Wiki:
http://1d4chan.org/wiki/Blatant_Fetish_Quest

Previously on Blatant Fetish Quest, our protagonist, Max Power, learned that 'he' was actually a female with male genitalia, as a result of having an incubus as a father. Three years later, Max flew to Romania to enroll at the prestigious Scholomance, a school for magic, meeting Liz, your new girlfriend, on the way. On arriving in Romania, you learned that the Scholomance is extremely deadly and that only half of each class proceeds to the next grade each year.

You joined the Lotus prestige society, and befriended Lotuses. Upon arriving at the Scholomance, a city-sized school hidden in a cave that's bigger on the inside, you discovered a tower and found your father chained up in the basement.

You're currently trying to balance Dextra Domini, rivals, commitments to your society, relationships, and studying while trying to survive. You're about a month and a half in. Liz made it into the Society of the Archmagi. Your dryad hatched and your mommy-instincts kicked into high gear. You were nearly taken out by a mysterious attacker.

You just had some Breakfast. It's about two hours before you normally head out for the Lotus prestige class.

What do you do now?
>>
>>23942591
wake everyone for breakfast and morning tai chi then have dad port us to Lotus.
>>
>>23942591
Do our morning workout, shower and all that sort of thing.

We really need to fit in another draining session before we go though, it'd suck to have alchemy drain for our first living alchemy lesso.
>>
>>23942591
Let's make some food for L&L. A burger for Selene too.

Can't remember if that alchemy strain is gonna come off on it's own before we get to the Lotus sanctum or not, but if not we should drain Lunch.

We should also gather up a ton of foci for living alchemy.
>>
>>23942645
This, get everything sorted, then hopefully we'll have time for some Lunch before we go.

You decide to have a nice workout and shower while you still have plenty of time before you head out. You climb on up to your workout room, have a nice, long stretch, and get ready to start doing a few martial arts routines and some lifting.

You work up a nice sweat, then bouncily climb on down to the bedroom. You pass Liz and Selene in the kitchen on your way; they're working together to cook themselves some breakfast. You hop off and give each of them a big kiss before continuing. When you get down to the bedroom, you stroll on in to the bathroom.

Your hair is thick enough now that you can't really see scalp anymore, but it's still very short. Your body's keeping nicely toned, though spending more than a month and a half underground has started to make you get just a bit paler. Normally you would be spending plenty of time outside, even here into October. You climb in and take a quick shower, then stretch yet again once you're out to ease the tightness from the exercise out of your body.

You check your phone. It's about 7:00, which means there's only about an hour to go before you normally leave for class.

What do you do now?

By the way, here is something that I was thinking when I read through the argument about enchanting guns and that's its too much effort for too little.

What if we enchanted the projectiles themselves? Like, a "bullet" that has a fire elemental burst out when the it strikes the target.

It will also 100% catch the opponent by surprise since the would use a kinetic spell around them when someone is aiming at them with a pistol.

Picture related, its where I stole the idea from
>>
>>23942879
Do you really want to waste hours on end enchanting individual bullets which may or may not even hit?
>>
>>23942815
We should probably set tasks for lunch and breakfast before we go. In particular, I want Lunch to be making emotional manipulation foci.
>>
>>23942879
Already went over that. The answer was no.

I actually like the idea of enchanting guns, but fucking around with the ammo is a waste. If you want to change the ammo then do it during the initial production when you're alchemizing it so that there's no wasted effort.
>>
>>23942879
Better Idea. Create a foci making construct. Then create a foci factory. Get rich selling Foci to students.
>>
>>23942879
The use doesn't match up to the time invested.

We're developing supernatural physical abilities and will soon start learning magical martial arts, it will be far more efficient just to superspeed up to someone and put a fist through their skull.
>>
>>23942911
>If you want to change the ammo then do it during the initial production when you're alchemizing it so that there's no wasted effort.

That was my suggestion.
>>
>>23942921
I doubt other students would trust us enough to buy foci from us. Which is wise, considering that it would be stupid to give out foci to other students unless we put in a trigger word to shut them down.

You said to bind an elemental to it.

I'm saying to make the gunpowder more reactive and the bullet more dense.

Changes you can make with alchemy are fine because that can be done in one step.

Incorporating conjuration means more steps and more rolls.
>>
>>23942962
>I'm saying to make the gunpowder more reactive and the bullet more dense.

Wouldn't that fuck up the gun when you tried to fire these extra-reactive superdense bullets?
>>
>>23942986
yes unless you already had a super gun made with magic.
>>
>>23942986
Which is why you strengthen the gun.

It's still less steps than enchanting a new bullet every time.
>>
>>23942849
this lets be early and meditate.
>>
>>23942962
No I was saying to put a spirit to an already existing spirit.

My suggestion was to make a small container for a spirit that we can then shoot through a normal gun. No rolls needed to summon a preexisting spirit during battle.
>>

He's saying the time it would take to setup that spirit delivery system, conjuring and binding a spirit to the bullet, would be much more efficiently spent doing almost literally anything else when it comes to combat preparation. He's correct.

You climb up to the sitting room looking for Lunch and find her still sleeping like a lazy cat. You wake her up by crouching over her and slapping her in the face a couple of times with your cock. She recoils, startled, then looks up at you, your cock resting on her face. "Suck it," you tell her simply. She does so immediately, giving long, slow licks up the shaft and sucking on your balls.

You head up to Carl, who's having a small meal at one of the tables.

"Hello, Max," he says as you sit down. "What were you wondering about?"

"Is it possible to permanently augment myself with something like... I don't know, telekinetic arms?" you ask.

"Not easily," he says. "For the amount of effort, intricacy, and expertise involved in something like that, you would be better off just making a whole ton of foci for telekinesis spells. That is, if you even care enough about this sort of thing to spend that much time on it, instead of focusing on other things. Does that help?"

"Yes," you say. "I think so. Thanks." You head off to the bells after that. You may as well try giving them a ring or two.

>>
>>23944710
well conjuration is likely the best school. It is used to power magic items. Teliport yourself throw bits of the sun around teliport out enemy hearts. Bind minions to your will.

It dose all the main functions of sorcery except anti magic and some sense spells. It is a vital addition to most major alchemy project and on anything magical it is basically poor mans enchantment. Conjuration Rocks.
>>
>>23944785
Some things to consider getting high level physical augs.

>Get reduced sleep and food as high as possible.
We might fall asleep half way through if we're going for 20+ successes and we get unlucky.

>Augmenting alchemy vulnerability beforehand
We can undo it later. More rolls helps us all we can. It really comes down to increasing the overall rolls needed for an augment, but breaks it up into multiple sessions.

>Max treating her body like shit for a while to drop it down to 2 box.
A bit extreme, but it would help a lot. Definitely an over break thing.

And finally we need to max out alchemy, enchant, and then pump calm and focus as high as we can before we start hitting the roll ceiling where we fall asleep halfway through.
>>
>>23944928
>>Max treating her body like shit for a while to drop it down to 2 box.

>>
>>23944951
overeating junk food
I vote against this plan and the alchemy vulnerability but they would work.
Can we remove an aug without injury? what would that take?
>>
>>23944928
Don't beneficial augments make it harder to raise base traits? Like, the stronger we get the lower the chance of us making progress on our body stat?
>>
>>23944983
no the more base stat we have the more successes we need to augment.
>>
>>23944976
We can get it back.

The only thing body does that the easier augments wouldn't make up for is acting as an hp bar.
>>
>>23944996
We also get more dice though, and raising base stats takes forever at higher levels. I think we'd end up fucking ourselves over.

>>23945013
Do you know how fucking long it will take us to raise Body back up to 4 from 2?

A lot longer than it will take working up a few extra successes for augmentation.

It is a really shit idea.

Need I remind people that, amongst other things, Liz likes Max's physique, if we get all scrawny all of a sudden, she'll probably be rather upset.

It would be surreal as fuck. Max appears to be wasting away, but actually get's slowly stronger because of the augs.

but it will be harder and slower to get the stat back than the added difficulty of the augment.
Plus it is harder to fix your body if you screw it up than to make it good in the first place not to mention how much easier it is to get worse again.

>>

>>
>>23945176
yes we want lunch at least as useful as possible.
maybe frenchey but not breakfast.
>>
>>23944585
We should ask how the fight went, although he's alive so obviously not too bad.
>>
>>23945187
So we can modify them easier, obviously. I'm not sure we want to change much on them now though.
>>
>>23945187
To make it easier to amend our modifications of their psyches, and because we're going to have to do some level of body modification on each if we ever plan on taking them out of the scholomance. I don't know about Breakfast but I imagine that Lunch's former family has enough connections that someone might be able to ID her off a security camera. (how would they get access to a remote convenience store camera? Magic or connections? Just a thought)
>>
>>23945176
I don't know it has good and bad sides especially if we want Lunch to be our sniper support some day. It is tempting I'm just not convinced.
>>
>>23945271
Why would we possibly want Lunch to be our sniper support?

It's a big risk letting her outside, and by the time we've set up wards to make it doable, it would be easier to just summon up some spirit to watch our back instead.
>>
"Why do you still have those?" you ask, gesturing vaguely towards his scars.

"I'm still working on them, and they've been resistant to magical healing. I'm just lucky it didn't get any of my limbs off; I would have probably bled out. I don't think I have any cord strong enough to use as a tourniquet with my upgrades; I'm working to rectify that now," he says. "It's taken all week to get them just down to scars. The target didn't survive. Regrettable, but not unexpected. If things continue at this rate, I'll be at or near the top of my class by the end of the school year."

"That's great," you say. "Are there any safety precautions to think about before we do this? Any suggestions for temporary foci?"

"Don't do this unless you're very sure about what you're doing; that's the most important safety warning I can give. As for foci, I'm sure you've noted that advanced applications of magic tend to require much more specific foci. That's true for this. Sacrificing an entire animal or an animal's heart or something doesn't mean jack shit if you're trying to modify the adrenal glands. Unless you're good - like Carl-good - this is something that requires specialized planning, training, preparation, and expertise. You ready to start? No need to rush if you aren't, I would rather you have your questions answered now than be wondering about things while I'm showing you how this works."

Bind a powerful fire elemental into a small body, let it "firebomb" by rolling elementalism. "Sounds good to me," he agrees. "Today I'm going to try to teach you the basic ideas behind making meaningful modifications to someone's glandular systems. The specifics change depending on what you're trying to do and to which glands, so this is just going to be the core principles. You can get creative and subtle with this, though, and it's terribly useful if you are."

Roll Mind to try to learn this. You get a +2 for Focus, a +2 for Calm, and a +1 for Memory. I'll consider the first seven linked 1d100 rolls. Each roll represents four hours of being tutored.

"That's pretty much everything. I guess you can go home now if you want. Or, if you have a specific application you have in mind, I could help you plan it. My first try at this was increasing my own adrenaline production - which was a mistake - but you could do all kinds of strange things, like giving someone diabetes, making someone's pituitary gland hyperactive, or even causing someone's gonads to which which hormone they produce."

here you go

Then do this:>>23945832
>Ask about altering chemical balance to put off sleep for even longer with minimal side effects, perhaps by messing with melatonin or using progesterone to make healing and repair faster and better and keep ourself in perfect condition.
>>
>>23946154
Melanin production in skin? Also something to resupply our vitamin D, we are probably getting kinda low with no sun around.
>>
>>23946154
could we do something with adrenaline?
>>
>>23946162
Blame the retards that don't take everything seriously. But yeah, see you tomorrow.
>>
>>23946154
Alright, this stuff is off the table for jokes, got it.

Given that you're well ahead of me, perhaps you could review my spell that I'm designing as a project in class for me? I think it's pretty good so far, but a fresh review would be nice.

It only happens because people say "hurr let's do fucktarded suggestion number 5."

"I'll be sure to take it more seriously and I know the difference between joking about it and actually doing something like that.

What happened what you tried to up your adrenaline anyways? What are some Temp Foci you used for this sort of thing?

Would upping Progesterone work like I think it would? Promoting healing, blood clotting, energy storage, making nerves function better?
>>
>>23946188
>progesterone
Hahaha, no. Good way to fuck up our reproductive system, especially with how non-standard it is. And probably get breast cancer to boot.
>>
>>23946154
ask him about making our liver work better? to filter out any toxins i guess....
>>
>>23946208
Dude.. He'll slap us across the face if we say that. Acid spit? Jester as fuck.

But one of his problems was caused bu retards who DO take everything seriously.

Its hard to be serious in a quest that is named Blatant Fetish Quest.

I'll veto it aswell because it is a monumentally retarded waste of what Dane just taught us

>>23946208
dear god no.
>>
>>23946154
Shit, I was hoping the player base might finally see some concrete consequences for having Max act like a dumb bitch instead of keeping in character. Seriously, next time just cut off any help from whoever we piss off. I want actions to have consequences, even when those are negative and detrimental.

Ask if we can do anything safely to up regulate production/half life of hgh or other muscle growth/healing factors. If that's too advanced, ask him what he thinks a good starting point would be.
>>
If we're getting into Living Alchemy, I feel like I should ask something I think I've asked before.

Femcock, would it be possible to create a sort of luck foci, which rather than giving us an extra dice, turned a nat 1 into a regular fail.

Because honestly, sooner or later we're going to critfail a living alchemy roll, and by the sounds of it, that could be fatal.
>>
>>23946341
Living alchemy is supposed to be dangerous. As Dane just fucking demonstrated, we don't get training wheels while learning or practicing this.
>>
>>23946358
That's no reason not to ask about the possibility of critfail cancelling foci.

Don't know why you're so mad about asking.
>>
>>23946340
hell just having our hair grow faster would be sweet if we could get some long locks for Liz to play with tonight.
>>
>>23946341
>>23946383
The librarian did something like that for Wendi with her anti-badluck tattoo.

But she's an archmage and all.
>>
>>23946394

That actually might be a semi-safe starting point for experimentation purposes.
>>
>>23946394
Actually, that might be an easy first project to get the hang of putting it into practice. I imagine growing out hair is a really simple thing.
>>
>>23946417

Seconding.
>>
>>23946394
yea how hard can it be and if we fuck up what we lose our hair? big deal cares.
>>
>>23946341
I like this
>>23946403
she is an archmage but she got mad when we called her idea brilliant for it maybe it is actually relatively easy.

Would the other players be ok with a common sens aug i know i would.
>>
>>23946394
We're messing with hormonal levels, not growing it out with magic. so growing it out in time for tonight might well burn enough energy (though unintended secondary processes also unregulated) to kill us. Then we would have to undo the spell later, without Dane's help, and we'd have to cut our hair to keep the rest of our class from figuring out that we're already learning Living Alchemy. Let's do something subtle for now.
>>
>>23946394
Well no matter what we won't grow it long enough for Liz in one night, if we're just futzing with hormones and glands it'll make it on the high end of natural but not supernaturally fast. The problem is that the hormones that govern hair growth also govern a lot of other stuff as they're chemicals like Testosterone, Progesterone, and Estrogen.
>>
>>23946454

I'm in.
>>
>>23946444
Hair, eyebrows, lashes, pubes, finger and toe nails...yep, no consequence of note for this going wrong.
>>
>>23946498
We wolfman now
>>
>>23946341
Wouldn't luck (probability) fall under sorcery?
>>
>>23946444
You're wrong. Everything is connected in your body, the hormones that regulate hair growth regulate a lot of other shit as well.

I'm personally against trying it, I'm okay with asking Dane about the effects of various growth and sex hormones but not just experimenting with them willy nilly.
>>
>>23946513
that would be probable or conjuration if Luck is spiritual I'm not sure
>>
>>23946154
Wait, we're going clubbing tonight. Ask about improving liver function, stat!
>>
>>23946547
Right, aura, forgot, my bad.
>>
>>23946548
That probably falls under asking stupid questions. I seriously doubt Dane will appreciate us using Living Alchemy to drink more.
>>
>>23946581
Why would you want to drink more to get less drunk?
>>
>>23946581
Hm, meant clearing toxins after imbibing spiked drinks or various fumes. Or, you know, not getting poisoned like Dane claimed students were in the cafeteria...
>>
>>23946520
not hormonally I dont think the twins use hormones to shift there hands into claws
>>
>>23946609
Oh okay, that's a more useful application.
>>
>Living alchemy is always going to lead to a clusterfuck of stupid because ain't nobody know shit about hormones
>>
>>23946548
Asking about improving liver functions makes sense, but right now all we've learned is about the endocrine system and messing with hormones and glands, this isn't part of that.

>>23946617
No they don't, that's a different application, all we've learned today is glandular stuff.
>>
>>23946597
It's more that I expect FemCOCK to let the player base get Max drugged and raped through poor decision making (as she should) and I'd like some kind of a defense against that inevitability.
>>
>>23946617
I don't think the twins are using glands to do that.
>>
>>23946659

Read that message again. That's exactly what he said.
>>
>>23946659
Naww it's obviously clawdrenaline. They must have buffed their clawdrenal glands.
>>
>>23946695
And I thought he was suggesting we could do non-hormonal living alchemy augments. If I misread then I apologize for the misunderstanding.
>>
>>23946695
See >>23946696
>>
>>23946729
I don't know if he was, but all we know is hormonal stuff right now and trying to do hair with that is silly.

Also, random thought, Oxytocin, it promotes bonding between people, maternal behavior, and romantic attachment among other things. Also makes people more trusting.

Stimulation Oxytocin production in someone as we spend time with them and/or fuck them can lead to them being more trusting of us and also in 'love' with us.
>>
>>23946784
I think it's been said that it is markedly harder to modify others through living alchemy (inherent resistances to change that must be over come, I think) than it is to change ourself. Same as with augmenting. It's not a bad idea, but I don't think we're ready for it. We could always kill a Meal trying it out though.
>>
>>23946821
>We could always kill a Meal trying it out though.

How about no.
>>
New thread:
>>23946851
>>
>>23946837
You're right, we have much less long term use for Pierre. I guess I'm fine with not outright killing him if the plan is to use him as a labrat.
>>
>>23946821
I said it was a random thought, not a current plan of action.

Oxytocin is actually rather safe, it's unlikely that slightly increased amounts of it in someone's body will seriously hurt them, though we should still be careful. But it's a good possible way to alter someone's behavior without them having defenses set up for it, most people have mental wards, but they might not have wards against their pituitary making them trust someone more and be less anxious and so on.
