OOOh shit. It's not dead after all.
My internet is being shonky, but here goes anyway,

Sorry for being so late! Now is an incredible time to check archives or in fact, just ask me any questions you have about what to do.

I figure, as its been so long between episodes in a quest thread, I do rather owe it to you.

Seems like another unit was dettached before yours to deal with cult this and made their last stand here.

You feel amazingly, alarmingly, in touch with the warp for an incalculably small time the minds of your comrades are known to you, you are aware of all life, all things past and present.

It's well spooky, but at the same time you're a little proud of yourself, truth be told. You sense that Jacobi isn't really a fan of the warp and that Myers is stoic concerning this situation.

Importantly, your thoughts find purchase on the person within the DINER. They are scared, but they do seem loyal.

You curtsey and introduce your humble party and your intentions on this planet. This seems to set her slightly more at ease, but she still seems shaken.

She explains that she and her mates were part of an IMPERIAL NAVY first response unit. Well trained but numbering only in the dozens. They were salughtered and corned and she eventually managed to take refuge in this diner.

She introduces herself as Lieutenant Juniour Grade KLON GWIZDEK, a sniper.

Noticing your stares she points out she is from Wierny, a planet whose inhabitants have an odd, greyish pigmentation, and that she has HIGH GRADE BIONIC EYES.

The JUKEVOX is broken, but has a panel on it that grants access to its innards.

The SNACKOMATIC requires CASHMONEY for snacks.

KLON mentions that someone who you might know staggered into the DINER a while back, but was ill and fell unconcious, so she's been trying to look after them in the storeroom.

You seem to have stabilised the COLD ROOM and activated its defrost function. Something seems to be moving from inside the ICE WALL as it melts.

An ABOMINATION OF LOGIC AND REASON AND ALL THINGS DECENT steps through the mists and regards you.

You knew....you knew these things existed... you knew there was one aboard your ship but the Commissar had always made sure that you never encountered it. Always steered you away, kept you safe and you can see why.

The THING before you makes no sense. It is nothing. It is terror. Pure terror.

It peforms a bizzare namaste, apparently in gratitude and, through heavy voice modulation offers you an odd 'prayer and response' sort of greeting, apparently waiting for you to finish it.

to keep in reserve. So three enter wherver you go, and one watches the car, basically.

    Make some minds up, basically.
I'm gonna grab a drink or something. This shit's gone all day.

Since Klon can offer support from where she already is, let's bring Daneel, Jacobi and Myers.

Wait is SNIPING available irrespective of whether we take KLON or not?
If so we probably can afford to leave somebody behind and head back to CRASH to get another two teamies up and about.
If we're not up with leaving a teamate behind to make sure KLON will be ok, then we get JACOBI, DANEEL and MYERS to pile in, we've got a COMMISSAR to find!

Let's bring Myers, Daneel, and pick up Nel at the SHUTTLE CRASH.

Also, we should probably head over the the Mechanicus Shrine after stopping by the Imperial Shrine.

Take Daneel and Myers. Jacobi's a pretty good shot and mostly serious... When he wasn't being a skirtchasing git to us, though that incident was isolated. Klon might need backup, so we'll leave him with her for now.

Daneel, however, is worse about the skirtchasing, and would probably interefere with Klon's work. Because he's a goit like that, and crazy bioinic eyes & exotic complexion aren't going to stop him from working his magic; he did get a little clank-clank with a tech priestess after all. And Myers... Myers is a complete nutter once that mask goes on, so it's our responsibility to keep that nutter from going nutty on anyone he shouldn't. He's worrisome he is.

Once again, let's go to the Imperial shrine, scope out any heretics, and offer our prayers to the God-Emperor.

    Take Calliban.
Keep Jacobi and Myers in the party for now.
We might be able to rotate out Jacobi; IIRC Myers has an Auspex and is better in HtH. That allows some respectable relief from redundancy if it comes to matter.
Calliban's social graces are also nothing to take lightly.

Calliban and Myers, keep Jacobi in the car.
