4348624
As the god lays on the floor, you can actually see his condition begin visibly improving. The young-looking god gets some color back in it’s arms and face, breathing much easier after just a few seconds. But you can’t marvel for long, as behind you a terrible racket begins. You turn, facing back down the hallway as you hear a terrifying roar. The ground suddenly starts shaking, you extending your ki sense to try and figure our what’s coming, then you sense it. Or rather, them. Dozens of beings are headed your way, each as strong if not stronger than the last. And the first is charging ahead, smashing it’s way down the stairs as you see it. A massive armored form on all fours, wielding a giant mace. It sees you and Gwyndolyn, roaring again and galloping headlong at you both.

“Oh no you don’t!” you shout, grabbing your flame sword and dashing to the big monster. It roars as it smashes through the too-small doorway, swinging the giant weapon down right at you. But it’s too slow, you twisting around the weapon and grabbing your own with both hands as you shout. “KYAAA!!”

Bringing the sword of flames down, it slices straight through the beast’s armor and severs it’s weapon hand. The monster recoils, clutching at it’s stump but you’re not giving the bad guy a chance. You saw what that Hive monster did to Chaya when she hesitated, you’re not making that same mistake! Following up the slash you grab it’s giant weapon with your left hand, dropping your sword to grab the weapon in both hands and raising it up overhead.

“EAT THIS!!” you shout, slamming the beast’s own weapon down on it’s armored head, crushing it. You sense the beast’s ki vanish, dropping the mace to grab your own sword and back up. Their ally’s body will slow them down, and- “Ah-Hey! No fair!”

The massive, bulky creature’s body begins dissolving, leaving behind nothing but it’s weapon and a small metal something that clinks on the stone floor. But you don’t have time to check it out, as more are coming. Within seconds a pair of smaller knights, wearing armor similar to the big guy’s and wielding swords rush in. They see you immediately and dash at you, one standing tall to swing the sword down in a powerful two handed swing while the other breathes a cloud of ice at you.

“TRIUMPH!” you shout, directing your Stand to deal with the cloud as you block the ice sword with your fire. The two swords clash, the monster actually pushing you back.
“KIIIIIIIII!!” Triumph caws, belching a column of golden flames that surge around you harmlessly and strike the cloud of freezing cold. And the knight too, it’s armor darkening as your Stand cooks it. And sure enough, after several seconds in the flames it leaps back, unable to take the heat.
“Ha!” you shout. “Is that all you’ve got?”

“Interesting.” a deep voice calls from somewhere above you up the staircase. It gives you chills just listening to it, and feeling the malice in his voice. “I was certain I had slain every other Knight on the roster, yet somehow I missed one. But it is no matter: I shall simply slay you, then take that has-been god anyways.”
“You can’t beat me!” you shout back up the stairs, then before his monsters can react you focus your energy, and transform. “HAAAAAAA!!”

Golden energy pours off of your body, now radiating with power as you square off against the pair of knights. They seem unphased by your transformation, lunging forward and swinging their swords wildly. But they’re too slow now, you dashing between them and spin clockwise to deliver a backhanded slash to both their heads. Your sword of flames cuts through them both, their decapitated bodies falling to the floor and dissolving as you touch back down.

You see a tight formation of knights three across, all wearing pale armor and guarding themselves with icy shields marching down the staircase towards you. You take your sword stance, weapon held overhead with your left arm forward towards the enemy. With a split-second’s concentration on that hungry energy swirling around your hand you shape it into a shield, waiting to see what they’ll do next. And to your surprise the closest three put their weapons away, drinking from a bottle then spitting balls of dark energy at you! For a moment you’re worried, until you remember your shield. It likes dark energy like that, each of the three balls vanishing into the shield like they never were.

“Alright, my turn.” you reply, sticking your sword point-first into the ground and raising your right hand. Focusing your energy just like Chilli taught you, you form a spinning disc of razor-sharp energy above your hand, smirking at the uncertainty in your enemys’ faces. Before they can either retreat or attack, you launch your energy forward. “HYAAAAA!”

The enemy knights try and brace themselves behind their shields, but it’s no use. Chilli’s attack is almost unstoppable, their flimsy metal shields don’t stand a chance. The disc slices clean through the twelve knights, slashing into and actually through all of them and the staircase behind them as well.

“Oops.” you say, feeling your face heat up as you see the damage your attack caused. “Sorry.”
“There is no need to apologize.” a feminine voice says from behind you, you turning and gasping at what you see.
>>
>>4348630
“You’re okay!” you shout, surprised at seeing the god with snakes for legs is up. But more surprising is for some reason he sounds like a girl. Did your healing go wrong somehow?
“All thanks to thee, brave Blade of the Darkmoon.” the god says, gliding up to you on his snake-legs. “But, praytell, how’dst thee venture here? This time is far from thine own.”
“Miss Yorshka brought me here to save you!” you reply happily. “She even told me where to find you.”
“That miserable excuse for a dragon!” the deep voice from above trembles in rage. “Knights, keep them here. Do not let them escape alive!”

And as he shouts this his energy begins moving away, and towards Miss Yorshka! He’s gonna try and hurt her!

“We must protect my sister.” the god beside you says seriously. “But my powers haven’t yet recovered. Can’st thee clear our path?”
“You bet!” you shout, flaring your aura. “Just stay behind me, an’ try to keep up! HYAAAA!!”

Shouting you dash straight up the stairway, slashing any and all of his pale knights within reach as you focus on the leader’s large energy. You can’t tell just how strong he is, because something’s wrong with it. Almost as if something else is in his body with him, powering him up. But you can’t focus on that for now, flying out the archway and then straight up as you charge the bad guy.

“You’re not gettin’ away!” you roar, magical shield up as you dash towards him. The funny-looking man seems surprised that you can fly, holding his two swords up before him. “I won’t let you hurt Miss Yorshka!”
“You’d challenge me, the great Sulyvahn, all to save a filthy half-breed?” he asks, his weird, featureless face unmoving as he talks. “Disgusting.”
“H-Hey! Some o’ my siblings are ‘half-breads’, that’s not very nice!”
“Why am I not surprised?” he replies, shaking his wierd-looking head. “I’ll give you one last chance, child. Surrender, and I’ll let you go. But challenge me, and you shall die. Choose wisely.”

“I already chose!” you reply, flaring your golden aura up. “An’ you’re goin down!”
“Foolish.” the man replies, both of his swords beginning to glow. The large golden sword burns with flames, and the smaller sword glows with a dark purple energy. You take your fighting stance once more, sword overhead and shield facing him. “The Age of Gods is over. And those who defend them, shall perish alongside them. Now, burn!”
>>
>>4348637
Sulyvahn swings his right sword, it launching a wave of fire right for you. But you’re immune to fire, thanks to Triumph, so you drop your shield and charge forward, planning to catch him by surprise. But as you hit his flames, you realize something’s wrong. His fire actually hurts!

“GAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!” you cry out in agony, feeling your body being consumed by the fire. There’s something wrong with this flame, it almost feels alive as it starts burning both you and your armor. Nothing you’ve ever felt before has been this awful, you feel like you’re dying! “TRIUMPH!!”
“KIIIIIII!!” you hear your Stand caw, barely above the crackling fire. But it is unable to help, you feeling your life burning away. That is until everything goes black, the burning sensation fading away until there’s nothing left. You’re left in a void of darkness, not seeing, hearing, or feeling anything. But as you drift through this timeless space, for how long you couldn’t tell, you notice something in the distance. You try peering at it, but can’t get a good look at it. But as you gaze at the small light, you watch as it swiftly grows into a raging inferno. You find yourself trapped inside a vortex of flames, but unlike that jerk’s fire this doesn’t burn you. In fact, as the fires rage you feel them going inside you, strengthening your entire being until you can’t contain this power any longer!

https://youtube.com/watch?v=9KS7v_RymzE

“GRRRRYAAAAAAAA!!!” you roar, the world suddenly appearing around your swirling flames. You feel ground beneath your feet, finding yoursef standing on some sort of platform with the two sword monster looking down at you. “I’m not done!!”
“What? I-Impossible!” the figure says, you seeing both him and Gwyndolyn in the air above you. “I burnt you down to ashes, how? No undead could have survived that! What are you?”
“I’m Caulifla!!” you roar, once more transforming into a Super Saiyan then launching yourself into the air towards him. “The Super Saiyan!!”

while I'm furious she died, science compelss me to ask, does that mean since she literally died she gets THE BIGGEST ZENKAI?!

Not necessarily because dying is cheap as all hell in DBZland, also in the dark souls universe, both of which pertains to this quest. Goku dying didn't give a trillion times power boost, and he's died several times now. So she will get one, probably a decent one, but not a namek tier gain 1000x your current PL zenkai.

QM UPDATE

Sorry for the late notice everyone, but there will unfortunately NOT be an episode of Saiyan Conqueror Quest this weekend. I have irl stuff to handle involving sick family, so I need to be there for them. Hopefully we’ll resume regular schedule next weekend, and again sorry for the late notice.

Yes. That wasn’t normal fire, as profane flames are of the dark and NEVER go out.

>This fight will have some rather severe consequences for that world’s canon, and you’ll see more in this epilogue’s part II!
Can't wait.

It is really good that she did not really die permanently (I mean technically she did, but Triumph saved her).
I have question about this.
That dark and empty void she found herself did not look similar to the afterlife that waits for mortals who die in Dragon Ball Universe.
It looked more similar to the black emptiness that Karn sometimes is when he loses consciousness (Towa talks to him "there", Fu did too once I think).

Where was Caulifa after she died?
And if theoretically she died again out there in the past when Triumph was dormant(unable to save her again) what would happen to her soul?

Would her spirit returned to the timeline, universe and afterlife that her soul normally belongs to?
Or perhaps would her soul be forever lost in that distant place from another time and world?

Bonus question:
>If her soul indeed became lost.
> Would Karn and family go on a rescue mission with Towa to find her soul whenever and wherever Caulifa's spirit is?
>>
>>4353141
Heh.
>>4353150
It does, until Triumph re-emerges from it’s dormant state. Which will nr hard on Caulifla, as she’s grown quite fond of healing people.
Thank you.

And I feel like I need to explain this a little more, for those who aren’t Souls players. When you’re summoned as a Blade of the Darkmoon, you appear as a blue phantom. That isn’t your ACTUAL body, as that’s still back in your own time. Instead you have a duplicate body made of darkmoon energy. But when Triumph felt that body die, as it sustained too much damage, it’s From the Ashes still activated. That void she was in was essentially her soul trapped in limbo, unable to figure out which body to go to before it snapped back to the newest one. So if she dies out somewhen else and Triumph is dormant, her soul will simply be returned back to her own body in her own time.

>Grining base powerlevel and Berserk mastery are diametrically opposed, at least unless you discover how to train your power WHILE transformed.
>>4343146
>For Berserk to gain ANY noticeable impact from gravity training, it would have to be three HUNDRED times your already +50x New Salda’s gravity chamber. But there are other methods of training, even if you are unaware of them.
> But there are other methods of training, even if you are unaware of them.
This is my new idea on how to make this and more possible.

Alright, so during this discussion about finding a way to train base power level while remaining transformed, it appeared to me that this may be some advanced and sophisticated technique / method of training.
I still have no clue what could it be, and finding it may be very hard.

However...
Whatever it is, we may have a method to entirely skip it.
Yes. Simply jump straight into training that raises our base power level while remaining transformed in Berserker/Ascended Berserker.
And we could do this right now.

>How to do this?
We had it available right in front of us for a long time.

It's done like this:
>Karn in base form goes into gravity chamber.
>Sets gravity chamber to level that gives him challenging training.
>Karn then transforms into Berserker Super Saiyan
>Karn uses multi form technique to split himself into 4 clones.
>Since all of them are in Berserker transformation gravity chamber is still too weak to do anything.
>That's where we do a little trick. The most important part of this plan.
Karn's CLONE number 1:
> powers down from Berserker back into our base form.
>He is still in active gravity chamber and has 1/4 of Karn's normal power level.
> So the environment he is in now will be hard for him.
>He can now focuses entirely on exercises, push-ups, work-out add similar things.
>This will allow Karn's Clone number 1 to successfully train and increase his base power level.
Karn's CLONE number 2:
>remains transformed in Berserker.
>This allows us to keep improving our mastery of Berserker form.
>We assign this clone entirely to working on training energy mastery/manipulation.
Karn's CLONE number 3:
>also remains in Berserker.
> I think the more of the clones remain in Berserker, the faster we will master it.
>We assign him to focus fully on learning about the Force with Darth Bane.
>He could start with Force Lightning and Foresight.
>Additionally he could use " Karn's clone number 2" as his target for Force Lightning practice.
>Why?
>To make " Karn's clone's number 2" energy mastery/manipulation training even more hard (and rewarding).
>"Karn's clone's number 2" would have to try to remain focused on his training while being hit by Force Lightning every now and then.

Karn's CLONE number 4:
>remains in Berserker as well.
>Summons his Stand "Divine Dragon Force".
>Pretty much nobody but other Stands and Stand users can see our dragon.
>Ok, Whis can see him too.
>But Karn can touch his Stand and Divine Dragon Force can touch Karn too.
> Divine Dragon Force seems to be strong.
>It is also sentient.
>It can also talk.
>We can even see through Divine Dragon Force eyes.
> Let's use it as our sparring partner.
>Fighting such uncommon opponent could help us learn new things in martial arts.
>But since our Stand is sentient he would also improve from this.
>Over time the Karn's and Divine Dragon Force understanding between each other would improve greatly.
>Since our Stand is sentient he could help Karn find and point out Karn's mistakes in his fighting style and correct them. Karn could do the same for his dragon.
>This would allow to develop so much better team work.
>As well as find better tactics, and ways to fight unconventionally together in team.
>Do you remember how in Dragon Ball Super Zamasu and Goku Black pretty much had perfect coordination because they were like one and the same person?
>Over time Karn and Divine Dragon Force could achieve this too.
>Turn Divine Dragon Force from something we summon occasionally, to something much better.
>A second well trained warrior that can be always with us.
>A second vigilant pair of eyes
>Fighter with mind focused on battle just like Karn, that is hidden in our shadow, yet can be always there.
>When Divine Dragon Force goes to a fight it matters a lot, and after our team practice it would mean even more.
>I think that if we really trained with Divine Dragon Force, we could uncover so much potential. There is so much achieve here.
So this is the plan on how to maximize our improvement from use of Multi Form training.
After long and hard practice like this then all 4 Karns Clones recombine into 1 Karn. He can now go to get rest he deserves.
And on next day Karn does it all again.

This is my base idea on how to start this. It would combine all of the most important aspects to practice. All at the same time without losing anything.
Quick summary on what types of training it would allow to do simultaneously:
>Base power level
>Energy Master/Manipulation
>Berserker form mastery
>Force with Darth Bane
>Divine Dragon force improvement
>Martial Arts training
>Team work (with our Stand).
>Additionally doing all of this would also be practice of the Multi Form technique itself.

That matters because:
>Over time while practicing Multi Form technique we could learn to make more clones.
>Meloka can already make 7.
>Once we can make the Karn Clone number 5, we could assign him to another very important part of training.
>Maybe practicing Barrier or Energy body techniques or train with sword/energy sword.
>Or maybe something else.
>There are so many interesting possibilities.

There is something important about the Multiform technique that I wanted to mention.
From what I remember Multiform has some certain huge disadvantages, that make it (in my opinion) not very good at real combat.
>When you split to four copies, each copy has only 1/4 of your power.
>From a certain point of view it could be now easier to just kill the clones one by one till none of them are left.
>After all they only have 1/4 of power that person who made them had.
>Another thing is that if for example one of the four Karn's clones gets killed, then he would be missing 1/4 of his max power level for a long time even after recombining into 1 Karn.
>If I remember right GD said it would take months to get maximum power level back to normal.
>Risky technique in true combat in my opinion.
But for training purpose Multi Form is actually excellent.
>The same thing that is it's weakness in real battle is it's advantage in training.
>Example bellow
>Karn became so strong in base form that gravity chamber in maximum setting is no longer enough to challenge him.
>There is a solution that fixes that instantly.
>Split into 2 clones.
>Each clone has 50% of Karn's strength.
>It feels heavy again in the chamber.
>He can now keep training without upgrading the gravity chamber.
>Some time later Karn is again too strong for the gravity chamber even while using 2 clones.
>Let's split into 4 clones this time.
>Situation repeats and he can train once more.
>This will allow training to continue, since Karns clones only have 1/4 of their strength.
>Eventually he would learn to make "Clone number 5" and later "Clone number 6" and so on.
>This would theoretically allow for the training to go uninterrupted without need for Gravity Chamber Upgrade.

Another very important thing that should be said. It is connected to Multi Form's huge weakness.
>Since when you split into 4 copies, each clone is 4 times weaker than you normally.
>In combat that's a huge disadvantage,
>So I think it would be wise to use it only in practice/training environment.
>And in such way that Karn's Clones are in close proximity to the each other.
> This is necessary so just in case things get dangerous we can quickly recombine in 1 strong Karn.
>Yes I Know "We could just use Instant Transmision to teleport and recombine fast across vast distance.", but it's not the same.
>Four Karns near each other means four pair of vigilant eyes watching his back.
>With our Divine Dragon Force summoned that would make five pairs, even better.

Is there a need to be so super secure?
>Yes.
> There is need to cautious.
>Especially when using such risky but rewarding technique like Multi Form.
>Covenant already demonstrated that they can teleport assassins directly into our safe ship seemingly bypassing all defense and detection.
>We must be very careful when using a technique that makes us 4 times weaker for a while.
>Honestly I would advise to be very careful with Multi form technique even in the future.
>It's not just about Covenant. You never know when some assassin will try something.
>Remember when Killua Zoldyck tried to kill Karn on Lord Boros's ship?

This idea opens new opportunities. Next time when we have option to train we won't be just choosing 1 or 2 options.
>We could easily do minimum 4 tasks at once.
>And my very first basic Multi Form training plan already does more than 4 tasks.
>Perhaps we could figure out even better plan to use it, to squeeze even more out of the training with use of Multi Form.

I should probably mention here:
> If we are feeling really generous we could assign 1 clone to teach and oversee our students in training.
>Though all of them (students) would have to be with us (4 clones) in gravity chamber, because I don't want Karn's clones to split over large distance for safety reasons.

Another benefit of Multi Form training:
>Have 2 or more clones of Karn fight with each other in training.
>Karn would be able to literally face himself in battle.
>He could spot weak points in his fighting style, etc.
>He would have to fight against someone that can do everything he can, and knows all his tricks, thinks like him.
>This would be such a challenge.

Perhaps we could even do something like this:
>Clone 1 in base form.
>Clone 2 in base form.
>Clone 3 in base form.
>Clone 4 in Berserker form.
Then the improvement of our base power level would be bigger, but maybe Berserker Mastery progression would be slower.

Now I don't know if that is possible, but I had this crazy idea.
>Clone 1 in base form.
>Clone 2 in Berserker form.
>Clone 3 in Ascended Berserker form.
>Clone 4 in Ascended Berserker form.
Aside from base power level training this would allow us to not only finish mastering of Berserker, but would also let us to already train and work on mastering the Ascended Berserker.
>AND as soon as we are done with mastering the Berserker and Ascended Berserker we can finally start working on unlocking of the...
> Berserker Super Saiyan 3
>(Yes, I'm very excited about this.)

Remember when in the epilogue of Saiyan Conqueror Quest 128 Karn and his friend Freeza fought?
After Freeza won they had a chat:
>Karn -- “Guess I’ll really have to push my limits to catch back up, huh?”
>Freeza -- “I won’t let you surpass me again.” you say with a smirk, holding out your hand. “But you better not let me stay on top for too long now, you hear me?”
>Karn -- “I’m not stopping until I surpass you.” he replies, you clasping each others’ forearm. “I won’t stay behind forever.”
>Freeza -- “You’d better not.”

This Multi Form Training can allow Karn to truly push his limits, train, workout and improve like never before.
And with this Karn could really put an enormous effort to fulfill what he said to his friend.
>“I’m not stopping until I surpass you.” “I won’t stay behind forever.”

The best thing about this Multi Form Training is that we already have everything we need to do it.
>We could literally start training like this right now.

I admit I got really hyped and excited for this idea. I really wanted to find something that could help Karn.

Now the two most important questions at the moment are:
>Will it work like I hope it would?
>Can Karn pull this off?
>>
>>4354960
God I hope so. This seems to make 100% sense and if GD says it works, it'd let Karn push his way back to the top after the Covenant war. We could even have one clone practicing Oozaru with Nappa and Vegeta.

Interesting take, was wondering how long it would take for someone to bring up training while in multiform. However, there’s a big catch: when recombining, it averages out each individual Karn’s state. Even with two clones split on physical and Berserk training, when they recombine the training and results of each would be halved when returned to one body. Same with damage, incidentally enough. And another point, while you do have multiple bodies they all share the same mind. You’re essentially controlling four bodies simultaneously, while perceiving from each set of sensory organs at the same time. So while you CAN split yourself up for training, results will be divided by the number of Karns.
>>4355009
If it worked like that, Tien’s power would have far surpassed Goku’s at the 23rd WMAT, instead of being relegated to the second string.
>>
>>4355192
>Implying Tien's power wasn't limited by toriyama's hatred of the chinese and everyone who isn't a saiyan

>>Implying Toriyama even considered the training benefits of multiform
Of course he did. Hence why Piccolo did it and still proceeded to get btfo by Nappa.

Piccolo's idea of training with multiform is beating the shit out of himself with a clone.
Congrats, piccolo, you learned how to fight someone with your exact fighting style

Well, at least that means we can still use it for training our base PL without needing to upgrade the Gravity Chamber as much! Just need to have them doing the same exercise routine, like a one man yoga class

Well both Piccolo and Krillin knew it, as seen in their battle against Nappa. And Goku, being the move sponge he is, no doubt figured it out as well. As for Piccolo, he used it to fight himself to make his technique sharper, and close up any gaps in his defenses. Let me try explaining training another way: say you split into four, and all four train in base. When recombining, you’ll have only gained the benefit of one workout, not four.
>>4355481
Can you keep up with Karn, Karn and Karn? Today’s lesson is from Karn, and his three multiform copies!

>Karn and...Karn?
Please tell me that's a PQ.
>>
>>4355574
Also on the note of Multiform as a training aide, it'd probably be a good idea for our trainees to get some experience against a squad of decently powerful opponents, so some lesser Karns fit the bill.
Imagine trying to fight 3 Karns who are still leagues above you in terms of strength. It'd be a fucking nightmare.

If you want to get swole quicklike we should ask our friends. If we need to practice our controle we should train with Meloka. If we want to fight a powerfull foe we can go to ubo(still feel bad about leaving him hanging) and for berserk i think training with broly could speed it up aswell, 2 heads are better then one afterall. This should also help us strengthen our bonds too and give everyone some much needed screentime.

I think we may be hitting a wall on what we can train on our own soon too but doing these things together should help everyone get stronger quicker.
>>
>>4357896
It's not like we've been training by our lonesome up to this point either.
In recent memory, Jotaro was a great training partner and Bane has been an strict and effective teacher. I'm also certain we still sparred with Meloka regularly until she was too far along in her pregnancy for that.

Team training is important, as your students have learned from their recent battle. They’ve far surpassed their previous limits.

Jotaro’s Star Platinum was an excellent training partner, able to hit and move fast yet immune to all of Karn’s normal attacks. And yes, until more recently. Although she’s not stopped training her ki, and will most certainly have new deadly attacks when she rejoins the fight.

-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 135 Epilogue II-

AGE ???, CITY OF THE GODS

“What? I-Impossible!” the dual sword-wielding figure of Sulyvahn says, both him and Gwyndolyn floating in the air across from each other above you. “I burnt you down to ashes, how? Not even the undead could have survived that! What are you?!”
“I’m Caulifla!!” you roar, once more transforming into a Super Saiyan then launching yourself into the air towards him. “The Super Saiyan!!”

And before he, the petite god Gwyndolyn, or even yourself realize it, you’ve already passed both of them. Somehow you went way faster than you’d planned, turning back towards the two. And, even more surprisingly, you’ve gone more than double the distance you’d meant to go!

“What?” the frail god says, his snakes for legs not turning away from the bad guy. “How-?”
“This can’t be happening!” Sulyvahn shouts, swinging his fire sword and sending another wave of fire at you. Knowing how much that hurt last time you dodge, dropping down to their level and easily avoiding his evil fire. “Everything was going perfectly, until YOU showed up! And ruined everything!!”
“Now thou shalt pay, Sulyvahn!” Gwyndolyn shouts, having somehow drawn a bow without you seeing it. Releasing the string, he doesn’t just fire one, or two, or even three arrows. He fires more than twelve arrows, which all move at slightly different speeds and spread out to cut off any escape. He tries to avoid the flurry of arrows, but still takes several of the golden arrows to the chest. “Thine misdeeds shall not go unpunished!”

“Your time is over!” Sulyvahn shouts back, swinging his fire sword and launching a wave of fire towards the small god while thrusting his left sword at you, which launches a spear of dark violet magic right at you. Which would have been trouble before, but you’re so fast now it can’t hope to hit you. Spinning around his attack you dash over to the two-sword jerk, and before he realizes what’s happening you’re already past his swords. “What?!”
“Take THIS!!” you roar, slamming your left fist into that jerk’s face. As that dark energy touches Sulyvahn, you feel something getting pulled into you, but only for an instant as your attack sends him flying. Sulyvahn crashes down to a courtyard far below, where several giants are laying collapsed. You’d assumed they were all dead, but the bad guy’s impact seems to have woken two of them up!
>>
>>4358562
“W-What?” Sulyvahn says, looking between the two of them as they rise up and begin stomping their way over to him. “Stay back, you beasts!”
“Gwrooar!” one bellows, it’s deep voice rumbling as it slams a fist down. Sulyvahn leaps back, the impact leaving a surprisingly large crater in the courtyard.
“My Deacons, handle these beasts!!” he shouts, leaping back into the air as several candle-holding people in flowing robes begin shooting fireballs down at the giants. But you can’t focus on them, the bad guy’s trying to come back! “I shall handle the Darkmoon!”
“Stay back, mister god!” you say, flaring your own golden power up. And to your surprise you see bolts of blue lightning dancing along your aura. Did you finally do it, and transform when you blacked out? This catches you by such surprise you forget about the sword guy for a few seconds, clenching and unclenching your left fist as your power surges higher than ever. “Hehe, I’ve got this!”

“Fight honorably, brave Darkmoon Knightess.” the god says, flying up higher and doubtlessly over to his sister. You know when you get back home you’re gonna give each of your brothers and sisters a biiiig hug, so no doubt he is doing that now.
“I will not be undone!” Sulyvahn shouts at you, swords glowing with red fire and purple magic. “But if I cannot defeat you by myself, then we shall crush you ourselves!”
“Wait, huh?” you ask, his sentence confusing you. That is, until ANOTHER Sulyvahn appears from the first one, this one glowing purple and kinda see through. “Woah! What’s that?”

“Now, you fall.” the two Sulyvahns say, while swinging their swords in unison. Two waves of fire then two piercing magical arrows are all launched towards you, but despite doubling his attack volume none of his attacks connect. You’re simply too fast, spinning around and between his different ranged attacks. Which clearly frustrates the bully. “Why won’t you just die?”
“Because!” you shout, and seeing your opportunity blitz down between his attacks and closing the distance. And before he can react you lunge, thrusting your fire sword straight into his chest. “You’re a jerk! HAAAAA!!”

And you kick off his chest, sending him crashing down into a building beside the courtyard. His purple phantom self disappears, you looking over at the building he crashed down in. Something’s wrong, an evil energy coming from that building you sent Sulyvahn down into. Glancing over to the giants, you see them easily smashing the robed guys so leave them to it, flying over to the hole Sulyvahn’s body made and peering in. But before you can go in after him, a gentle hand rests on your shoulder.
>>
>>4358563
“Do not pursue, brave knight.” Gwyndolyn says, you turning to the small god. “Beneath this hall waits one most foul. Aldrich, the Devourer.”
“Who?” you ask, not sure what he’s talking about. But from the seriousness of his expression you back away, looking to him curiously.
“To think such a beast succeeded Father...” he mutters, then shakes his head and turns back to you. “Come. We have much to do, and not much time.”
“Okay!” you say, following the small god back over to Miss Yorshka’s tower. She’s waiting for you both, and as you both land the two gods begin telling you their plan. You carry Miss Yorshka, who’s surprisingly light over to the tallest building around. It looks big an’ intricate, you following the god over to an enormous pair of double doors. But he doesn’t push the door open, simply waves his golden staff and they begin moving. “Woah! How’d you do that?”

“A simple mechanis-“ he begins, but is interrupted by something slamming to the ground! It looks like a giant spider, back covered in bones at it roars at you both.
“Get back! HAAA!!” you shout, dropping Miss Yorshka and charging the beast. You have to get past this monster, and quick, else their plan could fail. So you rush the monster, slamming your shoulder into it’s big dumb face. Your preemptive hit knocks the monster back, giving you an opening. “Triumph! Huh?”

You try summoning your Stand once more, but to your surprise it’s back in it’s ball form! What’s going on here?

“Knightess!” the tiny god calls, turning your attention back to the slobbering monster. It tries to bite you, but you’re too fast for it. Flipping forward you slam your right heel down, the impact sending it’s head crashing into the block floor so hard the entire building trembles. It growls groggily, but before it can recover you stab your flaming sword in right between the monster’s eyes. It howls in pain as your sword’s fire spreads, the entire dark beast’s head then body catching fire. After a few seconds it disappears, consumed entirely by your flames. “Well done. But we cannot stop yet.”
“Yeah!” you reply, turning back to Miss Yorshka as you switch your sword to your left and hold a hand down. “Sorry for droppin’ ya, but-“
“It is quite alright.” she replies, you helping her to her feet. “Let us hurry.”

The two gods and you make your way inside the large building, you following at the rear and make sure no more of that jerk’s monsters pursue you. But thankfully nothing else appears, you following them into the room they’d described.
>>
>>4358566
You find yourself in large room with a balcony overlooking it, that makes it ideal for you and Gwyndolyn to hold off the dark monsters while he recovers more of his magic. The two of then go around the two statues, you hearing an elevator taking them up to the second floor while you look at the statues. One is of a big man, with a big beard, sword and pointy crown. The other is of a lady wearing flowing robes, but you notice something off. The pedestal to the man’s right is missing it’s statue.

“Hey, I think he stole your statue!” you call, both deities looking down as you point to the empty space. “See?”
“No, t’was not Sulyvahn’s doing.” Gwyndolyn says, seeming both sad and angry. But he doesn’t say anything else, clearly not wanting to talk about it. You leave him alone, turning back towards the doorway you’d walked in and peering out. You have to be ready for whatever monster that jerk sends your way. But after several minutes of nothing happening, you start getting impatient. You wanna finish kicking his stupid butt already, your friends and family still needs your help too!

“Hey, mister go-woah!!” you say, the once-empty room now no longer so. A golden knight with a big spear is standing in the middle of the room, you taking a surprised step back. “Who’s that?”
“One of Father’s knights, the legendary dragonslayer Ornstein.” the god says, floating down from the balcony. “Yet his strength is limited, by my own weakness. Mine powers art slow to return.”
“I have an idea!” you say, switching your sword to your left hand. You reach out and grab his left in your right, and focus. “If you need some more power, take some of mine!”

“What does’t thou-“ he begins, but can’t finish as you send some of your own strength into the tiny god. Your golden energy pours into his tiny frame, which seems to grow by the second. After a few seconds he’s suddenly as tall as Daddy, and looking much better than before. He seems shocked as you let him go, looking down at his hands in confusion before between you and his shiny new golden knight. He touches the knight’s armor, channeling your given strength into him. You watch as his fighter grows massive, tall as an Oozaru as golden lightning dances along his spear. But he doesn’t even look at it, turning back to you. “Such strength. Knightess of the Darkmoon, such a gift has ne’er been given by one such as thee. With your gift of might, I shall retake the city of mine kin. If there be’est anything thoust desire, please, tell me.”
“Anything?” you ask him, and when he nods you think hard. Anything you want? But what DO you want?
>>
>>4358568
It’s such a deep question, one you hadn’t ever really been asked before. What do you want? Before you stands a magic-wielding god who just said he’d give you anything, but now you don’t know what you-that’s it! You know what you want!

“Teach me to do magic!” you say excitedly. “Magic’s super cool, but my big brother said I couldn’t use it! Can you teach me? Please?”
“Let me see.” he says, reaching out with his free hand and resting it on your forehead. With his big sun helmet you can’t see much of his face, but you do see his mouth turn into a frown and your hopes are dashed. Maybe Chilli was right, maybe you can’t use magic after all. “Hrmm. Thou’st lack the ability to perform magic thine self, but perhaps...”
“Perhaps what?” you ask, a tiny spark of hope kindeling in your chest. But he doesn’t say anything, holding his scepter up and vanishing! But only for a moment, as he returns holding a couple objects. One’s a rather thick book, and the other looks like a small bell. “What’s that?”

“Since thou doest not possess the means of spellcraft, perhaps this shall ease thine burden.” he replies, handing you the silver bell. You take it carefully, afraid of breaking the delicate-looking treasure. “This chime, blessed by the divine sister Filianore, shall aid thee when sharing blessings of the divine.”
“Blessin’s of-huh?” you ask, not really understanding what he’s saying. So instead of explaining he simply hands you the book, waiting for you to take it. But you don’t yet, confused. “What’s this?”
“Inscribed within this blessed tome art the sum total of the miracles of Anor Londo.” he says, almost reverently. Holding the book in his left hand, he then glances to your sword, reaches out, and with his right hand grabs it! His hand burns before your eyes, the god wincing at the pain for several seconds before releasing it. “Perhaps a show of faith will be faster. Now, Knightess, take a knee.”

He bends down, you imitating him as close as you can while still looking at him worriedly. He gingerly sets the book down, flipping through the pages until he comes to the one he wants. He then points to a picture, a woman seemingly radiating with light.

“Now, hold the sacred chime in your hand, and ring it as you recite this verse.” he instructs, you holding it in your right hand as you peer at the book. You’ve not really learned to read well, and-hey! You can read everything in here! It’s wierd, you can’t really read things well normally but this book is somehow super easy! You read the small story aloud, about a woman named Princess Gwynevere and how she’d share her bounty with everyone. As you do, however, you feel something unfamiliar welling up. As you read the final line, that energy building up is suddenly unleashed!
>>
>>4358577
Light begins pouring out from the ringing chime, you looking up and seeing a golden circle around both you and the small god. But more specifically his hand, which heals itself before your eyes!

“Woah, no way!” you say, looking between his hand and the chime. “Di-Did I do that?”
“Thine Faith, directed by reciting these divine prayers, allows one to channel the power of the gods.” he says. “Despite thee having no innate magical potential, thine faith will allow thee to perform many great and wonderous miracles. In time, once thou’st memorized these many great works, these prayers from memory thou may recite.”
“I...I don’t know what to say.” you say, overwhelmed. Gingerly setting the chime down, you go over to the god and give him a biiiiiig hug. “Thanks Mister Gwyndolyn! I promise I’ll take real good care of them!”
“Thou art welcome, child.” he says, gingerly patting your head. He almost reminds you of Momma while he does, you resting your head against him for several seconds before ending the hug. “Now, hurry along. Thine own time calls.”

“Bye Mister Gwyndolyn! Bye Miss Yorshka!” you shout, waving to them both before picking up your special gifts. You feel yourself being pulled back, waving with your tail as your arms are full. “Thanks again!”
“Blessings of the Moon on-“ he says, but you’re returned to your own time before he can finish. You find yourself back on the planet you’d been fighting the Hive on, but things are clearly different now. Despite sounding real confident before, Erza is laying face-down on the ground with the monster poised above her, ready to strike.

“HEY!” you shout, the creature flinching as you get it’s attention. “Leave her alone!”
“Oh? Finally decided to return, have we?” it asks, stepping over her and towards you. “Very well. Come with me, and I’ll have no more reason to harm her.”
“Ca...Li....” Erza says, raising an arm up towards you before slumping back to the ground. You take a knee, cutting a rock open to set the book and chime down inside it before rising back to your feet.

“I’m not the same as I was when I left.” you say, clenching your fists.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=M65QwnxHe6I

“HAAAAAAAAAAAA!!” you roar, raising your power as high as it goes before digging deep. It seems to catch the bug lady off-guard, but you’re not done yet! You focus deep inside yourself, pulling that golden power forth once more. But unlike the normal golden aura, this time it’s accompanied by a greater surge of power and blue sparks along your aura. well at least this way she can still heal even without her stand

Wrath of the gods spam for massive damage, almost guaranteed stagger, and sorcery reflection.
Great Magic Barrier to cuck magic users out of 90% of their magic.
Karmic Justice is a particularly interesting buff, considering how Caulifla can return to life...

>>4358620
It will take a long time before she can recant tales from memory. But once she has, her abilities will be greatly amplified.
>>4358647
To an extent, yes. But this method takes far longer, and has certain limits she doesn’t yet know of
>>4358724
It will be interesting to see how she progresses

Are her zenkais bigger because she actually died and came back rather than the near death experience of most other zenkais?

>getting a literal faith grimoire for basically setting up anor londo to be run by gwyndolyn and co, thus entirely setting up the DS universe to be entirely different During DS3
I'm entirely ok with this, but this might cause at least a minor shitstorm with the time patrol cause darkmoon fuckery is still time bullshit at the end of the day, and the darkmoon ring is almost like a localized Time ring for the purposes of that particular world.
>>
>>4359438
She didn’t just die. Her entire body burned down to ashes(due to Triumph, but still) then was reborn. Every cell of her being was destroyed, then recreated.

Or perhaps, this was how it was meant to be? The flow of time around the waning flame is convoluted, yet those events already happened long ago with at least one god’s direct approval.

this is literally the same thing that happened to Perfect Cell, who went from being SS2 Gohan's punching bag to breaking his arm with a stray blast not even directed at him. so yeah, that means a BIG zenkai

Still means that Cauli is damn near invincible, every time she faces a foe beyond her in power and dies, she'll lose Triumph (for a bit) and come back twice as strong, if not more!
Sucks that she, y'know, Dies, but at least she benefits from it so long as they aren't so for beyond her that her increased power means nothing or are a Stand user themselves, then losing Triumph just fucks her over harder.
>>
>>4360168
Provided Caulifla doesn't manage to die twice in an encounter, she should survive just about anything.

Thanks for answer. I had in mind tremendous improvements of Karn's training benefits.
>results will be divided by the number of Karns.
This means that Multi Form Training will not be as good as I hoped it would be.
But it was worth to try this plan, it sounded so good in theory.

We can still use it for one thing. Like this Anon said:
>>4355481
>Well, at least that means we can still use it for training our base PL without needing to upgrade the Gravity Chamber as much! Just need to have them doing the same exercise routine, like a one man yoga class

Maybe in the future we could tell our scientist to make something else instead upgrading the Gravity Chamber.
But then again missing the possibility of a Gravity Chanber upgrade does not feel right.
Upgraded Gravity Chamber that is:
>New
>Shiny
>Improved
>Stronger
>more reinforced (and therefore allowing for more intense training and sparring inside)
is something really hard to resist.

>>4355574
>Let me try explaining training another way: say you split into four, and all four train in base. When recombining, you’ll have only gained the benefit of one workout, not four.
I may have new idea again, but I but I need to check few things first, before I post it. I want to try to make it as good as possible, and perhaps this time bring in something that can really help Karn.
I probably won't make it in time to post it in this thread. Maybe it will be ready to post in next thread.

>Can you keep up with Karn, Karn and Karn? Today’s lesson is from Karn, and his three multiform copies!
That sounds interesting.

>>4355805
>Also on the note of Multiform as a training aide, it'd probably be a good idea for our trainees to get some experience against a squad of decently powerful opponents, so some lesser Karns fit the bill.
>Imagine trying to fight 3 Karns who are still leagues above you in terms of strength. It'd be a fucking nightmare.
Seems like a big challenge for students.

I agree training with our friends is a great idea.
>I think we may be hitting a wall on what we can train on our own soon too but doing these things together should help everyone get stronger quicker.
> hitting a wall on what we can train on our own soon
I'm not sure if that wall exists and if it does exists then it can be broken through.

There is one character that shows that it is possible.
Display of how strong you can get by focusing and training on your own
Quote from "dragonball.fandom.com/wiki/Jiren":
> In the anime, when Jiren was a child, he returned to his house and found that his parents were killed by a villain.
>He was saved by Gicchin, who would become his teacher and took him away to improve his strength.
>Later, with his allies, Kitchen's other students, they fought the villain, but most of his friends and even his teacher died.
>His remaining friends gave up hope on avenging their lost ones and moved on with their lives.
>From that point onward, Jiren was alone and trained so he could become stronger, as he no longer believed in trust, only in strength.
> To Jiren, strength is justice, as strength is absolute, qualities which attracted Belmod to him.
>He lived in solitude until he met the Pride Troopers.
> From that point onward, Jiren was alone and trained so he could become stronger, as he no longer believed in trust, only in strength.
> To Jiren, strength is justice, as strength is absolute, qualities which attracted Belmod to him. He lived in solitude until he met the Pride Troopers.
I would like to put an emphasis on that:
> From that point onward, Jiren was alone and trained so he could become stronger, as he no longer believed in trust, only in strength.
We all know how strong Jiren became. It shows that you can get strong by focusing only on training all alone.

Of course I posted this just to show that there is a way.
I know that training with our family and friends is really great.

So many interesting things happened in this epilogue.
>“Thine Faith, directed by reciting these divine prayers, allows one to channel the power of the gods.”
I have a question about this. Caulifa seems like she has a lot of faith, so it all makes sense, but would that book and bell work in everyone's hands?
If theoretically someone as cold and logical as maybe Dr. Nefarious tried to use it would it work?
Or would he lack the belief to make anything happen?

Another question is about those "miracles" she will be doing. Am I correct thinking that they something else than:
> the magic that Chilli does.
> the Force
>Psionics
>and it's not like what the Stands do
The nature of those Miracles is different, and source of their power is different too.

Is Caulifa only character we met in character so far that can do this?

>“Despite thee having no innate magical potential, thine faith will allow thee to perform many great and wonderous miracles. In time, once thou’st memorized these many great works, these prayers from memory thou may recite.”
> these prayers from memory thou may recite.
That will be so good, when she will learns to do this.

>>4358563
>“Stay back, mister god!” you say, flaring your own golden power up. And to your surprise you see bolts of blue lightning dancing along your aura. Did you finally do it, and transform when you blacked out? This catches you by such surprise you forget about the sword guy for a few seconds, clenching and unclenching your left fist as your power surges higher than ever. “Hehe, I’ve got this!”
Caulifa has received some massive power level increase from her Zenkai. It even allowed her to reach Ascended Super Saiyan.
This is great. I was worried that the campaign against the Hive may take a bad turn but now Caulifa with her new strength can save those that would die without her.
>And she can also heal again.
> Erza was probably like seconds from being killed before Caulifa returned to her time.

>>4358434
>Who’s ready for Caulifla’s multiclassing?
She is about to become Warrior/Cleric.

>>4359961
>The difference is microscopic, in that unlike Caulifla, one of Cell’s cells survived
That must be some really huge Zenkai.
Possibly record breaking Zenkai. I wonder what her power level is now.

There are a lot of good ideas in here.
By the way I remember when Eail and his Space Alcoholic Quest debuted. It had blue colored member of Freeza race Arctus as protagonist.
>(so good that GD brought him to his quest)
The point is:
>Arctus was FIRST.

Maybe they are really getting some ideas from here.

A very important point. One can possibly grow their own strength by themselves to insane levels. However, this is dependent on their species, how long they live, etc. Remember, Hit is over 1000 years old, yet was physically weaker than Goku or Vegeta who at that point almost had a century COMBINED.
>>4361014
The question is: what does one have faith in? And what is the source of that faith?
Yes, and in-character Karn hasn’t seen ANYONE do this, that he’s aware of. Doesn’t necessarily mean he hasn’t.
Reciting from memory will be an incredibly potent skill, and something she’d have to work long at. Although someone else on that mission may have other thoughts about what she’s doing.
And if you want to check her powerlevel, the pastebin’s always open unless the site’s down.

They’ve worked hard, and have been blessed with good fortune and genes. Think about it, right now Caulifla’s base is almost equal to canon Captain Ginyu’s, and could fight Namek Saga Freeza’s third form. And she’s EIGHT.

>>

And thankfully she isn't in the same position as Goten or Kid Trunks so she'll actually live up to her potential.
>>
>>4361753
>>4361814
To be fair, there’s nothing wrong with not wanting to fight. The issue is that they live in a shonen anime world where fighting decides everything instead of reality. It doesn’t help that Toriyama hypes up their potential and aside from Gohan going SS2 against Cell they don’t really live up to it. It’s a Chekhov’s fun situation. Why even hype them up if they aren’t going to do anything?

Plus well, while Gohan isn’t the strongest, he canonically made ki training mainstream with a book he wrote explaining how it works. That’s definitely useful down the line but not immediately.

>The question is: what does one have faith in? And what is the source of that faith?
If I was guessing then maybe it would something like this:
Caulifa
>Despite being young she has seen lot of unusual and magical things.
>Because of that it comes to her more naturally to really believe in a story about a Goddess.
>Goddess that will hear prayer and when Caulifa will be in need the Goddess will benevolently answer it by performing a miracle to heal the wounded.
Dr. Nefarious
>Comes from a race that was technologically advanced. They seemed to be focused on science.
>Most of them would probably perceive world from that point of view.
>Dr. Nefarious was a scientist so that makes scientific worldview even more important to him.
>If Greys did not had an opportunity to meet gods in person (like Shin for example), those stories about them may have sounded to them like fairytales, but nothing real.
>On top of that Dr. Nefarious has seen his race being destroyed.
>That would probably not rekindle any minimum amount of faith that may have had in Gods (if he even had any faith).
>"Gods did nothing during all of this, they probably don't exist."
>A book about a "benevolent Goddess" and a "blessed bell" would probably sound ridiculous to him.
>If there is something that Dr. Nefarious believes it, then it would be science.
That is how I would imagine it.

>And if you want to check her powerlevel, the pastebin’s always open unless the site’s down.
Yes, of course, true.
I did not thought of this, because for some reason I was convinced that we would only get the latest information about her power level , when Karn will meet her in person again.

>A very important point. One can possibly grow their own strength by themselves to insane levels. However, this is dependent on their species, how long they live, etc. Remember, Hit is over 1000 years old, yet was physically weaker than Goku or Vegeta who at that point almost had a century COMBINED.

Sorry for doubleposting, realized something important about multi form training. We can't, it won't make it any easier; and will probably make it harder. But we won't be blowing up several dozen planets due to being that ridiculously overpowered this way. You split into four, then let them go Oozaru.
