So you get shot in the backpack for your Flamer. All that happens is that some fuel leaks out and soaks your back, and you have that much less fuel for your Purging Pleasure.

Cybernetic Resurrection is the best thing in Dark Heresy, like, fucking EVER.

I made a Mind-cleansed techpriest once, cybernetically resurrected. I had 50's in St and Tgh, a whopping SEVEN in Fel, but for Breacher training, it was worth it. Couple it with the Luminen Blast, Iron Jaw, Frenzy, and a few other things, and suddenly, the character comes to life. Oh, and my trigger? My mental failsafe?
