"WE WILL NOW ENGAGE IN A QUICK GAME OF CAPTURE THE FLAG."
he takes out a checkered flag of red and black and plants it on a post near him.
"THIS IS YOUR FLAG. PROTECT IT WITH YOUR LIFE. IF YOU FAIL TO DO THAT, YOU WILL MARCH BACK TO THE BUREAU WITH NO DINNER AND NO BOOTS!"
He then raises a blue and white striped flag and shows it to you.
"THIS, IS MY TEAM'S FLAG. WE WILL BE ACROSS THE RIVER WHERE WE FIRST MADE THAT BRIDGE. IF YOU MANAGE TO CAPTURE THIS AND BRING IT BACK HERE, YOU WIN. IF WE DO THE SAME AND BRING YOUR FLAG TO OUR BASE THEN YOU LOSE."
He materializes 5 bontas and they stand in a row next to him.
He takes out some handcuffs and handcuffs himself to the one on his right.
The other bontas follow suit and his group forms three pairs.

He then throws three more cuffs at your feet.
"THESE ARE TO ENSURE THAT YOU NANCIES WILL NOT GET LOST IN THE DARK. NOW PAIR UP LIKE YOU DID EARLIER AND GET READY YOU LADIES! A RED FLARE WILL APPEAR TO THE WEST TO ANNOUNCE THE START OF OUR LITTLE GAME!"

You approach Keima and once again shackle yourselves together.
The four others do the same.

"OKAY YOU MOTHERFUCKERS. BETTER DO YOUR BEST OR ME AND MY BOYS WILL SHOVE OUR BARRELS UP YOUR ASSES AND UNLOAD ALL OUR SHOTS INTO YOUR COLON!"

    The bontas then throw flashbangs.
The world disappears in an explosion of light and sound

A few minutes later, a red flare makes its way quickly up through the dusk sky.

    You quickly check your weapon.
It's a paintball gun almost identical to the ones you use with your molotov mixture.
    The canister is only half-full.

Around your wrist, the cold steel of the handcuffs bite into your skin.
The meter or so of chain shackling you to Keima reflecting the last rays of the fading sun.

    "Any plans?" You ask Keima.
"Without our devices, communications will be impossible. But I can try and guess some of Sagara's moves." he answers.
"We will need guards here, someone to hide in the treeline to defend that flag." He begins to say.
"We will also need a distraction. Someone to draw them away from their flag. And finally, we need someone to go nab it and bring it back here."

"Who would do what though?" Touma asks walking towards you with Ken.
"Gai and Kenji will be the attackers. The decoys and guards, I have not decided yet."

"How about we run decoy? Touma and Ken can stay here for defense." You suggest.
"I'm cool with that. I can put these to good use too."
He takes off his rucksack and reaches inside.
He pulls out 5 of those paintmines you are now very familiar with, dirt and bits of grass still stuck to them.
"Where'd you get those?" you ask
"These? Dug em up earlier before the break ended. I wanted to play around with em at the Bureau, but I guess this is as good a time as any to use them." he smirks

Keima adjusts his glasses, the lenses glinting in the dusk.
"Can you get more of those?" He asks
"Yeah, ive marked some of those I didn't dig up. I can go back for them." Touma answers
"Give us a pair, and then plant the rest near the tower." He instructs him. "Then dig up as many as you can and transfer those into the clearing."
"Okay then" Touma says as he hands you two of the mines.
"After you do that, keep watch from that big tree there and guard the flag."

"Gai, Kenji. I want the two of you to sneak as close to their base as possible, We will create a distraction and I want you to use that chance to grab their flag."
The two simply nod at this.
"Once you have it, Hayate and I will cover your retreat."
"We make our move once it's fully dark a few minutes from now." He finalizes the plan.

After Touma buries the mines he had near the base of the tower, and as he and ken head off to get some more, Keima orders your pair and Gai's to move out.

You sneak through the underbrush, Gai and Kenji a few meters to your left.
You arrive at the river as darkness finally falls.
After hiding in the bushes by the river, you peer out to asses the situation.

On the other side is a tower built similarly to the one back in the clearing, on top of it is a pair of bontas and the flag.
Around the base are Sousuke and 3 other bontas.
Keima signals for Gai and Kenji to wait, and then turns to you.
"We can cross the river and have them chase us away from the tower, or we can have them come to us. What do you think?" He whispers.

Sorry about this long ass post out of nowhere, I just felt a real need to post this before we have a conclusion to the Perrine situation.

    >How to stay in SWQ canon with Perrine Clostermann.

At about the same time we meet Perrine in the witches world, she has a birthday in SWQ, making her 16. MSQ comes in about 2 years after the start of SWQ, making her at least 17, maybe going on 18. At the end of our visit to castle Barin, there is a huge party. Quite possibly meaning a very drunk Ian.

    Hear me out here.

A very dapper gentlemen walks up to him with an emotional little girl and tells him she is in need of a shoulder to cry on. She is likely very distraught over her feelings for the very kind, but distant Ian and the strange young man who went out of his way to apologize and be friendly to her. On top of the loving relationship she has just seen, a man she swears is a slightly older version of him appeared out of nowhere to dry her tears. On top of that, she has most definetly been wondering what such a relationship with Ian would be like.

    >I mean, in SWQ canon, she has seen his junk! Don't tell me she did not spend the next year or so thinking about that and continuing to try and get closer to Ian before we(Hayate) turned up.

Then, after quietly or noisely bawling into his shoulder for a while, he escorts her to her room to let her get some sleep. He is very drunk, and is easily pulled into bed. At first he's willing to just lay there till she falls asleep, but she, having him so close, and being so very comfortable in his arms, gets very "forward" with him. She is almost 18, filling out, and very attracted to him. He is very drunk and very tired. He doesn't put up much resistance.

    >Fade to black
    >> Thinatrez 04/10/12(Tue)23:26 No.18660273
    >>18660265
We don't know how things went before she got here. Hayate's open kindness could still be on her mind versus Ian's discomfort in her presence. She had been to scared to talk to him or anyone else about what happened. Up till the visit, they could at least talk comfortably to each other. Now they have difficulty looking each other in the eyes. She wanted to see Hayate and the girls again, she wanted to understand why they could be so close, when she and Ian were so far apart.

Now pregnant, she's terrified of what the future will bring. Not knowing what to do, she's even more confused about how she feels about the kind and caring Hayate. She wants a relationship like the girls have. For someone to be there for her.

From that point on, Landing Gear can do whatever he wants. It's his multiverse after all. Do we have the girls help her through this rough time and get her a happy ending with Ian. One that will have her go back and be replaced by another witch for the sake of the pregnancy? Is Hayate really the father and in this version she never actually had a relationship with Ian?

    >MULTIVERSE

I just felt a need to give my own thoughts on this before anything definite happens. Think of it what you will.

The tiny metal prongs are hard to pick out against the mud and dirt of the river banks but you line them up in your sights anyway.
Holding your breath, you squeeze the trigger.

You hit one, the mine jumps out of the ground.
You take aim again the second that it's airborne.
*pfft* your gun spits with a a wiff of compressed air.
the second one jumps up as the first one explodes.
The surrounding area is bathed in neon pink.

Sousuke's group turn to the source of the explosions.
You and Keima open fire at them as you get up out of the bush.
"THE TOMMYGUN WON THE WAR ON THE WESTERN FRONT!" You scream as you open fire, Keima does the same.
"FULL AUTO IS HOW A REAL MAN FIGHTS!!"

Sousuke and the four bontas follow you, you can see a vein popping out of Sousuke's forehead clearly in the moonlight.
They dont cross the river though, they run parallel to the river as they give chase.
"Fuck theyre not crossing. What do we do?" You ask Keima as you duck behind a tree for cover.
Keima says nothing and instead pulls out one of the mines you had.
He pulls the twig Touma used to replace the safety pin and trows it on the ground across the river.
    *BAM/SPLAT*
It explodes in a shower of green paint.
Sousuke and his bontas use a rock outcropping for cover.
"Keep taunting him." Keima tells you. "He's bound to make a mistake."

Speaking of the whole tongue in loli butt thing, thinking on how that episode went I'm somewhat disconcerted by what callous bitches Ursula and Erica are. We know, out of character, that Ursula was genuinely and unhesitatingly going to shoot us dead if we had sex with Nanoha. Our girlfriend who supposedly loves us, was going to not only kill us- not stop us, not yell at us, not break up with us, KILL us- but also leave our corpse's bloody bits sprayed all over Nanoha, who was deeply in love with us and would almost certainly be deeply traumatized. She plotted with Erica to do this, in spite of the fact that they accepted Nanoha as one of our girlfriends.

What the fuck is wrong with these girls?

So she's not ready for sex, but she IS ready to have her crush bloodily murdered while attempting to get busy with her. Yeah, right.

Regardless of whether Nanoha was ready or not, it appears that Ursula and Erica are both of a mindset which believes they should be willing to unhesitatingly murder Hayate if he acts in ways they don't approve of, regardless of either their relationship with him or the legalities involved. Further, they think they should do so without attempting to stop him from doing those actions first- no appeal, no attempt at justification, just killing him.

I can accept that, but it's kind of depressing that Hayate has been so wrapped up in his own problems- and increasingly impressive swag pile- that he's basically missed it.

Though it makes sense, I guess. Hayate has never really had people who love him, so he's more than willing to be pushed around by his new lovers and do whatever it takes to be accepted by them. Mentally glossing over any apparent flaws they might have is an obvious step that he'd reflexively take in order to maximize his chances of retaining his newfound happiness.

It's immaterial to *them* how they do it. half-a-cookie means ignoring the problem you've been asked to solve by bitching over the details, when it really doesn't matter. the phrase comes from a tv show, Cosby show i think, where a kid is working on a word problem for math about fractions, and it says something about one kid giving another kid half of a cookie. Rather than just solve the problem and move on, the kid sits there wondering why someone would give someone else only half a cookie.

this really isn't an issue. we did the responsible thing and didn't have sex with Nanoha, so Ursula didn't blow our head off. If you think that the twins aggressive problem-solving methods need to be addressed, you'll have to come up with something else since Hayate doesn't actually know that that was about to happen.

The problem is not "prevent Hayate from traumatizing Nanoha at all costs". The problem is just "prevent Nanoha from becoming traumatized". They failed at that, by splattering Nanoha's crush's brains all over her pretty dress. They planned to kill us in front of Nanoha, as evidenced by their sniper position, instead of just flying up, slapping us silly, and throwing us in transdimensional jail. This is a fairly major issue, albeit on Hayate doesn't know about.

"Kraus, can you whip us up a couple of blankets?"
"SURE THING SOGGY-BALLS." He answers as a pair of fluffy white blankets materialize on your lap.

"Also, I may be responsible for this, if it's the girls I think it is." you add.
"You sure you want to go in?" he asks.
    "Positive." You tell him firmly.
"Okay then, your funeral." HE then turns to the guys around the door.
    "LET THEM THROUGH!"
A path quickly forms itself through the blockade.

    You step into the cafeteria.
The first thing you see is a table upended and resting against the wall.
A myriad of candy wrappers litter the floor like a hurricane of sugar went through the place.
Plates that once held trays and sweets are piled everywhere, glasses lay tumbled and empty.
At the counter, Chef calmly continues to make notes to a list he has in his hands.

    You walk over to him.
"Hey there." He greets you in his jovial voice "Those girls sure did a number on this place."

    WAT SAY?

"Sorry about that. What's the damage?"

Clearly referring to both our wallet and the building.

Yes, yes they did. What are the damages?

If you need more candy for your stocks I have a bag of unlimited candy lying around that can refill them, but first where are the little girls who caused this?

"Seems like they did. What're the damages? Monetary and structural." You ask him.
"No damage to the ol' girl at all." He answers you with a chuckle. "and by my calculations, you've run yourself around 15 guptas worth of food."
"I see. Where are they by the way?"
Keima and Erica tap your shoulder and point up.

You look up to see three girls running around on the ceiling.
Sakura, Luccinni and Illya seem to be playing a sugar fueled, gravity defying game of tag using pies.
"Yep..." Erica says as her eyes follow the dizzying paths the girls run across the ceiling. "Just as expected."

Also we should see what else we can fiddle with to see what abilities we can augment or replicate of our allies through potions. If we can create a majaik restoration potion so we can drain ourselves when we don't need it and we can have them on hand when we do need it we could gain a significant edge in our endurance

    Majaik juice?
    Concentrated glitter soda?
    Liquid Majaik battery acid?

    I like this

I was thinking sparkle soda but those names work too
Basically extra majaik batteries so when we get low or our friends are low they can get a quick boost

    Then you just give treats
When will you go back to good old schedule of two a day?

    >FFL grey fox ( because hayate doesn't know shit about foxes )
Actually, wait, this is perfect. He's FFL, so of course he's a gray fox: he's Foreign Legion! The whole point is that he's not native to France!
I can't believe how conveniently that works out.
