In the last session we ended up helping Ceno forces in fortifying their position after their somewhat pyrrhic victory over the Holy Nation’s military forces. With this action, we unambiguously displayed that we support Ceno in the region, which would be quite obvious for the Chorus, but not significant enough to count as a major incident. Hopefully, it won’t cause any unwanted complications, right?

Once that was done with, the time was coming up for Rheia’s entrance exams, so we took her and Haven and set off for the capital. The registration went by with no complications and after standing through a queue, the three of you were free to roam through the city once again. The entrance exams apparently occur along with a very popular university festival which included various kinds of foods, stalls with various crafts and entertainers, which accumulated quite a large crowd.

However, after grabbing some snacks from one of the stalls, our group decided to head to the Pantheon district proper following the rumors of the arrival of Teryian and Ihmisetian representatives. The queen of Teryia herself would be among them, which especially took your interest, and the three of you had to go through some pretty thorough checks to be allowed on the territory of the Capitol, the political heart of Elspen. Once inside, we revealed our “divinity” and requested an audience, which caused quite a stir…

The guard cup clears his throat from the liquid that came the wrong way, after which he approaches you and squints his eyes looking at your halo for a few moments, after which he mumbles “it is legit…” to himself, too quietly for anyone else to hear. “P…please wait here” he says and sprints towards the doors, opens them up and runs deeper into the Capitol as the rest of the guards look in stunned silence and pass him by with their glances. “Aren’t Nike’s cups supposed to have a way to communicate with her?” you quietly ask Haven, to which she shrugs, having no answer. For the next five minutes, all of you stand around the main entrance, the guards staring at your group and you trying to look patient. This entire situation causes a small crowd to form from the random clerks passing by as they stop and stare as well. Most of them continue on their way rather quickly, but the number of onlookers is slowly rising. It’s not such an outlandish thing that you’ve done, right? There are several independent gods in the region, and this is the prime place for them to go to for official matters straight after the Valhalla itself. Haven rubs her right arm with her left hand, looking somewhat uncomfortable with attention while Rheia quietly asks if something is wrong, to which you tell her that everything should be alright.

Couple minutes later, that cup bearer shows up with another person whom you assume to be a cup bearer as well, pun unintended. It is a young and extremely well-endowed woman with long light brown hair. She’s wearing a richly decorated dress vaguely reminiscent to the official uniforms of the local government workers. There is a somewhat large pendant displaying Valetina’s insignia hanging just above the generous cut in the dress. A sheet of thin light pink colored fabric shawl with Val’s banner is also a part of her outfit, being held up by her hips with most of the fabric and the symbol being displayed on one side with the other side being wrapped into an accurate and pretty bow. It’s quite obvious whose cup that is. She enters looking quizzically at the first cup, likely not trusting whatever story he told her, but once she glances in your direction, her eyes go wide. However, literally in a fraction of a second she regains total composure, so quickly in fact that you had trouble catching her momentary loss of control. Her gaze passes to your halo, after which it falls back on your eyes as she starts talking to you.
>>
>>4591560
“Goddess Agatha, welcome to the Capitol. My name is Hecasta, I am Goddes Valentina’s Cup Bearer assigned here as the Pantheon’s permanent representative in the Elspen Senate. I am pleased to make your acquaintance. My patron, Goddess Valentina, is also present, although she is currently preoccupied with a discussion between her, her Highness Amaria, and Priestess Perianna of the Ihmisetian Remnant. I’m afraid that your arrival was not expected, although far from unwelcome. While she can’t meet you immediately, you are very much encouraged to attend the following private tea party. Please follow me.” Wow, she has an amazingly soothing voice, you could listen to it for hours and hours, you wonder if it was her gift from birth, or something given to her by Val.

The “tea party” is not quite a correct translation equivalent though, since Ceno doesn’t have the most common tradition of your time to meet up and drink tea or coffee to discuss the matters. Tea here is a luxury good that not many can offer, and it is not that popular. However, Ceno language has a single word “Tepomyit”, which consists of two words altered and mashed together which mean “tiny banquet”. It is a term for the “fancy socialization event with snacks and refreshments” so it is close enough to the tea party in its meaning, although in Ceno it is mostly associated with the high-class activity. Amusingly, it is also unofficially a mildly derogatory way to describe “pompous and frivolous things elves do”, although that doesn’t fit contextually in cup’s most recent remark.
>>
>>4591561
The doors now swing open by the two nearest guards which let your group and Hecasta in. The interior decoration of the entrance hall can be described as almost excessive, made mostly in gold and cream white tones with some drops of color. It includes incrusted semi- precious and precious gems, expensive imported hardwood floors and furniture, gold plated fancy chandeliers, glow- quartz lighting instead of candles, colored glass windows and ceilings that contain paintings which can be considered works of art. By looking through your memories, you find the partial source of inspiration for some of the decorations as the Winter Palace, located in St. Petersburg, a lavishly decorated residence of Russian emperors until 1917. This proves that it was built by an SG, although you wonder why this inspiration was chosen, considering that Russia has been a hermit state since the events of 2023, which was decades ago for anyone participating in the H+ Chrononaut program. They say that it was one of the worst years of that decade, still not quite reaching the level of infamy produced by the 2020 mostly because it was localized to eastern Europe and Asia.

You were directed to a circular room with the series of chairs placed by its walls. “The tea party is scheduled for roughly 20 minutes from now. Do not worry, for Valentina has been informed of your arrival. You are free to wait for the event here, or at least to be here in about 15-20 minutes from now to stay punctual. Please refer to any of the numerous servants stationed around the area if you need anything. For now, I must attend to certain duties related to… certain Teryian nobility, but I will come back to direct you once the event is about to start.” You thank Hecasta, who nods and parts ways with you, walking at a high pace through one of the corridors and disappearing as the servant closes the door behind her.
>>
>>4591563
Welp, looks like things are going well, right? You weren’t expected, but you were welcomed and all you need to do is to wait for a bit before you’ll be granted audience. To be fair, waiting for 20 minutes would be a bit boring, and it’s not like you are confined to one room. You can head out and explore the building for a bit as long as you return back on time, maybe with some minutes to spare in case Hecasta comes back sooner. As you take a few moments to mull it over, Rheia plops down at one of the chairs placed around the place with Haven following her and taking a seat nearby. Something tells you that Haven is slightly uncomfortable, but she makes all of the effort not to show it. You wonder what bothers her…

Hey guys, rereading the backlog took a bit more time than I expected, so today we’ll have one post with the next post upcoming tomorrow once I get free. For now, voting time is extended and feel free to discuss what to do next

>Let’s take a stroll around the place, maybe we’d meet someone interesting?

Good to see you back.

Ok, feels like we should keep an eye on the hottie, she seems to be able tonavigate this political things pretty easely and she could help us with that, if she is willing of course.

We suggested some things to speak about with the elven queen and the dark elf priestess last thread if I remember, I imagine those are still gonna be used right?

You notice that Haven seems to be concerned with something, so you sit down near to her and inquire on what she is troubled with. She looks around, and quietly asks if you know whether anyone is listening right now, to which you note that there is no one else in the room and the nearest staff members of the Capitol are a bit too far to casually overhear the conversations. However, you can’t prove that there aren’t any “microphones”, or super hearing users or anything like that, so there is some risk. Haven sighs, and then says:

“Honestly, I was not prepared for you introducing yourself… after I identified myself at the entrance. As you probably noticed, I don’t wear my house symbol openly, mostly because I don’t want to be casually associated with my house, or for House Elim to be associated with my choices and actions. No offense intended, but do you remember how I had trouble deciding whether or not I could serve you? I decided for myself, that for now I am not your religious follower, but an employee and a friend, which was enough to settle some of my personal doubts, but I am not sure if it would be accepted by my family. I don’t want the rumor to spread that someone from House Elim serves another goddess! Something like that is considered a great sin by my House. You can probably guess what ramifications might follow from that, such as being disowned, or even having to deal with attempts on my life and those that might end up close to me in the worst case. My family… can sometimes be… not very nice to say the least.

Honestly, I’m not sure what to do, really. I am not sure if the spread of the rumor can be stopped completely at this point, since my name is already in the list, but maybe you could somehow minimize the damage? Maybe officially claim that I’m hired or something… not that it would change much, considering that my approach might be a tad controversial anyway. The exact wording was “not to serve”, I interpreted it as “not to worship”, but my house was initially very hostile to cooperation with Ceno pantheon specifically due to that testament. I’m not sure that the Queen would recognize me, since I only saw her as a very small girl, but she might demand me to show her my house allegiance, and there might be other nobles there. I also won’t be able to lie to the queen, I’m sorry. I’m not sure if it would be appropriate to sit this one out either…” Haven states, sighs and goes silent.
>>
>>4600104
Well, you can see why she can feel that way, and you don’t really have the time to arrange anything specific. You could poke Valentina for a favor and erase the record of Haven, which would basically make any rumors easy to deny by there being essentially no evidence. You could ask her to sit the meeting out somewhere, which would remove the risk of higher up nobles finding out about her. You could also claim that you’ve hired her, or befriended her, or both, and stress that she is not worshiping you, but that might have mixed results. Then again, maybe it might be a good chance to highlight her in an extremely positive sense, such as claiming that her advice was very valuable to you, but it can have both very good and very bad consequences. You only have a few minutes to make up your mind though, it is likely that the Cup would arrive soon to take you to the queen…

Choose any amount of non- conflicting options.

>Ask for a favor to erase Haven from Capitol entrance records, although to be fair, you’ve asked for quite a few favors already, and you don’t really feel like owing Valentina anything as she seems quite dangerous…
>Ask Haven to sit this one out, you’d prefer to not have to worry about her connections to you being revealed in front of the most important nobles of her country
>Ask both Haven and Rheia to sit this one out, you will draw all attention to yourself that way, hopefully
>Take Haven along, and if necessary, make it very clear that you hired her, and that she is not your worshiper
>Take Haven along, and if necessary, make it very clear that she is your friend, and not a worshiper or anything of that kind. Nike’ makes mortal friends all the time, why can’t you?
>Take Haven along, and note that she was instrumental in your start of existence as a goddess, along with other praises. Most risky, but also potentially most rewarding option for her House
>Other ideas?
>>
>>4600105
>Take Haven along, and if necessary, make it very clear that she is your friend, and not a worshiper or anything of that kind. Nike’ makes mortal friends all the time, why can’t you?

This one seems most logical.
>>
>>4600105
Apologise to her, say that we did not think this through and would never put her in danger or her family, she is very important to us. Grab her hand and say that we can tell them that

>Take Haven along, and if necessary, make it very clear that she is your friend, and not a worshiper or anything of that kind. Nike’ makes mortal friends all the time, why can’t you?
But if she thibks that this is in any way not worth it we are willing to owe a favor to Valentina since the blunder was ours and combine

Alright, writing. I will have to postpone the post until tomorrow though, since I won't be able to post it before midnight and I have to force my sleep schedule into normal mode. Sorry. I expect that it might be a big one
>>

Well, looks like not today. I'll try to write the update tomorrow, today was entirely consumed by entrance documents
>>
>>4600172
Oh wow, that was a serious blunder on your part. You forgot, or more accurately the thought just didn’t come to you that Haven might not want to be seen with another goddess. This can be problematic… You apologize to her and propose that you could make it very clear that she is your friend and specifically not a religious follower. You didn’t want to put her or her family in danger, and she is very important to you. Haven frowns and says “I guess you don’t know how this nobility thing really works… Even if you make it clear to the nobles that are present, what would prevent them from twisting your words when relaying the message? Rumors are a weapon, especially among the nobility. It is a power play, there are no true friends there, especially in relation to House Elim. I know that I’m not really an heir to my House in any sense of the word, but this can be a painful jab to the already suffering image of my family. Less painful than an outright confirmation, but still…” You sigh and start thinking of the way out of this mess. You’ve done your bed, now you need to lie in it.

A couple minutes later, Hecasta comes back and states that at this point it is finally possible to join Valentina and her guests. Then a thought comes to your mind: “Before we go, is it possible to ask goddess Valentina for a favor?” The cup bearer smiles and replies: “It would depend on what specifically is your wish, but my Patron is listening.” You explain the situation, to which the cup bearer’s facial expression momentarily changes suggesting that Val is now in control of her. “My dear, what a precarious situation. We wouldn’t want your friend to fall victim to this predicament. However, it would not be easy to just cross out her name, the paper used to register at the gates is branded by the royal seal, so it is difficult to replace it. Nothing that is impossible though, but you would owe me a favor.”

“What do you want me to do?” You ask, to which the hottie replies: “Nothing right now, maybe tomorrow, maybe in a decade, plus answering such question somewhat devalues the favor, doesn’t it?” she smirks. “Although it is a personal favor, so it would be a personal favor in return.” You think for a few moments and reply: “This is my blunder that caused this situation in the first place, so I am willing to take the responsibility. I’ll owe you one.” You say and pass your hand for a handshake, which the cup bearer takes. “Splendid, and it was very noble of you. Now, let us head out. I presume that Haven would be sitting this one out. I will send a servant to pick her up and see to her accommodations.” You nod and Rheia hops off her seat to follow you along while Haven thanks you and remains seated.

The thee of you head through a wide and long corridor past the endless doors that lead to various cabinets, workplaces and other rooms required by the government workers and diplomats. Another turn right and a shorter corridor later leads you to the courtyard in the middle of the Capitol. You note that near to the roof it has an arrangement of large sheets of fabric and wooden mechanisms, which probably allow it to be closed up in the event of a rain similarly to how it was done in a roman Coliseum, or a more primitive version of what you could find on certain stadiums of your time. Currently, it is only partially deployed to block out the direct sunlight. The courtyard is arranged like a park with multiple various secluded spots for private conversations, tidy paved pathways and neatly kept decorative bushes and greenery. You can bet that this place has some sort of psi related effect in place, since it is unbelievably quiet even though you can see people walking through it and chatting. You also can’t manage to read lips on passersby, or more accurately you can, but they form an incoherent jumble instead of words. A neat trick, one wouldn’t want anyone else eavesdropping on conversations of anyone who might be important enough to be here.

You are led to a marble gazebo that stands in one of the neat corners of the courtyard and inside you can see six people seated around an oval table. First of all, there is, of course, the goddess herself wearing a gorgeous white and silver dress and sitting at the head of the table. To her right seats an Ihmisetian (dark/underground elf) priestess that you’ve never met before, but you can recognize her “rank” by a similar outfit that Amiya wears, although significantly more decorated. She has long straight hair of a light teal color and dark grey eyes. She feels more… adult than Amiya, with a serious and somewhat concerned expression on her face which seems to be her “default expression”. Slightly further in that direction sits a male Ihmisetian with short grey hair and quite a few noticeable scars on their face. They appear to be wearing a sort of “military officer” uniform that you are not familiar with. It is made of high quality- looking fabric and its design seems to vaguely mimic officer armor that you’ve seen back in the dwarven Ruin, especially regarding the rounded pauldrons and the texture trying its hardest to mimic the “purplish chitin plates and scales” pattern. You expect that this is something that important Ihmisetian officers wear for official events, so this might be one of the few surviving high end military leaders of the Remnant.
>>
>>4608785
On the other side closest to the goddess sits the Teryian Queen herself, Her Highness Amaria Khaleini. She is, indeed, quite difficult to miss. Her hair looks literally like silver, as in if someone took silver wires as thin as human hair and diligently polished them to a mirror shine. Her hair is tucked into a neat bun in a way that lets her ears to be seen to show off her earrings, which frame the border of her ears and make them look pointier. On the top of her head, she has a beautiful and intricately crafted silver tiara encrusted with blue gems that fit well with her hyacinth blue eyes. Her face is indeed noticeably different from other people at the table, it is as if it was carefully sculpted to make her look trustworthy and kind, although she has that strange vibe as if she looks WAY younger than she is. She looks like an adult in her late 30s by human standards, but something in her expressions and the way she holds herself makes it seem as if she is incredibly wise and lived long enough to be a grandmother to anyone here, including you and Valentina. You do note that in addition to all of this, she is very much conventionally beautiful with symmetrical face and a very fair skin that lacks any imperfections. She is wearing a dress mainly of pure white and blue colors with silver pieces of jewelry, and you note that it is different from what you’d consider historical, it feels as if it was made with opinions on beauty from your times. She has a corset with some cleavage showing, but less than Valentina and WAY less than some examples from renaissance. At the same time, the wide and semi- rigid dress skirt appears to consist of two main layers, with the inner layer being up to her knees and outer layer being up to the floor long, but with the cut out section in front displaying the inner layer kind of like the stage wings display the actors.
>>
>>4608786
Next to her sit two male elves, whom you presume to be representatives of high nobility and the House of Commons respectively. The noble elf is a handsome man that looks like he is in late thirties by human standards. He has neatly combed dark brown hair and his chin is slightly wider than is common for the Teryians. He is also a bit taller than most people at this table and his shoulders are more comparable to human body plan in their width making him look slightly more imposing. His outfit is a weird cross between renaissance styles and a tuxedo. His costume is, of course, consisting of multiple layers, but on the very top he has an atlas silk jacket decorated by a golden thread pattern of what you presume to be his house crest, a side view of a dragon holding a greatsword in its front limbs and striking an imposing pose. He also has a large sigil engraved on a golden disk and attached on the left side to his jacket like a medal. On top of it he has a sort of short carmine red cape. His pants are similar to jodhpurs in design, which means they flare up above the knee to facilitate horseback riding. He seems to be preoccupied with listening to the queen’s chatter with the goddess.

The last person there that we care about is, of course, the Commons representative. It is a much more “average”- looking man who appears somewhat older than 35. He has charcoal black hair and he has a pair of finely crafted and decorated glasses that he uses to read something on a document attached to a wooden clipboard in front of him. He is wearing a somewhat simpler but still high-quality outfit that lacks any sigils or anything else, just plain colored expensive fabric. You expect this to be a statement of him definitely not being a noble, which you expect to be either a point of shame or a subject of pride as the highest-ranking Commons government worker. His pants are also straight and he lacks the cape, which he compensates by having quite an impressive neck frill.

As you approach, a question comes to your mind. How do you present yourself to them? Should you…

>Let Hecasta introduce you to these people
>Introduce yourself in a more casual manner, you were never much for the protocols…
>Introduce yourself humbly, you are in presence of an actual queen after all
>Introduce yourself while carefully excluding signs of submissiveness, you are a goddess after all

>Let Hecasta introduce you to these people
First since I resume this is protocol and then
>greet while carefully excluding signs of submissiveness, you are a goddess after all
But do treat the queen with respect, she may not be as powerful individually as we are but her experience and wiseness with this world should not be taken lightly. And Valentina we already know on informal terms
>>
>>4608788

>Introduce yourself in a more casual manner, you were never much for the protocols…

Not exacly informal but for exemple, greet the queen on her language in a respectful manner, at the same time apolovizing for inconveniencing them in such short notice for a meeting, we are sure we were not expected but when the news about their presence reached us we could not help but to ask for an audience

And greet the Remnant in the appropriate cultural way that we pi led up while interacting with the ones from the ruins, respecting their customs.

And Val we just wink and say something nice to her lol

You decide that you’ll let the cup introduce you, after which you’d get yourself involved. You plan to be somewhat casual in your introduction, but not completely informal. Also, you think that it would be better not to show signs of submission, since you are a goddess after all. By which you mean such common displays as curtsies or bows, even light ones, and a few others. Body language is an important part of how people interact, and others can get a lot of information about you based on how you act. You need to be polite and respectful, but at the same time not submissive, which would be somewhat of a challenge considering that most of the common ways to display respect in both western and Ceno culture are tied to essentially showing that the person is more powerful of more important than you. It is not really that overt, but it is coded into the ancient roots of certain gestures which you need to be mindful of.

As you approach, the Queen notices you first and smiles politely, the rest of her entourage follow shortly after and focus their attention on you. You make a small glance to Hecasta, who glanced at you first probably seeing if you wish to introduce yourself on your own. She nods in a barely noticeable way and speaks, using some honorifics that you haven’t noticed in common language. The resulting translation to English could sound a bit confusingly worded, but you speak fluent Ceno Lingua, so it would not be a problem for you. “Dear guests of honor, on this day we are blessed with the presence of the Independent Goddess, Lady Agatha the Young, whose presence was not expected, but is still very highly appreciated. She is joined by her protégé, a very smart young lady with the name Rheia. We welcome them with bread and salt, let our guests be hospitable to them as well.” This last sentence seems to be a sort of figure of speech, judging by how it was said like a closing sentence. This whole thing is curious from grammar specifics in the following way: “Independent Goddess” is mentioned essentially as a title, while the old- sounding word with the meaning of “Young” seems to be an honorific which suggests “recently gained title without the implied immaturity”. The word for “lady” is in this case has a meaning as a general term for a young unmarried woman, which, unlike in English, lacks the association with nobility as a quirk of Ceno Lingua grammar. Not super interesting, but likely somewhat important to note.
>>
>>4609142
The queen makes a small nod, not deep enough to be a bow, and says: “We are charmed by the presence of the Independent Goddess Agatha and her follower. We are in awe to the opportunities in front of us all. Let us be acquainted. At the head of the table is the Pantheon Goddess Valentina of the Elspen Pantheon, whom you are already acquainted with. My name is Amaria Khaleini, I am the ruling monarch of the Teryian Kingdom. Next to me is the Duke Leandar Bram of the High House Bram as the representative of the Communion of Lords. Next to lord Bram is the Lord President of the Communion of Commons, Logarier.” As she mentions the individuals, they make polite nods as well. The queen then passes the rights for introductions towards to the Ihmisetian priestess, who introduces herself as Priestess Linataia, who is representing the Ihmisetian Remnant, or more accurately, the part of it that made it to the Teryian territories. The man next to her is the General Holereil, the representative of Remnant’s armed forces that accompanied the refugees to the surface.

“I am charmed to be an acquaintance to all of you, Goddess Valentina, Your Highness Amaria, Lord Leandar, President Logarier, Priestess Linataia and General Holereil.” You politely mention everyone present to acknowledge their introductions. “I am Agatha Krasnikova, the recently awakened goddess of the lands between Cenophilan State, Holy Nation and Valistrat Empire. I apologize for inconveniencing you by appearing on such a short notice, but once the news of your presences reached me, I couldn’t help but request the audience. With me here is Rheia, my trusted assistant and disciple, who is planning to join the Elspen University in the nearest future.” Rheia blushes a bit as she is mentioned, and in the pause that you’ve made the queen says “Please do not apologize, for your appearance is very much relevant to our next major subject of discussion, if I understood Goddess Valentina’s intentions correctly.” The goddess nods and offers the two of you to take a seat at the table, stating that it is indeed the case, Val has mentioned your existence already just before the discussion with the rest of the nobles was halted for the break, mostly to let her discuss it with the most important people and for the rest of the guests to sufficiently digest the implications.
>>
>>4609144
As the two of you take a seat to the opposite side of the table from Valentina, a servant brings in some sort of nice smelling berry tea and a few appetizers that everyone else also has laying in front of them. The queen looks at you with some curiosity, while the Duke appears to not even hide the fact that he is staring at you as he tries to measure you up. The President is somewhat split in his research of the pages in front of him and observing what is happening at the table in equal measure. The Priestess seems to be conflicted on what to do next, while the General is eyeing the Duke and you, probably expecting some sort of confrontation, or maybe it is just his personality. You guess that it is time to raise a subject for discussion…

>Wait for someone to break the silence and propose the subject
>Discuss your new territories and the city project, both as a refuge for the Ihmisetians and as a trade opportunity for the Teryians. You could focus on one of these subjects, if you wish…
>Ask a question regarding Teryian gods, the queen is old enough to have seen them in person, so she likely knows something
>Ask about the current state of the discussion, what was the subject and most common viewpoints
>Discuss your adventures and victories. You have a pretty buff Duke and a general from Ihmisetian army, maybe that way you could impress them?
>Start a smalltalk without any real intend for it to lead anywhere important, maybe it would do something, or at least it would break the ice, right?
>Tell them about Rheia, she would probably be a bit embarrassed, but maybe the Queen or Priestess likes sad stories with a good ending and a very cute and spunky main hero

And on this note we'll be pausing for today. I hope that I'll have an opportunity to write another post tomorrow

This is very tempting
>Tell them about Rheia, she would probably be a bit embarrassed, but maybe the Queen or Priestess likes sad stories with a good ending and a very cute and spunky main hero
But let's save that one for when the queen starts asking for personal stuff, as she will maybe do to judge our character.

This one

>Ask a question regarding Teryian gods, the queen is old enough to have seen them in person, so she likely knows something
I want to talk with the queen alone if I can, I doubt she would be able to tell us the truth in front of the others even if she were willing to do so

So, to start

>Ask about the current state of the discussion, what was the subject and most common viewpoints

So we may not jump into the subject of the refugees before knowing what they were talking about, she did mentioned that we were relevant to the subject so let us hear it.

>Ask about the current state of the discussion, what was the subject and most common viewpoints

And maybe

>Discuss your new territories and the city project, both as a refuge for the Ihmisetians and as a trade opportunity for the Teryians. You could focus on one of these subjects, if you wish…

I want to get to know the queen better, at least talk a little while we can before business, but I understand if she doesn't want to, and we can also pounce on the priestess confusion and get to know her better and try to make her feel at ease, complimenting her and trying to let her feel that we know and care about her people.
