    BADGUYS:
/b/ - "Anonymous", Chaos dwarf: Terrible Cancer Mage, corrupts all it touches. Plague itself is a sentient virus that warps the body into an enormous hulk and dulls the mind, turning the carrier into a dumb brute. Has multiple personalities, one of them is a manipulative bastard, other one is a raging virgin, one of them thinks its a messiah, another one wants to kill moot "just because". Has a lot more, though.
Its actually Todark's big brother, and that misterious dwarf that has caused so many grief in the vicinity of Fochan.
/r9k/ - "The Scrapper", insane reject, out for revenge.
The Westboro Cultists - Religious fanatic group that considers Fochan to be a place of pure evil, and are attempting to right this by overthrowing King moot and killing him
Dread King Kimmo - Jealous warlord who leads his jibberish-speaking brainwashed hordes against Fochan
/gif/ - Mage who can animate anything he wants, chaotic and uncontrollable. Wants to know where everything comes from and of what everything is made of.
The "Lords of Magic" - Self-proclaimed masters of magic, they have had a long standing feud with the corrupted forces of "Anonymous"
The Crazy Eigth: 8 demon lords that want to screw up Todark, and make him join the cancer forces. They gave /b/ the cancer magic.

    FACTIONS/LOCATIONS/OTHERS:
Encyclopedia Dramatica- A mage guild, devoutly trying to learn about Fochan and its denizens grew more corrupted and cancerous as time passed, they even started writing an encycopaedia about everything related to arcana and trolls but its power fell into wrong hands.
TVTropes- Powerful drug that makes people(and animals) much more inteligent, but its highly addictive and accelerates the aging process. It comes from a Tiberium-like mineral created by the essense of the god "tropay" that rests on the center of the planet.
The Ancient Awful Empire- An atlantis-esque ancient empire that was destroyed by the same plague that is threatening the Kingdom of Fochan today. Moot is one of the few descendants, being the other ones some powerful mages.
Tuchan -Deity that resides in the Higher Chan's Plane (some sort of chan's valhalla). It gave King Moot enough power to be inmune to the plague, and commanded him to create the kingdom of Fochan from the ashes of the Awful Empire. It also gave Moot a magic Tutú, but no one is quite sure of what it does.
TGchan - Ancient hidden Library, where a small coven of storytellers who want to develop the perfect tale hide.
Grand Duchy of 420chan:A smaller nation bordering Fochan known for it's agrarian economy centered on a mystical herb exclusive to their land known as Cannabis, which they export to everyone who will trade with them. It is coveted for it's ability to increase resistances, toughness and intellect at the expense of situational awareness and short-term memory. Home of some awesome alchemists that use said herb.

    ENEMY CONCEPTS/BESTIARY
newfag: plaguebearer. The plague has destroyed its higher thinking, rendering it retarded, but otherwise is still able to function.
tripfag: Succubus-like being that thrives on attention. Like D&D Gods, the power of belief sustains them. By acknowledging or hating them, they become stronger. If not for Moot and the Great Order of Mods, the nation of Fochan would be devoured by them.
troll: Next step of newfag. Plague has destroyed all remnants of brain function, making them a horde of monsters ravaging the countryside.
Goons: Undead remnant of the Ancient Awful Empire. It uses an outlandish magic that cannot be dispelled or resisted. Despite this, Goons lack higher intelligence and are generally content to destroy everything they can.
Anonymous: One of /b/'s many personalities, given physical form by the vast power of the Plague. Alone, it will only exist as a disembodied voice, or a small, suppressible case of Cancer Plague, but in large quantities, can form actual, self-sustaining bodies. The largest, most powerful cluster of Anonymous is inside the husk of the former adventurer, /b/.

A vast legion of former knights and defenders of Fochan who have become overzealous in their attempts to eliminate the cancer-plague. Believe that King Moot isn't helping the people, and are throwing a revolution against him.

    >> Anonymous 05/29/10(Sat)21:53 No.10144994
    Kingdom of Gaia:

A former political rival of the Kingdom of Fochan before the Gaianese War dispelled any illusions of Gaia being a legitimate threat to Fochan. The war was largely one-sided, with Gaians claiming tiny victories and bragging about them despite losing the war in one week. The war destroyed Gaia economically due to Fochan scorched earth tactics, and now Gaians regularly attempt to illegally immigrate to Fochan. Their culture and customs are a dead giveaway however, and Fochanners zealously persecute them whenever possible. If travelling near the border, one must be careful of roving bands of Gaian bandits.

With the emergence of the plague, the monarchy of Gaia sees it as not only an opportunity, but a weapon. The Gaian army regularly saturates itself with the terrible cancer plague, which strangely seems to favour them. The Gaian soldiers then march across Fochan's east border intent on causing as much damage to Moot's realm as possible.

    Furry

A devotee of the 'Furdom,' an ancient religious sect dating back to the days of the Ancient Awful Empire. These strange individuals worship animals, hoping to somehow fuse with them to become some manner of hybrid which would be superior to beasts and men. As an act of worship they partake in regular orgies with each other and animals in a desperate effort to propagate one of their 'ascended.' The fact that they dressed up sexual deviancy as a religion unnerved many Fochanners, and when they demanded that King Moot recognize them as the state religion, he ordered the Oldfags to massacre them. The Furry Wars were, contrary to the name, more of a deadly hunt that led to the extermination of 90% of furries, the remainder hiding in the southern forests or fleeing to the Kingdom of Gaia. Seeing the rise of the plague as a chance for revenge, they assist /b/ when they can, but Fochanners are particularly zealous in their persecution of furries and thus force them into secrecy.

I don't know if this was already posted, but W.T. Snacks was once the leader of the Mods, the elite guard against the cancer on Fochan. But he became tainted by it due to all his years combating it, and one day he began a crusade of slaughtering thousands of innocents, "for teh lulz", as he said. When confronted by king m00t, he threw down the banner of King m00tles and openly defied his old liege and close friend. King m00t banished him from the realm, but Snacks brought many of his mod minions, now blackguards, with them, which weakened Fochan's defenses against the plague.

Snacks loathes the Dread King Kimmo, and would never help him. /b/ was once enaumored with Snacks, and could fall under his control. Snacks spends most of his time in his kingdom of Iarcee. What he plans is unknown.

Kimmo, in his rage at Fochan, created golems to bring down his hated enemies. His first were crude, and were a mere annoyance upon Fochan's walls. But then, genius struck. He created a masterwork of a golem, a golem so well made it was near indistinguishable from man. He sent it to the kingdom of Fochan, to spread dissent, misery and learn of it's secrets. But when it came to spy of Todark, it became apparent Kimmo has crafted his work too well. For it lived and had a mind of it's own, and it found a kindred spirit in Todark. At his fury, Kimmo struck the golem down vowing not to make the same mistake again, and earning Todark's loathing.

Now Kimmo crafts golems of might, not stealth, to assail Fochan.

It was slain by King Moot before it could do any harm, but his powerful presence still manages to stay on this world.

    BADGUYS:
/b/ - Chaos dwarf: Terrible Cancer Mage, corrupts all it touches. Plague itself is a sentient virus that warps the body into an enormous hulk and dulls the mind, turning the carrier into a dumb brute. Has multiple personalities.
Its actually Todark's big brother, and that misterious dwarf that has caused so many grief in the vicinity of Fochan.
/r9k/ - "The Scrapper", insane reject, out for revenge.
The Westboro Cultists - Religious fanatic group that considers Fochan to be a place of pure evil.

    FACTIONS/LOCATIONS
Encyclopedia Dramatica- A mage guild, devout to learn about Fochan and its denizens, they even started writing an encycopaedia about everything related to arcana and trolls but it could fell into wrong hands.
Grand Duchy of 420chan:A smaller nation bordering Fochan known for it's agrarian economy centered on a mystical herb exclusive to their land known as Cannabis. It is coveted for it's ability to increase resistances, toughness and intellect at the expense of situational awareness and short-term memory. Home of some awesome alchemists that use said herb.
The Oldfag Inquisition: A group of zealous elders that brainwashes low-intellect people into believing they are higher and powerful beings. Persecutes furrys and newfags with grand zealotry, and believe that "the plague wont spread if everyone is dead" some of them are veterans of the furfag wars, cannot discern friend and foe anymore. These paranoid warriors are willing to put anything to the torch, even their closest allies to the slightest accusation (and most are sef-hating closet furries)
They believe that King Moot isn't helping the people, and are throwing a revolution against him.
One of /b/'s personalities is the Grand Master of this inquisition.
Kingdom of Gaia: A former political rival of the Kingdom of Fochan before the Gaianese War dispelled any illusions of Gaia being a legitimate threat to Fochan. Plan to use the Plague as their weapon, but it may backfire.

    OTHERS:
TVTropes- Powerful drug that makes people(and animals) much more intelligent, but its highly addictive and accelerates the aging process. It comes from a Tiberium-like mineral created by the essense of the god "tropay" that rests on the center of the planet.
The Ancient Awful Empire- An atlantis-esque ancient empire that was destroyed by the same plague that is threatening the Kingdom of Fochan today. Moot is one of the few descendants, being the other ones some powerful mages.
TGchan - Ancient hidden Library, where a small coven of storytellers who want to develop the perfect tale hide.
The Ultimate Sage and Report Blade: A legendary weapon, said to mute all voices and destroy all plague that it touches. Currently Lost and with no sigth of being recovered.
Leman Russ: Todark's loyal bear companion/mount. Spends most of his day drunk or rocking HARD.
    Normalfags: Magicless beings.
Muudak'Kyp: A blue abomination, with millions of followers amongst the newfags. Mention of Muudak'Kyp can send an 'oldfag' into an incandescent rage.
ENCHANTED TANKARD OF ALE AND WHORES - Also a sex robot and plays the bagpipe like a boss.
AnonBOT: Golem created by Kimmo that actually got a mind of its own when it met Todark.

    ENEMY CONCEPTS/BESTIARY
newfag: plaguebearer. The plague has destroyed its higher thinking, rendering it retarded, but otherwise is still able to function.
tripfag/Camwhores: Succubus-like beinsg that thrive on attention.
Furfags: These strange individuals worship animals, hoping to somehow fuse with them to become some manner of hybrid which would be superior to beasts and men. Willing victims of the plague to make themselves half-animal. They have become paranoid and dangerous for the inhabitants of Fochan. Weak to fire.
