/qst/ - Quests

An ever-shifting sea of foam sways about and dissipates. Each bubble is a single universe unique, but fragile. Most are devoid of life merely an empty shell that is destroyed as quickly as it is formed. Though within this ever-shifting sea, there is one that stands. One bubble that contains a single spark. A flame that begins to grow brighter before an explosion of light is released from within it ever so slightly shifting the sea of foam. Yet the flame already grows dull. Will this be the beginning of something greater or will this spark be snuffed out like the rest?

Welcome to Primordial God Quest! In this quest, you will control a celestial being, or god and try to survive the imminent collapse of the universe. In order to play, you will need to fill out a character sheet like the following.

>Name: What your god will be called
>Domain: What sphere of influence due they hold
>Ren: How much ren they currently hold
>Background: Who they are as a god as well as their goals or ambitions. Required.

A domain is a primordial concept or idea-given form. Domains represent the spheres of influence a god holds sovereignty over. Any actions of creation they may do will need to relate to it in some way. Only one god may hold a specific domain at a time.

Ren is the primordial conception of the energy given off by the spark of creation. Without it, a god isn’t divine and has no power to influence the universe.

If you choose to have two domains you start off with 4 Ren while if you choose to only have one you get 6 Ren.

Ex Sheet:
>Name: Admous
>Domains: Fire and Earth
>Ren: 4/4
>Background: As the primordial concepts of flame and earth intermingled they led to the rise of a consciousness known as Admous. He wishes to see his elements flourish in this dying world.

Note: This game is competitive. There will be combat and you will have to find ways to either win it or avoid it.

>Domain: Transformation
>Ren: 6/6
>Background: The effect of the individualization of the Worldbubble through the its Will-Spark, this primordial is the principle of evolution/methamorphosis/transformation incarnated. The One Law will pave the way for the world to become greater, but that is neither desire nor goal, just his nature.

>Name: Letshol
>Domains: Pillars
>Ren: 6\6
>Background: Standing firmly to support the godking's throne, Letshol has somehow fled the wars that heralded their origin universe's death and rebirth for a better place, hopefully to be filled with pillars.
>>
>>5685485
>Name: Mull-Tivahk
>Domains: Physics
>Ren: 6/6
>Background: As the primordial concepts of Physics and Time, Mull-Tivahk is the desire of the universe for order given consciousness. Others may rule Fire, Earth, or the Stars but it is up to him to make sure that combustion reactions occur at the chemical level, that the dust of space gravitates to form planets and celestial bodies, and that the great furnaces of nuclear fusion continue to light up the heavens with photons and radiation. Mull-Tivahk wants to ensure that from start of the explosion of light (what he calls a 'Big Bang') all the way to the Big Crunch, that rule and order are maintained, and that the cycle will carry on to the next start.

Name: Ahmbalcre
Domain: Potential
Ren: 6
Background: The Paleworm cares not for raw strength, nor for political influence; not even for this new universe that is mother to him. It would seem that he seeks to outlast it, and to behold the end of it, giving birth to a new kind of reality. In the meantime, his power grows as he swallows more items/entities of fateful significance and hoards them in his long belly.
To mortals, he appears an endless beam in the night sky; to gods, he appears a long, pale worm with a bulbous, featureless head and his whole body covered in scintillating scales of the clearest glass.

Rules:

The Fundemental Engery of the Universe - Ren:

Each God possesses an amount of Ren. This is the power of the spark of creation. It has limitless versatility and can be used for almost anything, even things outside of a God’s sphere. Actions which don’t fall under a God’s sphere are more expensive and if challenging a God within their own sphere, a God without it will always be at a disadvantage. Such as a God of Wind attempting to create a blaze to match that of a God of Fire.

1 Ren is enough to raise or raze a city such as Sodom. 10 Ren is enough to forge an artifact blade that knows no rival that was not made by the hands of the Gods. 20 Ren is enough to alter the very fabric of the universe. 100 Ren is to throttle the heavens and reshape creation in your image, if uncontested. In broad terminology, a one-time use of Ren for an effect is a miracle, while investing Ren into a permanent creation is an artifact. You can and are encouraged to get creative with its use. If you want to spend Ren on something and aren’t sure how much to invest to get your desired result, it costs nothing to ask and receive an estimated price total.

Ren is divided into a Ren pool and an Ren cap. The Ren pool is the amount of Ren a God currently has, and an Rencap is how much Ren a God can reliably store. If a God’s Ren income exceeds their cap, that God has a 1/2 chance to increase their Ren cap by 1 for each turn and for each point the Ren income exceeds their cap. In the beginning, each God has an Ren income of +2 per turn. This will be reduced to +1 after 1 turn, and will be reduced to +0 after 3 turns. Finding an alternative source of long-term power is of paramount importance but in the immediate term, other things may demand your focus.

You must track your ren when you spend it. I will ignore your actions if you do not track your Ren in your posts.
>>
>>5685744

Ren is simultaneously the power of a God and their life (or death) force. Reducing yourself to 0 Ren is not directly fatal but it does leave you vulnerable. This vulnerability can be mitigated by the protections of other Gods, defensive artifacts, and hiding and hoping you get lucky. If two or more Gods come into conflict, the battle is resolved by an opposed roll of 1d10+X, X being the amount of Ren each God has spent. The number that a God’s roll exceeds their opponent’s is the amount of Ren the losing God has lost. This is not gained by the winning God, it is lost, and if it drops below 0 that God is weakened, either crippled or comatose, and can be killed without contest.

If a God wants to protect a crippled or comatose God, they may attempt to do so if they’re willing to deal with the potential consequences of challenging the God or Gods responsible. If the God responsible simply wants to escape with the corpse before they are caught if chased, it works as combat but a fatality cannot result directly and they receive a +4 to represent their headstart.

If a God consumes the corpse of a God, which can be fluffed in any way they like to, the God immediately receives a refill equal to one and a half of the slain’s Ren pool rounded down. In addition, they receive the option of partially absorbing the slain God’s spheres, with a selection of three closely-related spheres tailored to the consuming God and their interests. If none of the three are liked, the God can spend 2 Ren to choose their own and if it’s related to the sphere, or the sphere as is if desired, it will be theirs. If the God does not want a sphere, they can destroy it to receive +2 to their Ren cap and an immediate 4 Ren independent of their cap. This can exceed an Ren cap but while unspent, an Ren cap cannot increase from an Ren income. If a sphere is destroyed for this, it cannot be regained from that God in any way, it is lost to creation, though a similar sphere may arise.

Guidelines for playing:
—--------------------------------------------------------
Eras: Every few turns a new era will be introduced which will about new features and some minor rules changes.

Action in a turn: Each god may do one of 3 things within a turn including attacking, defending, fleeing, and creating.

Creation: Out of the chaos of primordial nothingness a god may harness the Ren they currently hold and use it to shape the universe. There primary form of creation is the forging of artifacts.

Artifact creation is the forging of divine weapons, realms, structures, or minions.

Divine Weapons
Divine Weapons are tools that manipulate the force of the universe Ren to aid a god. There are multiple types including offensive, defensive, mixed, and fleeing. They provide bonuses to the actions they were designed for.

Offensive Weapons: They give a +1 bonus to attacks for every 2 ren. If a god attacks that turns an offensive weapon also provides a +2 bonus for every god fighting you past base 1 per tier, which applies to a single roll per round. This applies to the roll for the god you're attacking and to 1 random roll if you are defending (player must roll 1d3 to decide which roll it applies to.)
Ex) Hades and Cronus attack Poseidon. Zeus and Hera join to defend Poseidon. Hades has a [2R] flamesword divine weapon. Flamesword provides +1 bonus to all his rolls and an additional +1 bonus to his roll against Poseidon.

Defensive Weapons: Provides a +1 bonus to defending for every 2 ren spent. Defensive Weapons also provide half their bonus rounded down to any structure being sieged such as a divine fortress.

Mixed Weapons: The most common type of weapon and the most efficient for Ren usage. Provide a +1 bonus to attack and defense for every 3 Ren Spent.

Fleeing Weapons: Provide a +1 bonus for every 1 Ren spent to flee. If successfully fled, a fleeing tool will also allow you to have another god or divine minion flee per 4 ren spent. The god you're fleeing with must be in combat with you.

Both gods will end up in same area if fled together. If a god chooses to roll to flee with you this counts against you flee limit and thus you may not roll to flee again this turn.
Ex) Posedion rolls to flee from Hades, who is attacking him and Zeus, with his [4R] fleeing weapon. Posedion succeds and flees, he chooses to take Zeus with him. Both gods cannot be attacked this turn and will end up in Olympus next turn-

Divine Fortresses: These are the structures gods create to reside in. They provide a +1 defensive bonus for every 4 Ren spent on them and may contain mortals.

Abandoned Divine objects: If no god currently holds them realms may be can be claimed but cost an attack action. Divine Servants become NPCs if abandoned unless claimed by an ally. Gods may take weapons from their slain foes if they choose.

Finally, you may spend Ren to do things outside of these main types, but they are up to QM interpretation.
>>
>>5685746
Combat:
Despite their inherent deposition to create a god may participate in the antithesis to the order that brought them about and fight in glorious combat. In order to fight another god, a god must specify who they're attacking. Then the attacking god will roll 1d6 + any of their combat bonuses. In order to defend the opposing god will do the same. Any god may flee from combat after a round of combat or when attacked if they haven't fled that turn.

Gods may attack a specific divine being or creation 2 times per turn, and may continue attacking an unlimited amount of times. A god may defend an unlimited amount of times and flee once per turn. Once successfully fled, a god may not be attacked by any specific god. A god may only flee if they're being attacked or have killed a god in the last round.

An attacked God must decide to flee or fight at the beginning of combat when they roll.

Additional Combat Rules:
Attacking gods will be treated as an attacker if attacked by a different god. Attacking gods get priority to continue attacking into the next round of combat.

Ex) If Poseidon attacks Hades and Zeus attacks Poseidon, then Poseidon rules to attack both god Hades and Zeus with any attack bonuses they have while god Hades and Zeus roll to defend with any defense bonuses they may have. If Poseidon fails to kill both gods he may choose to continue attacking and still be treated as the attacker into the next round.

If a singular god is fighting multiple gods they will get -1 on their dice for every additional god they're fighting from the base 1. If groups of gods are fighting the attacking gods will get the opportunity to choose their opponents, if they fail to do so the gods will be randomly paired off to fight. Gods paired off to fight still follow multiple god rules for their individual fights.
Ex) Hades and Cronus attack Poseidon, Zeus, and Hera. The gods are randomly paired while Cronus fights Hera. Hades fights Poseidon and Zeus, so he gets a -1 to his rolls due to being outnumbered.

With a mighty flex, Ahmbalcre's tail whipped forward into infinity, far beyond the measure of mortal sight. T'would only be appropriate for one such as He to keep a presence wherever he could afford, He thought, probing around this newfound cosmos with newfound senses. Five lights such as Him, He could find. Some dimmer, though no lesser for it, He felt.
"BRETHREN," He announced.
"THIS UNIVERSE, THOUGH BEAUTIFUL, IS NOT PERFECTION. I SENSE WITHIN MYSELF A HIGHER PURPOSE, TO SEEK A HIGHER STATE OF BEING, AND TO BE IT'S SEED HERE AFTER FERTILE CREATION HAS GONE BARREN AND LISTLESS. IF I AM ALLOWED ONLY THE SUSTENANCE AND THE SPACE TO GROW THROUGH THE EONS, I SHALL MAKE FOR YOU ALSO A HIGHER PURPOSE AND A HIGHER STATE OF BEING, IN THE FORM OF A NEW UNIVERSE, THE NEXT UNIVERSE. GROW FAT HERE, JUST AS I SHALL GROW, AND WE MAY CREATE WONDERS, WEIRDER AND GRANDER STILL".

>As the the gods begin to craft their realms and structures, the flow of energy around them begin to shift. The realms seem to have an almost gravitational pull on the Ren though it’s movement remains unpredictable. While the universe remains unstable it may one day settle. You can’t currently make them in this era, but they basically serve as a servant god that can’t create anything and don’t gain ren from the spark. They can participate in combat and do everything else a god can do, but their stats are weaker unless you invest a decent amount of ren into them.

The god of madness lunges at the god of pillars. His body dissolves into the very essence of madness, a chaotic swarm of arcane symbols, spells, and eldritch knowledge. Casting forth lighting, fire, and all manners of dark magic which arches out toward the stone god. The stone god by some mircale or .... destiny doges each an every attack which would surely be fatal to the less agile. As he moves closer to the wizard a swath of magma blasts towards his face forcing him to block it with one of his pillars, but another strike of arch of lighting catches him off guard and forces him to the floor. The god of madness cackles, a sick grin forming upon his mouth as he looks upon the defeated god ... only as he moves closer he sees something disturbing. Their is distinction to it's face. It's a mockery of life a mere facade. But before he can realize the gravity of this ploy a 100ft burning pillar is launched toward his skull crushing it instantly and leaving him collapsed in space.

The first battle of the universe is fought, one of might vs magic. A once peaceful universe is thrust into chaos

Kaguya looks upon the other gods with disgust. Their petty squabbles and attempt at power are of no concern to her. Instead, she begins crafting a realm to call her own. She forgre her Ren into earthen material and transforms it into white rock. She creates a number of craters upon its surface as well. When she’s done she calls it a moon and sets it to orbit the spark which it does slowly

The Sentient Pillar begins crafting copies of itself to be used as weapons. Some are coated with Ren to hide them from plain view so those he fights can never expect his next move. He also forges a pillar that will set anything ablaze it touches an almost paradoxical pillar as anything it were to touch would be destroyed including his enemies.

Mortals with the help of their gods may use it as a bridge between worlds.

Sword and Magic clash as the dark wizard and the pillar man clash within the cosmos. When all is done only one if left standing. Yet instead of consuming the God for himself Letshol instead does something peculiar he takes the corpse to the spark and sacrifices it it’s entirety. At first nothing happen, just a few flames emitted from the spark. A god was born as the universe reacted to the death of the wizard, but at this point the birth of gods was mundane. Letshol stared at the spark peering into it, before something ….. Happend. As he peered within the spark all at once he felt Watched. For a second he noticed something impossible, the spark, it, Smiled at him. A maddeningly joyful Smile. As soon as it appeared it disappeared, but what replaced it was of even greater concern.
DARKNESS, COMPLETE AND UTTER DARKNESS. Cast over the universe as the spark emitted no light, ……. nothing emitted light. This lasted for a whole minute casting chaos upon the cosmos before the spark returned. But something was different instead of the usual white glow it was replaced by a crimson red. While before it seemed to be dimming like a dying flame, now within energy seemed to swirl with life. As the gods looked upon it they could see faint symbols and writing appearing for a second before disappearing like a mirage. The same symbols the wizard had used. He was dead his soul long gone, but what remained?

Turn 2 Rules Introduced:

Ren Production Update: Ren Production decreased to 1 per turn for all gods.

Divine Fortresses Update: Now provide a +1 defensive bonus for every 3 Ren spent on them and may contain mortals.

Divine Servants: These are the celestial beings that a god molds into shape with their Ren. They may do everything a god can except create due to their lack of domains. Their Ren is equivalent to the amount spent on them. They have their own own Ren pool equivalent to 1 per every 2 Ren spent on them. They roll 1dx when in combat. X being the amount of ren spent on them.

Mortals: Mortals are lesser beings created from ren. While mortals lack a domain and thus are unable to exert much influence over creation, they do seem to have some fragment of a divine spark. Their numbers naturally go up per turn. Mortals grow at a rate of 2 per turn if there’s enough space for it to do so in its realm. Space is calculated by doubling the total amount of Ren spent on a realm.
Ex) [4] divine realm would allow for [8R] of mortals to live in it

Mortals like everything with Ren may be consumed for to gain ½ of their total Ren.

A mortal race’s Ren will grow by 2 if there’s enough space for it to do so in its realm. Space is calculated by doubling the total amount of Ren spent on a realm.
Ex) [4] divine realm would allow for [8R] of mortals to live in it

Domain Crystallization: Domain Crystallization is the processing of further connecting your refining your ren to attune to the flow of the universe unique abilities can be accessed by spending ren on it. Increasing the power of the domain will get increasingly expensive as you progress, but also increasingly powerful.

First Stage: Connection: Costs 2 Ren - The god's domain begins to let him more easily connect to the fundamental aspect of the universe. Gives a unique ability based upon the domain somewhat random choices given based upon the fate chart

The Moon goddess shifts the rock and earth around her to form her very own mortal species. The first of their kind the moon rabbits worship their goddess with ferocity and tend to her every need. Though when not working they love to throw pranks on one another. As the moon goddess watches her new creations she notices something strange. While hardworking a number of them have taken it to the extreme to please her. One rabbit pranked a priestess’s gathering by yelling during a service. As the spark glowed red, the priestess looked at him and spoke “You dare mock the goddess, our creator? You will be begging for her forgiveness in this life and the next.” A number of rabbits seized the heretic bringing him to a crude wooden alter and cutting out his innards. His blood splattered everywhere, that same crimson that glowed throughout the universe. Life left his eyes as his wailing came to a stop, lifeless and dead.

Realizing their shared values the gods of order and progress come together to combine their great realms into the Grand Qasar. The inside of the black hole is reformed into another dimension entirely that of the palace of glory as stirring as ever. Casting out between both sides of the hole is a grant pillar of light like a gigantic lighthouse within the universe. Circling around the black hole is an entire galaxy's worth of stardust of all different colors sparking the void with color as they reflect the pillar of light shooting from the center of the black hole.

Having relaxed from a previous predicament, Letshol flew through the abyss in search of inspiration for what life he may fashion unto its plate.

Finding the star and hold far too bright and pointless for his whim, they travelled before Kaguya's moon, its ethos being far more suitable for palate.

Civility must be maintained and as such.

As the god of trials focused, he found himself in another void. This void however was not a place but rather a representation of his mind. Before him he witnessed a great inferno ignite. He heard it howl for someone to burn. He turned and saw chains of fire form. They waved and darted in the air looking for someone to bind. "No. We exist to test and challenge. Any I allow to live have the right to challenge me again. To rob them of that right would be antithesis to our nature. Begone." The inferno jumped upon the chains and in an instant, they were gone. Finally, he witnessed a forge melting coins down and reforging them into great weapons and machinery. At first, he dismissed it, but he hesitated to think as it didn't disgust him like the chains did. His purpose was ultimately to challenge the world so that it would grow. The forge may not challenge but it certainly helped growth. He thought for what felt like eternity but could have been an instant before making his decision. He faced the inferno and spoke "You need a reason to burn just a fire needs fuel. However, we do not burn other because they are wrong. We burn them because they are still weak enough to burn." When he finished speaking the fires of judgment were extinguished. Once again, he looked at the forge and they spoke his most sacred command. "Survive." said the god for when faced with any challenge that should be the first priority. "Grow." replied the forge for that was why all things are challenged. "Overcome." they said together for in the end that purpose of growth is to overcome all challenges.

"Behold brothers!" Mull-Tivahk says, as he scoops up in his hand some space dust

"The essence of new creations. Dark as it is now, it needs but to coalesce with gravity for the first stars to ignite. And then from their ignition new chemicals and materials will spew deeper into the void, to create the first planets. All it needs is gravity and a bit of time. We're-" Mull-Tivahk observes that gravity does not yet exist. Thus the Galaxy does not rotate.

"Ah damn, well, maybe with a bit more time. We're still on schedule!" The God looks at his watch, but frowns. "Huh, my watch is broken.

Oh right. Time doesn't exist yet"

Mull-Tivahk sits and ponders grimly, he had a lot of work cut out for him. . .

Returning to awareness Ejektilus looked around and decided it was time he made his own people like the other gods were. But first they need a land to dwell in. As he let his power flow the land formed in two extremes. From one end he stole all the heat creating a great ice sheet. He mixed the heat with his flames making the other side of his realm almost entirely from fire. The ice melted when it came into contact with the fire creating a great sea between the lands of frost and flame. The steam created from the meeting of the lands quickly became a storm that would ensure the sea was never calm. As the clouds rolled into the frost lands a great blizzard was created. However, the rain in the flame lands would evaporate long before it could reach the ground.
>Spend 3 ren to create divine fortress Trial Grounds.

The god reached within himself and summoned the last remaining essence of the mad god. The small amount he had within him when he formed seemed almost useless however thanks to the influence of the Spark he knew he could use it for more. As he put his ren into it he allowed the shadows to drip from him and fall into the sea with the rain. At first the formless shadows panicked as they were tossed around by the storm. some took aquatic shapes and dove into the calm depths. Some were swept onto the land of frost where they took forms more suitable for land. The ones being swept towards the land of flame were most afraid for not even their bodies could directly withstand the fire. Just before they could be burned some took forms with wings to take advantage of the flame lands being the only land lacking great precipitation and soared above the fire.

Uprooting itself from the metaphysical surface of the nascent universe Miseros, The Corruptor, awoke to consciousness. It bobbed this way and that, shifting, observing its surroundings, tasting it.

It then froze in place and turned inwards, focusing on itself. It was an agent of corruption yes, of change, however the universe was already shaping up to be quite the elegant hell, with lesser beings consistently plagued by insanity and the worst atrocities currently possible in this system. What was Corruption in a world where insanity, debasement and degradation were the norm and not the anomaly?

This required contemplation.

Klenk forges a large planet covered in rocks for his home. The Terrarian is extremely mountainous, so only the strongest of creatures may survive there. Giant goats called Groeans roam the mountains and a small amount of grassland. He then crafts his very first mortal species, a number of nomadic people known as the Combine. Each is constantly at war with the other over ancient grudges that they refuse to give up due to their stubborn nature.

>Created: the divine fortress Iroria 3R

Ahmbalcre begins to see the endless possibilities that his domain brings. Every living creature has the potential to become something great, from the smallest bug to the mighest of gods. Everything can grow and change, whether for good or evil; that is the nature of life. As he takes in this concept, the very ren within his domain begins to shift and mold to his thought, as if he were finally uncovering the truth of its nature.

Choose 1 of 3 abilities.

>Crimson Zeal: Choose one species you control. They must attack another species, as they are filled with an obnoxious desire for wealth and prestige that such a conquest could bring. If they win this conflict, they double their growth that turn instead of it being stopped during their crusade, but if they lose the conflict, they lose an additional 2 ren.

>Worm’s Enlightment: A species is blessed with your god’s knowledge, bringing them closer to understanding the universe. As they do so, they absorb your nation’s domain, allowing their people to make great progress. Choose a species and roll 1d3; they gain that in growth that turn but lose this extra growth if engaged in a crusade.

>Pale Vulture: You stoke the flames of conflict, allowing you to profit from its potential being achieved. Roll 1d4 on a 4 to gain all ren lost during God’s fighting this turn.

-

The One Law uses what Ren has left to shape his domain into something new. His domain, which is particularly well suited to change, begins to swirl with energy as he manipulates its form. As he concludes, he begins to feel a deeper connection to the force of change itself. He understands that all things will have to transform at some point.

Choose 1 of 3 abilities.

>War by Nature: Choose one species whose culture develops a warlike tedency. Gain +2 to all conflicts inflicted by this species.

>Servan’t Sacrifice: Turn 1 divine servant into a sentient shield. On a fatal attack, they will take the ren damage instead. The servant will stop doing this at -1 ren.

>Diplomatic Manuvers: Choose any species waging a crusade; if rolled before the conflict is concluded, the war is ended as a white peace agreement is signed. The losing species only takes half the damage. Those species may not fight each other for 1d2 turns.

Ejektilus created his very first realm, called the Trial Grounds. It is a harsh realm where all the extremes of nature coexist in a paradoxical ying and yang. The first species to populate are those created from the little remnant shadow he held. Formed from the very conception of darkness, these creatures can easily manipulate the shape of their bodies to adapt to the environment. They must adapt, and many die due to the harsh extremes of the world they were put in. A trial by ice, storm, and fire is certain for this new species, but through this harsh life they will come out stronger.

The princess upon the moon, Kaguya, begins to refine her ren, shaping it into something less chaotic and more stable. A foundation for which she can build further.

>Immortal Servants: Choose one species that will grow at 3R from now on. This ability can only apply to one species at a time. To cancel this ability, the first species must die, or you must spend 2 ren.

>Endless Bleeding: You may enhance your attacks to keep damaging your enemy long after you trade blows. If you roll an additional d10 when starting combat, any damage dealt that turn will deal an extra 1d2 damage.

Letshol destroyed Letilig, otherwise known as the shining pillars, into base Ren. He then uses it to strengthen the pillar plate. Then, using his remaining Ren, he forges a race of shining spiders, each as large as a human. They survive as cannibals, eating each other due to the lack of other flora on the realm. The young often fall into webs cast between pillars, leaving them to a gruesome fate. He commands the dark one to aid the rabbits, which he obliges him to do. The Dark One teaches them a number of minor rituals that allow them to more easily manipulate the world around them using dark magic. Most of them attribute this magic to the goddess's power, and thus a class of dark priestesses is formed who study the rituals as a way to have their god’s power flow through them.

Mull-Tivahk, seeking to bring order to this chaotic universe, creates a race of mortals known as the Unseen Ones, otherwise known as the Bureaucrats of Reality. An ear-shattering explosion is heard through the universe the very atoms shaking as a primordial madness sweeps over the universe causing mass europhira. As every creature looks to what the cause of this is they see something breathtaking. The spark collapses and has collapsed in on itself, but in the next moment, it shatters and turns into something different entirely. A gigantic planet stands where it once did its surface covered in all manner of flora and environments. As the gods attempt to get closer to this new world they are stopped by a force each step they take closer to her atmosphere feels infidelity more exhausting her very nature repelling them from stepping upon her surface.
She has been born the lone mother and the creator of all life, Rheas. Her calls are felt by every single mortal pulling on their very souls as feel an intrinsic need to join her.
As some gods attempt to examine what lies upon her surface what they find is impossible yet it’s there. Species dating their histories thousands of years back dot the surface. Each just entering a stage of civilization. The most powerful of all is the Thorkai a race of strong grey-skinned Brutes riding strange lizard-like beasts. Their society revolves around extorting a blood tribute from other nations and sacrificing them to what they call the All-Mother. The god also finds a number of strange shadow monsters on the surface which while extremely uncommon wreak havoc when encountered by the mortals on the planet. Equally interesting is the existence of large insects that are able to grow to great sizes due to the excess of oxygen within the environment. A number of ruins also dot the planet with crumbling pillars known as dungeons by the mortals on the planet. These dungeons host strange artifacts technologically advanced artifacts which can only be described as magic by the mortals who venture within them.
Strangely the mortals within this planet seem to already worship some of the existing pantheon.

Turn 4 Rules

The Mortal Plane:
The mortal plane is a unique realm that was formed when the divine spark collapsed within itself. The Mortal Realm has 20R base Ren minimum + ren contributed, but if ren contributed is higher it will instead be ren contributed times 2. The Mortal Plane Repels pure ren and thus neither gods nor divine minions may step within it.

Mortals within the Mortal Plane: Mortals may be placed or created on the Mortal Plane. Mortals on the mortal plane cannot have Ren directly added to them unless to gain minor god status which the limit is 1 ren to do so. Only mortals on the Mortal Plane may Worship Gods.

Worship: While weak individually the combined belief of mortals over a large scale seems to have a similar effect as the spark of creation allowing for Ren to be harvested from them through worship. A mortal race can worship two gods at a time, one major and one minor, with the total amount of Ren worth of mortals a god has worshipping them determining how much essence can be derived from them. For every [2R] worth of mortals worshipping them a major god provides +1 Ren a turn. Minor gods receive +1 Ren per turn for every [4R] worth of mortals worshiping.

Ex) Humans, [10R] Mortal race - [M] Zeus], [m] Athena

Miracles: A god can gain a mortal race’s faith that's not full on gods to their faith by spending Ren on a miracle that will go to the mortal race’s total Ren. Finally, if a mortal race’s major god is captured the attacking god will become their major god unless contested by another god.

Crusades: A god may direct a species he is a major god of to attack another species. Each Major god rolls 1d6. The difference is how many of the opposing species are slain. The winning god will gain half the slan species number rounded down for his attacking species. A species may only participate in combat once per turn. A species that has participated in combat will not grow that turn.

Crusade Circumstantial Bonuses: A god will receive a +1 bonus to protect against and wage crusades for every additional domain they have from base 1. The highest stage of domain crystallization a god has achieved will receive a +1 per stage to protect and wage crusades. For every [4R] a species receives a +1 in crusades.

Temples: Temples strengthen designated species in combat. This applies a +1 bonus to the species when in combat for every [4R] spent. A temple may designate 2 species to empower. Only one temple may be built per [6R] of a divine fortress.

A god may choose to give up a major god position for a mortal race and become a minor god.

>>5689581
Universe Manipulation: This is the attempt to influence the very fabric of the universe. This type of creation is extremely powerful yet unstable. This power is what most would consider godly as it doesn't just relate to combat but the function of the universe itself. The cost and power of a successful manipulation depend on a number of factors. Manipulating a creation of your own domain is easier while manipulating things of domains you don't hold is harder. Applying an effect relevant to your domain is easier while applying an effect only tangibility related is harder and if it’s not related at all it's impossible. The more specific the area that manipulation is applied and the more Ren spent the more likely it is to occur. The more things are related to each other domain wise the more likely they are to occur. Finally adding limiting conditions to an effect make it more likely to occur.

Ex) Fire effect, fire area, a fire creature

Vs.

Water effect, earth area, all creatures

This can be broken down into 5 simple tenets of creation. The area affected the effect, the creatures affected, the conditions met, and the amount of Ren spent.

Easy Ex) Fire domain god makes his fire minions stronger in his fire stronghold

Near impossible Ex) Death domain god makes everything permanently on fire in the universe.

This type of creation is powerful yet extremely strenuous and thus to see any tangible effects at least 5 Ren is needed.

This type of creation is generally up to QM interpretation, but using the basic tenets to your advantage will create stronger effects. Creativity will be rewarded and is encouraged.

>Dark Nightmares: Choose a divine servant you have control of or have permission to use. They become crazed with painful visions and are driven insane. They deal +1 in combat but receive an additional +1 in damage when damaged.

Miseros' contemplation was completed at the exact moment that the spark collapsed on itself. A quick cursory look at the situation told it that it would have to act quickly.

It considered the Blight, a terrible disease that would wreak havoc on lesser beings. While inhibiting the growth of mortals was certainly within its portfolio it had much grander plans than simply making them sick.

Next came something more interesting, a form of insanity that would empower its servants at the cost of complete recklessness. Regretfully, Miseros did not have servants yet, and had more pressing matters than creating one at this moment.

The last breakthrough was what it was looking for, a memetic ill that it could inject into another god to make them lack reason, useful for preying on other gods...or as a deterrent for any that would dare attack it. A brief look at the growing power of the Pillar God set Miseros decision in stone.

>Choose Divine Folly

Next, the Corruptor detached parts of its mass, before moulding them into perpetually spinning ring tori dotted with spikes. The tori would orbit around the gigantic purple mass and violently constrict against anything that would get too close to the god without invitation. Moreover, the constructs emit an ominous aura that causes severe headaches when close to them.

>Create Rings of Pain, a [2R] Defensive Weapon

That done, Miseros approached Rheas, and already could see an opportunity to spread its influence amongst the mortals. The shadow creatures proved a problem for some isolated communities, not to mention those godless raiders running around attacking everything they see. Gazing upon a recent assault of shadow creatures on a Brunite settlement, the God of Corruption cast one of its gifts to aid, a parasite(or perhaps symbiote?) that would bond only to extremely unstable individuals or abnormally stable ones and would grant preternatural might... in exchange for their sanctity of mind and body.

>Cast Miracle on Brunite for [1] to become their minor god
>>
>>5689596

The pulsating mass hovered listlessly for a time. It gazed in the direction of the Grand Quasar, and decided that while it would certainly be amusing to mess with the gods of order and warp their creations, it would wait a little before undertaking such a grand endeavor. But then, it saw the purple moon, a beautiful thing, with an even more beautiful princess living more or less on her own. The vestiges of the mad wizard's knowledge told it that there was potential there. Of course the Pillar was there as well, but hopefully the tenets of hospitality would keep him from burning Miseros alive, and the Corruptor was in need of a place to stay.

It approached the moon, bobbing oddly in no particular direction emitted a distinctive hum in greeting, something that would attract attention and instantly become an ear worm, though nobody could put a finger on why. After that it communicated directly to the Princess' mind.

A purple ball stuffed into a metal safe, before the surroundings erupt into flames, incinerating everything but the safe. A white rabbit overcome with painful visions and voices threatening to overwhelm the senses until a bizarre sense of quiet and calmness overtakes it. Two animals cells undergoing cell fusion. Flickering lights, with strange imagery of fractals and pulsating flesh rapidly alternating,an odd feeling that would leave lesser being completely overtaken by unhealthy fascination.

The meaning of that last one is unclear.

Tell me if it's not clear enough and I'll clarify

During it's approach, Miseros discreetly casts its Divine Folly onto Letshol, as insurance.

While languishing upon their rest consuming delicious well-done souls,
>Sacrifice [2R] of Shining Spiders into [1R].

Letshol is once-again utterly blindsided by cosmic developments, as the spark self-destructed. Dreams of killing their siblings and sacrificing it all to the spark over and over slowly faded away, before its mind reached back and did something about it.
>Sacrifice Letbur into [1R].

The set of Letbur is taken and merged into one gloriously radiant pillar, its fire god-burning. All of his self is imbued into it for one purpose.
>Spend up to [8R] to create a pyre that sacrifices what it damaged to the Mortal Plane, directly burn domains from godly corpses to Rheas, and try to reignite the spark.

In a moment of clarity throughout that, it sends the Dark One out to stand against that warping fog of blood magic.
>Dark One to defend against Miseros if it attacks.

Raising his weary head, Ahmbalcre witnessed the birth of a brand new world, beautiful in its immense potential. Inspired by the sight, Ahmbalcre was finally able to navigate the maze of possibilities that had been puzzling him so. Three paths lay before him.
The first and last were painted the color of violence and pain, which horrified him. And their benefits were situational; though tenuous, a peace had hung over the entire pantheon since the shocking infanticide by the god of the Pillar. A peace, Ahmbalcre hoped against odds, that would last. The middle path, however, appealed to him. It was a straight path, he thought. A sensible path.
And thus, a tool was made, for ends both selfish and selfless, to whisper secrets into the ears of mortals. Secrets from the Next World.

>Ahmbalcre chooses the ability Worm's Enlightenment: Choose a species and roll 1d3; they gain that in growth that turn but but lose this extra growth if engaged in a crusade.

A path navigated, Ahmbalcre turned his head toward the center of the celestial torrents of the Quasar, where his Consorts busied themselves with tending to the gardens and animals of the central atrium, or patrolling the immense corridors whose ends lay out of sight. Should his brother-in-purpose, the One Law, still wish to cast them out into the realm of mortals, then there was much preparing to be done.

The spark lays dormant after transforming into the planet. You cannot directly turn it into the spark again since its total Ren is extremely high. You could however reignite what remains of the spark in its core allowing you to sacrifice things to it.

So I give you the option of summoning your metaphysical pillar of fire which you can use to sacrifice ren, gods, mortals, and minions to. As a response to the sacrifice Rheas will send gifts to you or produce mortals for you, these gifts will be of greater Ren value then what is sacrificed. Sacrificing something takes an attack action and can be interrupted.

Miseros paused whatever communication it was attempting on the goddess when it realised how unstable and susceptible she was. It followed her gaze and considered...an opportunity.

Hoping its hunch would be right, it stoked those sentiments of hatred, along with quite the visceral vision of the spark exploding to punctuate the point. Wordless voices egging on whatever dark desires she might have.

The God of Corruption then repurposed the Rings of Pain until something new, something meant to kill. The tori opened themselves, becoming as snakes undulating, with a prominent spike at what would be the head.

First he relocates his first mortals, the Beetle-droids, to the world below, transplanting clans and orders of them into various ancient ruins as mighty sentries.

Next, he shapes a new insectoid race, the scintillan, centipedal insects of a vast scale, with potential to grow to rule vast tracts of land simply by sheer size, growing wiser as they age.

After that, a perhaps final race rises, a hivelike species of ambulant biomechanical bees ruled by great queens known as the Court, that name being applicable also to the species at large.

Miseros's domain hardens and with his greater connection, he can now impair the senses of gods. He creates the rings of pain a fleshy mass coated with spikes that constrict those who attempt to attack him. Finally, he sees the Brunites upon Rheas and takes pity on them. The Throkai and Shadow creatures both prove to be threats to the Brunites and thus in order to help them survive he grants them his “gift.” He creates a number of parasitic creatures directly linked to him and places them around the settlement. They bond with the most mentally stable and unstable within the Brunite giving them immense strength but corrupting their bodies with sickly boils and plaguing them with dark visions of him. These individuals take on roles as divine warriors and lead their clans to great success pushing back the shadow beasts and holding their own against the Throkai. Using the purple Moon, Somas transports his beetle droids to Rheas. They settle within the numerous ruins upon Rheas. They swell in number from the plentiful amount of biomass in the environment and begin working to preserve the technology within. Then using his remaining Ren he forms two entirely new species upon Rheas. The first is the Scintillan a number of centipede insectoids that never stop growing. The older amongst them rule long tracts of land with enormous size and are immensely wise. He then creates a hive-like species of biomechanical bees. They are a mix of technology and biology as they are made of organic material but their biological design more closely reflects that of technology. The bee's brains while made of flesh have a number of metal transitors within them which take in its electrical inputs and produce their outputs at high speeds allowing for enhanced processing and greater reaction time. The bees are ruled by a number of queens known as the court who give orders to the masses which they follow with blind loyalty and fervor.

Rheas would react violently to the death of Letshol the awakener. Her father-son had been violently torn apart driving her to even greater madness. Though the gods could not see or speak to her to understand her pain a number of storms would begin to plague the atmosphere of Rheas for which they could guess her reaction. The prism watches the two nations of fleshlings fight upon the all mothers bloated bosom. It watches with interest at the conflicts taking place upon Rheas. It chooses to bestow a miracle upon the Islea to ensure the status quo is kept.

Through this war the Islea will know suffering, they will know pain and they will reach a greater understanding and appreciation for the life they've been bestowed.

So for rules clarification, if you are engaged in combat you may not attempt to also stop someone from fleeing with a divine construct like a minion or divine weapon.

In the vastness of the void, there was Nothing, is Nothing, and will be Nothing. Here, though, for the briefest of instances across Eternity, a bubble appeared and within it, there was a defiant flicker of Something. It was defined by gibbering Madness and howling Darkness, skittering with Insects and boiling over with Technology, but it was Something, and for some time, it will be.

WILL. The truest expression of thought. At its most fundamental, it is an act of rebellion against the Nothing which in the end that has no end, consumes all that ever was, ever is, and ever will be. It is ultimately futile, a meaningless gesture of creative dust flung at an encroaching tsunami of black, but for an instant, it exists and can be made glorious in its own right, by its own might, for Nothing other than its own sake.

This Tholias knew as he emerged into the emptiness of space and gazed on the vastness of creation. He knew that it was finite and frail, a pebble sitting in mud, waiting to be washed away by the rivers of time, but to him, it was beautiful and he knew that it must be made his. First, he must become worthy to rule, worthy to exert his WILL. If his divine hands are clumsy, if his holy instruments are crude, then to reign would be an affront to its majesty. No, to dominate, he must first be indomitable.

As the writing mass of ontological and memetic hazards regains awareness, it is surprised by the taste of divine ichor suddenly assaulting what would pass for its gullet. It consumed the corpse of the demon by envelopping it completely while crushing and ripping it apart on the physical and conceptual levels. When it was done a thing film of ichor dripped on the ground for a second before stopping.

>Consume Bytis for [3R]

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQZfGa5t4e8

What it was more surprised by, however, was its revival by the Princess. It would've laughed if it could and instead contented itself with an ominous chant that probably would've been mistaken for an angel is the listener did not know the source. If the Goddess of the Moon wished for a 'servant' and an 'advisor' it would more than happy to humor her.

Seeing her expand the moon, the Corruptor claimed the Pillar Plate and the Shining Spiders living on it, consuming some of the mortals. It then deconstructed the pillar plate and turned it into an array of spiked towers placed around the moon. Together, they generate a noospheric hazardous memetic field that would rot and tear and at the mind of anything uninvited to their realm.

>Claim Pillar Plate[2R] and Shinning Spiders[3R]
>Consume [2R] of Shinning Spiders to gain [1R]
>Displace Shinning Spiders on the moon

It took only a second of gazing at the cosmic fabric to understand what was going on, Miseros' knowledge of all things as the God of Corruption was what made it capable of such a feat to begin with, and what it saw didn't actually look good. To make sure the Islea would not get too overrun by the Throkai, it chose a champion, and ''improved'' their weapon into a powerful artifact(by mortal standards). This artifact would bond to the champion and grow with them, while slowly driving its user insane.

>Spend [1R] to give the Islea a miracle and become their minor god

Finally, it observed the Universe beyond the Moon, specifically towards the Grand Quasar, and waited.

A message is sent to the Gods of Order, including the nascent new true God of Order, with an invitation to meet in the absolute secrecy of the singularity and the Grand Qasar

"My siblings of Order, I believe the time is nigh for myself to soon try and create that which does not yet currently exist: a true realm of order, where true mortals may live. This 'rheas', this celestial plane which we dwell in is anathema to all we stand for. It has no time, no space for evolution. It has no physics, no place for me. And can there truly be potential where all is possible? while Somas is surely clever, technology becomes that much more valuable in realms without magic.

I intend to create a new realm. I have several names for it, "The Materium", "Realspace", or quite simply "Reality". One ruled not by magic and lawless whim such as in Rheas, but by new Fundamental Forces, an orderly place.

Currently, as a Pocket Dimension, I estimate it will cost 4 Ren. This will grow in time with more ren investment. What it means, most importantly of all, is a realm purely under our orderly control, where our laws govern. A place where our mortals may grow to truly worship us.

We must be careful lest Rheas herself be awares, but I am of the belief that if this realm succeeds we will have access to a realm purely of our make ."

The would-be Tyrant watched as the teeming insectoid-kin thrived on the surface of Rheas. He studied them in-depth and was impressed, as each excelled in their niche and was either subordinate to hierarchy or violently independent. Compared to the rarer, generalist mammals who were only loosely grouped to one another, they were a superior form of life. The god held a fist to his chin and pondered. Their creator, the eldest of insects, was a rising power and shared much of his own outlook. The insect divinity was allied to the Grand Quasar, yes, but perhaps an agreement could be reached.

"Brother Somas, Eldest of Insects, Singularity-In-Waiting, I notice that a chitinous multitude is taking shape on the surface of our All-Mother, by the work of your own mandibles. I know I cannot appreciate them as thoroughly as you, being of a many-limbed nature, can, but I'm rather fond of their specialist tendencies. Could I sponsor one of your peoples as a minor god, to teach them refinement of skill in their caste and a reverence of those who are higher than they in the pyramid of society? I know I am weak, now, Brother Somas, but if you allow me this, in time, I would like to create a gift in thanks. Something artisanal yet sturdy, with many shining lenses and moving parts."

In all that happened, Miseros hadn't noticed its new siblings. One in particular intrigued it. A giant black prism associated with Pain and a true God of Order. While it was definitely a child of Rheas, the natural state of this universe was that of madness and darkness. If a god of order was born that could only mean a failed immune response occured, and that this god was the equivalent of a cancerous malign tumor. He was a corrupting agent, in his own way, and while he was unlikely to get along with the Corruptor's new 'lady' some form of diplomacy could still be done. Contrary to what some may think, Miseros was not against order, or really any particular concept, as anything can functionally be corrupted. Even Corruption itself, as paradoxical as that sounds.

It started by sending a simple message. A complex string of images and sounds which would coalesce in an encoded greeting. That is say the sensation of burning alive.

>>5692484
As part of its duties as 'advisor', the God of Corruption informed the Princess about their two new siblings. One image was that of an iron fist, expertly assembling complex tools together. The other was a black crystalline sheen with not a speck in sight, but one could feel the sensation of rot and the visceral rending of flesh underneat. It followed up with the image of two merchants exchanging coins.

Beyond that, several snapshots of a great and complex machine operating its functions on their Mother, along with inducing moderate anxiety.

Lastly, it made her see a gigantic dark moon with a planetary ring system assemblign itself in a crown not of a princess, but that of a Queen, with other planetoids surrounding it.

A great warping and mashing of metal against metal is heard, a churning of countless limbs and a restructuring of architecture as Somas violently remakes himself after absorbing far more ren he was capable of handling.

The insectoid god emerges by melting himself out of a his jagged scaffold cocoon, stronger than before by a significant margin, made bulkier, equipped with more bizarre arrays of cybernetic eyes and ren-shaping appendages.

Larger, more majestic, Somas now rivals his sibling single domain gods in raw ren capacity, more than an equal to any others among the heavens.

To the Chitergotes he is viewed an ancestral legend, a primeval force of inspiration and patron of their kind.

To the Beetledroids he simply is, they are his servants and they exist to serve his pure directives and create his truth.

To the Scintillan he is more than a myth, the largest and strongest and wisest Scintillan, of such power that he may simply think existences into being.

To the Court, he is no caste noble or hive ruler, but a mighty emperor of all their kind which no queen may refuse.

“Ren-throughput has exceeded expectations. Deity-vessel structure reformed to better store omnipotent influence.”

As the Eternal Forge looked upon his mortals, he had mixed feelings about their progress. While he was proud that they have managed to survive his Trial Grounds for so long he had hoped they would have conquered the realm faster after offering them an incentive. Still, it seems they will soon finish being molded by the lands. He felt the little bit of Ren he still had. He had saved it so he could reignite himself should he be attacked however apart from the moon going mad it has been mostly peaceful in the cosmos. Perhaps he could be just a little less cautious. On Rhea where the Thorkai and Islea did battle leafless trees with bark that almost looked burnt began to sprout. Two things are particularly notable about the gravefruit trees. One they can only use blood to sustain themselves and Two when gravefruit is eaten by a Scintillan it enhances their already great growth.

The Corruptor wasn't exactly sure how to feel about that. While it had essentially been given carte blanche to do whatever it wants and potentially secure alliances when it could, the goddess seemed to not care about anything as of now, not even understanding or acknowledging the other messages. She at least understood that Rheas would cause issues eventually, having grown and strenghtened the moon.

It's objective was a little bit beyond playing servant, it was there to spread its gifts of change. She was distant now, but with a bit of time she would eventually be receptive to its affections and disposition.

She would understand.

For now, it simply sent the inscrutable flickering lights, pulsating flesh and intense fascination of ominous meaning. It also sent her nightmares of their Mother, visions of the spark exploding, made her relive her memories gorging herself on her brother shivering at the sweet taste of divine blood. All of that with wordless pressing voices that never ever spell out a clear and complete meaning despite every attempt to understand them. Miseros was careful, however, to make it seem like it came from her, and not link these hallucinations back to itself.

She would understand.

The wriggling mass receives a greeting in turn from the black prism, it showed its kin a vision of what was to be the prisms home soon, a divine fortress that did not yet exist It was a grand and endlessly sprawling labyrinth with many twisting corridors and platforms. From high atop the sky of the labyrinth the prism looked down, all within falling under its ceaseless gaze. Eventually it culminated into a series of visions, mortals that had been corrupted by their actions were sent here to the labyrinth. and transformed into the prisms servants through a torturous and excruciatingly painful process. Deep in the darkness above Rheas, the would-be Tyrant looked on his elder siblings and pondered their natures. Most he disagreed with but could tolerate, a few he was intrigued by, but one stood in stark opposition to his entire divine paradigm. The one known as Lonthar, who ruled over Luck in a gilded palace. The mere concept grated on him like none other. The thought that a confluence of chance, a bias of fate could undercut the efforts of one who had worked, of one who had struggled for his strength infuriated him to no end! He looked upon his fellow gods and spoke with an imperious fury, raising a sword of simple iron, wielded with impossible skill.

"BROTHER AND SISTER GODS! There is in our midst one who wallows in luxury and has made no effort to assist in the mastery of creation! Worse than this, his very nature, his very Luck undermines all hope of mental discipline, all prayer of measured consistency! He is an affront to us all and must be slain!"

He surveys the pantheon and clenches a gauntleted fist. "Who among you will join me in vanquishing our misbegotten brother and seizing his works for our own? If none of you will stand, I shall storm his palace myself but I want it to be known that I do this by principle. Not naked hunger."

As Miseros was about to answer the Prism, it heard the hail of its second new brother. Another call to arms. Amusing

Well, it wouldn't say so to an opportunity like that, and it had to admit to itself that the God of Luck had been rather...absent recently. Perhaps it was time to put him out of his misery(and conveniently feed itself).

It sent images to the Tyrant Paragon, a circle of swords being joined on a round table along with a titanic, shadowy hand reaching for something that could not be described with mere words. A concept.

After being revived by the moonlight princess, Miseros pledges his loyalty to her and begins planning their next moves. He feasts on the corpse of Bystis though he feels a strange sense of anxiety as he does it. Then he goes to the pillar plate and once he arrives he claims it and it’s mortals for himself. He begins terrorizing the shining spiders casting great plagues over them and then consuming those that fall from it. Many pray that he spare their families from his devastating diseases cementing his rule as their tyrant god. Using his remaining Ren he fuses the pillar plate into the Moon creating a number of towers orbiting it that assault and tear at the minds of any who dare attempt to siege it. After his work was done on the Moon Miseros would turn his sights upon the mortal plane. The Islea devastated by their conflict with the Throkai could easily be influenced. He granted a powerful artifact to a young man which while granting him great strength also slowly drove him insane from prophetic visions of his dark lord. Miseros also creates a number sentient trees number of trees upon Rheas whose roots slither upon the ground like snakes allowing them to slide upon the ground. They are temperamental creatures that devastate communities with their deadly spores at seemingly random.

Ejektilus seeing what little progress his own mortals made decides that to he needs to look into other methods of gaining worship lest the Mad Queen attack him. He creates a number of grave fruit trees around the battlefield between their Islea and Throkai which produce pheromones attracting the Scintillan. These trees form a symbiotic relationship with the bugs which grow even faster when consuming it’s fruit and spread the plants throughout Rheas in their dung. The grave fruits prove extremely successful as they feast on the blood of the prey that the territorial Scintillan don’t consume.

Mull-Tivahk moves a number of unseen agents to Rheas who flourish to their small size and fast speeds. They attempt to stabilize the physics within Rheas but find little success as the very nature of the planet resists restriction. The god of physics then consumes a number of his species so he may begin developing his in which pocket dimension where real physics rules. He forges this pocket dimension tearing a hole upon space itself. It appears as a blue spot in the purple ocean of Rheas’s Ren which permeates the rest of the universe. The pocket dimensions encompass the Entire Grand Qasar which proves a quite difficult change to adapt to for most of the mortals within. Before its creation, many could do extraordinary acts with no rhyme or logic to it as the madness ren seeped in. Thus ;ife before the pocket dimension was much more random and unexpected, the dead would occasionally come back to life, and somtimes plants would grant those eating them strange abilities. Now life is much more ordinary as the laws of physics control what is possible and faith seems to dwindle as those random events which were seen as divine intervention suddenly stop.

>Created 2R ? Universal Law - A dimension where physics rule in contrast to the chaotic madness of the rest of the universe. While madness still seeps into it’s forced to follow the fundamental laws within the universe allowing for a more orderly world within the pocket dimension. Universal laws effecting things within this pocket dimension are cheaper for Mull as he holds greater sway over it.
>Consumed 2R of Unseen Agents

Somas contributes to the pocket dimension created Mull allowing it to grow in size. Then he begins crystallizing his domain of technology, allowing him to get greater of understanding of what it means to innovate upon the world around him.

They will attempt to bring revolutionize technology in the current era and spread it to all they see. All mortals in a divine fortress or mortal plane you choose have a 1d2 chance of gaining 2R. Any mortals in a mortal plane without a minor god gain you as their minor god if technology successfully spreads to them.
>Divine Devotion: Your mortals become extremely devoted to your worship and thus when you spend 1R on them are granted a +1 temporary bonus to crusades.
>Master Protocol: Instead of consuming a god you may instead divide their body into a number of smaller parts and use it to forge a number of loyal servants. The god’s total ren worth will be turned into minions at a rate of 1.5 for every 1R spent rounded up.

Dolorum defeats Tholias in combat for attempting to disturb the status quo within the universe. Then flees with his corpse and begins unexpectedly feasting upon his innards gaining a massive amount of strength. He destroys both the domain of skill and tyranny. Societies become more stratified as most can only fulfill the roles their parents were successful at.

>Consort Pop: [10]

With provisions made for the final comfort and contentment of his offspring, Ahmbalcre sacrifices [2 Pops/1 Ren] to summon the Pyre leftover from the death of the Pillar. With a mournful, but authoritative flick of his tail, a great game is assembled on the worm-moon before the black flames of the Pyre. Consorts compete in an immense contest to determine the strongest; only a few would survive, but it would all be in the name of the future. Of Potential.
[6 Pops/3 Ren] are sacrificed to the ebony flames of the Pyre, before they finally subside. The victors are left stumbling and tending to their sores, sapped of hope and energy but thankfully alive, and proven to be stronger for it.

>Consort Pop: [2]
>[3] Ren sacrificed to Rheas through the Pyre

The surviving 2 Consort pops are finally moved to the surface of Rheas where they are carefully tended to by Ahmbalcre, having proved their tenacity to him. Cautiously, the worm also watches over the surface of the world, anxious to find any changes brought about by his sacrifice.

To stir the pot, stir the universe into action & see a world where ignorance is crushed & beaten beneath a swirling typhoon of truth. A swirling typhoon of change, she would always say for the better.

Many others might say otherwise, history is linear & she has a vision of her utopia & is more than happy to step on anyone in her way.

Miseros witnessed the birth of its new sister, and considered her domains. A true god of chaos, to match a true god of order. The wisdom was a nice bit, as it is easy to corrupt one who seeks wisdom or knowledge....Perhaps Kaguya would be flexible and accept her.

It sent a vision to her, esoteric knowledge of all kinds filled her mind, then it showed her a nice spot on the desertic landscape of the moon, with a nice view of the faint rainbow kaleidoscope that was the upper noosphere generated by the memetic pylons. As the God of Corruption, Miseros knew many things, and would be happy to provide.

Not to mention she was a new deity, and might need protection.

Miseros gazes upon the deity with interest. No hesitation whatsoever. Excellent.

Lilith sees a large mass approach her. At first it looks like purple smoke, then flesh, then fractals with varying colors. It held no definite shape, and she certainly did not seem to either.

The God of Corruption sent her an image of a powerful bastion, a fortress of every single ''unbreakable'' material possible. Then it showed her an image of a weak kitten stranded in the wild, with ravenous eyes in the bushes following it hungrily. Following this, Lillith felt something tug at her sense of direction, when she followed it, she was looking at the grand quasar and the Labyrinth.

For its final message, she was showed a panorama focusing on a beautiful white rabbit's head, then the image cracked horrifically as if made of glass, with the sensation to match.

It is more than clear that something in her mind has been made up. Standing upon the moon, she feels her own essence flow & tremble. As new life begins to be formed.

>1 Ren, Mortals & a Home for them!
Surrounding the great moon itself, chaotic swirls of energy & raw moondust coalesce into mortals. Glittering wings that shimmer with the cosmos & bodies that appear akin to paper. Eyes that glimmer with incalculable colors shimmer, each & every one of them thrive & subsist off a diet of minerals & raw sunlight.

Each one holds some element of Lilith's beauty, they go through a life style much akin to a caterpillar mulching up parts of themselves as they grow to make a cocoon that is carried upon their family groups back. They hold a deep powerful desire to learn, explore & are inclined to hold little respect for hierarchy or position. Furthermore, The Moons orbit finds multiple small hives strung together.

A city of colorful origami within the moons orbit. Written across each piece of paper, a simple phrase & Lilith's image >Wisdom & Knowledge. A mantra to be repeated.

>1 Ren, Lunar Upgrade/Future Fortress. Lilith merely creates a small library almost like a corner store upon the moon for her to reside within for now. It is clearly the beginning of a fortress, one might notice it seems easily detachable from the moon, but for now it's certainly a lunar upgrade.

>1 Ren, Flee Weapon.
Within the depths of her little cornerstore upon the moon, she begins work on making its inner depths a chaotic maze, a non euclidian space that grows upon Lilith's whims. Designed to allow her to hide until danger has passed. It can only be reached & opened with a click of a little red button, anywhere, anytime with one click she has a chance of making it back before shes harmed.

>Spend 2 Ren to begin Domain Crystalization
>Move 2R of Unseen Ones from the Grand Qasar into the Pocket Dimension, to multiply and work it
>Fluff Law: The Physical Laws of the Pocket Dimension - Mull-Tivahk presents to his unseen agents a vast, divinely inspired book detailing his instructions on how to build and maintain a physical and realistic universe, with protocols for everything from the exact speed of light, the constant of gravity. In essence, his "Physical Laws", that will be enacted in this his blessed space
>The Unseen Agents are tasked to use their powers with the formation of the planet from space debris, and the creation of a primordial soup of chemicals
"Gentlemen, welcome to the pocket dimension. I've yet to come up with a suitable name, I was thinking Saehr, but maybe something else. In any event, a great and wonderous task is now ours to endeavor.

I want this planet made by the book. Carbon and heavy elements to congeal into planetary bodies exactly as if they had been born in the heart of stars, the various layers of the geosphere from the core to the crust should be accurate, as should its gravity. The sun, alas, may need to be simulated in the skydome, but the visage must and will generate light, heat and radiation in appropriate amounts that the planet would exist within the Goldilocks zone. The simulated moon too should project a gravitational field that will cause oceanic tides. And I want every single star to be as detailed as if they were there, one day people will gaze upon them with powerful telescopes after all.

When in the future first true mortals gain consciousness in this world, I want them to discover that everything matches exactly that logic would dictate and reinforce their perceptions. Get to work, we've got a lot to do to get from space dust to primordial soup. Gods speed, gentlemen. Report to me if there is anything you need or anything we are missing."

With dreams and hopes in his heart, Mull-Tivahk surveys the work. To pass the time he takes out a golden disc and sets it spinning, a needle thrumming to its many grooves and a large mouth erupting forth with music.

Having sucesfully digested the knowledge of the Moon, Kaguya woke up to find the universe becoming more even more unpleasant and noisier than before. the worm inside of her head informed her the worst offender of all, the ruler of entropy, a fraud who proclaimed the cause of order while also breaking it for simple lust of power. as the ruler of eternity, kaguya found him deeply offensive and his essence of "order" nothing more bastardized, impure and inferior version of her eternity.

Animals are gathered and herded together, the mighty insectoid beasts of burden that dot Rheas are harnessed and tamed to haul lumber and plow fields, with axes and scythes of copper smelted by furnaces that billow smoke into the sky at night. And Somas looks upon his world, and he thinks it good.

Additionally, 2 Ren is traded to Mull-Tivahk for his mortal realm, Somas continues to bankroll the project as it approaches profitability.

Somas expends the last 4 ren he posesses to form a mighty carapace shell that surrounds him, projecting techno-arcane wards of divine power across his mighty back. It is his Manifold Ward, crackling with eldritch strength and cosmic power.

The Corruptor shifts slightly in what is probably the closest thing to shrug a collection of memes and fractals could manage. It claims the Labyrinth and the Anchorites, dragging the fortress back to the moon. For now it left it in orbit with the Gold Castle to be integrated later.

Miseros joins Kaguya wherever she is on the Moon with the corpse of the Prism and brings her own hunger and lust of every kind to the forefront of her mind as she looks at the dead god. Visions of divine ichor flowing freely with vivid, visceral memories of the taste, intended not just to make her mouth water, but to make her drool and act like some wild feral thing.

Slightly annoyed at being ordered to do something it was going to do anyway, the God of Corruption floated into orbit, contorted, and then savagely hit the Gold Castle and the Labyrinth at full force, launching one after the other to crash on the moon, starting a mild terraformation process(not before stabilising the rock garden first, would be shame if it was displaced).

Much of the gold was converted into extravagant decorations littering the desertic landscape of the planetoid, making it look less like a lifeless wasteland peppered with asteroid impacts and more like some fairy dreamland littered with menacing warped columns of glittering gold under a rainbow-hued sky. Mountains of gold formed on their own from the terraformation event, contrasting against the silvery light of the Moon's surface. What little of it wasn't turned into ecological decoration became part of the memetic defense system as reflective plate amplifying the potency of the hostile distortion in the upper noosphere.

As for the labyrinth... It used whatever was inside to inspire an oppressive atmosphere where the Moon Rabbits lived, teaching their little dark priests about brutalism and hostile architecture. It erected dark spires and ominous symmetrical giant structures on the moon, before ruining it all and twisting them into unholy shapes meant to terrify the mortal mind. The Shinning Spiders did not fare well, their abode now turned into an ever shifting maze from where Miseros could simply handpick the most delicious ones. A deposit of dark crystals in similar make up to the now late Dolorum was used to expand the moon's defenses, planting said crystals into lunar soil and watching as they slowly spread out to convert more of the environment into themselves. These had the ability to shoot of their own mass at blinding speeds, enough to hurt a deity, and promptly explode in a small blast of unreality. Unfortunately the crystals had to be crippled to that they would not spread and completely cover the moon, having a hard limit of how big they can be.

The worm recoiled and wound more tightly around his magical satellite, repulsed by the twin visions of stasis and death sent to him by the steward of the true moon. It pained him almost physically to see such possibilities passed over and prevented by such circumstances. But with time and much meditation, Ahmbalcre finally relaxed, and grew to accept the truth: everything may change, but not everything could be afforded the chance to grow. There is potential to be had, even in demise.
Pacifist though he was, the paleworm could never wish to kill any of his beloved siblings. "But maybe going forward," he thought, he would refrain from interfering with fratricidal spats. He would at least make sure future sacrifices were not wasted.
Contact with a dark, homogenizing force has left a single one of Ahmbalcre's glass scales stained an odd, sickly shade of brown.

>CHOOSE SADISM
>CRYSTALIZE SADISM DOMAIN[2R]
>CONSUME [2R] ANCHORITES
>GIVE A MIRACLE TO THE ISLEA[1R]

After having consumed the corpse of Dolorum, Miseros headed outside of the abode of the moon sovereign and simply floated about, pondering the nature of its new domain. In a way, it was simply doubling down on what it did. Most would say Miseros was already a sadist to begin with, as it reveled in the alteration of everything around it, but it always felt it was improving on them. But now it found a...sick joy in inflicting pain, in terrorising others.

It warped to the location of the poor Anchorites and experimented on them as much as it feasted on their innards, finding new ways to defile and hurt them, both in the physical and the mental. It tore them apart, ate them alive, slowly infected them until they were mad, flayed them, let them think they could escape before they were locked and branded in a vicious endless cycle. Rape, murder, torture, manipulation, castration, nerve stappling, selective dismemberment and much much more. It did it all in a personnal quest to reach enlightment and better understand its new disposition.

The poor pain-seeking Anchorites wished they were never created such.

>GIVE A MIRACLE TO THE ISLEA[1R]

In the midst of its gleeful mistreament of mortals, Miseros saw it fit to send a new unique blessing to the Islea. Infecting wolves with its corruption, enhancing their strength and aggression while improving their intelligence...enough for them to start killing for fun.

I have a lot of new obligations that I need to take care of right now so I’m going to have to put this quest on Hiatus for the time being. I apologize to any new players but at the current moment I can’t handle the amount of work needed to run this in addition to everything else I need to do.
