I'd divide up the soldiers into two groups. Left and right. Have the archers annoy the enemy into attacking, have the dwarf throw a grenade, then send in the infantry in a pincer movement to crush the enemy.

Well the undead are against the river, so I can't flank them, but I can use the archers and send in some soldiers.
